Carol is an absolute gem. Her heart for animals and their families is evident from the time we first reached out until we went to pick up our beloved Bubbles. Should we ever find ourselves in need again, we will not go anywhere else. Thank you for being so compassionate, helpful, and genuine. It made such a hard time for us a little easier.

I had to put my 14 year old dog down on Labor Day. Although they were closed and way after hours someone still came to meet us so we could drop her off. She asked if we wanted more time with our dog, explained everything to us and even allowed us to browse all the different items you could purchase. I’m so thankful for the kindness and patience we received during that time and everything that followed after!

All Pets Cremation Center is the best experience I have had concerning cremating my cat.Last week, my 21 year old Persian cat passed away. My husband and I were completely devastated. Having just moved to the area, I googled a place and came across here. Back at my old home, I was paying twice as much and the cremation wasn't even a private one.I loved knowing that I would only be getting my pet's ashes. Their prices are great just for the basic service which include a small box for ashes, paw prints, ink prints, and clippings of fur. However, since my cat was so special to me, I ended up getting a cat shaped urn, which I also thought was a great price.Ever since I have gotten the urn, the grief in the house has subsided. I love having all the wondering memory objects on a shelf. I think my other cats must know it is her too because they do nuzzle the urn.I will absolutely come back here for every single one of my cats for cremation although I do hope I have several years before I need to come back They have a variety of urns and many different ways to honor the loss of a pet.If that were not enough, the service was amazing. I felt the staff was friendly and empathetic. I feel like they truly care about the process of helping people go through such a painful loss. They helped my household so much!

I have used All pets Cremation for all 3 of my pets. One of my dogs, a presa canario I wanted picked up. And they were right there. No problem. They are with you for the long haul. They care, and I am elated that u can have an obituary for your faithful family member. I love it! Hats off to them for this service. I can put my dog down with dignity and the respect that he deserves. The same respect he gave me when he was living. such joy! Such a small price to pay for his faithful companionship also putting my mind at rest. I am at so much ease taking my furry family member there who has passed and I am able to spend that extra time I need to say goodbye. no rushing. Thank you Alexa. I called and she showed up within the hour to put my baby Bear to rest and the next day his ashes were ready. Thank you to All Pets Cremation. I appreciate you!

Very caring staff! Even after hours, I feel myself and my girl received the best care!!! I was so happy about the lengths they went to, to provide me with the absolute best of my Mercedes....hair, nose print, paw prints!! Brought her back as the big part my life that that she always was!! Can't thank them enough for caring they showed!!

Had to put down my beloved Patriot this week. All Pets helped with the cremation part. The staff were very caring and friendly. They also made the process very smooth.

They took excellent care of my pet rat, she came back home the next day. They are very nice and empathetic; in the future I will be using them for my other animals.

The service was top notch from the initial call to the pick up of our dog’s remains, along with a wonderful care package. The staff seemed to genuinely care about our loss. I never knew there were such a service because I never needed to know I guess. But I’m so glad that we found them and was able to send our girl off with the dignity she deserved. Thanks again for the wonderful service! RIP Angel, you will be truly missed. Gone but never forgotten.

The most kind and compassionate staff. This is the third service they have provided for us and I can’t say enough good things about how they handle everything, even waiting for us after hours when we unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our beloved kitty and giving us time to grieve a little more with her. Simply the best.

This place is amazing! I recently lost my 18 year old shih-tzu. Not only were they available to accept my dog, they were very sympathetic. They were professional yet kind and understanding. If I ever need crematory services again, this is where I will go!I live an hour and a half away, but personally drove there, taking my doggie on his last ride. Worth the drive for sure! People, do not use your regular vet to send your pet to be cremated! I lost my 15 year old Crocker Spaniel last year and made the mistake of doing so. Through his loss, I found out that vet practices use a local farmer to do the cremation. What??!! Yes, you heard me right. Or at least that's how it's done in our area, where we don't have a pet crematory. Please, for your pets sake, do your research! I did, and found this place.. Thank you Carol for being so kind and understanding during the worst time of my life. I'll never forget you! Awesome and amazing!!

I brought my cat Sleepy here to be cremated and they are so kind and helpful they do the cremations with just your pet not with other animals and you can watch them do the process if wish and they give you a clay paw impression and fur clippings and a nice package to go with everything.they help you make the best of a sad situation.I recommend them to anyone.Thanks again Carol and Steve

Amazing staff and service. They took wonderful care of our sweet Lizzie. They take the time to make sure your pet is remembered the way you’d want them to be. I honestly can not say enough good things about this place!
