I cannot commend/recommend this business enough! The absolute genuine, quality service is unbeatable. Unfortunately, I have dealt with them three times between my own pets and my friends pet and every single time they have provided outstanding service and displayed so much kindness and compassion. I contacted All Pets Cremation & Funeral Center regarding the upcoming euthanasia appointment for my fiancé's dog, Stella. Not only was the staff very professional in explaining their services and pricing, but they also listened with care and compassion.The paperwork was minimal, yet thorough and the online submission was very smooth.While I wasn't present when he arrived with her at the facility, he later told me they were very kind and considerate of Stella, and he felt confident they would treat her respectfully through the process.As soon as her cremains were available for pick up, they contacted us. When we came in to collect her, they came out with a nice bag that contained the certificates, paw prints, nose print, and a lock of her fur in addition to her cremains.I've had the experience of collecting human cremains of my friend's husband with her, and have worked in a veterinary clinic that had a cremation service onsite, and in comparison to both of those, All Pets was steps above (yes, even the human from a funeral home). All Pets was so professional and exceeded our expectations. Her cremains were placed in a lovely container we can easily take to scatter some of her ashes in her favorite places, or would be easily kept if we chose to.We are now at two weeks without our Stella and I received a sweet text message from the staff wishing us well in our grief and thanking us for allowing them to assist in our process.The unfortunate side of having pets is knowing the day will come. If we are still in the area when our other dog and cat pass, we will be choosing All Pets services again.

My family had a house fire and unfortunately all 4 of our family pets didn’t make it. 3 dogs and a cat. They were able to get us in the same day and even over the holiday weekend, we were able to get our family back so quickly! They are such kind and compassionate people and we highly recommend!

Hilary made our experience at All Pets easy and compassionate. She felt what we felt and understood exactly what we were going through. The overall process was smooth, heartfelt, and in the end helped me and my family with starting the closure process. Mocha and my family were treated as if we were part of the All Pet family members and not just a business transaction. We will definitely be bringing our pets here in the future. Hopefully, not in the near future though.

Can’t say enough good about our experience here. Our dogs death was completely unexpected. It was a hot day and she was a big, heavy girl. We called the cremation center and they came to our house to remove her. They took care of everything for us and we sent her with her favorite toy. They were so compassionate and very gentle and respectful. I highly recommend them. They made a heartbreaking situation a little more bearable. ❤️

I could not have been happier with my service from All Pets. They were compassionate, patient and so understanding. Arthur took my call at 1am and promptly met me at their office. Only a 24 hour wait until they had my girl’s ashes ready. The shadow box they made for me was absolutely perfect. Their thoughtfulness was such a blessing in such a devastating time for our family. We just put my dog down and called to get a price on cremation. The lady on the phone was absolutely rude. Definitely needs nicer staff if they want service.Okay so we called in and we got the price and we said thank you. Your response was "umm yeah bye" then you called back twice and we hung up once after you called us the second time because we did not want her cremated anymore nor discuss the situation. But then the third time it was the owner and I was polite to him and he was polite with me. We discussed the problem and told him we no longer felt the need to get her cremated. So the actual owner is nice but the lady working the phone was rude.

Such nice and caring people in our time of need when our dog crossed the rainbow bridge. Affordable service and beautiful package in remembrance of our girl. They checked in on us a few day after she passed, meant a lot to us! I will definitely be using their services when it's time for my two kitties to cross the bridge as well. I highly recommend them!

My beautiful dog passed away from old age and during that hard time all pets cremation made every decision so easy. The process was fast and got my girl home. The urn was beautiful and they have me flowers to plant in her honor. The best touch was how they contacted me a week or more later just to see how I was doing. I will always let people know how great this place was in such a time of sadness. If you ever have to let your animal cross the rainbow bridge please consider going here because they will make it memorable and beautiful.

All Pets Cremation is such a caring center. We lost 3 dogs unfortunately due to a house fire and they got us right in. I didn't get his name unfortunately but he let me have some last moments with each baby. I can't thankyou enough!

I had just put my dog to sleep a couple of hours before I went to All Pets. I was very upset, but the staff didn't pressure me into answering questions about my plans or what I wished to purchase. They only asked for the details of where to pick Carmen up and bring her back to the Crematory. Everything would have been ready in less than 2 days, but the urn that I chose had to be ordered. They are very compassionate and genuine in their concern.

My faithful companion of 13 years passed away. I was devastated to say the least. I couldn’t imagine Buddy not being with me everyday. I called All Pets on Saturday afternoon and made the arrangements for cremation. They were so understanding and compassionate. I asked if I could pick him up Sunday as it was my last day of vacation. Although they were busy they made this happen. It brought me great peace of mind to have him back with me. I had a necklace made so he is with me always. We had 2 very sweet cats, brother and sister that were with us since their birth. They both lived until their 18th birthday, so they were part of our lives for a very, very, happy long time. However, it was shocking when one became ill and passed away on a Monday and then his sister passed away the very next day. Other than them being old we had no warning and felt heartbroken. We decided on cremation for them with All Pets Cremation Center and we highly recommend their services to everyone. Their thoughtfulness, kindness and professionalism was greatly appreciated and helped beyond words with the sadness of loosing our 2 furry friends. The staff of All Pets Cremation and Funeral Center definitely understand that our pets are family too.

I called All Pets Cremation&Funeral when my cat Minx passed They were very understanding and sympathetic with me. I wanted her to be cremated.They asked if I wanted to bring her in or they could come and pick her up They were here to get her within 15 minutes.When I went to pick her ashes up they were very nice and considerate of our loss. My Little Man Tate passed away, unfortunately during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fortunately, despite all of the chaos, All Pets Cremation still took very good care of me and him. Tate passed away early that morning and I was still able to take him, put him to rest, and receive his cremains all in the same day. Couldn’t have been more accommodating.I admit I was difficult to deal with and they never batted an eye of stress that I was dealing out.If the time comes you need to part with your puppers, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

In February 2019, my furry, 4 legged baby, "Dixie Boo" was taken early from me by a careless driver, and "APC&F was there for me then, and their service was great then, but since my little elderly girl, "Sugar" passed over the rainbow Bridge this past June, they where even better then my previous experience, which was my first time dealing with the passing of one of my babies. I highly recommend anyone needing the type of service that they provide, need not look any further, you'll be in good, caring, experienced hands and help you get the best care for your forever furry child.

We recently had 2 dogs go within weeks of each other, and each time All Pets went above and beyond to make the process as easy and cost effective as possible. Would highly recommend them! Thank you all again for everything.

Wonderful professional service! Loosing a Pet is very painful. Knowing that All pets Cremation was there in my time of need helps. They was able to allow me to bring my pet back home in the same day. I would highly recommend them.

My Little Man Tate passed away, unfortunately during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fortunately, despite all of the chaos, All Pets Cremation still took very good care of me and him. Tate passed away early that morning and I was still able to take him, put him to rest, and receive his cremains all in the same day. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and compassion in this time of need! Thank you!!!

Couldn’t have been more accommodating.I admit I was difficult to deal with and they never batted an eye of stress that I was dealing out.If the time comes you need to part with your puppers, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

In February 2019, my furry, 4 legged baby, "Dixie Boo" was taken early from me by a careless driver, and "APC&F was there for me then, and their service was great then, but since my little elderly girl, "Sugar" passed over the rainbow Bridge this past June, they where even better then my previous experience, which was my first time dealing with the passing of one of my babies. I highly recommend anyone needing the type of service that they provide, need not look any further, you'll be in good, caring, experienced hands and help you get the best care for your forever furry child.
