I am from out of state, and travel with my animal companions. When I was visiting family in Madison WI, my sphynx cat LeeLoO passed away. Memorial Pet Services, was so professional and extremely empathetic to me. They were able to return her cremains to me within one day, so that I could bring her back home to Indiana. Susan was so very comforting with my initial phone call. The staff and technicians that did the work, are all exceptional at what they do. I really appreciate and am very thankful they were there for me in my time of need and grief!

Dana and the team at memorial pet service were amazing. They were compassionate, respectful, and most of all professional when we were going through the grieving process. They made our Bella had her favorite toy and blanket with her before her private cremation. Dana was amazing when we called and visited to handle things.There memorial options like the dog paw print is also very well done. It looks amazing and it is clear they put a lot of care into making them for all dogs.If anyone were to ask who we would recommend, it will always be Memorial Pet Services. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. Thank you Dana and the team for everything.

We had to say goodbye to our husky this week. I went through journeys pet and they were extremely up front about everything and we chose the best package for us. Our fur baby was returned within a couple of days. We have a nice paw print with his name on it and his ashes to spread. Thank you for being caring with our handsome boy.

Everyone I talked with on different occasions was compassionate. All my questions were answered. Their information is transparent, and communication is timely and thorough. Our pet's death was sudden and unexpected to us. I did not ever feel rushed to make a decision so they could move forward. They specifically told me to take my time and make sure I am comfortable with my selected options. Our Piper is back home with us now. Everything is as it was explained - no surprises. We are very appreciative of their support, respect, and assistance, throughout the process.

Losing a pet is so unbelievably hard, but the professionalism and compassion they provided us in such a difficult time made it easier to cope with. They were very accommodating. Our little guys ashes were returned to us in 24 hours with great care and a beautiful package that helped us grieve, but also gave us support and comfort. And today I received a handwritten and signed card from the staff saying a donation had been made in honor of our lost loved one.

This place is incredible. They made every single thing about saying goodbye to our little lady easy...despite being one of the hardest experiences to go through. The staff was welcoming, caring and compassionate. The space itself is inviting and warm. They answer all of your questions...ALL of them. They allow you to take as long as needed to say your final farewell. They gently handle your furry loved one. I can't say enough good things about the kind people who work there and the services they provide. Truly grateful to them all.

I was severely unprepared to deal with my cat's passing. When I called to ask my questions, the staff was incredibly sensitive and was able to answer all my questions. They were respectful and comforting. I was able to drop my cat off in the morning and was told he would be available in 24-48 hours and that they would hold him for me if I was unable to pick him up immediately. He was actually available later that afternoon.They did not try to up-sell me, and gave me all the time I needed for my last moments. His passing was difficult, but they did not make it harder and I'm so grateful for that.I didn't do much research beforehand on area prices, but I didn't feel the price was unfair. They included a cutting of his fur and a clay paw print in addition to the tin he was returned in.I would recommend their services, and will use them again - though hopefully I've got a while before I need it!

Thank you so much for the compassion your staff showed me through the process. I did not get her name but she did not try to upsell me on anything. The ashes were ready the same day I dropped off my cat even though I was told 2-3 days for delivery. The paw print was perfect. I highly recommend this provider.

The loss of a pet (family member) is the hardest thing I've gone through. We had a vet come over to put our dog down, she recommended she be taken to Memorial Pet Services. We were very confident she would be well taken care of and we were right. They went above and beyond, they even made us an extra clay paw print to remember her by. The staff is amazing, especially Jessica!

(FIVE STARS!! Why Google can only score up to 3?)The owner was very kind, patient, supportive and a very interesting person to talk to. I am very glad to have brought my cat there.Few people can be as patient as he was helping me make the clay paw print over and over again and the way I wanted until I was satisfied.He allowed me to accompany my cat through the whole process from taking her body to the cremation facilities to getting it out and sorting through remains, as well as baking the paw print clay. (It is also optional as to how much of the process you would like to participate.)The price seems similar with other places, around $300-$500.Highly recommended for such difficult times.

I was looking forward to having my dog returned to me along with the memorial paw prints I ordered. Due to a necropsy performed on my dog, Memorial Pet Services was unable to retrieve the exact prints I ordered. They went ahead anyway and incinerated my dog without contacting me beforehand about other options for memorial items. I only found out when I picked up my dog's ashes that they didn't give me my memorial pieces. Now I have my dog's ashes without the memorial pieces I needed and wanted to properly grieve and remember her by. Overall, this has been a terrible experience for me, a total disregard for the customer and a complete lack of compassion.

We lost our Boxer very suddenly. Memorial pet services was absolutely awesome to work with. They were very concerned about making sure Jax was cared for. They never tried to upsell us or tell us what they wanted. They speak of your pet in the present , not in the past tense. Jessica is an asset to MPS and obviously really cares about your best friend and you! Thank you!

My pet died yesterday and was referred to this company for cremation. Not only was the lady rude to me she charged me nearly $250.00 for my 3 pound pet to be cremated. I did pay this much was my childhood cats died. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and never will use again.Sincerely, dissatisfied customer

The staff here were very helpful, caring and understanding when we had our dog cremated . We have used them with the cremation of out last two dogs and would again in the future. Thank you for the care and respect for our dog that passed.

We recently lost a furry to a hit and run and even though it was almost closing time on a Saturday they were extremely helpful and sympathetic to our loss. Even though we didn't get any extras they sent us a signed card from everyone there . truly recommend them

I wasnt able to pay for Izzy's cremation all at once and they were very understanding, allowing me to pay when I was able. I was not hounded for the money or being called every day by them unlike the clinic i took him to before hand.They were very respectful of my greiving and monetary issues and I have nothing but positive things to say.
