I have worked in the veterinary field for more than 33 years. In the past couple of months, I have found myself in need of Eternal Paws wonderful services. I lost two dogs Luna (9 mo) and Kenna (14 1/2 yrs) within a couple of months of each other. It didn’t matter the age they were, they were treated with respect, honor and love because they were part of families that loved them very much. I spoke with both Nathan and Susie on the phone and they both were professional, friendly, compassionate and very empathetic. During an incredibly difficult time, they went above and beyond to support our family.Before our urn was complete, they ensured we had our necklaces, allowing us to keep a part of our Nova with us right away. When I lost my sweet Dizzy I searched for a service and I'm glad I found Eternal Paws. They patiently explained the entire process and answered all my questions. Their compassion and professionalism during this difficult time was exceptional. The respect and dignity in which they worked left me with closure and peace of mind. My little girl Nippy was killed by a dog on Saturday, Thanksgiving weekend. She was such a sweet and rambunctious ferret.I called the first number I could find online. Ashley from the Spokane office answered and made arrangements for Brian to meet me in Quincy 2 hours from the time of the phone call. Their office was closed but they still met me. I knew she was in good hands. The next Friday I went to get her and misunderstood the times they were in the office so Ashley and Brian once again went out of their way to come back to the office at 3:30 in the afternoon to come meet me so that I could pick up my baby girl. They had her I’d tag and ashes together in a velvet bag along with a card signed by everyone. They do care and I can never thank them enough!Thank you to all at Eternal Paws.BreeziNippy’s mommy

Eternal paws was so kind and thoughtful through the whole process of me and my fiancé loosing our dog of 14 years. They even offered to come and pick her up if we weren’t able to bring her in ourselves. Very thankful for them and their services.

Susie and her husband at Eternal Paws have been absolutely great. I have used them many times via my vet.....but he retired very sad day also in my life.....So when I lost another dog ( Quincy ) in April I called them. Susie was super, they came out to my house, picked up Quincy brought me a special gift and took care of him. They r definitely a 5+ business. Well work the money. 🐕🐕🐾🐾💕💕

Eternal Paws in Quincy Washington is over the top with their customer service. They are very compassionate to your loss of a loving pet. Susie was so kind and understanding of my emotions. I lost my faithful companion, a miniature Schnauzer named Sweetie, of 7 years. While I was struggling with my loss, Susie researched a couple of domestic animal Taxidermy businesses from out of state to find the right professional fit. She talked to them about the procedure, so I wasn’t put through the pain of details. Susie took care of all the arrangements. I delivered Sweetie to Susie in Quincy and was surprised when I received her back in less time than promised. Susie emailed me pictures before the final processing step to make sure Sweetie was how I expected her to be. She was perfect. Susie delivered Sweetie to me in person and I was so happy to have Sweetie back home. She is beautiful. She is posed sitting up and when I look at her, I almost expect her to look back at me with her Schnauzer attitude. To Whom it may concern,Last year a dear friend/neighbor lost her senior loyal dog just a couple weeks after losing her husband. She was devastated over both of these losses. But she was blessed enough to find Eternal Paws to comfort her thru this time of grief. She was so grateful for the kindness and professionalism that they showed her. I myself was impressed with the beautiful custom urn and the lovely memorials that were given to her.Then earlier this year I had a dear friend go thru the same situation and used Eternal Paws due to the many great reviews she heard thru our social group. She felt that Susie and Brian were the Earth Angeles she needed at that time to help her thru this challenge. Their compassion and thoughtfulness again helped a stressed pet lover give a memorial end to a loved "family member" passing to the other side. I would highly recommend this Gem of a company to help us give dignity and respect to our loving pets.

It’s never an easy or ideal situation when a pet passes. My wife and I lost our dog Sadie after battling cancer. It was a tough time in our lives but we were comforted by Brian&Susie who explained the entire process to us. Brian and Susie were extremely respectful and compassionate of our dog and they treated her remains as if she was one of their own. The cremation services where done with respect and her remains where returned to our family quickly in a custom urn with a tile photograph. Eternal Paws is an excellent place to utilize if you’re in need of such services . They guide you through the cremation process, exhibit tremendous respect and compassion, remain in contact during the process and are all around great folks.THANK YOU

The staff were all very kind and understanding throughout the entire process, from the first phone call (hard to find places open on Sundays, around here) to making the arrangements and saying goodbye to our overgrown puppy one last time. My family really, really appreciated their thoughtfulness.

The owner was super sweet, and understandin, same with the employee I met. The whole process is pretty straight forward. It's affordable, and puts one thing out of mind. Highly recommend.
