Had the best experience here. They stayed open after hours for me to bring my dog to them. Today I went and picked up my dog in the most precious urn with his name on it. I also had the option to get his paw prints done and it’s adorable! I will always come back in the future for my other animals. Thank you all again! They even washed my quilt I had to deliver my dog in. I can’t be more happy with the whole experience.

I recently lost my best friend and four legged family member of 17 years. I wasn’t handling the situation the best but the people at Furever Friends Pet Cremation were there for me in my time of need. They were professional compassionate and you can just tell they themselves are animal lovers so they truly understand. In a very hard time they helped make the situation a bit better knowing when I left her they would treat her with the love and respect deserved. They offer some really nice keepsakes to help you enshrine your beloved pet and prices are very reasonable for everything. I would highly recommend them and want to just say how thankful I am to them. It’s a hard situation and they treated me with kindness and class I couldn’t imagine anyone being better!

I unfortunately had lost my 15 year old Husky Zoe suddenly to illness and did not know what to do. The vet tech recommended Furever Friends and they where absolutely wonderful they made the loss so much easier to deal with. Then less than a year later I lost my 8 year old chihuahua Beasly to illness. This loss was way harder this was my soul dog and I was completely broken. She was like my emotional support dog and was always there for me. So there was question of who I wanted to care for my best friend. I believe his name was Dustin at Furever Firends took such care and showed so much compassion for Beasly and for me. I will always be thankful for Furever Friends.

I definitely recommend Furever friends in the difficult situation of losing a pet. Fred and his team went above and beyond to make sure my dog was taken care of. When they went to pick her up from the ER, she wasn’t there and had been sent to another facility. Fred personally took it upon himself to make sure the burden of finding her didn’t fall on me. He stayed in constant contact notifying me when he located her and got her back to the proper location. 5 stars isn’t enough to let them know how much I appreciated their care and compassion. I have used the company twice now for their services after losing a pet. The first time was smooth as can be. The second time we opted to use their services has been a nightmare. I have been waiting 4 days for my payment to be taken when I gave the info to them on Tuesday, it is now Friday and the payment still has not been charged. I have called 3 times this week, and this afternoon when I was speaking to Butch he made me lose all respect for this business. Butch was very short with me, rude and continuously spoke over me. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a crematorium and I will never use this business again. I was just trying to make sure they were aware of the payment not being taken and want to make sure my pet of 14 years was taken care of.

I highly recommend using Henson & Kitchen mortuary for your pet creamation! I used them recently when I had to have my fur baby put to sleep after having her 141/2years. I couldn’t have children so she was my baby. They picked her up at the vet free of charge and called me when they made it back to funeral home. They honestly were great! I couldn’t have asked for better service. They also offer something at a small additional fee with their paw prints you can add a picture to. They truly understood that. my Sadie wasn’t just a dog she was my family

When our dog Storm passed, we decided to have him cremated but didn’t know which crematorium to use. We had always buried our dogs in our yard but it was wintertime and that wouldn’t be possible.My husband had a coworker who recommended Henson & Kitchen Mortuary. His dog was cremated there and he was very pleased with the experience.We decided to take our Storm there and we could not have been more pleased with them for doing a superlative job.Dustin was so very kind, comforting and knowledgeable while walking us through the entire process. I am so grateful for this service. They are very kind and considerate. I would consider them the best option, especially for a large animal. The folk I talked to were beyond helpful and caring.

I highly recommend using Henson & Kitchen mortuary for your pet creamation! I used them recently when I had to have my fur baby put to sleep after having her 141/2years. I couldn’t have children so she was my baby. They picked her up at the vet free of charge and called me when they made it back to funeral home. They honestly were great! I couldn’t have asked for better service. They also offer something at a small additional fee with their paw prints you can add a picture to. They truly understood that. my Sadie wasn’t just a dog she was my family

When our dog Storm passed, we decided to have him cremated but didn’t know which crematorium to use. We had always buried our dogs in our yard but it was wintertime and that wouldn’t be possible.My husband had a coworker who recommended Henson & Kitchen Mortuary. His dog was cremated there and he was very pleased with the experience.We decided to take our Storm there and we could not have been more pleased with them for doing a superlative job.Dustin was so very kind, comforting and knowledgeable while walking us through the entire process. He treated Storm with the reverence and gentleness that he deserved while allowing us all of the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. The entire process from beginning to end was absolutely perfect.Just like our Storm ❤️

Fred Kitchen at Furever Friends was excellent to work with, responded quickly for the services we needed and I loved the paw print urn that came with the cremation services.Very affordable, quick, and quality service.

Mostly satisfied with the experience, but it did take 2 weeks to get my girl back after I was told it would only take 3-4 days. Other than that, everyone was friendly and things were handled well.
