Our sweet Shasta passed a week ago yesterday. We could tell since late summer that she was starting to succumb to age and would not be with us much longer so when she passed in my arms that night my first call was to Loving Paws. They seemed prepared to send someone to pick her up right away, even though it was nearly midnight, but I said morning would be fine.Shortly after 8:00 the next morning (I was told between 8 and 10) a kind young man named David arrived in a meticulous black SUV. He waited patiently on our porch while I put our remaining dog, who isn’t very nice with strangers, in the bathroom and picked up our Shasta. He walked out with me to the SUV and opened the hatch where a beautiful dog bed awaited. He stepped back respectfully while I gave her a final kiss on the top of her head, stroked her beautiful fur and whispered my final goodbye, and then we went back in the house to complete some paperwork.I got the text this morning that Shasta was ready to come home. The pictures show the beautiful urn and other keepsakes, and the journal page that I printed out as my gift to them.

Such an amazing beautiful urn for our boy. Loving paws came to our home after our dog passed away and very respectfully helped us load him into their van. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars was the communication.We were told it would be 3-4 weeks until Rudy would be ready for pickup. That was Oct 3rd and we just got him today, January 10th. After about 5 weeks, we reached out 3xs with little to no update. The 4th time, I had my husband call and we were told the urn was on back order and it could be another couple months. I understand manufacturers and shipping issues happen but you need to communicate that. I asked, before I ordered this special urn, if there was one on hand and I was told yes. Your grieving customers should not have to harrass you 6 weeks after the inital pickup, to find out what is going on. Communication is essential for a business, especially one of this nature.With that being said, their office is very beautiful inside, very calming and comforting. The women who brought Rudy out was very kind and took the time to explain all the things that came with Rudy and the process behind it.

When our sweet kitty let us know it was her time, I knew I wanted to always have her with me, and I had done research of cremation places prior. I knew this place would be our best choice, and I was absolutely right. The kindness, care, respect, and dedication the staff at Loving Paws had for us and our baby girl through the whole process was above and beyond. We just picked her up today, and her urn, prints, fur clippings, and tag in the basket were just the sweetest thing. I'm so happy to have her home. When our other kitties' times come, we will definitely have them cremated here too.UPDATE: We've had to recently help my grandmother out and discovered that unfortunately her dog needed to be put down due to many medical problems, and we went through here again for the cremation. We got the basic package and a clay print and grandma was very happy to have her baby girl back. We also unexpectedly lost another cat from post surgery complications just four months after our first passed. We just picked him up today and are so grateful to have our Moose home and set up in a safe place with his things. We know our pets are in good hands with Loving Paws.

I didn’t catch the name of the guy who came to pick up my cat Yoshi but he was very compassionate and gave us the time we needed to process. He let me carry and place Yoshi in the van and I was surprised to see it set up like a hearse. Very sweet and comforting. The process was seamless from when the vet left our home to when he came to pick him up. I am so appreciative and happy Yoshi received such care and special treatment.*Update-We received Yoshi’s ashes and we couldn’t be more thankful. The presentation was beautiful. I am beyond thankful for this place in the care and thought and items we received back. I was truly surprised as I expected just the box with his name on it. They also provided the silver tag that stayed with him through the whole process except the actual cremation and was given to us along with his paw print and fur clippings. I was so surprised. If I ever have to do this again, this is the company I would use and highly recommend!

Craig and his services are truly amazing, the best!! He came to our home to take our beloved Rylie Kay(lab) and when he found out that we lost our dearest Ellie Rae(boxer) earlier that day he offered to pick her up from the veterinarians office also. The paw prints and impression as well as the custom engraved cedar urn, wow! The tag/collar used during the process was given back to us engraved with each of their names, such a wonderful surprise it will be cherished!

What an amazing group of people. Truly showed love and compassion during this time. From David, (I think that was his name) picking up our sweet boy, letting us lay him in the back of their SUV - they even had a dog bed waiting for him. Got a call 2 weeks later from Barbara that it was time to bring him home. When I got there, her kindness was holding me together from crying again. She was so sweet, letting me know the details of what came with... everything including the tray! I was just blown away by their thoughtfulness, and compassion.

OMG, they did such a incredible job with my buddy Jack. They came to the house and worked with the vet on timing and we never felt rushed and we all got to say our goodbyes. The package we got to remember him was just amazing the had his name and his dob and the day he died plus we got some tuffs of his hair with his name and paw print. This place really is amazing. I wasn't sure what I was picking up because my fiance was the one who found this place and set everything up with them when we lost our sweet Tilly but I was truly shocked when I picked up her ashes and she was in a nice wood box with her name on it, they got some of her fur and paw prints and a tag that she wore through the whole process and had it all neatly displayed on a tray for us to take home. You can tell that they put a lot of love and thought into what they do to turn something tragic into something beautiful. I would recommend them to everyone. And the people that we talked with were all very sweet people

Absolutely terrible place. Walked in and was greeted by a “picking up or dropping off?” Incredibly insensitive they really do not care what you’re going through. They also are the type of place that freezes the body and sends it off for cremation. So, not only does it take weeks but you will NOT being getting the ashes of only your pet. Go to west coast family if you want genuine caring service with onsite private cremation.

Words cannot even express how much I appreciate Loving Paws. My sweet girl passed away in the middle of the night with me laying next to her and we had no idea what to do. Loving Paws was at our house within an hour after calling and were so loving and professional. I had Roxie since she was 5 weeks old and her 13th birthday would have been 2 days after she passed. She was my best friend and helped me raise my kids. Thank you so much to Craig and his team for treating her with the love and respect she deserves. I can’t find words to describe how much I appreciate Loving Paws. Ally was my best friend and I dreaded her death for several years. LP is run by wonderful people who put an amazing amount of effort into their services to you. The cost of the package was extremely reasonable, even without the special details that were added.I’m utterly certain I paid more in the past for cremation and had my furry friend return in a plastic box with a badly printed sticker instead of how Loving Paws handles our departed friends.Ally has returned home in a beautiful wood box, specially inscribed with what I said to her every time I went to sleep or left our home. A high quality dog tag pendant that went through the process with her at LP will be with me for many years I hope. The mind blowing thing for me though was the incredible detail of her fur swatches. Someone sorted that out by hand and I am so very grateful to have it.She meant more than the world to me. I feel blessed to have been able to have her body taken care of by such an incredible group of people.

Loving Paws is PERFECT! I can not say enough about the quality of care given to both our furr baby and ourselves! Cameron came and picked our girl and was positive and kind. He did all we asked and talked to her as he took care of her as if she was still with us. He was 100 percent professional in every manor and extraordinarily kind to my wife as she was forced to deal with all this. Kudos to loving paws. Our girl is back home now and her urn is beautiful. I'm very impressed. I called them at 6 a.m. when I found that my old boy had died in his sleep, and they were able to pick him up about four hours later. I asked for the basic wooden box for the ashes, and it was actually very nice and solid. All around they made the sad experience much easier, and I thought the price was very reasonable.

We did not have a good interaction with this company. We lost our girl unexpectedly and were scrambling to find a cremation service that could take her same day. We spoke with this company on the phone and they agreed to take her same day. Perhaps we misunderstood but we had hoped the cremation would be performed immediately. Instead, it simply meant they would accept her body and freeze it. They said we could expect her back in a few weeks. I couldn’t leave her to be frozen… So we respectfully declined when we got there and decided to do some research in the car to see if we had other options. In this very personal time, while we were grieving and trying to get a plan together, the man from the business walked out to our car and knocked on our window. He asked where we were planning on going. We told him the name of the company and he started telling us how other people had received remains that did not belong to their pet. He also told us they wouldn’t be able to perform the cremation same day and that everyone in the area would freeze our dog and get her back to us after a wait period. In his effort to keep our business and speak ill of the other company, he placed us in a position where we felt pressured and caught between rival business while we should have been grieving. We opted to use the other business, who of their own volition offered to allow us to inspect the cremation chamber and observe the cremation. She was not frozen. There was no wait period. We received her remains shortly after. They were infinitely more empathetic and gentle. So I would highly recommend doing your own research and not believing what the man here tells you without more information. There are services out there that afford your lost family member respect and care, and who are compassionate in your time of loss.

When I had to put my old kitty down at home Loving Paws was waiting to take her remains. From the moment she passed to the moment I picked her remains up I was treated with kindness and compassion. I went with the regular package, no extras and when I saw exactly the memorial they had created I was left in tears of gratitude. All I can say is WOW!! This place is Amazing! I called at 6 am because my mom’s beloved yorkie had passed. Craig was so pleasant and understanding. Then when we got there his wife, oh my goodness! She was the sweetest thing ever! Thank you for all you did. :)

Our loss like so many others out there was very hard on us, but Loving Paws was simply amazing. They have been very understanding, professional, and deeply caring. When they arrived to pick up our Eddie we were given all the time we needed to say our goodbyes, no rush. Pricing was beyond reasonable and had such an array of options to memorialize him. When the day comes that we ultimately lose our other loved ones, Loving Paws will be the place we go to

I cannot say enough amazing things about loving paws pet Loss Center. From start to finish they were completely amazing with helping me navigate having to put our family husky to sleep and figuring out who to call. I was recommended them from family and we were not disappointed. They treated her with care and then when it was time to pick her up they gave me this beautiful arrangement with all these other things like some of her fur and a paw print and then her box was engraved so beautifully and they also gave us the dog tagthat went through the process with her. It was just an amazing experience during a time that was so tragic. I will always recommend them!

My experience was okay. I worked with them through Tranquil passing and the process was stress free and affordable. I was really surprised at the details included and the great quality. I did however feel that the man who came to pick up my dog after he passed was insensitive. He was very loud when he walked in and asked how my dog died, then went on to say something like “oh yeah, most the ones i pick up die from cancer, kidney disease or…” (something else, i tried to tune him out). He was rambling on about this as i lay on the floor sobbing with my dog that had just died moments before. I hope this is addressed as I would expect someone who does this for a living to know that this wasn’t appropriate.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I lost my golden boy unexpectedly and it was one of the worst days of my life. Loving Paws was amazing. I called to request services and Greg called me back right away. They were about to close but the women working in the office (I think it was Heather) offer to stay late till I got there. When we got there she was so kind and walked me through all the steps and process. Even though it was past closing she offered us privacy and as much time as we needed to say good-bye. When it came time for pick up I was again blown away by their care. I had ordered a lot of the memorial items and was hoping that they would put it in a bag for me to bring home but even better it was all laid out on a soft lined tray. So much care was put into the presentation, they even added bubble wrap in the corner to make sure that his urn did not get scratched. I thought the pricing was very reasonable as well, especially given that they could easily upcharge grieving people.Words cannot express how much I appreciate the loving care that Loving Paws provided. Although due to the nature of their business I do not look forward to the day I need their services, but it gives me peace of mind knowing that they will be there to provide the love and care I want for my furry family members.

Very kind and sweet people working there! They recently cremated my lizard and the resin necklace and urn box are beautiful, they even had little feet prints done for him! But above all Craig is a saint I was expecting a day or two wait for an open space but I was able to bring my Reggie in that same day in about 2 hours and was the sweetest man I’d ever met and we talked for a good hour or so. Thank you Craig and Barbara and the rest of the Loving Paws team!❤️

We just recently had to say goodbye to our sweet girl, Sophie. It was really hard, but we were glad to learn about Loving Paws Pet Loss Center through Tranquil Passings (an in home euthanasia service). Both companies work together when needed. They were very professional and compassionate. Their services allowed us to get Sophie's remains back in just over 2wks in a beautiful wooden box with her name on the top. My dog Tyrion passed away suddenly and I was absolutely distraught not knowing what to do before my kids woke up. I called loving paws, Craig answered all I could manage to get out was my dog died. Our nearly 16 year old Pug passed away during our move up to this area, it was very difficult to complete the drive, but we made it. I let the owner know what had happened and they offered to accept Charles on Easter Sunday (Holiday - didn't think that would happen either). So to say Loving Paws made this as easy as could be given the circumstances is a HUGE understatement. They were very kind and thoughtful of our financial situation and took such great care of our Pug. We just picked him up and the memorial items were done extremely well. Our 17 year old cat passed away on NYE. I sent an email thinking I'd hear back in a day or so. Within 10 minutes my email was returned with a call me message. We spoke on the phone, set up a time to meet the next evening. The care and compassion I felt was amazing.Our 17 year old dog passed in September and where she was cremated was less than desirable work.When I picked up our Spaz, they finished the cremation on our dog and I was able to get matching boxes for them. While I waited the lovely woman who does pick ups asked me about both our babies and I felt she really cared!I highly recommend going here. We lost our pet snake in the early morning and brought him to Loving Paws to be aquamated. We called around 7am and were told we could come in after an hour and someone would be waiting for us. We admittedly were nervous that they wouldn’t have many options for tokens of him due to the type of animal he was but were so pleasantly surprised that they had already thought of everything, a dog tag that stayed with him the entire time and an imprint of him that was included. They were so sweet during the whole process and communicative and told us we could call at any time during the 2-3 week process. They provided us with a pamphlet on aquamation in case we were curious which was also comforting. They took such good care of him and it was a huge relief, I couldn’t be more grateful for them.

My doggie of 13 yrs Passed away from kidney failure. We called Loving Paws and they were able to retrieve the body right away. The gentleman was very professional and caring and gave me all the list of options for A decorative box and many other memorabilia. If you are looking for a professional, compassionate team to care for end-of-life services for your pet, look no further. When our beloved Chop was nearing the end of life, my first call was to Craig. I was completely lost on what to do and who to call. He was amazing on the phone. Very calm, understanding and informative. He recommended Tranquil Passing if Chop didn't pass on his own (which we ended up going with; see my review for their services). Craig explained that they work together to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He did not rush the conversation and was so thorough about what they do, the packages offered and how the entire process goes. When I scheduled an appointment with Tranquil they went ahead and contacted Craig for me so there was nothing else I needed to do, which was nice. The day of Chop's passing, Mike came to pick Chop up. They let us spend as much time with Chop as we wanted and only when we were ready did they help load him up for transport. They even covered him in a nice, soft new blanket to take him out of the home.To say that I am thoroughly impressed is an understatement.Thank you Loving Paws for all that you have done for me and my family.

We did not have a good interaction with this company. We lost our girl unexpectedly and were scrambling to find a cremation service that could take her same day. We spoke with this company on the phone and they agreed to take her same day. Perhaps we misunderstood but we had hoped the cremation would be performed immediately. Instead, it simply meant they would accept her body and freeze it. They said we could expect her back in a few weeks. I couldn’t leave her to be frozen… So we respectfully declined when we got there and decided to do some research in the car to see if we had other options. In this very personal time, while we were grieving and trying to get a plan together, the man from the business walked out to our car and knocked on our window. He asked where we were planning on going. We told him the name of the company and he started telling us how other people had received remains that did not belong to their pet. He also told us they wouldn’t be able to perform the cremation same day and that everyone in the area would freeze our dog and get her back to us after a wait period. In his effort to keep our business and speak ill of the other company, he placed us in a position where we felt pressured and caught between rival business while we should have been grieving. We opted to use the other business, who of their own volition offered to allow us to inspect the cremation chamber and observe the cremation. She was not frozen. There was no wait period. We received her remains shortly after. They were infinitely more empathetic and gentle. So I would highly recommend doing your own research and not believing what the man here tells you without more information. There are services out there that afford your lost family member respect and care, and who are compassionate in your time of loss.

I cannot say enough amazing things about loving paws pet Loss Center. From start to finish they were completely amazing with helping me navigate having to put our family husky to sleep and figuring out who to call. I was recommended them from family and we were not disappointed. They treated her with care and then when it was time to pick her up they gave me this beautiful arrangement with all these other things like some of her fur and a paw print and then her box was engraved so beautifully and they also gave us the dog tagthat went through the process with her. My experience was okay. I worked with them through Tranquil passing and the process was stress free and affordable. I was really surprised at the details included and the great quality. I did however feel that the man who came to pick up my dog after he passed was insensitive. He was very loud when he walked in and asked how my dog died, then went on to say something like “oh yeah, most the ones i pick up die from cancer, kidney disease or…” (something else, i tried to tune him out). He was rambling on about this as i lay on the floor sobbing with my dog that had just died moments before. I hope this is addressed as I would expect someone who does this for a living to know that this wasn’t appropriate.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I lost my golden boy unexpectedly and it was one of the worst days of my life. Loving Paws was amazing. I called to request services and Greg called me back right away. They were about to close but the women working in the office (I think it was Heather) offer to stay late till I got there. When we got there she was so kind and walked me through all the steps and process. Even though it was past closing she offered us privacy and as much time as we needed to say good-bye. When it came time for pick up I was again blown away by their care. I had ordered a lot of the memorial items and was hoping that they would put it in a bag for me to bring home but even better it was all laid out on a soft lined tray. So much care was put into the presentation, they even added bubble wrap in the corner to make sure that his urn did not get scratched. I thought the pricing was very reasonable as well, especially given that they could easily upcharge grieving people.Words cannot express how much I appreciate the loving care that Loving Paws provided. Although due to the nature of their business I do not look forward to the day I need their services, but it gives me peace of mind knowing that they will be there to provide the love and care I want for my furry family members.

My husband and I have both been blown away at how amazing this service has been from beginning to end. Unbelievably respectful, willing to take requests (i.e. I asked for a piece of metal that was in my dogs leg to be saved and separated from the ashes), and the complimentary mementos of your pet that they leave you with are very sweet. You 100% do not have to worry about your pet's ashes being mixed with someone else's pet, which was something I had worried about for years. Loving Paws absolutely put that worry to rest. Not only does the staff go above and beyond, but the whole process of aquamation sits better with me than cremation, and we are very lucky to have this service in the Spokane area. Seriously can't recommend these guys enough.

We were giving our dog until the absolute last minute when we felt it was time, which happened on a Saturday. Loving paws accomaodated us in their facility and arranged for a mobile vet to come in. Not only does the staff go above and beyond, but the whole process of aquamation sits better with me than cremation, and we are very lucky to have this service in the Spokane area. Seriously can't recommend these guys enough.

I rarely give a Five Star review because Five Star service is so rare. These people are absolutely amazing. We were giving our dog until the absolute last minute when we felt it was time, which happened on a Saturday. Loving paws accomaodated us in their facility and arranged for a mobile vet to come in. They were extremely compassionate and professional.

From the moment Scott picked up our beloved Jake, using a fluffy, soft bed and a soft blanket, they treated Jake and us with the utmost respect and compassion. I give them my highest recommendation. They are just wonderful, caring folks. You couldn’t ask for more.

I would give this place 10 stars if i could my beloved 13 year old shepard husky pit mix passed away and after a hole day of my dog layong in the yard these people responded to me at 1am they worked with me and went far past above and beyond for my beautiful beloved dog i literaly cryed all the way home from picking her up today i was so blown away by what this place did for me if you have a loss of a fur babby in your family these people will treat it with the love and care it desirves thank you guys sooo soooo much for what you have dun for me and ellie you have no idea what it meens to me and my family
