Our Pancake (Pug) passed away unexpectedly and Riverside Pet Cremation was able to take her that day. They are very professional and very caring. I believe they hand make every box the pet gets sent home in. We received her ashes, a cremation box, a poem, some pieces of her hair, and a nose print. They also offer a clay paw print. Pancake was ready to get picked up only after a few days. They also gave us some privacy to say one last good bye.

Our Chloe passed suddenly and unexpectedly. Heidi and Riverside Pet Cremation handled everything for my wife and I during this very difficult time. Heidi's compassion and caring were so appreciated!! They do all the little things that we will cherish forever: Chloe's paw print, nose prints, pieces of her fur, the touching poem, cremation certificate, ashes in a velvet bag, and the beautiful wooden box (large selection) made from wood on their property. Heidi made all of this happen within two days for us to bring our Chloe home. Heidi is the best!! Highly recommend!!

Our pup passed unexpectedly on a Saturday morning. I called Riverside and spoke with Heidi who set aside time that afternoon to see us. She was so kind and respectful. She explained the whole process and all our options in detail, and was upfront with the pricing (very reasonable). Our pup was ready to come home to us in no time, and the memorial items we ordered are lovely. Heidi made a very sad experience as easy as possible and if you unfortunately are ever in need of this service, I would highly recommend to call Riverside.

Heidi was understanding and very compassionate about our sweet little girl Molly's passing. Heidi went above and beyond for our family and our recent departed family member molly. Heidi's mission statement and poems are so inspirational to our family. Heidi brought closer, and comfort Thur this tough time my family and I are going Thur. I recommend anyone to go Thur Heidi and Laura they are very professional and compassionate people to anyone's situation. Thank you Heidi for everything and all you done for us.

Riverside Pet Cremation was absolutely wonderful. Heidi was so kind and understanding in the unexpected loss of our Daisy. She made sure to let us know her mission to get people their fur babies back home in a quick and timely matter, and that she did. She did everything so beautifully and respectfully. We can't say enough great things about Heidi & Laura, they were so supportive during this difficult time. With fast replies and answering all our questions, we felt so at ease. Not only was it a super fast turnaround, they handled the situation with the most care and compassion. Our fur baby was in the best hands and returned to us with so much love. We felt the process was very personalized and can't thank them enough for everything. Highly recommend!

I had not only 1 but 2 of my sons pets of 10 and 13 years pass hours apart.:( My co-worker had mentioned Riverside to me and I got her number and she responded right away. Heidi was the most caring and compassionate person you could ever have take care of this for you. When your kids are hurting and someone can ease the pain a little gets 10 stars from me. In a little over 24 hours we had the fur babies back. I also got to visit just a bit and her detail, patience and time she explained in the just creating the paw prints left me in awe.

I worked with Laura and she was absolutely amazing. Very caring, understanding and professional. She came to my home to pick up my furbaby and explained the options and prices. Fast turnaround and they have beautiful boxes to choose from, all made from wood on the property. Thanks for making the whole process easier and for taking such great care of my furbaby. Highly recommend!
