We lost our Pepper the other day. Autumn & Jeff were amazing. due to our schedules with our jobs , they came in today so they could deliver our baby back to us. They are both very empathetic and caring individuals.

I've had two pets cremated before Nylah and I highly recommend this one very much. They took time with me and handled my girl with care. I live in NC but think I'll make the extra miles and bring them here. They are very reasonably priced as well. I promise you that you won't be disappointed

Our dog passed while we were out of the country. Our son was taking care of him and had to handle the arrangements. He said that Jeff at Williamsburg Pet Loss was very compassionate and put his mind at ease. We just picked up the ashes and I couldn't agree more. We highly recommend Williamsburg Pet Loss for pet cremation.

I just wanted to thank the owner of Williamsburg pet loss for taking such good care of my cat Kennedy. It was a devastating loss for me and my family. They gave us a clay paw print, and went out of their way to clip both gray and white fur from her for us to keep. The urn I was able to choose is a beautiful. I was unable to speak to the owner myself because I was too emotional, but I can not thank you enough for taking such good care of my girl. This has been one of the most heart breaking times in our lives, thank you for making it just a little easier and giving us so much to remember her by. You are truly a blessing.

They were very kind and so helpful in an absolute time of pain for our family. Our kitty was given back to us in a beautiful box, a paw imprint and a small bag of our cats fur clippings. Its made for a beautiful memorial. Such a wonderful company!

When our kitty Tigger died we were devastated. We wanted to be able to preserve his ashes, so we called around. The prices for other places were positively exorbitant. We were afraid we would not be able to preserve our kittyThen we called Williamsburg Pet Loss. Not only were the prices amazing, but the selection of services was great as well.When we arrived and met the owner we knew we were in the right place. He is a gentle compassionate man. He showed us all of our options and helped us make the best decision for us. Not only did we receive Tigger's ashes in a beautiful box, we also were able to get a clay footprint keepsake and fur clippings.They always treated us and Tigger with respect and compassion.If you find yourself in a situation where you have lost a pet, please come to Williamsburg Pet Loss. The overall experience was absolutely wonderful for such a sad point in our lives.We will forever be indebted to this wonderful, family run business.

The owners of Williamsburg Pet Loss made the loss of my bird so much easier. They are both uplifting, which is what I needed to get through this difficult time. They are quick to respond to your phone calls/voicemails and are reasonably priced. They are so convenient--they will even come to you to pick your pet up. They have tons of options to memorialize your pet. They are the best.

After talking to Jeff on the phone when we had to have a beloved bunny put to rest, we knew that he would be in good hands. Jeff went out of his way to help us as we grieved. The urn that Reuben came home in was beautiful. If you need a gentle caring person, this is the place. Will recommend him to everyone I know.

When me and my wife loss our little boston terrier we use williamsburg pet loss and they made it so much easier for us and he was done but it took a litte longer then just a cremation cause we got a few other things also but they waited till everthing came in to call and let us know it was done and read to pick up i was greatful for that cause i wouldn't want to have to keep running back when things came in and go pick them up. I was greatful to use them and would recommend them to anyone if you were to use then you will not be disappointed. They treat you and your pet like you were family.

Was very disappointed when I contacted Williamsburg Pet Loss on their website for an appointment and I was never contacted back. Luckily I went to Godspeed Animal Care and they were able to take care of my pet and I.
