I worked with Zahar almost 3 years ago to get my father in laws headstone made & he made the process for us so smooth & easy. We were having it made for his resting place in Mililani, HI & they are strict with headstones from 3rd party but Zahar was very patient & considerate, also referred us to places that we could ship through. The design was amazing & original, the process was less than 2months & to this day his headstone looks good as new 🤍

Adding this review on behalf of my mom, Zhanna (since she does not have a Google account lol):Before deciding on Edgewood Monuments for my Mom's memorial, I searched the internet high and low for inspiration ideas. While plenty of companies make headstones, Edgewood Monuments caught my eye for its creative designs, high-quality portraits and the fact they service other states.Zach and his team were able to take my design idea and bring it to life beautifully. I was worried about shipping the headstone to a different state, yet everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition. Additionally, I appreciated Zach's responsiveness to my requests and concerns throughout the process. I highly recommend Edgewood Monuments; they are a nice and friendly team of people to work with.

Just recently my brother unexpectedly passed away at the tender age of 36 years old! This being the first time going through anything like this we were quoted and set to pay WELL over $9,000 for a grave marker at a very well known location in Tacoma. After being advised to "shop" around (which I did not know you could do), I stumbled across Edgewood Monuments. Words cannot express how grateful we are that we did. Not only did we save THOUSANDS!!!!! We were greeted with sincere empathy unlike the place mentioned above they went above and beyond to ensure that the marker would be placed before Father's Day exactly 3 months to the Date that my brother passed. Edgewood Monuments was easy to work with and produced an excellent headstone for my parents grave. Zahar created several designs for us from the items that we wanted included on the stone. It made it easy for us to choose the final design. The quality of the stone is excellent and exactly what we wanted. They even rushed to have it installed before Christmas and did it in the pouring rain when it would have been easier to wait a few days when the weather was drier. When my husband passed i went to a couple places before finding edgewood, I emailed on a weekend and was sent an email to schedule it was fast and easy. Edgewood Monuments, and Zahar are the absolute BEST! I came to them with a unusual request, at possibly the worst timing in recent history. I had designed a unique monument, not knowing if it was even possible, at the exact moment a World-Wide Pandemic broke out. Monument companies were closing left and right, but Zahar, his talent, professionalism, steely nerved confidence, and drive took that dream of mine and guided it into making it a reality in stone! We faced numerous pit falls and delays, with shipping delays, and technical issues, but every step he kept my sisters and I updated, informed and pressed ahead. What do I not admire about someone like him? His kind, attentive, patient, and exacting nature made a rock for us to weather every storm, and there were many. End result, Edgewood Monuments and Zahar, gave us the most beautiful, elegant Monument, that far surpassed any of our expectations, in the most problematic time possible, but he never flinched. They have earned our eternal gratitude and respect, for such beautiful craftmanship, unwavering kind support, and true professionalism. My Parents are smiling, just like my Sisters and I. Edgewood Monuments is a family owned company. They are very honest, experienced, knowledgeable, and reliable. They have very competitive prices and can customize any design to your family needs. We have customized pretty sizable headstone for our father, and it was made from very beautiful black granite. The quality of an engraved portrait is outstanding. We are very happy with results. We shopped around before we went to Edgewood and trust me, between Oregon and Canada we could not find anyone who can bit Edgewood's customer service, quality, and prices.

I had the most wonderful experience working with Edgewood Monuments! Zahar took the time to create a mockup of what my brother and I were thinking about to give us a visual while we were deciding on what we wanted and discussed the merits of the different types of granite for the flat marker. All of this was at no charge. We visited two other places but came back to Edgewood Monuments because of the quality of service, excellent price, and the ability of Zahar to create exactly what we needed. This is a great business and their website is awesome for helping you understand your needs prior to visiting the business to design your memorial.

After my Mother passed away I was having a hard time finding something special that I would want on her grave. Then a friend recommended me to edge wood monuments. I was very thankful and grateful for all the options they had. For a great price I got a beautiful granite stone with my mother’s picture and a bible verse. The rates are fair, he's willing to sit down and design the whole memorial prior to any payment, and is there to help through your grief, and advocate for you to the cemetery.God Forbid I will need his services again soon, but should I, I would happily have a memorial made here again.

I searched for a couple days before deciding to purchase a monument for my sister at Edgewood. Zahar was wonderful and took a lot of stress off of the process. The prices were the most reasonable that I could find in the PNW and it was done very quickly (I think maybe only 2 weeks). I even had to reschedule delivery last minute and he was very amenable. I hope I won't have to use the services again any time soon, but if I do I would go back to Edgewood.

Zahar was considerate and kind. His professional approach to our families needs during this difficult time made it easier to choose a memorial marker that fit our needs. He was able to deliver a quality product with an artistic perspective ( he has a background in photography which came in handy with touch-ups in the photo so it could represent my father the way he was meant to be honored.) Zahar went above and beyond in consideration by offering different stylings and formats for the memorial marker. We spent a good hour putting together this marker and the whole time I truly believe that he sincerely was there to help our family during this difficult time. They are very affordable and honest individuals.

Dealing with memorials and headstones is never a fun task, but the folks at Edgewood Monuments did a great job explaining to us what the options are, the costs are, time frame etc. All very professional and we left satisfied when we placed our order. The end result, which turned out just as expected, very well done, was the main take on this. There were several back and forth emails, trying to finalize the look, it took a little longer than originally estimated and a wrong vase was installed, so it had to be changed. That's the only reason it's not a 5-star review. It's dramatic enough to deal with this, no need to extend it beyond what it should be, in my opinion. However, in the end it was exactly as we wanted, the pricing wasn't cheap but it was reasonable (when comparing to other companies) and that's what counts, so despite a few little hiccups - I'd definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for such services and I'd use them again.

I was not in a financial position to purchase a expensive monument from the cemetery, so I found Edgewood Monuments. And I am so happy I did. Zahar took the time to create a mockup of what my brother and I were thinking about to give us a visual while we were deciding on what we wanted and discussed the merits of the different types of granite for the flat marker. All of this was at no charge. We visited two other places but came back to Edgewood Monuments because of the quality of service, excellent price, and the ability of Zahar to create exactly what we needed. This is a great business and their website is awesome for helping you understand your needs prior to visiting the business to design your memorial.

After months of searching for a monument company that could do "out of the box" laser etching and create a marker we wanted , we found Edgewood Monuments in Puyallup, WA. Their service was outstanding and they produced the quality product that we envisioned. They took our basic sketches, with many specific requirements like lots of laser etching, various engraving fonts, a photo, a separate marker for the vases with a verse, and created exactly what we wanted to honor our loved one.My family and I strongly recommend this company to help you design and build a quality monument, especially if you're interested in having special laser etching!!!

Our son passed away at 31 weeks of gestation. We got an estimate from the funeral home and it was 4 times the price. Zachary was very friendly as soon as we entered. He sat us down and asked what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t give us too many overwhelming options. He showed us what it would look like in the computer and it was perfect. I searched for a couple days before deciding to purchase a monument for my sister at Edgewood. Zahar was wonderful and took a lot of stress off of the process. The prices were the most reasonable that I could find in the PNW and it was done very quickly (I think maybe only 2 weeks). I even had to reschedule delivery last minute and he was very amenable. I hope I won't have to use the services again any time soon, but if I do I would go back to Edgewood.

He was able to deliver a quality product with an artistic perspective ( he has a background in photography which came in handy with touch-ups in the photo so it could represent my father the way he was meant to be honored.) Dealing with memorials and headstones is never a fun task, but the folks at Edgewood Monuments did a great job explaining to us what the options are, the costs are, time frame etc. All very professional and we left satisfied when we placed our order. The end result, which turned out just as expected, very well done, was the main take on this. There were several back and forth emails, trying to finalize the look, it took a little longer than originally estimated and a wrong vase was installed, so it had to be changed. That's the only reason it's not a 5-star review. It's dramatic enough to deal with this, no need to extend it beyond what it should be, in my opinion. However, in the end it was exactly as we wanted, the pricing wasn't cheap but it was reasonable (when comparing to other companies) and that's what counts, so despite a few little hiccups - I'd definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for such services and I'd use them again.
