We used this service back in 2022, I’m so sorry I’m just now doing a review. This was the best hands down decision we ever made for our little Gracie, she sits on the end table right next to the bed she always laid in. This place was fast, affordable, and so sincere when I was a hot mess after loosing my very first fur baby! They even dropped her off at a closer vet office for me and contacted me once she had been picked up. This was the last thing I could do for my little bear and felt so much closure after having her home in the nicest urn I had picked out with her name engraved. I am forever great full in how wonderful you treated me over the phone and how affordable this service was!

A week ago, we had the hardest day of our life, we had to put our Bentley Roo down, as we don't have kids, he was our kid for 11 years. Elizabeth made the entire process easy, and very simple. We ordered a box and frame with a paw print and let me tell you, tears of happiness to get our Bentley back happened this evening. We couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of Bentley in one of the roughest weeks ever. I highly recommend, and even if you call crying, Elizabeth has a way of making the light shine out of your animals in sad times. Thank you again.Mat and Ashley Anderson

They are amazing !!! The care and compassion they have is so comforting. Everything is done with care and everything was packaged so nicely. They are reasonably priced. If you are looking to have you fur baby cremated I definitely recommend.

I’d like to take this time and thank Ms. Elizabeth. She is so kind and nurturing. My sweet Chippy passed away 2/12/24 at 9:15am, and I had called Ms. Elizabeth and explained I couldn’t cremate my baby till March 1st, and she was so kind and helpful, very comforting in this difficult moment in my life. I lost my soul baby. She stated it would be a week and we got her three days later on Wednesday morning. I trusted her to the full extent with my soul baby and her actions put my mind and heart at ease. When I picked up my babies ashes I didn’t know what to expect given this was my first time. She handed her over to me in such a beautiful display. We got the paw print wall frame, and it was perfect, also she was In a little box and had a rainbow bridge poem on it, and she put her in an adorable paw print bag. She made this experience very comforting. I’d definitely recommend her services to anyone in need. Her prices are beyond fair. She is an amazing human being. Thank you for the comfort knowing Chippy was in great hands.

Would not recommend 😕 did not go with mountain view pet crematory they only take between 9 am to noon if your pet passes after noon she said to put them somewhere cool and call the next day. My Husband and I drove to Tennessee they was opened 24 hrs they said call when you are 45 mins away and someone will meet you now thats service

Highly recommended. I spoke to Elizabeth several times and she was very compassionate every time I talked to her. While in tears she consoled me and reassured me that my beloved pet would be in the best care and not to worry. Was told my pets ashes would be returned to my local vet within a week, but they were actually returned 4 days later. There would be no questions on me being a return customer, they have definately gone above and beyond making me feel cared and loved during a very difficult time with my dog.

I have used Mountain View for the past 4 to 5 years. I am a huge dog lover and it's always so upsetting to me when I lose one of my pups. They are so sweet, caring and very sensitive. Which helps the entire situation. Very responsive, if not there when you call, if you leave a message she will call you right back. Just lost my Oscar, shown here, last night and I know he'll be well taken care of. Thank you for all you do.

If you've unfortunately lost a pet and are looking for cremation to remember them by, then this is the best place in the state for just that. Elizabeth is very caring and understanding and has the utmost respect for you and your pet. She's very clear and calm even when you call her with sadness in your voice due to unforeseen times. Her prices are very reasonable and the time to receive your pet back is fantastic. Glad I can have my little one on my desk at all times to bring me comfort and remember her. We had to put Charlie, our first baby, down after having 11 amazing years with him. We was referred to them from our vet and its a decision ill never regret. They have so many different options, urns, and beautiful keepsakes that it makes it hard to choose just one! Not to mention the prices were beyond great! When I spoke on the phone they were passionate, kind, and just all around a pleasure to talk with. When I received everything I was beyond amazed at just how beautiful everything was. I highly recommend this crematory for your pets. I had to put three older cats down this year and Elizabeth was so compassionate and felt so sad for the owner. She is a angel in my book. I had the cats urns for all three cats. I have cremated all my animals and had about twelve or more done. Elizabeth has done all of them. Now I have two more that needs to be put down very soon. When we lost our old boy Odin it was so hard to think about dealing with the cremation process. However when we spoke with Elizabeth she was so kind and patient with our needs and wants. We had to put our dog down after we had her for 16 years and we still are heartbroken from it but Elizabeth was a awesome person to help me dealWith the cremation urns etc and she’s a great person if you all need someone like her I highly recommend her she awesome, professional, sweet, kind and caring person. I would love to do more services with her if/ and when it happens again. She’s GREAT!!!! They have some beautiful urns and the price is not that high. I had some rough urns to pick from because they are so pretty but we picked out a beautiful urn for our beautiful lab Bailey. That we miss dearly. If you have a chance to do business with her do it because I recommend her.

I have never been so disappointed and upset. My baby meant the world to me. She wasn't just a dog! She was my companion for 12 years. Gave so much love and dedication to me. Only to go pick her up in a paint can! I'm sorry, not sorry! How dare you have such little respect. Would you put your loved one in a paint can? Oh wait, I guess you would. For 280 dollars, I'm sure you could have got a urn from Amazon for 20 dollars. My dog deserved that and much better! I'm so sorry baby girl. Mama didn't know you would be treated so disrespected. Don't worry baby girl, Mama made sure you will be put in a beautiful urn, as you so well deserve. I miss and love you so very much. R.i.p Stella Marie Heile.

My lil man, Norman, passed away Oct 29th, 2021. I called Elizabeth first thing in the am on the 30th. This was the second time using Mountain View’s services this year.
