The service provided to our family during our loss was exceptional. Lisa was very comforting and they are extremely detailed oriented; from the packaging, the paw prints, hair clipping, certificate, and beautiful wooden box the ashes are placed in. Thank you for helping me send off my dear friend. Losing my first animal has been so much harder than ai could’ve imagined. Our baby, Toodles (Toodie) died on 08/03/23. We took him straight here after his death and they were so compassionate and kind, just all around wonderful to work with on one of the worst days of any pet owners life, and they give you a paw print, fur, and a metal rainbow urn, which was great. I put Toodles' fur and paw prints in a picture frame with his collar hanging around it and I did end up getting him a new urn, just because I wanted his picture on it, but the one they give you is really nice, too, though. My daughters little Chinese Dwarf Hamster is now in the last stages of his life, as well, so I reached out to them again, and they even do cremation services for pocket pets. I will always use this crematory from now on. Their prices are also really affordable, so you don't have to stress out about finances while you're dealing with the loss of your fur baby ❤️. Highly recommend to anyone needing cremation services for their beloved pets, as they are very compassionate, kind, thoughtful, and affordable. Thank you so much for everything!

When you're going through something really hard, compassion is very important. I've unfortunately had to deal with 2 pet loses & 2 crematoriums. This experience was incredibly different. Their compassion was heartfelt and genuine. They weren't focused on collecting the money but on me and my pet. Do I want footprint? Yes, please. I don't need a fancy urn, I'll make my own. No, he wont come home in a cardboard box, but a metal vessel. I cannot thank you enough for how wonderful you were on one of the worst days of my life. I would recommend this cremetory 100%.

Luke Massey was wonderful to us during our unexpected time of grief. He even met us at the emergency vets on a Sunday morning so that we could make arrangements for our precious dog, Baby, that very day. He was extremely comforting and accommodating, and we will forever be in his debt for making that day so much easier to bear. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services!!!

I realize that you may be reading this review because you have suffered a loss of a dear fur friend, and if that’s the case I am very sorry for your loss . Our dog Max passed away suddenly on Sunday, and Luke has offered the most professional and comforting services one could ask for during this challenging time . In our home our fur friends are family, and with a loss of one it’s so important to be surrounded by others who feel the same way, are able to provide support, and allow you to freely mourn the loss that others may even fail to acknowledge. I had never imagined what pet cremation services would be like, but after having Luke assist us with our beloved Max we would certainly recommend his services in your time of need.

When you’re at the vet saying “goodbye” and facing tough decisions, please know that you have options. You don’t have to deal with an unknown company with long turnaround times. After seeing advertisements and reading reviews on Facebook, I called Luke in October when my large dog passed. I learned then that Luke’s statement about loving them as much as we do isn’t a gimmick. His level of caring is reflected in his work. When we lost Clover last week after surgery complications, she was placed in the best of care with Luke. The peace of mind he provides is truly a gift.

Luke is so caring and compassionate! I can't thank him enough for taking time from his own personal life of grieving to be there for us. I can't have children and my dog was my baby. He went above and beyond to help us through this process. When they say 24 hr support, it's absolutely true.

Words cannot express the way my heart was broke when I needed to make arrangements for my sick dog Max at 2 am on a Sunday night. One phone call mended that heartbreak to make my whole experience bearable. After reading reviews about Luke and his compassion I dialed the number. And who answered my prayers that dark night....Luke on the second ring might I say. I couldn’t believe my ears. In less than a minute I knew he was my savior. Luke’s kindness superseded any expectation I had thought I was going to encounter that evening. Not only did he talk me through one of the hardest nights of my life. He made sure I arrived safe and sound meeting me part way. He offered to pick my little man up but I insisted on driving him to his final resting place. Luke waited and when I arrived at 4 am he was waiting at the post office to drive me back to his place. Never could I have been treated with more heartfelt caring and compassion than I did that night. As soon as I arrived I knew this was exactly the perfect place for my little mans last stop. Luke talked with me and made me feel so comfortable with the daunting task of laying Max to rest. Luke is a true gift from God. Sometimes you just know. That first minute of that phone call I knew. This is where I needed to be. I have dreaded this day for a while. But when it’s your time it’s your time. I’m so thankful for Luke and the way he made this entire process seem like I had planned it all out. That night leaving PA I was 10 miles closer to Pittsburgh and could have made that my destination. But after my conversation with him my mind was made up. I was heading south. Luke your a true gem! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I can’t explain how much I appreciate luke and his assistant. I was having a really rough time when my dog passed away and they were more than happy to come pick her up and were very respectful. They do a great job, the prices are great, and overall great people. Highly recommend and I’ll appreciate them forever.
