The couple of times I needed to call to arrange for my pet's ashes pickup, anyone who answered the phone was extremely kind, understanding and empathetic. Picking up my pet's ashes felt comforting, and they made sure to provide a memorial that was tasteful and personable with the assurance that my pet was given the utmost care. Thank you for making this process easier.

Over the past few years, we have owned several pets. Many of them rescued/adopted. We have lost quite a few of those pets in the recent past and have used this cremation service on multiple occasions. This past week will be our last with Forever Friends. The female individual who does the intake is rude and impersonal. I've had three different encounters with her, and my daughter has had two. On all occasions she acted like the death of our pets was an inconvenience. The final straw was the embarrassing wet clay mess we received to remember our ferret by. The image I attached shows the free paw print made by our rat's vet vs. the purchased one by Forever Friends for our ferret. It's not even dry. My son is devastated. This was a horrible experience.

I want to thank Forever Friends and Melissa for being so wonderful to work with. We had to put our beloved Chase to sleep last week and Melissa was so kind, compassionate and accommodating. She stayed after hours for us, went over the entire process and let us take our time. For that, we cannot thank you enough. Also, two years ago we had another wonderful experience with Don when we lost our beloved Bella. We highly recommend Forever Friends and thank you again for taking such good care of our beloved fur babies.

Today I used their new self service dog wash station, and it was very nice. It was very clean and affordable. The woman that works there or possibly owns it, came and talked to me afterwards, and she was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Going through my first pet loss, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was so grateful for the compassion, empathy, and professionalism that Melissa showed when I lost my dear Thumper. She let me take my time saying my final goodbyes and was there for any questions I had. Losing a part of your family is so incredibly difficult and she made this part of the process as positive an experience as it could have been.

My experience wasn't great at all. Staff was not friendly at all . Rude you think they be more compassionate in a situation like this. Worker very blunt and rude towards me when I went to bring my animal in. Also was still rude when she called me to pick my animal up. You think they be more nice since they're in a profession like this and be nice to the families bringing their pet here. My suggestion is when your animal passes to pick a different place to bring them to a place that will take you in like they knew your pet all along and are there for you during a rough time. This place just seems like they're there for the money rather than the compassionate towards the customer. After I experienced this I should have took my animal somewhere else. Very disappointed my friend suggested them to me but my experience wasn't a good one, so I hope they correct this for the next person that chooses them. I loved my animal so much like family and then at their end of life get treated like this pretty bad. Hope things get better there.

They provided a truly exceptional level of compassion and quality service. Aaron went above and beyond to make the process as uncomplicated and transparent for my family as possible. We couldn't be more grateful for your help.

Melissa was so compassionate when I called asking about options for our pet. She was extremely helpful in our time of need. I recommend Forever Friends to anyone needing support and services for their loss.

I cannot express our gratitude enough to these fine souls who helped to lay our sweet boy to rest. It is so comforting to know that they treated him with the utmost respect. The compassion they showed is parallel to none. I am grateful to you all, and will forever recommend your company to other grieving families.

Last Saturday my beloved dog passed away and I was so heartbroken. I called Forever Friends on Monday and Don answered my call, he was so compassionate and gave me clear information on everything. I asked questions and he took the time to explain to me all the services that they offer. I never felt rushed, and he informed me of the fees and how everything would be. This is my first pet that has passed away, so I did not have any experience on how it all works. Excellent customer service and clear information.

A very respectful and quality place to have your pet cremated.I historically used to burry my pets after they passed away. After moving to the Green Bay area I found that my plot of land did not have anywhere to burry a pet, and had to look into other options.Forever Friends has a very kind staff, get the cremation done in a reasonable amount of time, and have rooms for viewings and last good byes. Their work is quality and your pet will come back in a pouch, or an urn if you bring one in.After working with Forever Friends, I have decided that I will return to them in the future.

This is my beautiful baby Molly who was cremated at Forever Friends. They did a nice job in returning the ashes in a little pouch with an angel 😇 attached. Of course the imprint of her paw, also is a touching item to remember her.We hung it on our Christmas tree. Very kind when speaking with them. Definitely recommend!!

I have used this service twice the first time my 17-year-old cat passed away after my first dose of chemotherapy the staff amazing, they actually called in a staff member who didn't have a cold to make sure I would not get sick that's how caring they are. They came to our home treated us with respect allowed my other 2 cats to say goodbye. This past March my 9 year old cat passed away, again forever friends was there they were amazing I truly feel they care. They made a difficult time easier. I highly recommend Forever Friends.

I called Forever Friends Pet Funeral Home and Crematory on Monday morning, 9/18/2023, as Dr. Kate had directed me, to arrange a time to pick up our little buddy Skittles' ashes to bring back home. When the Office Manager answered my call this morning, I told her that sadly we recently had to euthanize our dog, and I was calling to make an appt to come and pick up his ashes to bring home. She simply said: “The name???” She sounded very annoyed, like I was interrupting her. Was I being an INCONVENIENCE to her? Wow. I thought to myself, this seems weird and so unexpectedly rude.Something like “Oh I'm so very sorry for your loss, what is his name, I'm happy to help you out” was too hard for her to say???She then said that it was by appointment and then said nothing else, just sat there saying nothing. I asked “Okayyyy, so what times do you have available?”, and she said “Well, when can you come?” in a very 'short', rude, impersonal tone, again, she sounded ANNOYED that I had even asked. I told her I could come at 3pm. She said that was okay.I then told her I had never experienced anything like this, so I didn't know how it worked or what I had to do. I asked her if I had to pick out an urn/box for his ashes, or how that worked. She said, “If you want.” Very short, no care at all.No information was volunteered to me about anything to expect - nothing.ZERO COMPASSION. ZERO HEART. ZERO KINDNESS.She acted like I was calling to make an appointment for an OIL CHANGE or a TIRE ROTATION or TO PICK UP MY DRY CLEANING, not to PICK UP MY 14-YEAR-OLD DEAD DOG'S ASHES. He was our family member, not just a payment to your company. She had NO empathy towards me, and not a SINGLE condolence was offered to me when I called. I had to PRY information out of her on the phone. I didn’t even know what questions to ask.ANYTHING would have been better than the 'customer service' I received on one of the worst days of my entire LIFE.We had such a peaceful, caring, in-home euthanasia experience with Dr. Kate, I thought that experience would carry over into your place of business when I finally got to pick up his ashes to take home. That, sadly, was not the case. I will never recommend your business to a single soul. The thing that made me EVEN MORE SAD, was that others have had to feel the way I felt that morning. I went online to look at reviews, and guess what??? MORE OF THE SAME COMPLAINTS ABOUT HER. Gross. Just gross.More stories just keep coming out of the woodwork, about your business and how you handle employees and customers, and it’s very sad to hear. Every review that is good on Google is referring to someone that isn’t even employed there anymore. Sad. Sad and gross.Your website says: "Discover the utmost dignity and professionalism at Forever Friends Pet Funeral Home and Crematory, where our state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility includes a tastefully decorated and quiet viewing room. As pet owners ourselves, we understand the need for an alternative way to honor our beloved pets."We, as broken-hearted pet owners, need more than a 'tastefully decorated room'. That means nothing, without COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM from your staff.Your OFFICE MANAGER needs a lesson in humanity, or a new profession.Shame on you.

My 10 year old son and I had the most compassionate experience with Donn and Forever Friends. We highly recommend using this business to entrust your pet and troubled hard times. Donn was so loving that he went above and beyond to help my son deal with his first loss. What a beautiful place. Thank you for being the best.Susan and Colton Kraft.

My cat was cremated here and I’m EXTREMELY disappointed. I’ve had a cremation elsewhere who gave me a beautiful clay pawprint that was nice and hard so I could put it on display. You guys gave me wet floppy clay with barley any sign of my cats paw imprinted on it. Devastating considering I wanted that to remember her after 16.5 years. Also, the ink pawprint they gave me doesn’t make any sense considering my cat was small with small paws. Somehow her ink pawprint is huge compared to my way larger cat I lost last year. Makes me wonder if it’s even my cat.

They have done so much for me and offer so much to remember our beloved pets. They are very caring and have a wide selection of items for different ways to remember your pets. River Side Animal Hospital uses this which is how I found out about their fantastic services.

Forever Friends and specifically Don, were very kind to us when our dog passed away suddenly. He came in after hours to meet with us and made things as easy as possible. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and for caring for our beloved pet.

My daughter's Guinea Pig passed away and we decided to have her cremated. Don way great. Gave my 13 year old respect during this difficult time for her. He made sure she had the time she wanted to say goodbye and made sure all of her questions were answered and was very caring. I highly recommend this place for anyones difficult time. Thank you for being so great.

The guy who came to my house was so great and wonderful. The business was also very wonderful. I do recommend them for your loved ones. My baby couldn't have been in better hands. I thank them so much for their kindness in my time of sorrow.

Would highly recommend because of the way we were treated with respect and care for our concerns after the unexpected death of our Australian cattle dog Teak. Don took time to answer questions and explain all options. Helped a lot in a very difficult situation. Didn't feel rushed or pressured, but gave us time to say goodbye.

I loved my experience here. I went to get my guinea pig cremated and they are so professional and understanding during the difficult time. They listen and understand your needs as a pet parent and are there to help. I highly recommend this place.

Don was very accommodating and compassionate. Very genuine people. I highly suggest that in this difficult situation you give Forever Friends the opportunity to assist with the process.
