If I could give ten stars I would. I couldn’t have imagined more compassionate and caring people to help me through one of the hardest periods in my life thus far. Professionally and personally. From the first call I made and questions answered to the “ I’m sorry for your loss “ hug, to“ The Moment After:Surviving Pet Loss” brochure.and everything in between. These people are a godsend. They have a wonderful website that offers personalized urns and even jewelry that can hold my dog’s ashes. Amazing and highly recommended. Thank you Peaceful Pines!

Words can't describe how you touched my heart. Starting with the very kind sympathy card that I received from you after losing my sweet Chloe. 😭 Thank you. 💗 When I got home with her remains, I was extremely touched by everything. The certificate of cremation honoring my sweet Chloe, the beautiful Rainbow Bridge poem, her little bitty ink paw prints, the locks of her precious soft fur, and your kind words. I felt my kitty and I were truly cared about. I can't thank you enough. You are all very special and I will remember your kindness and compassion always. Many thanks for making her memory so special. No one gave us a disclaimer before sending our beloved pet off to them, to do your own nose print at home/vet because they needed to do a Rabies test and you can no longer receive a nose print if one is conducted… No notice was given. “Time sensitive” they claim. Can’t even promise a nose print when it’s in their voicemail, brochure and website! Please do better for already broken hearted families if you’re gonna have your local vet offices advertise your brochure. Thank you.

Roni - thanks for the great job today on our celebration of life for my mother. Peaceful Pines is a beautiful venue for both our pets and relatives. The grounds were immaculate and the extra chairs and table were a nice touch for our intimate gathering. The purple flowers in the field will be remembered by everyone.Thanks again,Russ & Family

I ordered a nose print along with a private Cremation of my little pup after she passed. It was so sudden, I was devastated. When I picked up her cremains... they gave me a beautiful certificate of private Cremation... extra copies of her nose imprint.... and a lock of her fur, displayed on a lovely way that I wasn't expecting.They handled the entire situation with such compassion and expertise. Thank you so much peaceful pines.

Shirley makes your hardest days a little easier. She is very compassionate and truly cares about you and your pet. I trust her whole heartedly with all of my pets and will always bring my kids to her when its their time to be cremated. Shirley and her husband are both wonderful people! Tammy also does a wonderful job and is very compassionate. Thank you for recently taking care of my silver lab Riley. I will miss him forever 💕

Just got our remains from our girl Rynn yesterday. We didn’t know what to expect when we went to the vet to pick her up but my husband and I were very pleased with the little extras they gave us. Can’t wait to plant the wild flower seeds and I didn’t expect to see the little baggy of her fur but loved it. Thank you so much.

They were so good .Last week Monday my daughter's cat of 14 years past away .They were so understanding in our time of grief . Would recommend them all the time .Great people .

This place is amazing. The care and compassion that they show really touches your heart. We had to put a beloved pet down and Peaceful Pines took care of all our needs. The little things that they do for you is very heart warming. I would highly recommend this place.

Just about a year ago, I met Shirley when I presented a marketing plan for Peaceful Pines Pet Memorial. We worked together for about 4 months on a great radio commercial, website design, and some other marketing aspects. I had a great time working with Shirley because she is so passionate about her business, her clients, and the services she and her husband Gerry are able to provide for people in their time of loss. Unfortunately, I don't live in Central Wis anymore but I absolutely enjoyed the time that I did work with Shirley!

We had a furry family member pass in the night. They were so amazing! We took our beautiful Romeo over the next morning and they took care of the rest.Not pushy, but showed us our options and allowed us to make the decisions that fit our budget.

Was very pleased when I got my fur baby back,was way more then I expected and so thankful they got her paw print and saved some hair,this was such a hard time for our family and they made it very memorable with what they did.thank you!!!!
