My family is forever grateful for the compassion & care we received when we lost our sweet boy, Natas, unexpectedly. Eric was able to come to the house and showed so much care and concern for our family. To offer a service for pickup eased our heavy hearts as Natas weighed 160lbs - not easily transported by us. The quick turnaround time to receive his ashes and the paw print keepsake is a true treasure. Thank you again for treating my Natas like family.

Matt was amazing and squeezed us in to pick up my beloved Maggie. She is an English Mastiff so not tiny by any means but he figured it out and made himself available to come and pick her up when she was put down today. So incredibly grateful to Matt and his collegue you really brought some healing to this very hard time. Thank you so much for going that extra mile for us!

Our guy (yellow lab) passed away on a Saturday evening at home and already on Sunday morning, staff from Faithful Companions were talking me through options over the phone. They opened their doors for us that same Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday we already had his remains, along with his ink and clay pawprint as our keepsake. Norv and Jake were both caring, compassionate, professional, and very accommodating.

They handled our beloved cat, Casey's cremation with compassion, care, and professionalism. They have a very nice selection of urns to memorialize pets, and they gave us an inked paw print of Casey as well.On top of that, they are very affordable and it was a breeze dealing with them. Definitely a company I would recommend.
