Customer Reviews Summary
Leavitt Pet Crematory is highly praised for its compassionate and respectful service during difficult times. Many customers appreciate the kindness shown by the staff and the reasonable pricing. However, some reviews highlight issues with urn options and paperwork errors, which detracted from the overall experience.

I absolutely have nothing but wonderful things to say about Leavittβ¦.they were there for my family both times we needed them with the loss of our fur babies. Kind caring and understanding with such respect in handling our family.

I have taken several cats and 1 dog to date here, and have always been treated with kindness and compassion. For newcomers to pet cremation, if you do not purchase an urn, you can do so at any time, as well as jewelry, etc. Said ashes are placed in a small plastic bag before sealing in a small box, nothing fancy. Cremation certificate is also provided as well as sympathy card. Most cremations are complete within several days, pricing is reasonable and available on their website.

Upsetting is an understatement. They had put the wrong last name on my animals paperwork and then give you a blurry internet image sorry card instead of taking the time to find an image that fits what they print to give to the family. I will do business somewhere else if there is a next time.

Was very happy with the quickness of the service. However, on the website there are different options of urns. We had picked the one we liked best. But upon calling the day of having to let our sweet Angel go were told we would be getting the wooden box. I ordered one like we wanted and was then told they do not fill outside urns incase they drop them and break them. Its aluminum alloy..... So now during our grieving process I'll have to transfer the ashes myself. This makes me very unhappy. Need to make the process a little easier on people since they are our babies and our brains are not fully functioning during this horrible time
