I would give them a million stars if I could. I called in Sunday a few hours after our boy passed away, and someone answered the phone within a few seconds. I was set up with an appointment and we headed that way. We were greeted by an amazing lady. I felt extremely comfortable leaving him there to be cremated. She was extremely compassionate and I felt she truly cared. The communication was perfect, and I just picked him up today. The paw prints are amazing. Professional, compassionate, priced extremely well. Thank you!

Our little Mae Mae passed away at home this morning. We had previously experienced a similar loss with one of our kitties, so we visited the vet near our house. Initially, we planned to drop her off and collect her paw print, but the prices had tripled since our last visit. The vet recommended Eternal Paws. I spoke to Nathan, and he was incredibly soft-spoken and gentle. He put my brother and I at ease and explained the pricing in detail. To our astonishment, we discovered that for the same price as the vet’s drop-off service, we could receive her ashes back! Michael met us at the door and was simply amazing. He allowed us to spend as much time as we needed with our beloved pup and showed genuine care throughout the process. I highly recommend Eternal Paws to anyone who, unfortunately, finds themselves in a similar situation.

We knew we were getting close to having our 14 year old yorkipoo Frankie put to sleep. I found Eternal Paws on line and they had a 4.9 rating and wonderful reviews. We went to visit with them in Spokane to have all of our questions answered. We were fortunate to make contact with Ashley, and we left feeling comfortable and secure in having Eternal Paws care for our sweet little boy. The day we had Frankie put to sleep we hand delivered him to the arms of Ashley who greeted us at the door. The vet clinic had placed Frankie into a zippered cloth bag. Ashley showed so much care and respect in handling him, cradling him in her arms.We left in tears but feeling reassured and totally at peace knowing he would be properly cared for. Several weeks later we spoke with Ashley and made an appointment to pickup Frankie’s ashes. Ashley again met us at the door and was so friendly and caring knowing all about the sadness we were feeling having been in the same position herself with her own “fur babies”. We were happy we chose Eternal Paws, and would highly recommend them. A metal tag with a stamped number accompanies your pet along their journey with Eternal Paws and is returned to you in the bag of ashes. That number belongs to Frankie, and will never be assigned again to another pet. Eternal Paws provides your pet with a private cremation, and you receive back the ashes of your own pet. My daughter’s cat was tragically ran over by a car crossing the road to get home. Having never had to deal with a deceased animal outside of a vets office, Eternal Paws was godsend to us. They arranged for us to be able to bring our fur baby in on a Sunday. They were kind and courteous while explaining the options available to my kiddo for her pets memorization. They are just as kind when we picked up her remains. I appreciate the care and communication they showed my family during that difficult time.

Losing a beloved pet is never easy. Even after working for 12 years in the veterinary field, dealing with all the emotions and knowing you will never have that furry little bundle of love in your life is a soul-crushing experience. My little Moses died in his sleep, and after taking him to PEC so I could get him cremated (it always seems to happen on a weekend) I nearly cried from the surge in price that the service they now use charges. I left him there and sent a message to my friend that Moses was gone and that I had to use a credit card because of the price. She called me a few minutes later and told me to go pick him up and take him to Eternal Paws. She said to ask for Alex because he had an appointment ready for me. She said he was very sweet and understanding and would take good care of my boy. I called and made the appointment and went to pick-up Moses. After a huge mix-up because the other place had decided to pick-up before noon (something PEC said they never do) I waited for nearly an hour for them to bring him back. My friend kept in touch with Alex and me, and she called him when I was starting to freak out because I was going to miss the appointment. He called to make sure I was okay, reassured me they would be there when I got there, and told me everything would be alright. I finally got there, and the gentleman in the office rushed to open the door and had a small gurney waiting. I asked if he could please check to make sure they had given me the right cat and he did. He then explained the process, the little metal tag they keep with every pet to make certain you get the right one back, and showed me the choice of urns. After all of that he said it would take about 10-14 days and they would call me when he was back. I thanked him and left. On the way home Alex called me again to make sure I was alright. The kindness and empathy from these people cannot fully be described and I am beyond grateful to them all. As for their prices, they are much more affordable with quite a few options, and without the snarky attitude of the other place. I know I will need to say goodbye to more of my critters and Eternal Paws is where I will take them because it's hard to say goodbye and they truly care.

Our dear Albert passed away suddenly on 11/11/24. Through all the pain and heartbreak I've never spoken to someone as calm and caring as Nathan. These people care. They really do, and when Mike came to collect Albert he too showed extreme sympathy and gentle calmness. Both of them understood the pain we felt and took extreme measures to give care to not only us, but our departed cat as well. Nathan and Mike if you read this, thank you.

My beloved Guss passed away this morning 7/18/24, I spoke with Nathan after my horrible experience with another Memorial service after being with them for 18 years... Nathan is absolutely wonderful, kind and compassionate, much needed at such a time. He was very professional and handled everything very excellent. He was sympathetic when I told him about my prior experience and was just as baffled. Nathan, you're awesome and Eternal is lucky to have you! They are special people to have chosen this as their passion.~They allowed us to utilize their electronic platform even before it was completely ready because that is what we were using with our previous company. Their platform continues to be updated and works great.~Everyone we have had contact with has been exceptional in their kindness and compassion. I lost my boy a few months ago suddenly at the age of 10 weeks. Around the same time I had just gotten terminated from my job so I had very little money. They worked with me and allowed me to pay half when I dropped him off and the other half when I had the funds to pay the rest. I haven’t gotten him back yet because I haven’t had the time with my new busy job. However I’m excited to get him back and I know that they have taken care of my baby to the best of their ability

I had to let me pet of almost 14 years old go last week. I have been devastated, but I talked to Eternal Paws about what items I wanted to receive and they are amazing. Suzi is not only compassionate and caring but very professional. She told me she would take good care of her and that gave me comfort no one else could.Without these people we wouldn't be able to get our pets remains and have them with us wherever we go. We all know our vets have a tough job when they have to help end the pain but let's not forget those who cremate our best friends have a tough job as well. I will forever be grateful to Eternal Paws Pet Cremation. And in the future when I have to let another pet go, I will use their services if at all possible. They are a trustworthy and caring company. This was a really positive experience with Eternal Paws! They were all so kind and so experienced in their field. I called around for the cost through a vets office and they all started at $390 and up for creamation services. Mt little DeeDee passed away at home so it was substantually less expensive to go through them directly and they let me pay 1/2 down then pay the other half when I picked up her ashes. That was a huge help for me. Suzie was extremely helpful and so sweet and I appreciate her so much because this was a difficult time for myself and my family! The gentleman that picked my little baby up was so understan! Thank you to everyone at Eternal Paws!

Eternal Paws Cremation has the most wonderful people working here. In October of 2019 we lost our little Peaka and then just this last week we lost our little man Harley.Having a fur baby pass away means having to let go of a family member. In talking with Eternal Paws over the phone, to meeting with them in person, they are all so very sweet, understanding and very compassionate. When you are facing a death, it is so nice to be able to talk with someone who understands your feeling and that is there for you.Today as I handed over Harley's remains, I knew that they would take great care of him. Our 9yr old french bulldog passed away unexpectedly in the night. In viewing their website I had questions and called to talk to someone. Not only was the first person I talked to uncompassionate and seemed to be almost too bothered to pick up the phone on a Sunday. Then they transfered me to "someone who knows something, that might be able to help". They, were also unfriendly and unhelpful. The only way I would recommend this place to someone was if I didn't like them. Thanks for nothing.

I lost my buddy. And too have too make that call arranging his cremation is tough.I called here, and they were very compassionate and sympathetic. Not fake or just business people. Very Genuine and sincere. I read reviews after I got home. There are two negative reviews that clearly are not true. Definitely does NOT describe who I have encountered at all. Fire fighters, teachers, and super stand up people. Actually conversed for a while. Its like I had met new friends.At this point I hadnt even handed my pet over yet. Even more sincere after. I was confident I made a good choice.Im leaving an early review. Im that confident that they will do the best possible, and that Ill be happy. Im already happy thus far.I also hardly give 5-star reviews, but Simba meant a lot too me, and I know I can trust Mary and Suzie. These guys Is very helpful and very understanding and nice they even explained what was going to take place before the cremation and they will show you what your pet will get
