We would like to thank High Meadow Pet Crematory for the love and care they gave our sweet Rosie. She was our precious baby for 16 years. Their guidance and compassion were greatly appreciated by my husband and I during this very difficult time. Thank you, Jim and Joyce.

Losing a pet is like losing a family member. The people at High Meadow are some of the kindest people I’ve ever interacted with. Not only were they kind and compassionate, they offer a service to pick your pet up at your home. They’re also extremely affordable. I would recommend them to everyone

My 8 year old cat passed away suddenly on November 21. They were very kind and I got my baby’s ashes yesterday. I definitely recommend them and will use their services again when the time comes.

My dog passed away yesterday and Joyce called today to make arrangements regarding his cremation. She did not express her condolences when starting the conversation; she started it as a business transaction with no empathy or friendliness. There was some confusion because my husband had looked at the urn choices at the vet's office and I did not have the choices available. I had to go on high meadow's facebook page while on the phone with Joyce, which was not a user-friendly experience. And then I had to go over different sizes/styles, which would have been fine if she were paying attention. I had to tell her the same thing repeatedly, and I could tell she wasn't listening when she referred to my dog several times as "she" although my dog clearly had a male name and I had referred to him as "he" throughout the conversation. At one point she argued with me about the appropriate size urn for my dog even though I was standing in front of another urn I had of another dog who had been the exact same weight and I was measuring it with a ruler. Overall, I was very surprised by her tone. I see the older, good reviews here so maybe she's been doing this too long or it was a bad day. I have provided this critique to her directly and she has appropriately apologized but did not deny the specifics that I have mentioned. She made a bad time even worse and I would not recommend this business. I told her that I would be posting this online.
