we recently lost our adopted cat. He was my mother's cat and became our cat when she went into an assisted living. We had him just over 2 years, but it is unclear how old he was. It was unexpected and with the loss of any pet, heart breaking. Renee was wonderful and helpful, and her band of greeters really helped us, they seemed to know just what to do. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to listen to the stories. It helped more then you know.

Thank you so very much for taking care of the final stage of my sweet Delilah's life. Some say "it was just a chicken, why would you get it cremated?!" Delilah was my pet...she lived inside the house, she loved to cuddle with me, sometimes she even slept in my bed with me and she also gave me so many beautiful blue eggs! I love her and now I can keep her forever...she wasn't just a chicken, she was my pet and will always be my sweet Delilah!

Renee was so caring and considerate. She made sure we were ok with her taking our Anakin out of the box and placing him on the blanket. She let us have as much time as we needed to say good bye. We did not feel rushed at all. And we got to bring our baby home on the same day! Thank you for everything you did during this very rough time for us!

Renee was beyond caring and compassionate. We were on a trip from out of town and knew it would probably be our fur baby’s last trip. But unfortunately she couldn’t make it back home toGeorgia. I called and spoke to Renee and she was awesome. Sat and consoled us She is just so caring. Everyone there was compassionate and caring. Not that the price mattered they were very reasonable and took care of everything.

I wish there was a way to leave 100 Stars. Renee was so compassionate empathetic and caring! She was born for this job. it's such a difficult time and it's never easy and people don't know what to say but she knew all the right things to say to make me feel better and to make this very difficult time easier to bear. When there were no words she knew exactly what to say or not say anything & that's what makes a true friend and the perfect person for this type of work. We all have our calling even in roles that are so difficult that many of us couldn't do each day. The staff at Paris Pet Crematory has found their calling. When one's heart is broken, not everyone understands that "pets" are family, the joy, unconditional love, the daily involvement that they are apart of. The part they play in their families lives. This team does. And while we wait for our sweet family members return, they provide comfort and understanding that makes a painful situation a little lighter. Thank you for all you do. Our Bear was our recent loss but you have been involved in some of our other pet family member losses. You are truly a special team.

I can't say enough kind words about Paris pet and their staff. I had to bring my poor puppy Cody there today and even with me so distraught and crying my eyes out, the nice lady Renee was so understanding and compassionate, she really helped me during a difficult time. The best place to bring your precious pet. The people are kind, and compassionate. They give you time alone to say goodbye. There is a quiet comfortable room to sit and wait during the cremation. Afterwards you take the ashes of your loving pet home in a special urn. This is our second time with this experience and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Paris Pet Crematory if you want the best for your loving pet. Affordable, kind, and compassionate…5+ stars!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. 2 years ago my childhood dog passed away 4 days before I returned home from abroad. It was a devastating loss knowing that I couldn’t even say goodbye. Paris Pet Crematory kept my dog in their freezer and waited for me to return home so I could say goodbye to him one last time. They gave me 20-30 minutes alone with him in a room, before the woman who worked there (whose name unfortunately I do not know) came in and told me it was okay to leave. I wouldn’t have been able to walk out of that room without her coming and saying something. I couldn’t be the one to walk away. I know this post is a bit morbid, but having that chance to pet him and say goodbye one last time meant more to me than words can ever express. It’s two years later, and I still think about their kindness. I wish I had left a review sooner, and again — I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all again.

When our beloved dog passed away at home, we were not prepared for the next steps. We knew that we wanted a private cremation and were so incredibly lucky to find Paris Pet Crematory. We were treated with more kindness and respect (both for us and our pet) by Paris Pet Crematory than we could have ever expected. It truly made a hard situation as easy as it could have been. They were able to answer all of our questions and make a private appointment for us. They treated our dog as if it was their own loved one. This will be the only pet crematory service we will use in the future and highly recommend their services to all pet parents. Beyond the care and treatment we received, I would also like to share that the cost for a private cremation was very affordable. It was added peace of mind to know we were getting back only our own pet's cremations. They also had a beautiful garden outside where you can walk or sit, and they offer euthanasia services if you are looking for a much nicer and more private setting than a vet office. We can't thank you enough!

One morning after having a wonderful beef breakfast and walk, our dog suddenly and unexpectedly died. We had done our research beforehand on how we wanted to handle his crossing over the rainbow bridge and Paris Pet Crematory was the best and only option that fit our requests. Our dog died around 11am and the very same day at 2 pm we arrived at Paris Pet Crematory. We chose to have a private cremation, and from the moment we arrived, we were allowed at our request to not only take as much time as we needed to say goodbye, but also personally carry and lay our beloved dog in the cremation furnace. We waited for the entire process in a beautiful and cozy room, where the owner would come to us and ask us if we needed anything. After our dog's ashes were collected, we were allowed to personally put them in the urn, at our request again. I don't have enough words to describe how accommodating, empathetic and respectful of our dog and our grief the owner and staff have been. I highly recommend considering this facility for when your pet friends are passing away. Losing a pet is like losing a family member, and Paris Pet Crematory understands that and treats the entire process with that in mind. THANK YOU AGAIN for allowing us to say goodbye and honor our dog the best way possible 🙏

Our beloved Shetland Sheepdog passed away at home unexpectedly, leaving us scattering to try and figure out how to go about getting him cremated so that we could keep his remains. Paris Pet Crematory was the first and only place that I called. Morgan was very calming and reassuring during such a difficult time. The environment was very professional and reassured me that our pet was in good hands. We had his remains back within hours. The entire experience, while emotionally difficult, went seamlessly. Nothing is worse than having to say goodbye to your pet. Today was that day we had to say goodbye, unexpectedly, and Paris Pet was so wonderful. They took our little Ruby in with such care and compassion. And gave her back to us the same day so we could bring her home and tell our little girl that her dog was no longer with us. Mark & Morgan at Paris Pet have blessed me with the gift of a beautiful closure today on the loss of my precious kitty Cady. She is my third that I have taken to Paris Pet. With the Attended Cremation Service, all three times Mark spent most of that time with me as I poured out my heart and even shared some of his own pet experiences. Having someone who patiently understands your grief, your pain and in my case, the need of a witnessed assurance that I am bringing my pets back home to me is very comforting and has helped tremendously in beginning the healing process.I live 90 miles from Paris Pet, well out of their service areas and it is every bit worth the drive as each time, I leave with a peace that begins to settle in my heart. The new facility is beautiful, very clean and Mark and Morgan are two of the most caring, understanding people I have ever met. I could never recommend them enough.

We had to send our beautiful Mocha over the rainbow bridge last week Friday. While our plan was to being Mocha to Paris Pet ourselves, her lymphoma had a different plan. We used Paris Pet through Lakeshore Veterinary in Oak Creek. I was so distraught the night we lost her I only remember telling the staff that's where I wanted her to go. I called Paris Pet that Monday to make sure I had requested all the correct things. At first I was nervous the voice prompts seemed a bit harsh. When the lady answered the phone I couldn't have asked for a more friendly voice during the worst time ever. I didn't think to ask what I would receive my baby girl back in and when I picked her up I was happy to find a beautiful tin with a simple message on the top. Along with that a nice sympathy note signed by the owner. I would recommend Paris Pet Cremation to anyone looking to have a respectful send off for their furbaby. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness during a difficult time

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Paris Pet Crematory. My beloved dog was euthanized on a Friday night, but staff came in over the weekend to cremate her. I was able to pick up her ashes on Monday, so now she is home. A huge thank you to Morgan, Mark, and the rest of Paris Pet for taking such good care of my baby.

Even knowing it was coming, when our elderly boy showed signs it was his time to go it was so hard to make that call. Morgan and Mark helped us so much throughout the process and made this difficult time less stressful. We had our little buddy's ashes home the next day. I am very satisfied with the way my much loved & really missed Bailey was handled. A week ago I had to make the difficult decision to let A part of the family go. My Vet (Spirit of 76th) was extremely caring and compassionat throughout this, and I can't Thank them enough!! Paris Pet Crematory is who they used for my Bailey. I got him back in A nice tin and with clay imprints of his paws. They gave me the option of choosing A urn at an extra cost, but I chose to find one on my own. The cost was reasonable and the Paris Pet website was very informative. Thank you Paris Pet for handling my family with care. Great service for A terrible thing.

Great place for a hard time. We took my best friend Marley here after a long good life. Morgan was the greatest even with our tears of sadness. We ordered a large urn but once it was all done Morgan said our pup could fit in a medium one. Then gave us a refund for the price difference. They didn't have to do that. Good honest people.

This place exceeded my expectations exponentially! My cat passed suddenly. I left her at the emergency vet for cremation. Two days later I woke with a strong need to bury my cat instead. I called the clinic, they called Paris Pet. I drove out there with a lot of anxiety. All sorts of thoughts went through my head. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very nice and have a nicer facility than many human funeral homes. They had her in a cardboard 'casket' all ready for me. The woman who helped me was really nice and mentioned to me that they scatter the ashes of 'their' animals in the their vast field behind their building. I later checked to make sure that I had the right cat. Inside the casket they had her curled up on a fluffy towel, the way I remembered her and they had another towel covering her. They even brushed her! They really helped me when I needed it most. Words can't express how much their efforts, considerations, respect and kindness helped me with the grieving process. I highly recommend them.

Of course no pet owner wants to visit a crematory for their pet. However, when the time comes, and it will, this is THE place for services. They have individual or group crematoriums. Two of my dogs passed away and I chose the communal which is more earth-friendly in my opinion and nothing is creepier to me than a jar of ashes on the living room mantle. Extremely professional, compassionate, and understanding for the family on a budget. Thank you!

We lost our Floyd after living three years with Cushing's Syndrome. We have always selected communal cremation for our pets but chose cremation with partition due to the close bond that I had developed during his final illness and end of life care. While he did not get to pass at home, our veterinarian clinic has a special room designated for euthanasia in a home-like setting. Today we returned for his cremains while still carrying an empty heart and flowing tears. I express gratitude to Paris Pet Crematory for the care and professional treatment of my dear friend's withered body after his passing. The cremation was carried out soon after his passing and the cremains returned within days. Upon reading further about your services. I am grateful to learn that had we used the communal cremation, the cremains are spread in a memorial garden. The passing of a beloved pet is such a difficult experience and this was compounded by the fact that it had to happen during the pandemic where emotions are already stretched to the maximum.

My pet cat, Kitty, passed away recently and we've had her for 19 years; my whole life. We ordered an urn and paw prints and Paris went above and beyond. On her paw print they put her name above the prints in cute glitter and put our family name on the back and even sent us a card with a beautiful quote. It was all beautiful and very appreciated.

I feel horrible in leaving a negative review but I feel I have to.They cremated my dog Moose on the week of June 27, 2016. They did a quick job but horrible at the same time. There is no way this is my entire dog. My parents had a dog that weighed less in life but more in death. Moose weighed maybe 50lbs and with his container is around 7. What happened, did you spill him? Misplace? What?!The container. Really? It is like you guys walked to the dollar store and picked up what was on sale there. Cheap, corny, and just all around sad.I appreciate what you guys do but at the same time its sad and pathetic. For how expensive you guys are you can sure do better than the dollar store.

I have first-hand and detailed information about the good integrity and dedication in which Mark operates Paris Pet Crematory and so I want to share this along side of this unfair and negative review levied by Justin Garcia. We had to send our beautiful Mocha over the rainbow bridge last week Friday. While our plan was to being Mocha to Paris Pet ourselves, her lymphoma had a different plan. We used Paris Pet through Lakeshore Veterinary in Oak Creek. I was so distraught the night we lost her I only remember telling the staff that's where I wanted her to go. I called Paris Pet that Monday to make sure I had requested all the correct things. At first I was nervous the voice prompts seemed a bit harsh. When the lady answered the phone I couldn't have asked for a more friendly voice during the worst time ever. I didn't think to ask what I would receive my baby girl back in and when I picked her up I was happy to find a beautiful tin with a simple message on the top. Along with that a nice sympathy note signed by the owner. I would recommend Paris Pet Cremation to anyone looking to have a respectful send off for their furbaby. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness during a difficult time

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Paris Pet Crematory. My beloved dog was euthanized on a Friday night, but staff came in over the weekend to cremate her. I was able to pick up her ashes on Monday, so now she is home. A huge thank you to Morgan, Mark, and the rest of Paris Pet for taking such good care of my baby.

Even knowing it was coming, when our elderly boy showed signs it was his time to go it was so hard to make that call. Morgan and Mark helped us so much throughout the process and made this difficult time less stressful. We had our little buddy's ashes home the next day. My husband and I are so very grateful and we highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied with the way my much loved & really missed Bailey was handled. A week ago I had to make the difficult decision to let A part of the family go. My Vet (Spirit of 76th) was extremely caring and compassionat throughout this, and I can't Thank them enough!! Paris Pet Crematory is who they used for my Bailey. I got him back in A nice tin and with clay imprints of his paws. They gave me the option of choosing A urn at an extra cost, but I chose to find one on my own. The cost was reasonable and the Paris Pet website was very informative. Thank you Paris Pet for handling my family with care. Great service for A terrible thing.

Great place for a hard time. We took my best friend Marley here after a long good life. Morgan was the greatest even with our tears of sadness. We ordered a large urn but once it was all done Morgan said our pup could fit in a medium one. Then gave us a refund for the price difference. They didn't have to do that. Good honest people.

This place exceeded my expectations exponentially! My cat passed suddenly. I left her at the emergency vet for cremation. Two days later I woke with a strong need to bury my cat instead. I called the clinic, they called Paris Pet. I drove out there with a lot of anxiety. All sorts of thoughts went through my head. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very nice and have a nicer facility than many human funeral homes. They had her in a cardboard 'casket' all ready for me. The woman who helped me was really nice and mentioned to me that they scatter the ashes of 'their' animals in the their vast field behind their building. I later checked to make sure that I had the right cat. Inside the casket they had her curled up on a fluffy towel, the way I remembered her and they had another towel covering her. They even brushed her! They really helped me when I needed it most. Words can't express how much their efforts, considerations, respect and kindness helped me with the grieving process. I highly recommend them.

Of course no pet owner wants to visit a crematory for their pet. However, when the time comes, and it will, this is THE place for services. They have individual or group crematoriums. Two of my dogs passed away and I chose the communal which is more earth-friendly in my opinion and nothing is creepier to me than a jar of ashes on the living room mantle. Extremely professional, compassionate, and understanding for the family on a budget. Thank you!

We lost our Floyd after living three years with Cushing's Syndrome. We have always selected communal cremation for our pets but chose cremation with partition due to the close bond that I had developed during his final illness and end of life care. While he did not get to pass at home, our veterinarian clinic has a special room designated for euthanasia in a home-like setting. Today we returned for his cremains while still carrying an empty heart and flowing tears. I express gratitude to Paris Pet Crematory for the care and professional treatment of my dear friend's withered body after his passing. The cremation was carried out soon after his passing and the cremains returned within days. Upon reading further about your services. I am grateful to learn that had we used the communal cremation, the cremains are spread in a memorial garden. The passing of a beloved pet is such a difficult experience and this was compounded by the fact that it had to happen during the pandemic where emotions are already stretched to the maximum.

Morgan is phenomenal! Very kind and understanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the situation. She has one of the hardest jobs and excels tremendously at it. She really helped our family come to peace. The urns are beautiful that we ordered. Thank you so much for everything Morgan, you are an amazing person. Truly gifted!

Thank you guys for cremating my dog Demon, they went above and beyond by opening the place on Saturday so I could bring him there. I got to pick him up today & I can’t thank you guys enough. Iam so glad that he’s with me now.Thanks,Caitlin
