This is a beautiful place for your furry loved one once they cross over the rainbow bridge. They took care of our littlest friend with love in their hearts. We brought our sweet little hamster here for cremation and it was a fair price to bring our girl home.

First off I want to say Amy is an ABSOLUTE sweetheart. We ended up losing our precious 14 year old Border Mix at 12:55 at night/in the morning on Nov. 10/Nov. 11th and I called Forrest Run at I want to say at 5 or 6am. Amy answered all my calls from how much a private cremation was going to be, to how much and urn would be (and she gave the amount of the lowest priced one just so I would know about how much I would be looking at) and even answered my questions about the keepsakes (I got the PawPal; which came out amazing!). We met Amy at noon and got everything situated and she even asked if we wanted our dogs blanket back and if we wanted to follow her in and say our last goodbyes (which we did). By Nov. 14 I got the call that we could pick her ashes up and the keepsake; we also got a private cremation certificate as well (which I wasn't expecting and if you don't pick an urn from there you WILL get a tin one (the one we got has paw prints on it). All in all like I said Amy was an absolute sweetheart and I wil definitely be going here again in the NEAR future.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the service I received from this place. They were so kind and generous, answered my call late Sunday and met me late Sunday night for me to drop my sweet baby off. It was the worst day/week of my life but they put my mind at ease knowing she was in the absolute best hands with people who truly cared. Having Izzy home with me now is a great gift and I cannot thank Forrest run enough for their kindness, compassion, and dedication to providing the best service and care. My heart is happy knowing she was in the best hands, their kindness is absolutely invaluable. I hope I don’t have a need for their services for a long long time, but when the times does come I know who I will go to.

My parents have used Forest Run in the past and I am now for my sweet boy - couldn't love them more. They are super friendly, professional, and truly sincere in their work. Not only do they boast tons of amazing end-of-life pet options (and accessories, like urns or jewelry) but they work amazingly close with end-of-life care providers and vets giving you, the pet parent, a relaxing experience. We recently lost our sweet girl Evie and arranged for a private cremation through Countryside Vet. The whole process though heartbreaking was handled with absolute care from the time we brought her in until the time she was picked up. Much to my surprise she was sent home in a beautiful wood box roughly 1 week after we lost her and she has rightfully taken her place on the mantel above the fireplace (her favorite place in the house). Accompanying her home was the certificate of assurance and a set of paw prints sealed on a tile.

After having my beloved little Chihuahua die in my arms, I was at a loss of what to do. Of course we took her to our Clinic and the staff showed us our options. I felt the value for what we paid was incredible! I chose to have her cremated privately. This gave me the confidence that I was getting MY GIRL back and everything was done in a very classy manner.I picked her up yesterday and I was so pleased. I had no problem with the tin she was returned in as we were offered at the time to pay for another more deluxe urn. You can always do that later if you find the need. The most beautiful item in the package was the paw print. Took my breath away. They are the best! I had not had to deal with this situation before and i was a mess. My husband did the searching online for where to go the morning i had found our poor girl passed. When we arrived Amy was such a blessing! She was comforting, knowledgeable, personable & helpful at all cost! I am so thankful she was such a good soul to deal with during this hard time! Losing my cat was one of the hardest things I've had to go through. Forrest Run was amazing! Amy is truly a blessing to work with. She made the experience so much easier. With her kind works and natural comfort skills I left knowing I had made the right choice of choosing Forrest Run to take care of my Mia's remains. My husband and I just had our 4th pet privately cremated at Forrest Run. The cremations have always been arranged through Appanasha. It's always performed seamlessly. When we receive the remains we receive a card with an ID number and the date of cremation along with a Certificate of Assurance. We would not trust anyone else to take care of the remains of our beloved pets. We have both spoken on different occasions with Pat and he is fantastic. Very compassionate, understanding, and answers any questions that we have had. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for servicing our loved ones over the years.

What amazing people. Are dog passed away and they were so great with and loving to my daughter and me. They gave my daughter plenty of time say her bye to beloved best friend and family member. They allowed my daughter to bring a Jewelry box for her puppy and made it work so that her pups ashes would be placed in it. Not for one moment did they preaspre us to by a thing from them.(all though we would have if we could have afford to) they were so kind all the way till the end even after checking on us to make sure we were ok. If we needed anything I would give them 30 stars if it was possible.

After losing our beloved cat unexpectedly at home, we called their 24 hour line...the person who answered the phone never bothered to even say I'm sorry for your loss. Then she said she would page Derrick. Derrick never called us so we called again. she said there would be a 50 dollar charge to have our cat picked up. She paged Derrick again, who returned our call, but again, no words of comfort whatsoever over our loss. He went on to say it would be much more than 100 dollars to pick up our cat after hours, and went on about how the answering service should never have told us 50.00. Now, first, we were in a state of shock after losing our beautiful animal, and someone who talked to us at 3am could not even mutter any condolences, only carry on about the extreme cost of their services...lets just say hope you never call these people after losing your pet...ZEROcompassion and MONEY seeking...or basically, sorry we can't help you !!!Highly would NOT recommend calling this place!!!

I lost my chauhaua of 12 years. It was very hard on me because i considered her not only my pet but a family member. I called forrest run late the evening my Meeka passed away i was surprised they were open to calls 24-7. I felt relieved to meet Amy and go over options for my Meeka. They sent my mom's service dog home in a candy tin with paw prints painted on the outside after we asked if she was going to be sent home in an actual urn. When I called to see what was going on as my mom is historically crying and they INSISTED "that is an urn, no one in the blah blah years we have been doing this has anyone every complained or questioned us. We dont feel its disrespectful and I'm sorry you feel that way" and when I suggested in the future they just increase the price by $10 to make it more formal because these are FAMILY MEMBERS we are talking about the guy cut me off and refused to listen to my suggestions. It wouldn't even cost $10 for a simple wooden box, but okay. We will NEVER go through them again and we will NEVER suggest it to anyone else. This is a business, I get that it all about money to them but they need to be more sympathetic to people in the time of grief and not make it so blatantly obvious that it's all about the dollar signs to these people. RUDE and HEARTLESS people!!
