We used Jones Funeral Home for our daughter's cremation. Sonya was compassionate and wonderful. She made the process seemless for us. It was am emotional time but they walked us through the process and went above and beyond to assist in putting her remains into her final urn. They communicated well when things were delayed. They went same day to pick her up from the hospital which put us as ease knowing she was not alone in the hospital. They checked on us after everything and even sent us a book mark with a poem and a remembrance for our sweet baby. I would recommend them to anyone who needs funeral services.

Jones funeral was very welcoming when I brought my dog ,Tramp and my cat mama Shay, when they cremated them for me. They let me talk all about them and how special they were. They told me it was going to be about a week before they came back but they came u back a few days later. I will keep bringing my furry babies here where they will treat them with kind and respect they give us humans.

When we lost my son in January I reached out to Jones’s Funeral Home to get him home and make the arrangements. In the darkest moments of our lives, Darin made himself available for any and all questions or concerns around the clock 7 days a week. He took many stresses off of my family by taking those calls and texts and immediately addressing them.Sonya May is truly an angel here on earth. Her compassion and dedication to us was just amazing. She arranged and informed us of every detail of the process from the COD, all the stages and procedures of the ceremony, to the graveside service. She coordinated with us every single detail from the moment we met until still this day with updates to the Certificate of Death any thing we may need copies of, and a very personal touch in grief and emotional support. We live her and she will be a friend and part of our family always.Megan Hahs has also been a true blessing and inspiration. During the process she bonded with my grandson in helping him process his grief. They have since become friends and she spends time with him regularly still today in helping him with career development and support.The loss of our son Seff has heartbroken and devastated us all but the staff at Jones’s now 4 months later are still involved in our lives and are true friends and family.I never expected this to be like this but it shows you what truly special people they are.Thank you Darin, Sonya, Megan, and the entire staff for being there for us at our most difficult time and still today.We love you!Best,The Oates family

I just wanted to put this out there. My mama passed away on June 14th 2024. I went to Jones funeral home to have my mama creamated. The people here are absolutely amazing at what they do. Thank you jones funeral home for everything and also helping me through everything. I recommend jones funeral home for there services. They will communicate with you through everything that you want to do for your loved one.

Very appreciative of them and what they offered with pet cremation. Affordable and when getting our cat Ninja back he came with fur clippings which I was so happy they did as I forgot to do myself. My daughter was very happy to ride home hold with Ninja in her arms and said our family was back together again.Thank you JFH

Using Jones for the cremation of my very sweet and special cat, Elvis, made a terribly tragic event so much easier, and gave some relief to the horrible grief I was feeling over this very sudden event.They were very kind at dropoff. The price was the best around here, and the package I paid for was TOTALLY worth it.We got his ashes back in a plastic bag with a metal ID tag on it with his name and ID# on it, wrapped in paw print paper, inside a beautiful maroon velvet bag, also with a metal ID tag.We got a paw print in plaster of Paris to be used as an ornament or something, and ready to paint if I want to.We also got some clippings of his sweet, soft fur included. It came in a small ziploc bag attached to a card.There is a bookmark with a white heart on it that contains seeds and can be planted to grow wildflowers in memory of the loved pet. The bookmark also has a comforting saying on it.There is a Jones official Certificate of Cremation with his name, ID#, and date of service.There is a small memory book to write down all sorts of memories you have of him, and to add a photo.Last but not least, the is a letter/card included that is from the point of view of my cat, and it is SO touching that it brought me to tears of comfort and love. It says things like I am in his heart as much as he is in mine, that he misses me also, that he appreciates all the love and fun we had together and the wonderful life I gave him, and that he is playing happy and illness free until he can be with me again😺 it was very touching.I will ALWAYS use Jones Funeral Home and Cremation Services for the treatment of my pets if/when they eventually die... hopefully no time soon though😅Thanks, Jones, for your wonderful service.

Was recently at Jones for family night and wasn't happy with the small TV's they have up so high on the wall for people to look at pictures/video. It would be nice if they updated their TVs (at least in the room I was in) to a larger TV for older people to see and put them down a little lower on the wall. I also don't like that they don't have video tributes on the funeral home website like other funeral homes do. This is a big factor of who I will choose when my time comes...

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I contacted them to ask if they would help me separate ashes for me when I've never even used their services and they did it free of charge. It was so helpful. And I really appreciate it.

Hiding a death from immediate family members is unacceptable!! Plus to lie to the family member knowing you are a liar and was caught in the lie!! I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!
