Columbia Pet Service provided an exceptional level of care and compassion during a very difficult time for our family. From the beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. They treated our beloved pet with dignity and respect, ensuring we were informed and supported throughout the process.The cedar box with the inscribed nameplate was beautifully crafted and a meaningful way to honor our pet’s memory. When there was a misunderstanding regarding fees, the owner, Mark Lewis, personally addressed our concerns with empathy and understanding, demonstrating a genuine commitment to excellent customer service.It’s clear that Columbia Pet Service genuinely cares about their clients and their loved ones. Their thoughtfulness and dedication turned a heartbreaking experience into one of comfort and closure. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for your compassion and outstanding service.

I can't say enough good things about Mark and his compassion. Needless to say I was a wreck when I spoke with Mark over the phone trying to workout details and Mark handled it all with dignity and compassion. I highly recommend Columbia Pet Service. Thank you Mark and God Bless.

Our vet arranged cremation services with Mark when we had to say goodbye to our dog. He has a hefty boy - 125lbs - but Mark was compassionate and respectful moving his remains out of our home. His remains were ready in just a few days and came in labeled box and velvet bag. A very hard thing was made easier by the professionalism and courtesy Mark showed. Also, not that it is the most important thing, but his prices seemed even more reasonable than what our previous vet quoted.

Going through such a painful time with the loss of a beloved pet, Columbia helped comfort me with their kind, gentle service. I was reluctant to open the cardboard box. When I did, inside was a lovely velvet pouch. That added to my experience with them. It was the best service, in loss of a pet, I have experienced.

I was greeted at the door and welcomed in. I got to spend some time with the owner's animals as he retrieved my beloved cat. Even the owner's pets seemed sympathetic. Thank you so much for the compassion during this time.

Mark was amazing with our family cat KC. It was so difficult to put her down but Mark made the process smoother.The day after she passed I called him and her went right out to the Veterinary office and picked her up. He took good care of everything so we could mourn.Upon picking her up from Columbia Pet Services ; he made me feel some comfort and gave me a Beautiful Engraved Box.Thank You for your Passion for Animals Mark!!

I honestly don’t think I have adequate words to express my gratitude to Mark. After the last few {very emotional} days, and a not great experience at the vet clinic - Mark was the kind, compassionate, and sympathetic soul I needed to help get some closure with the passing of my little guy. He has spent more time taking to me today, answering my never ending questions, hearing, and truly listening to my pain. I don’t think we are ever really ready for our pets (who really are parts of our family) to leave us - but tonight I’ve been able to find peace for the first time in a week because of Mark, and the compassion he chose to show me.Mark - please know that you are appreciated, and your kindness to my heart did not go unnoticed.

This was our first time using Columbia Pet Service. We called and made arrangements the day we were saying goodbye to our cat Marcus. The vets office handed him off to Mark, and we just got him back today. Mark was real kind during this rough period for our family, and I cannot stress enough how easy the process was during this rough period. Thanks again Mark.

We have been a close personal friends of Mark & Kathy for quite a few years. We have gotten quite used to Mark quietly stepping away to take a business call or interrupting his evening to meet the needs of a mourning pet owner. When my pup died it was my turn to call. I received the highest level of compassion and empathy as well as a great big bear hug. You might not be his friend yet but I am positive you will be treated like one when you call him.

This last year has been a tough one, with multiple visits to Columbia Pet Service to cremate three separate elderly cats that had to be euthanized for various health issues. Mark has treated me with such compassion and has helped me feel better during some of the hardest moments of my life. Columbia Pet Service has taken wonderful care of me and my pets, and I appreciate them very much.

I have been in a fog since my Boston Lucky died in my arms! I held my boy in my arms all night till I could get in touch with someone! That someone was Mark! I am not very good at writing words! I just want every one to know how absolutely wonderful this man was! I called him at 9:00am and he was here by 9:30! He hugged me sincerely told me how sorry he was! He picked Lucky up like he was his own dog! That alone made me love Mark for the rest of my life! I know this is long and half of you won't read it! What I am saying if your dog passes MARK IS THE ONLY MAN TO CALL! MARK IS MY HERO! MArk I am so sorry it took so long to Thank You!

Mark took wonderful care of our dog Gunner after his passing. From the time of Gunners passing until we received him back Columbia Pet Service took great care of our four legged son and helped us in every way possible. I would greatly recommend Columbia Pet Service to anyone who's pet has passed away and wants there pet to have the most care. Thank you Columbia Pet Service for all you have helped us with during a challenging time in our lives.

I came over to visit my son and family in Lake Stevens. My dog Smokey who was 15 passed away over here on my visit. It was a devastating situation. I did not want to have strangers over here handling Smokey for cremation. I called Mark and he called one of his friends who works at a “close by”animal crematorium, Craig. Craig came to get Smokey for cremation and is going to send the ashes to Mark and Mark will take care of everything else. Both of them cared enough about trying to take the burden from me as a pet owner as to what to do, because of my devastating situation. Thank you.Judi Hanan

What an incredible service to have here in Wenatchee. Mark was extremely kind to me after the passing of our family dog, she was young and the death was sudden; was a very hard time for us. He completed my special requests and it meant SO much to us. Thank you! Also quite inexpensive for the service, which is a plus when it comes to these things :)

Losing a beloved pet is really tough. Columbia Pet Service is really good about handling the final arrangements. Most of us love our pets like we love our family members, so we want to do right by them for the years of love they showed us. You won't find more compassionate people to handle your pet's final journey than Columbia Pet Service.

Right before Christmas, we lost our 15-year-old cat Nemo, I had just been put on medical leave and my husband laid off we had no money mark and his team were so understanding.They took such good loving care of him and even placed him in a beautiful box. Funniest animal planet tv show.We will be miss her mostly in 4 th of July. It could be 15th 🎂. This company took weeks to deliver our pup back to the vet clinic. It was definitely a disappointing experience, cardboard box and velvet bag? Are you kidding me?
