I did say my father is militaryDad would be freaking out. He's a Marine. Korean conflict and Vietnam. Also I don't know if his date is on the headstone yet. Ty

This is where my Mom always wanted to be. Close to her family with my Dad. We contacted Jackie a few day after Mom passed. She was very caring to our needs and showed us the options Mom wanted. This is where my family has been buried since the 70's. Unfortunately when my Mom and Dad passed they no longer had plots. I worked with Jaclyn. She was more than helpful and made us feel like family. She was able to find a plot very near my Grandparents and other family members. We couldn't have appreciated her services more. Then out of nowhere my brother passed away and like it was meant to be the plot besides our parents was still available. the professionalism and courtesy that was shown during this very difficult time was above my expectations. I will forever be grateful for the help and the guidance that was provided. Also, for the help with a very difficult situation as they came up with solutions that helped to ease my sorrow. I can not recommend Arlington and their staff more.

My Dad recently joined my Mom at Arlington Cemetery. Throughout a very difficult time, Jackie and the staff at Arlington helped us through planning and making a special good-bye for Dad.The chapel is a lovely intimate place to say last goodbyes and their professional and caring manner comforted us. I felt confident in their special and respectful care of Dad.At a time when your heart is breaking, they understand what it means to support and help you with kindness, knowledge and experience. I have had 2 great experiences with Arlington for Mom and Dad. They can be trusted when you need someone to trust with your loved one.Since the loss of my parents- my husband and I have both chosen them for our final planning to relieve the burden for our daughter when our time comes.We have learned the importance of preplanning from my parents -because it is a gift of love for your children. And we will also be close to Mom and Dad for our resting place. They offer many different options for burial. We went with something different than my folks, but know it will be handled with the same reverence and care.The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I am thankful for the personal service we received when we most needed it.

Attended Arlington Cemetery on Memorial day, In search of my great Aunt and Great Uncle's grave to make sure my great uncle got a flag for memorial day, not being at there before and just going off a picture of the stone and the section/grave location I had, I went in search of the grave, well being flat stones I wouldve never found it, but Jackie was driving around assisting family's find their loved ones graves as well, and she stopped to assist us, upon finding the graves we discovered that their stones have settled over the years and grass began to cover, Jackie assured me, she would see that it got cleaned up, and my great uncle added to the flag list, and the very next morning I got a response that the work order was put in and my great uncle was added to the list. Very pleased with the quick response and the cleanliness of the cemetery.

All the plans for our graveside service were carried out professionally and seamlessly. It was a great experience dealing with the staff at Arlington cemetery. We are 600 miles, out of state obviously, so I thought that dealing with Arlington Cemetery might present a challenge but it did not. Everyone that contacted me was professional and knowledgeable. I would reccomend Arlington Cemetery to anyone in a time of need.

My relatives grave is sunken in since 6 months after they were buried, 4 years ago. We were told it would be taken care of. After filing a complaint on Labor Day, after visiting their grave site as they are a WW2 vet, I was assured it would be fixed. It’s still not, nor has there been any updates.
