We had to make the difficult decision to have our sweet 7.5-year-old corgi, Izzy, put down this past weekend. She had been diagnosed with lymphoma a little less than a month ago and we knew her time with us was limited. I wanted to have a plan in place for when it came time to say goodbye and Kaylee and Dr. Keri from Remembrance Pets could not have made this process any easier or any more heartfelt. We were able to make it so Dr. Keri came to our home to have our sweet girl put down. She very gently explained the process to my wife and me while being so comforting to us at the same time. Dr. Keri was so gentle with Izzy, and we all made her comfortable in her favorite room of our home. She passed so peacefully with my wife, our 10-year-old chocolate lab, and myself right by her side. It was beautiful and we would not have had it any other way. From then it was important to me that I be the one to bring our sweet girl to the Remembrance Pet facility. Kaylee worked closely with me to arrange a private viewing where I could help her take paw prints, nose prints and tuffs of fur from Izzy. It was important to me that the cremation happen as soon as possible, so our sweet girl was not left in unfamiliar settings by herself, and Kaylee was so accommodating with this. I was able to watch her gently place our girl into the cremation chamber and close the door. This is an experience that I will never forget and that brought me so much comfort and closure. Kaylee was so kind and gentle though it all and brought me in to show me the beautiful tree memorial with pictures of all the fur babies and families she has helped before us. Our sweet girls' ashes were ready to be picked up the next day and we were able to choose a beautiful wood urn for her. My wife came with me to pick them up and was crying when we got there, Kaylee (who had never met my wife before) gave her a hug and was so comforting. Our Izzy is now back home with us. While we are so upset, confused and angry that our sweet girl was taken from us so soon and by such a terrible disease, the level of care and comfort that Kaylee and Dr. Keri provided all of us with will never be forgotten. We know our Izzy is at peace and no longer suffering. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

When my fiancé and I’s hamster passed, we were recommended to Remembrance by a friend. Since then, Kaylee has been there for us through four losses, and we will continue to go to her as long as we have pets and she’s in business, even if we were to move away from the area. She is incredibly kind, supportive, and sensitive. The job she does is not an easy one, I’m sure, but she does it with respect and caring. We are endlessly appreciative of her.

Remembrance made this seemingly unbearable time for my family a little easier. Kaylee was so kind and caring. She was great at communicating and arranging drop off and pick up with us. When I walked in and saw the tree mural covered wall with pictures of beloved pets that passed, I knew I made the right choice in having our sweet boy cremated there. She made the process as smooth as it could be during this difficult time, and really went above and beyond.Thank you deeply and we are so glad to have Stinky back home with us.

You can truly never prepare for the loss of a fur baby. When the dreadful day came for my husband and I we were absolutely shattered. We were recommended Remembrance Pet Crematory and we could not be more thankful to have went with them. From the beginning we received quick response and sympathy. When we arrived to drop our fur baby off we were greeted by the most beautiful tree mural showcasing other pets who have passed. It was so comforting. We chose to have paw prints completed and when we picked them up I was brought to tears from how beautifully everything was put together. I will truly cherish them forever. We 10000% recommend Remembrance Pet Crematory to anyone who is looking to have their fur baby cremated.

Can’t say enough great things about Remembrance. Kaylee was so sensitive and accommodating during such a painful experience. She helped us through the process of saying goodbye to our Gracie at home as well as how we wanted to handle cremation. She went above and beyond with so many details including paw prints, nose prints, and locks of hair from all the different colorful spots from our girl. We’re so thankful for everything she did to make this process easier.

We've used Kaylee and Remembrance twice in the past two years. First with her vet and just yesterday with Dr Carlee with full circle euthanasia. Cannot thank Remembrance enough for the kind care and flexibility. Great communication always and a genuine love for our beautiful dogs. I hope to not need her services for many many years but will refer her and use her again!

Losing a beloved pet is never easy, even when it’s truly what’s best for them. This was one of the most difficult and painful decisions we’ve made as a family, and Kaylee truly made this experience more peaceful. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and gentle with our family and our dog, Bailey. I never thought I could be comfortable leaving him with someone else, but I have no doubt that his remains were treated with care, which was so important to me as the last thing I could do for him. Kaylee did excellent and expedient work so we could bring Bailey home again. Additionally, her scheduling was very flexible and prices were very reasonable, which we were very thankful for as this was a very quickly progressing illness. Thank you, Kaylee, for helping our family through the last steps of our goodbye to our beloved fur baby.

Kaylee was amazing. We lost Bella, our 12 year old Yorkie-pom on a Saturday evening. Kaylee had us bring her right over at 7pm. Her ashes were ready the following afternoon. She did a wonderful job getting casts of her paws, as well as ink paw prints and locks of her hair tied with ribbon. I highly recommend her!

I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of coming here twice in this last year. Both times Kaylee was very sympathetic and understanding. She made it feel a bit less painful. The paw impressions are beautiful and she was kind enough to take ink prints of their paws as well. Our vet has a crematory and their price is quite similar but it’s very clinical where this is much more comforting. They have a room where you may hold your fur baby one last time and say your goodbyes. We will keep coming back as each one of our pets passes away

No one wants to have to go through losing their pet and Kaylee at Remembrance Pet Crematory made the process as less painful as she could. I highly recommend them!Kaylee was an amazing light for us during the worst darkest morning of our life! Long story short, the on-call vet at our local office kept ignoring our calls and when they finally answered 3 -1/2 later they were uncompassionate and wanted us to wait another 45 minutes before we could even bring him in and then told us that he would just sit in the freezer until Tuesday.. Out of complete desperation I Google searched pet cremations and came across remembrance pet crematory, I had only remembered that a friend of mine had used a service in the Delevan area. I called the number at 7 AM on a Sunday and the sweetest voice answered the phone and I was in such shock that I almost was speechless. Kaylee was so amazing and told us to bring our beloved Chewie in right away. She allowed us to sit with him until we were ready, she went over the entire process with us, as well as doing the ink paw print impressions to my complete surprise, because I had completely forgot to ask or mention one. Kaylee assured us thay he would be taken care of and would not be sitting in a freezer for days as she does the cremation right away. Our beloved Chewie could have been ready the same day for pick, however we choose to wait until our special ordered urn came in.

We had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our 9 year old English Bulldog, Eastwood. What made the decision even more difficult, was that our vet was unable to make a house call due to COVID-19. We knew that not being by his side when he passed was not an option for us. Thankfully, Remembrance sent Dr. Severson to our home, and Eastwood was able to peacefully pass, with us comforting him through the process.Kaylee was a joy to work with from beginning to end, and covered all of the details. She was kind and compassionate, and I felt that the services that were provided were a tremendous value. In addition, the facilities are welcoming and comforting. I highly recommend Remembrance's services to anyone in need, during a most difficult time. For us, they have a customer for life.

My husband and I suffered the worst tragedy pet parents can experience, losing two within days of each other. The Wednesday before Christmas, our 15-year-old kitty Polly passed. She was old and had several health issues. But she was doing well until that morning, when she just gave up and we had to take her to the vet and made the sad decision to let her go.Then the Wednesday after Christmas, our kitty Bruce passed suddenly from a blood clot that broke loose from his heart. One minute he was fine, the next he was screaming in pain and unable to walk. The emergency clinic obviously knew what was going on, as they got him in immediately even though they were very busy. There was nothing that could be done for him.We were both devastated. Trying to make arrangements to get our babies cremated was a nightmare until we found Remembrance.We wanted to have an attended cremation for both of them, but separately. One crematorium in Poynette did not do attended cremations, the one in Madison refused to do cremations on a Monday or a Friday, would not do two attended cremations on the same day. I got roadblock after roadblock. Since I got very sick right after New Year's and was off work for a week, I did not have the time to take off more days in the middle of the week to have Polly and Bruce done the way we wished. I broke down in tears and had no idea what to do except wait until March when I would be on spring vacation from my elementary school teacher's aide job.Then we found Remembrance. Kaylee was amazing. We told what we wanted. Yes, we could do it today, January 16th, when I had off from work for the MLK holiday. Yes, Polly and Bruce could have attended cremations and on the same day. We could do Polly first and then Bruce. We could say our goodbyes, place them in the cremation chamber ourselves, and watch every facet of the process. The waiting room was a bright cheerful room and the remembrance tree in the hallway, with dozens of photos of so many beloved family pets, was so touching.Everything was done with compassion, not just for our kitties, but for us as grieving pet parents, as well. Kaylee was so kind. Our kitties are home now, in wooden photo storage boxes, with their photos on the front and their cremains and tons of toys inside.I cannot say enough about our experience with Kaylee and Remembrance. She and Remembrance were a blessing to us and to Polly and Bruce!!

We had to put our dog Summer to sleep a few days ago. The love of my life. It was sudden and unexpected and they were accommodating enough to have the vet come to our home the same day so we could have her home for family to say good bye. The vet was very caring and had also informed us she may have had something wrong with her heart and explained why. My husband picked up her remains a couple days later and what they had prepared for her remembrance was truly heartfelt and unexpected. Rembrance is what pet people need who want to memorialize the love that their pet gave in life and continue to hold on to after they have passed. Our beloved cat passed way too young due to a terminal prognosis. Remembrance provided compassion and professionalism during this time which greatly helped the transition.

The owner has a very accommodating business and has excellent customer service making sure all questions were answered. Made one of the most difficult days you can imagine a little easier. We chose a private cremation and we suggest that it is an excellent choice since it gives a feeling of better closure with dignity.
