My 14.5-year-old Frenchie passed away three weeks ago, and I opted for private cremation and a paw print through my vet. I thought I was simply receiving the ashes/paw print and decided upon a beautiful box urn with a picture frame and paw print display with space for my dog’s ashes, collar, photos, and other mementos (like the suspenders he wore to hold up his diaper in the last few years of his life). When I went to my vet to pick up the ashes and paw print, the ashes were placed in an urn and the paw print was permanently affixed inside of a plastic display case. I called Agape and asked if they could remove the paw print so I could display it in the urn I had purchased online. They were worried the paw print would crack in an attempt to remove it, but they were so kind to try. A few days later, I received the call that they were able to remove the paw print without issue! They were incredibly kind and understanding. I am now able to view a precious picture of my beloved dog next to his paw print in what looks like an elegant frame and not a noticeable urn. I am beyond grateful for the professionalism, compassion, can-do/above-and-beyond attitude of this pet cremation service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me keep my precious dog and his larger-than-life memory with me in my home in such a meaningful way!

I work at a local animal hospital that sources out to Agape; for those pet parent needs for after care of their beloved pets. Kim, Heather, Greg, Sam, Luis and everyone else there are always SO professional and helpful each time I call. Their kindness and understanding is outstanding and they never hesitate to go above and beyond. They truly embrace compassion and care. I have used Agape Pet Cremation multiple times throughout the years and they never disappoint. Greg and his team are so understanding and empathetic during such a difficult time. I wouldn't use any other crematorium for my pets aftercare. The attention to detail and quality of their work is remarkable. I have so many memories to now look at to remember my fur baby.

It’s been a week since my sweet 16 year old baby girl passed away. The price was well worth it for what I received. Everything was so beautiful, and very thoughtful for someone who’s lost their companion. I didn’t expect it, but it made me cry with tears of joy. Chowan Animal Hospital was where I took her, and Agape Pet Services was who they went with. I’m so very thankful for all of it. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. I love everything that they gave me to honor my little Fancy girls memory.

Agape took care of our sweet Solo dog and provided us with a great memorial of our buddy. Greg and his team did a beautiful memorial with some of his fur for us as well as a beautiful urn with his remains and a paw print cast for our daughter. Whew, it took me 2 weeks but I feel I am finally able to write this review. I tragically lost my 3 year old Boxer and Agape was the company recommended and used by my vet. I was able to call them and speak with them about what I wanted and they understood me through my tears and did exactly as I requested. The front right paw of my puppy was my favorite paw and I requested that they make a print of that one, and me knowing this paw extremely well I can verify that that is his paw. The urn is gorgeous and while it hurts sometimes to see it at least I know my puppy is there and not anywhere else. Thank you guys for helping me through this time and for providing the services that you do.

My fiance and I lost our beloved German shepherd to hemangiocarcoma on January 12th. At the time that I filled out the paperwork for her cremation at the emergency vet's office, I did not see some of the extras that Agape offers. We realized the next day that we wanted a nose print and some of her fur in addition to her ashes and her paw print. I knew they were closed, but I called anyway, just in case. A nice gentleman answered the phone and confirmed that they were closed but that I could call him back, leave a voicemail with my info, and they would reach back out to me when their office reopened.The lady at the office who returned my call was so gentle, patient, and compassionate with me as I explained what we were looking for through my tears. It's a kindness I'll never forget. Our baby girl's remains and keepsakes are back home with us now. The quality of the items is astounding. The care they take is evident. Worth every penny. You may not always get to choose where your pet goes for cremation when they pass, but if you can choose, I couldn't recommend Agape more.

I had to help my sweet dog Bubba of 15 years cross over this past week and had requested 2 Clay Paw and 1 Clay nose print at Bay Beach. When I arrived to pick him up with the requested items they only had the Paw Prints. This by no means was their fault and the lady made a phone call to Bay Beach to make check the mistake and also let me know I was also not over billed. She also took the time to ask Bay Beach about my dogs leash which was also lost by the ER staff Saturday which still has not been found. I would like to thank you so much Agape for the compassion and help to get our family through this tough time. We love out sweet dogs final resting place and his paw prints to help us remember his life. Thank you again.

We lost our 17-year cat Wild Fire. We were recommended to use Agape by our vet. What we got back was way better than we ever expected for the price. Our kitty was picked up and delivered back to our vets office in less than a week. The box is beautiful, and his paw print is a wonderful gift.

Agape is amazing. I wish I could think of a better word or words to describe how amazing this place is. We lost one of our family pets. He was only 6 months old. And we were devastated completely. From the start (the phone call) to the end they were so caring, and patient and so much more. They comforted us. And made sure our little baby Boba was very well taken care of. We got assistance the same day and our baby came home two days later. And followed everything we asked and it looks absolutely perfect. They even gave their recommendations to help us decide what we wanted. And we are so thankful for each and everyone of the employees there. We will definitely be using this company again if/when the time comes. And they are not expensive. I love this place and environment and I am so happy with the service we received. Thank you agape and agape employees for everything. You helped us so much when we needed it.

"BUILT ON TRUST" is their supposeded motto but I CAN NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN. Not after this nightmare experience. They RUINED and ROBBED ME of a proper memorial for my beloved cat of 13 years... This place has gone down hill in the past 3 years. We previously used Agape in 2021 and had a great experience. HOWEVER, fast forward to September 2024. We had a nightmare experience. We dealt with Heather (who was nice) and her inability to achieve accuracy with our furbabies final arrangements were appalling. We repeatedly advised her we wanted to duplicate our last pets order minus the amount of 3d nose/paw prints as we only wanted her nose done. Which meant in addition to the urn we would do multiple fur clippings, stand alone paw ink print and stand alone nose ink print, pawprint keychain urn, and we added some new items they didn't offer before. I specifically asked to ensure a stand alone ink print was done of the nose and paw print so that I could get a tattoo. I also noticed that our email was wrong and had advised to update it as our last name wasnt spelt right. Well I called at the end of the week and they had Yoda ready (I spoke to Kim who is great). I had asked if our email was ever updated and it wasn't. I go pick up my order. Trusting them I went home with my order only to find numerous items missing. It was after hours and I spoke to Greg (appears to be a manger of sorts). I was in LITERAL TEARS over the horrendous mistakes with my order. There was #1 no stand alone ink nose print or ink paw print, #2 there was no keychain urn, #3 they knowingly sold a cat 3d nose print knowing they dont turn out great and said nothing until we complained. My invoice even stated match previous pets records. Greg told me since my baby had already been cremated there was little that could be done about redoing the poorly done items. Also advising that the ink nose and ink paw prints that werent done were not something doable now. AS FOR GREG he lacks integrity. He apologized assuring me he would get to the bottom of it and would call me by middle of the following week. I DIDNT HEAR FROM HIM so i called that following friday (1 week mark). He had been out sick early in the week. I understand but the fact i had to call him at the end of the week after not hearing anything is terrible. He assured me again he was working on it. Then i heard nothing until i sent an email mid yet another following week (almost 2 weeks since picking our pet up). He then calls me and proceeds to speak to me in a demeaning, unprofessional, and rude tone. Down right nasty. This experience was truly unacceptable on many levels. This iced the cake for me. I called and told the office that i no longer felt comfortable speaking to greg without my husband able to monitor the conversation. Greg called me back and handed the phone to my husband. They apologized and refunded for the awful cat 3d nose print. As an apology gift they offered to do a charm with a nose print engraving from a picture we took of a framed ink prink one with fur that is sealed that they did (one of the new items we got). We sent the picture and waited for Greg to return call to confirm that would be done and that has not been done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY WILL DISTROY YOUR PETS LEGACY and they lack integrity, compassion, and empathy.

When my best friend of 15 years passed, this is the place the Vet used for his cremation services. I did not choose them myself, but I am SO pleased that he did. I was terrified to open the bag because I was worried that the print of my bestie's toe beans would be just a blob of ink. It was the complete opposite. Ashli, the print you made is so beautiful! The urn, the hair clipping, and the ink print were all stunning. Even the young woman who brought out his remains to me was kind and thoughtful. The amount of care given to every piece is undeniable. Sadly we had to use their services while on vacation in OBX. Kim was especially wonderful. She called to ensure we were home from traveling before shipping our dear baby. The compassion we felt was very comforting. I recommend them if ever the need arises. Very quick turn around time as well.

I had a beloved dog pass away they made everything so easy in this process that is so heartbreaking. I felt comfortable to ask about a horse I had cremated with a different location and my displeasure with them. They not only guided me but actually ended up assisting me with everything I needed and I can finally lay my horse to rest properly 😌. I also last week had the displeasure of having my cat of 15 years pass away due to kidney disease and yet again for the third time this year came though and was so amazing yet again in not only communication but in having a calm and peaceful environment to assist those who are grieving their beloved family.

Very lovely place. I lost my emotional support boy Charlie to an aggressive cancer unexpectedly. The loss is very difficult. Through the kindness of family I was able to cremate him and bring him back to sit again in his favorite chair. Agape provided the most beautiful box with thoughtful detail. They were kind enough to give an extra paw print so I could give it to his first family. The turnaround time is very quick. I couldn’t make it up there immediately as I came down with covid the day they called for me to come get him but they said not to worry because they’d hold his ashes for 60 days. That allowed me time to get better and test negative so I could finally be reunited with my boy today. Thank you for the kindness and respect you gave to my family during this time.

I had a great experience picking up my pets ashes and everyone I spoke to was very kind and considerate. However, as I was leaving with my dogs ashes, their garage door was half open and the furnace, engulfed in flames, was visible to me. I understand the practicality of it - I know they have to do their job and I'm sure it gets hot in the summer - but it was fairly upsetting to see. It's hard enough to accept your beloved pet is now in your hands in an urn without a peek behind the curtain to see the intimate details of how it happened.

Unfortunately I had to decide to get our wonderful cat euthanized on Monday June 17 2024 and I was told Agape Pet cremation was taking care of the cremation of our sweet cat! In August, my sweet Sally, our 13-year-old bossy girl, left us suddenly from acute renal failure. I knew I wanted to bring her back home. You not only took all of the stress away by working with Bay Beach Emergency Vet (who were also absolutely wonderful), but when we got our girl back, I was presented with a beautiful wooden urn and a commemorative pay print in a velvet satchel. I know we will likely be coming to you again, sooner than I’d like, but I know you will take the most wonderful care of preparing my fur babies that follow Sally over the Rainbow Bridge with the same loving care. Our dear chihuahua Maya passed away at the age of 16 and a half last week. Our veterinarian handled everything with Agape to have Maya cremated and returned to us. Everything seemed to be done with such care and respect. We called Agape to clarify which urn we would be receiving and the woman on the phone was super helpful. The urn we received is so beautiful and the paw print of our dog in clay is lovely. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything.

If I could give 6 stars I would. These people define the terms: Caring, helpful, understanding, patient, loving, fantastic, friendly, and I could go on and on. A+ people and A+ organization. They go the extra mile to make sure your mourning is respected and cared about and I have no doubt my dog was treated like royalty during his private cremation process. First Class organization. We lost our 17-year cat Wild Fire. We were recommended to use Agape by our vet. What we got back was way better than we ever expected for the price. Our kitty was picked up and delivered back to our vets office in less than a week. The box is beautiful, and his paw print is a wonderful gift.

Agape is amazing. I wish I could think of a better word or words to describe how amazing this place is. We lost one of our family pets. He was only 6 months old. And we were devastated completely. From the start (the phone call) to the end they were so caring, and patient and so much more. They comforted us. And made sure our little baby Boba was very well taken care of. We got assistance the same day and our baby came home two days later. And followed everything we asked and it looks absolutely perfect. They even gave their recommendations to help us decide what we wanted. And we are so thankful for each and everyone of the employees there. We will definitely be using this company again if/when the time comes. And they are not expensive. I love this place and environment and I am so happy with the service we received. Thank you agape and agape employees for everything. You helped us so much when we needed it.

"BUILT ON TRUST" is their supposeded motto but I CAN NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN. Not after this nightmare experience. They RUINED and ROBBED ME of a proper memorial for my beloved cat of 13 years... This place has gone down hill in the past 3 years. We previously used Agape in 2021 and had a great experience. HOWEVER, fast forward to September 2024. We had a nightmare experience. We dealt with Heather (who was nice) and her inability to achieve accuracy with our furbabies final arrangements were appalling. We repeatedly advised her we wanted to duplicate our last pets order minus the amount of 3d nose/paw prints as we only wanted her nose done. Which meant in addition to the urn we would do multiple fur clippings, stand alone paw ink print and stand alone nose ink print, pawprint keychain urn, and we added some new items they didn't offer before. I specifically asked to ensure a stand alone ink print was done of the nose and paw print so that I could get a tattoo. I also noticed that our email was wrong and had advised to update it as our last name wasnt spelt right. Well I called at the end of the week and they had Yoda ready (I spoke to Kim who is great). I had asked if our email was ever updated and it wasn't. I go pick up my order. Trusting them I went home with my order only to find numerous items missing. It was after hours and I spoke to Greg (appears to be a manger of sorts). I was in LITERAL TEARS over the horrendous mistakes with my order. There was #1 no stand alone ink nose print or ink paw print, #2 there was no keychain urn, #3 they knowingly sold a cat 3d nose print knowing they dont turn out great and said nothing until we complained. My invoice even stated match previous pets records. Greg told me since my baby had already been cremated there was little that could be done about redoing the poorly done items. Also advising that the ink nose and ink paw prints that werent done were not something doable now. AS FOR GREG he lacks integrity. He apologized assuring me he would get to the bottom of it and would call me by middle of the following week. I DIDNT HEAR FROM HIM so i called that following friday (1 week mark). He had been out sick early in the week. I understand but the fact i had to call him at the end of the week after not hearing anything is terrible. He assured me again he was working on it. Then i heard nothing until i sent an email mid yet another following week (almost 2 weeks since picking our pet up). He then calls me and proceeds to speak to me in a demeaning, unprofessional, and rude tone. Down right nasty. This experience was truly unacceptable on many levels. This iced the cake for me. I called and told the office that i no longer felt comfortable speaking to greg without my husband able to monitor the conversation. Greg called me back and handed the phone to my husband. They apologized and refunded for the awful cat 3d nose print. As an apology gift they offered to do a charm with a nose print engraving from a picture we took of a framed ink prink one with fur that is sealed that they did (one of the new items we got). We sent the picture and waited for Greg to return call to confirm that would be done and that has not been done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY WILL DISTROY YOUR PETS LEGACY and they lack integrity, compassion, and empathy.

When my best friend of 15 years passed, this is the place the Vet used for his cremation services. I did not choose them myself, but I am SO pleased that he did. I was terrified to open the bag because I was worried that the print of my bestie's toe beans would be just a blob of ink. It was the complete opposite. Ashli, the print you made is so beautiful! The urn, the hair clipping, and the ink print were all stunning. Even the young woman who brought out his remains to me was kind and thoughtful. The amount of care given to every piece is undeniable. I had a beloved dog pass away they made everything so easy in this process that is so heartbreaking. I felt comfortable to ask about a horse I had cremated with a different location and my displeasure with them. They not only guided me but actually ended up assisting me with everything I needed and I can finally lay my horse to rest properly 😌. I also last week had the displeasure of having my cat of 15 years pass away due to kidney disease and yet again for the third time this year came though and was so amazing yet again in not only communication but in having a calm and peaceful environment to assist those who are grieving their beloved family.

Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, my beautiful Shelby was greeted by angels and made her journey to Rainbow Bridge. She was 18 years, 2 months, and 11 days old. We were a family for 15 years, 2 months, and 11 days.Our Dr. Vu at our Hilltop Vet Clinic contacted the Agape Pet Service for my Shelby. Dr. Vu and the entire staff had been Shelby’s doctors since we became a family. I can’t give enough praise to all of them and how wonderful they were to me during this ordeal.Approximately a month or so before Shelby went to Rainbow Bridge, I called Agape Pet Services for some information because I knew, deep down, Shelby’s time was short. I spoke with a very nice lady at length regarding different scenarios for Shelby’s passing, i.e., passing at home after hours, on weekends, holidays, etc. I do not remember this lady’s name, but she was so patient, understanding, and forthcoming with the information I needed. She also said one thing that stuck with me, “When you are ready, we are here. Remember, your baby does not have an expiration date.” Thank you for that sentiment.I want to humbly express my sincere appreciation to Agape Pet Services for the care, sensitivity, and dedication to the services they provided for my sweet Shelby and myself during this emotionally draining time, which continues. You gave my Shelby the respect and dignity as an angel this sweet baby deserved. I sincerely thank you.My heart breaks and my life has a huge void, however, and most importantly, my beautiful Shelby is healthy and happy again. I know she will always be with me. We too needed to avail ourselves of Agape's services while on vacation on the Outer Banks last week. Our beloved Golden Retriever passed away unexpectedly on a Saturday evening. A 24-hour animal hospital in Virginia Beach accepted her remains and coordinated with Agape Pet Services for our pet to be picked up the following day and cremated the day after. Without these two wonderful, caring businesses, I don't know what we would have done. Kim at Agape was especially wonderful to us and made sure everything went smoothly and with care and compassion. She has helped make our grieving process better, and we thank her and Agape for a beautiful, professional, and caring experience at a time when we were devastated by the loss of our pet.

My dog passed at my home on Dec 18 2023, I called Agape at around 9pm to pick up my dog for cremation services. I waited about an hour and a half to find out about the status of the driver to then be told that they were not coming. I was fortunate to have someone meet me at the Agape location for me to drop my dog off past 11pm. The next day I came back to pick out an urn and was apologized by staff members for what happened with the driver the night before and was compensated with a clay paw print which I gratefully accepted. In addition to picking an urn, I also elected to purchase a locket of my dogs hair that is offered in a keepsake. A couple of days later when I came back to pick up my items, I noticed that the locket of hair was missing. After discussions about the dilemma with the staff, I was told that I would receive a call from the facility manager to discuss what could have been the mix up, needless to say I never received this call. I thought about calling back for an explanation but with the amount of emotional pain I was still suffering from in addition to the fact that no matter what explanation would be given to me, I knew I would never get that piece of memory back and wasn't really in the mood to hear about what kind of compensation would be given to me for something I consider a priceless memory.

We lost our beloved pet who was a cherished family member. We were told to call before arriving and they would have our pet ready for us when we picked him up.. To my dismay we didn't enter the building our pet was brought outside by one of your staff who was "swinging " the bag with his remains like it was a bag of trash. Where was the compassion? Our pet deserved some dignity. I'm greatly disappointed in your service. Losing my beloved furry family member was devastating to say the least, but the way my pets remains were handled and the whole situation was extremely cold, uncaring and horrible. Sadly I've been through this before .My pets had gone to a different funeral home. My experience was totally different. I was brought in to the building sat in a comfortable chair soft music was playing. The staff showed me so much kindness ,compassion and understanding with the overwhelming grief of losing my pets. My pets were treated with dignity as they should be at this very sorrowful time in their pet parents lives.

It is surely a sad situation to lose a loved pet, but the staff is very kind and thoughtful and the products received are always wonderful and clean. My husband and I began fostering a sibling pair of kittens at 3 weeks old and lost one two months in. After that, we decided to adopt the other sibling. We loved having her and she is still so special to us! Sadly, we lost her in a similar way that we lost her brother. Both times the cat rescue organization and the emergency vet paid for our cremation services and we are very grateful. The employees are great and you can trust them here to take care of your precious pets in a tough time.

Very lovely place. I lost my emotional support boy Charlie to an aggressive cancer unexpectedly. The loss is very difficult. Through the kindness of family I was able to cremate him and bring him back to sit again in his favorite chair. Agape provided the most beautiful box with thoughtful detail. They were kind enough to give an extra paw print so I could give it to his first family. The turnaround time is very quick. I couldn’t make it up there immediately as I came down with covid the day they called for me to come get him but they said not to worry because they’d hold his ashes for 60 days. I had a great experience picking up my pets ashes and everyone I spoke to was very kind and considerate. However, as I was leaving with my dogs ashes, their garage door was half open and the furnace, engulfed in flames, was visible to me. I understand the practicality of it - I know they have to do their job and I'm sure it gets hot in the summer - but it was fairly upsetting to see. It's hard enough to accept your beloved pet is now in your hands in an urn without a peek behind the curtain to see the intimate details of how it happened.

This is not my cat’s paw print, and someone has some explaining to do. This is all I have left, and all I could afford after spending thousands trying to save my 15yo cat’s life. I would have done it myself had I known I wouldn’t be getting his paw print. For reference, a picture of his paw from his final vet visit last Wednesday. Note the length of his toe beans in comparison to the pad of his foot… and what looks like someone took the end of a pencil eraser and poked holes into the clay. We had to send our sweet Sadie across the Rainbow Bridge and since she was a large girl we decided on cremation instead of burying her. I figured we’d get her back in a plastic bag and cardboard box but we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful box and velvet bag! I trusted Pet Cremation Services for years only to find out they weren't cremating my cats as directed and agreed. My cats were removed from the cardboard boxes where I laid them with three dozen fresh roses and petals, as well as cherished life momentos. They removed my cats from the agreed box, went through the items, and threw the rest away - disturbing how I was laying my cats to rest. Where are those items? 10k Gold bracelet, 18k gold charms, small wooden Oxacana folk cats, heirloom necklaces, bracelets and photos. I couldn't understand why there were no remnants of these items returned with my cats after cremation - I don't have my cats "processed," I receive them as is, which is the bones and not ground up to be "ashes." Then I tested. Mike stated he had no idea, must have been a misunderstanding, the crew, who knows. He had no possible valid reason. It was 14 cats, ages ranging from 3 to 17. It's like someone stealing your grandmother's jewelry off her while she's in the casket before she was buried. SUCH A BETRAYAL. I had decided to sue them. Then they sold to Agape. I will not use Agape either, as they were transferring pets to other locations for cremation. How would they be able to prove positive it was your pet being returned to you with all the chances of mistakes? They couldn't. I'd share a few photos, however I don't do that with anyone, those are just for me. These felines were and have been my family. I advise everyone to ask questions, don't assume and hold those providing such services accountable. I was in rescue for over 25 years and have seen things I cannot unsee. This experience has added even more weight to my heart. I would recommend everyone do their research beforehand and ask the questions you need answers to so businesses are made to be accountable.

The whole process was very unfortunate. I called the funeral home the morning of Max's death. The lady on the phone was very compassionate and asked a few questions about urns and such. I chose an urn and paid for the service. I took Max to Agape Pet Services and a nice gentleman met me at my car to receive Max. The only question that was asked was if I wanted my cooler back that Max was in. I said no thank you and asked if the towels he was wrapped in could also be cremated with him, and he replied that was no problem.A week goes by, I called and inquired about Max, they said they shipped him up to Richmond due to a fire they had. At no time did they tell me that they could not perform the service at that location, I was not comfortable with Max being shipped anywhere. 12 days later I receive a call that Max is ready for pick up. Urn looks great, nice bag, but no collar or tags. I called them up and ask where are the collar and tags? Their response was that the collar and tags were cremated with him and if I wanted them I should have let them know, I have used their services twice before and I always received the urn and collars, I never had to tell them I wanted them back, just doesn't make sense why one would not want them back.I received a bag with a tag on it with no guarantee of what is inside. If a collar was present with the urn you get a sense of relief that your best friend is home again with you. I don't have that now. It is a real shame that this happened and you have lost a customer. I will no longer recommend Agape Pet Services to anyone.

Great service, nice people, very helpful, and accommodating. Rachel was our second dog we brought here and everything I said above was even more true for our first dog, Bruno. They allowed me to bring Rachel in for a private viewing (in a receiving room) so that she could smell him and process the loss. This time I remembered to stop by our home for our newest dog to do the same before bringing her here. I have no doubt that they would have been just as accommodating had I not done so. For anyone who is looking for a great place to take your beloved pets when they pass, I highly suggest Pet Cremation Services of Tidewater. When I called them absolutely bawling, the woman who answered was so kind and understanding. They laid him out in a private viewing room so we could say our final goodbyes, which is wonderful because my son and I were so distraught. When we picked him up he was in this beautiful box and they gave us a certificate of cremation and a Rainbow Bridge poem at no extra charge. I chose to have his plaster paw print done and it just made it extra special. Thank you all for making this terrible time a bit easier.

While on vacation in the Outer Banks, we unexpectedly had to put our pet of 11 years down at nearby Bay Beach Veterinary Emergency Hospital. We were distraught, and it was late at night. We didn’t even know what we signed or how Harry’s remains would be handled. We received a prompt and compassionate call from Laura letting us know our baby was ready to be picked up. The beautiful urn, poem, and certificate brought us a small bit of comfort knowing that Harry was treated with dignity and respect. Because we went through Bay Beach, we also received a clay print of Harry’s paw. We were so far from our home in PA and knew nothing about services in that area. Agape Pet Cremation services were suggested to me as their only option by the emergency veterinary clinic staff and I chose it on the spot without doing any research as the pain from such a sudden and unexpected death of my beloved lab Tyson was too much to bare. I had no expectations, I just needed to bring something home so my spouse and our son could say their goodbyes as, once again, I had to make the most difficult decision in my life and put down my pup when the doctor made it clear nothing else could be done and the more I wait the more pain our boy was in. Even though I didn't find Agape Pet Services myself, I am grateful I was directed to them. We received a beautiful wooden box with our boy's ashes and a paw print that had us all balling here. The paw print now proudly stands in the entryway - exactly where our sweet Tyson would greet us or our guests upon our arrival. I want to thank Agape Pet Cremation services staff for their compassion and care they displayed during such hard for our family time. I can tell you, the ladies on the phone and the lady who brought out our boy's ashes to the car - all expressed their condolences.. if you think this is just their job.. well, my regular vet who insisted my dog was totally fine even though I kept bringing him back and telling him my boy was not fine and there was something wrong - he, even after learning of my pup's passing literally 2 days after a visit with him, never called to say absolutely anything. I'll leave you with that thought right there. Thank you, Agape Pet Services staff!

Had to put my beloved boxer Chanel down 6/20/2018 at owls creek veterinarian and pet cremation was a choice given to me. I said yes without knowing the cost or what we get when the service was performed. Amazingly we picked up her ashes at the vet less than 48 hours later. Kudos to your services. I thought your price was fair and the urn with her name on it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much during a very difficult time. We have another boxer and will definitely use you again.

We just lost our cat on 1/31 and she was taken here for cremation. The people who work here were amazing. It isn’t easy losing someone you love, and they made me feel at ease through the whole process. They were fast, and respectful. They even put her in a beautiful box with her name on the front. Love this place!Our tabby cat unfortunately was hit by a car and the vb animal control euthanized her since she was in such bad condition when we went on vacation and didn't know she had been hit until she went missing for a few days when we got back. They recommended them to do her cremation. They are very understanding of how hard it is to loose a pet and took care of her. They made her a beautiful carved urn with her name on it and a paw print that you can bake in memory to go with the urn. They are very helpful on the phone I would recommend anyone go here.

Losing your pet is a devastating time. I had to use their pick up service because I was not fit to drive. I was so grateful that they could understand me over the phone even though I was crying and probably very hard to understand. The gentleman that came to pick up my sweet kitty was very respectful and handled her with care. I also asked that they donate her kitty bed that I had her in to the animal shelter and was happy that it is something that they regularly do. I don't ever want to lose a pet again but that's the reality of loving fur babies is that someday they will leave us. I hope that I don't need their services any time soon but if I do I know they will be my choice again.

We were on vacation, a bit of a bucket list trip for two of our senior dogs when our Gaylord passed away. He was just diagnosed with heart failure in September and we've been seeing our vet almost weekly trying to find some combination of medications that might give us more time. Friday night, three hundred miles from home, Gay took his last breaths in his father's arms. We were panicked and had no idea what to do. The nearest vet hospital was two and a half hours away and they suggested reaching out to Tidewater to make arrangements because we were so far from home. In the days since we have spoken to Neal and Kim a few times and they have been so very kind, attentive and helpful. We reached out late at night and it was Neal who walked us through how things would go. We adopted Gay as a senior and have only had him for three years and armed with that knowledge Kim refers to our old man as "your baby." He truly was our baby and it means so much to have her recognize that at every interaction. We have a strong relationship with our veterinary office at home and i was so distressed that we were so far away from our family and friends there, but Kim and Neal treated us like family and I know that they are taking the best care of our sweet baby Gay. Thank you all, for being there in this difficult time.

Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, my beautiful Shelby was greeted by angels and made her journey to Rainbow Bridge. She was 18 years, 2 months, and 11 days old. We were a family for 15 years, 2 months, and 11 days.Our Dr. Vu at our Hilltop Vet Clinic contacted the Agape Pet Service for my Shelby. Dr. Vu and the entire staff had been Shelby’s doctors since we became a family. I can’t give enough praise to all of them and how wonderful they were to me during this ordeal.Approximately a month or so before Shelby went to Rainbow Bridge, I called Agape Pet Services for some information because I knew, deep down, Shelby’s time was short. I spoke with a very nice lady at length regarding different scenarios for Shelby’s passing, i.e., passing at home after hours, on weekends, holidays, etc. I do not remember this lady’s name, but she was so patient, understanding, and forthcoming with the information I needed. She also said one thing that stuck with me, “When you are ready, we are here. Remember, your baby does not have an expiration date.” Thank you for that sentiment.I want to humbly express my sincere appreciation to Agape Pet Services for the care, sensitivity, and dedication to the services they provided for my sweet Shelby and myself during this emotionally draining time, which continues. You gave my Shelby the respect and dignity as an angel this sweet baby deserved. I sincerely thank you.My heart breaks and my life has a huge void, however, and most importantly, my beautiful Shelby is healthy and happy again. I know she will always be with me. We too needed to avail ourselves of Agape's services while on vacation on the Outer Banks last week. Our beloved Golden Retriever passed away unexpectedly on a Saturday evening. A 24-hour animal hospital in Virginia Beach accepted her remains and coordinated with Agape Pet Services for our pet to be picked up the following day and cremated the day after. Without these two wonderful, caring businesses, I don't know what we would have done. Kim at Agape was especially wonderful to us and made sure everything went smoothly and with care and compassion. She has helped make our grieving process better, and we thank her and Agape for a beautiful, professional, and caring experience at a time when we were devastated by the loss of our pet.

My dog passed at my home on Dec 18 2023, I called Agape at around 9pm to pick up my dog for cremation services. I waited about an hour and a half to find out about the status of the driver to then be told that they were not coming. I was fortunate to have someone meet me at the Agape location for me to drop my dog off past 11pm. The next day I came back to pick out an urn and was apologized by staff members for what happened with the driver the night before and was compensated with a clay paw print which I gratefully accepted. In addition to picking an urn, I also elected to purchase a locket of my dogs hair that is offered in a keepsake. A couple of days later when I came back to pick up my items, I noticed that the locket of hair was missing. After discussions about the dilemma with the staff, I was told that I would receive a call from the facility manager to discuss what could have been the mix up, needless to say I never received this call. I thought about calling back for an explanation but with the amount of emotional pain I was still suffering from in addition to the fact that no matter what explanation would be given to me, I knew I would never get that piece of memory back and wasn't really in the mood to hear about what kind of compensation would be given to me for something I consider a priceless memory.

We lost our beloved pet who was a cherished family member. We were told to call before arriving and they would have our pet ready for us when we picked him up.. To my dismay we didn't enter the building our pet was brought outside by one of your staff who was "swinging " the bag with his remains like it was a bag of trash. Where was the compassion? Our pet deserved some dignity. I'm greatly disappointed in your service. Losing my beloved furry family member was devastating to say the least, but the way my pets remains were handled and the whole situation was extremely cold, uncaring and horrible. Sadly I've been through this before .My pets had gone to a different funeral home. My experience was totally different. I was brought in to the building sat in a comfortable chair soft music was playing. The staff showed me so much kindness ,compassion and understanding with the overwhelming grief of losing my pets. My pets were treated with dignity as they should be at this very sorrowful time in their pet parents lives.

It is surely a sad situation to lose a loved pet, but the staff is very kind and thoughtful and the products received are always wonderful and clean. My husband and I began fostering a sibling pair of kittens at 3 weeks old and lost one two months in. After that, we decided to adopt the other sibling. We loved having her and she is still so special to us! Sadly, we lost her in a similar way that we lost her brother. Both times the cat rescue organization and the emergency vet paid for our cremation services and we are very grateful. The employees are great and you can trust them here to take care of your precious pets in a tough time.

Our vet (Cypress Creek in Smithfield) utilized them when it came time for us to say goodbye to our family member, Loki, and the package they returned him in was really wonderful, as was the accompanying note and paw print they did. Several years ago, when this company was owned by a private owner, I was 100% satisfied with their services. I knew without a doubt that the cremains I received then were my furbaby's. They used a metal disc that stayed with my furbaby from start to finish. The disc was also in the bag with the cremains. I had my furbaby's cremains back in 24 hours.Now the company has been bought by a corporation. The tracking is done with a paper bar code. How can a paper bar code survive the cremation? How do they know the cremains I received are my baby's cremains?I asked that question but never received a satisfactory response. Only when I dropped off my furbaby was I told he would not be ready for pick up for 72 hours. I had spoken with 2 different people prior to the drop off. This was never mentioned. Also, there is a strong plastic smell coming from the bag. It's nauseating.I have so many questions and definitely don't have a confident feeling in this transaction. I will never use this company again and I cannot and will not recommend them to anyone.

We came in on a Sunday after my buddy boy got into a car accident. They responded to the call immediately and was able to take my poor boy in the same day, even if it was after hours. We got his remains on the urn we have requested Tuesday that same week and finally got our custom name plate for him after a week. Also, I was outside looking at my tires when one of the staff lady asked if there's something wrong and I told her my tires were overinflated for some reason. While on the call, another staff member offered to help me out and they had one of their operators deflate my tires for me. Very friendly and fast service. I would definitely recommend them if you needed cremation services for your fur family member. Once again, thank you for everything.

I was devastated at the loss of my young cat. I was so upset I didn't even call them. I contacted them via email/fax because I didn't trust myself not to burst out crying on the phone with them. They were wonderful....very kind, thorough and sympathetic. They gave my friend the respect he deserved as he departed this life. I also have his ashes and a paw print and some hair clippings as a memento of his time on this Earth. This is a wonderful place and they make a difficult situation easier with their compassion.

When my dog was in such bad health that he could no longer get up & was using the bathroom on himself, I had to take him to the vet to be euthanized. My vet gave me the option of cremation & it was through this company. They picked him up from my vet on Saturday, and I was able to pick his remains up from my vet on Tuesday. I was pleased with the wooden urn with his name engraved. It also came with a cremation certificate. I am very happy with everything and it was done faster than I expected.

This is not my cat’s paw print, and someone has some explaining to do. This is all I have left, and all I could afford after spending thousands trying to save my 15yo cat’s life. I would have done it myself had I known I wouldn’t be getting his paw print. For reference, a picture of his paw from his final vet visit last Wednesday. Note the length of his toe beans in comparison to the pad of his foot… and what looks like someone took the end of a pencil eraser and poked holes into the clay. I had a paw print of his sister that was half his size from 1 1/2 years ago that is somehow bigger?

We had to send our sweet Sadie across the Rainbow Bridge and since she was a large girl we decided on cremation instead of burying her. I figured we’d get her back in a plastic bag and cardboard box but we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful box and velvet bag! I trusted Pet Cremation Services for years only to find out they weren't cremating my cats as directed and agreed. My cats were removed from the cardboard boxes where I laid them with three dozen fresh roses and petals, as well as cherished life momentos. They removed my cats from the agreed box, went through the items, and threw the rest away - disturbing how I was laying my cats to rest. Where are those items? 10k Gold bracelet, 18k gold charms, small wooden Oxacana folk cats, heirloom necklaces, bracelets and photos. I couldn't understand why there were no remnants of these items returned with my cats after cremation - I don't have my cats "processed," I receive them as is, which is the bones and not ground up to be "ashes." Then I tested. Mike stated he had no idea, must have been a misunderstanding, the crew, who knows. He had no possible valid reason. It was 14 cats, ages ranging from 3 to 17. It's like someone stealing your grandmother's jewelry off her while she's in the casket before she was buried. SUCH A BETRAYAL. I had decided to sue them. Then they sold to Agape. I will not use Agape either, as they were transferring pets to other locations for cremation. How would they be able to prove positive it was your pet being returned to you with all the chances of mistakes? They couldn't. I'd share a few photos, however I don't do that with anyone, those are just for me. These felines were and have been my family. I advise everyone to ask questions, don't assume and hold those providing such services accountable. I was in rescue for over 25 years and have seen things I cannot unsee. This experience has added even more weight to my heart. I would recommend everyone do their research beforehand and ask the questions you need answers to so businesses are made to be accountable.

The whole process was very unfortunate. I called the funeral home the morning of Max's death. The lady on the phone was very compassionate and asked a few questions about urns and such. I chose an urn and paid for the service. I took Max to Agape Pet Services and a nice gentleman met me at my car to receive Max. The only question that was asked was if I wanted my cooler back that Max was in. I said no thank you and asked if the towels he was wrapped in could also be cremated with him, and he replied that was no problem.A week goes by, I called and inquired about Max, they said they shipped him up to Richmond due to a fire they had. At no time did they tell me that they could not perform the service at that location, I was not comfortable with Max being shipped anywhere. 12 days later I receive a call that Max is ready for pick up. Urn looks great, nice bag, but no collar or tags. I called them up and ask where are the collar and tags? Their response was that the collar and tags were cremated with him and if I wanted them I should have let them know, I have used their services twice before and I always received the urn and collars, I never had to tell them I wanted them back, just doesn't make sense why one would not want them back.I received a bag with a tag on it with no guarantee of what is inside. If a collar was present with the urn you get a sense of relief that your best friend is home again with you. I don't have that now. It is a real shame that this happened and you have lost a customer. I will no longer recommend Agape Pet Services to anyone.

Great service, nice people, very helpful, and accommodating. Rachel was our second dog we brought here and everything I said above was even more true for our first dog, Bruno. They allowed me to bring Rachel in for a private viewing (in a receiving room) so that she could smell him and process the loss. This time I remembered to stop by our home for our newest dog to do the same before bringing her here. I have no doubt that they would have been just as accommodating had I not done so. For anyone who is looking for a great place to take your beloved pets when they pass, I highly suggest Pet Cremation Services of Tidewater. When I called them absolutely bawling, the woman who answered was so kind and understanding. They laid him out in a private viewing room so we could say our final goodbyes, which is wonderful because my son and I were so distraught. When we picked him up he was in this beautiful box and they gave us a certificate of cremation and a Rainbow Bridge poem at no extra charge. I chose to have his plaster paw print done and it just made it extra special. Thank you all for making this terrible time a bit easier.

Great experience here. We lost our best friend the other day and all I wanted was to have everything that came after be easy. Well it was that and then some, nothing pushy or difficult, everything was set up with the vet to flow from A to B with just a signature from me. I walked in the door and was greeted right away, gave them my pets name and they brought him right out to me. No pushy sales pitch just a sorry for your lost and respect. I was even looking at some urns when they came out with the nice wooden box and they were still more interested in telling me about what they already did for him then upselling me. Thank you, I will be returning to purchase the urn I liked there for that reason alone.

Lost our baby China right before Christmas. Called several places but the people here seemed the most compassionate and caring, and they were. Having just moved and the holidays we didn't have enough money to pay for an urn. When we picked China up they had pout her in an urn and engraved her name. Even in her death she managed to charm the owners. Should my male pass I will definitely bring him here as well.

Be careful when using this place because this is all we have left of our cat. I will keep checking back here until my review sticks too because I'm not playing around when it comes to cremains.

While we were heartbroken to call Pet Cremation Services, my fiancé and I were very pleased with how they treated our dog who passed away and how patient and kind they were with us (as we were very emotional) throughout the process. We unfortunately woke up before work to find that our sweet girl had passed away in her sleep. We called Pet Cremation Services that same morning and they were at our house in Greenbrier within 30 to 45 minutes. I can't remember the name of the gentlemen who handled our dogs body and explained the process of everything to us, but he was very respectful and empathetic. This was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Pet Cremation Services to anyone who lost their precious furbaby.

I have been using Pet Cremation Services since sometime in the 80's. I finally settled in the Tidewater area in '97. PCS has taken care of all my pets final cremation services. My children and I have always had pets, often several at any given time. PCS have always been very sensitive to their customers needs. They are compassionate and caring. I would never use any other place. I have met the owner's and they are very good people. If you're looking for a place that cares, this is the place.

What a great experience. My little beardie friend passed at the emergency vet and tidewater cremation cremated him for me. Thank you all so much for the respect and dignity for my little zilla. While on vacation in the Outer Banks, we unexpectedly had to put our pet of 11 years down at nearby Bay Beach Veterinary Emergency Hospital. We were distraught, and it was late at night. We didn’t even know what we signed or how Harry’s remains would be handled. We received a prompt and compassionate call from Laura letting us know our baby was ready to be picked up. The beautiful urn, poem, and certificate brought us a small bit of comfort knowing that Harry was treated with dignity and respect. Because we went through Bay Beach, we also received a clay print of Harry’s paw. We were so far from our home in PA and knew nothing about services in that area. In a terrible situation, we were fortunate to stumble upon this company.

Agape Pet Cremation services were suggested to me as their only option by the emergency veterinary clinic staff and I chose it on the spot without doing any research as the pain from such a sudden and unexpected death of my beloved lab Tyson was too much to bare. I had no expectations, I just needed to bring something home so my spouse and our son could say their goodbyes as, once again, I had to make the most difficult decision in my life and put down my pup when the doctor made it clear nothing else could be done and the more I wait the more pain our boy was in. I can tell you, the ladies on the phone and the lady who brought out our boy's ashes to the car - all expressed their condolences.. if you think this is just their job.. well, my regular vet who insisted my dog was totally fine even though I kept bringing him back and telling him my boy was not fine and there was something wrong - he, even after learning of my pup's passing literally 2 days after a visit with him, never called to say absolutely anything. I'll leave you with that thought right there. Thank you, Agape Pet Services staff!

Had to put my beloved boxer Chanel down 6/20/2018 at owls creek veterinarian and pet cremation was a choice given to me. I said yes without knowing the cost or what we get when the service was performed. Amazingly we picked up her ashes at the vet less than 48 hours later. Kudos to your services. It isn’t easy losing someone you love, and they made me feel at ease through the whole process. They were fast, and respectful. They even put her in a beautiful box with her name on the front. Love this place!Our tabby cat unfortunately was hit by a car and the vb animal control euthanized her since she was in such bad condition when we went on vacation and didn't know she had been hit until she went missing for a few days when we got back. They recommended them to do her cremation. They are very understanding of how hard it is to loose a pet and took care of her. They made her a beautiful carved urn with her name on it and a paw print that you can bake in memory to go with the urn. They are very helpful on the phone I would recommend anyone go here.

Losing your pet is a devastating time. I had to use their pick up service because I was not fit to drive. I was so grateful that they could understand me over the phone even though I was crying and probably very hard to understand. The gentleman that came to pick up my sweet kitty was very respectful and handled her with care. I also asked that they donate her kitty bed that I had her in to the animal shelter and was happy that it is something that they regularly do. I don't ever want to lose a pet again but that's the reality of loving fur babies is that someday they will leave us. I hope that I don't need their services any time soon but if I do I know they will be my choice again.

We were on vacation, a bit of a bucket list trip for two of our senior dogs when our Gaylord passed away. He was just diagnosed with heart failure in September and we've been seeing our vet almost weekly trying to find some combination of medications that might give us more time. Friday night, three hundred miles from home, Gay took his last breaths in his father's arms. We were panicked and had no idea what to do. The nearest vet hospital was two and a half hours away and they suggested reaching out to Tidewater to make arrangements because we were so far from home. In the days since we have spoken to Neal and Kim a few times and they have been so very kind, attentive and helpful. We reached out late at night and it was Neal who walked us through how things would go. We adopted Gay as a senior and have only had him for three years and armed with that knowledge Kim refers to our old man as "your baby." He truly was our baby and it means so much to have her recognize that at every interaction. We have a strong relationship with our veterinary office at home and i was so distressed that we were so far away from our family and friends there, but Kim and Neal treated us like family and I know that they are taking the best care of our sweet baby Gay. Thank you all, for being there in this difficult time.

Today I picked up my baby girls ashes. She was hit by a car in front of me on may 17 and died instantly. I have been heartbroken and lost as my best friend is no longer with me. I really liked this place. I planned on always using them. The last time I was there, everyone was so nice and understanding. I could tell they really felt for these animals. One of my rescues passed away today. We tried to do their Sunday drop-off. Whoever we talked to was extremely rude, condescending, and judgemental. I cancelled and found somewhere else. Several years ago, when this company was owned by a private owner, I was 100% satisfied with their services. I knew without a doubt that the cremains I received then were my furbaby's. They used a metal disc that stayed with my furbaby from start to finish. The disc was also in the bag with the cremains. I had my furbaby's cremains back in 24 hours.Now the company has been bought by a corporation. The tracking is done with a paper bar code. How can a paper bar code survive the cremation? How do they know the cremains I received are my baby's cremains?I asked that question but never received a satisfactory response. Only when I dropped off my furbaby was I told he would not be ready for pick up for 72 hours. I had spoken with 2 different people prior to the drop off. This was never mentioned. Also, there is a strong plastic smell coming from the bag. It's nauseating.I have so many questions and definitely don't have a confident feeling in this transaction. I will never use this company again and I cannot and will not recommend them to anyone.

We came in on a Sunday after my buddy boy got into a car accident. They responded to the call immediately and was able to take my poor boy in the same day, even if it was after hours. We got his remains on the urn we have requested Tuesday that same week and finally got our custom name plate for him after a week. Also, I was outside looking at my tires when one of the staff lady asked if there's something wrong and I told her my tires were overinflated for some reason. While on the call, another staff member offered to help me out and they had one of their operators deflate my tires for me. Very friendly and fast service. I would definitely recommend them if you needed cremation services for your fur family member. Once again, thank you for everything.

I was devastated at the loss of my young cat. I was so upset I didn't even call them. I contacted them via email/fax because I didn't trust myself not to burst out crying on the phone with them. They were wonderful....very kind, thorough and sympathetic. They gave my friend the respect he deserved as he departed this life. I also have his ashes and a paw print and some hair clippings as a memento of his time on this Earth. This is a wonderful place and they make a difficult situation easier with their compassion.

When my dog was in such bad health that he could no longer get up & was using the bathroom on himself, I had to take him to the vet to be euthanized. My vet gave me the option of cremation & it was through this company. They picked him up from my vet on Saturday, and I was able to pick his remains up from my vet on Tuesday. I was pleased with the wooden urn with his name engraved. It also came with a cremation certificate. I am very happy with everything and it was done faster than I expected.

Great experience here. We lost our best friend the other day and all I wanted was to have everything that came after be easy. Well it was that and then some, nothing pushy or difficult, everything was set up with the vet to flow from A to B with just a signature from me. I walked in the door and was greeted right away, gave them my pets name and they brought him right out to me. No pushy sales pitch just a sorry for your lost and respect. I was even looking at some urns when they came out with the nice wooden box and they were still more interested in telling me about what they already did for him then upselling me. Thank you, I will be returning to purchase the urn I liked there for that reason alone.

Lost our baby China right before Christmas. Called several places but the people here seemed the most compassionate and caring, and they were. Having just moved and the holidays we didn't have enough money to pay for an urn. When we picked China up they had pout her in an urn and engraved her name. Even in her death she managed to charm the owners. Should my male pass I will definitely bring him here as well.

Be careful when using this place because this is all we have left of our cat. I will keep checking back here until my review sticks too because I'm not playing around when it comes to cremains.

While we were heartbroken to call Pet Cremation Services, my fiancé and I were very pleased with how they treated our dog who passed away and how patient and kind they were with us (as we were very emotional) throughout the process. We unfortunately woke up before work to find that our sweet girl had passed away in her sleep. We called Pet Cremation Services that same morning and they were at our house in Greenbrier within 30 to 45 minutes. I can't remember the name of the gentlemen who handled our dogs body and explained the process of everything to us, but he was very respectful and empathetic. This was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Pet Cremation Services to anyone who lost their precious furbaby.

I have been using Pet Cremation Services since sometime in the 80's. I finally settled in the Tidewater area in '97. PCS has taken care of all my pets final cremation services. My children and I have always had pets, often several at any given time. PCS have always been very sensitive to their customers needs. They are compassionate and caring. I would never use any other place. I have met the owner's and they are very good people. If you're looking for a place that cares, this is the place.

My pets remains were managed with respect, and when their remains were returned to me, I could not have asked for anything more beautiful. I have the utmost respect for these professionals.

I always have a funeral service for my Best FRIENDS also know as MY FURPERSONS. ONLY ANOTHER PERSON AS LIKE ME WOULD UNDERSTAND. I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANOTHER FACILITY. Pet Cremation of Tidewater took charge of a difficult time and demonstrated a great deal of compassion. I was so impressed how they took charge and helped the " crossing over the rainbow bridge" a tolerable , peaceful experience for a beloved pet. Wanda was the utmost in professionalism and patience answering all questions and inquiries. If I could I would rate them ....................a "10"

If you need this service, stop looking and go here! My family ended up here abruptly when our Pug passed last week. They provided a peaceful place for my family to say bye. I cold not have asked for anything else. The caring and the love from the staff was top notch. Thank You!

Nothing prepares you for the loss of a loved pet but everyone was so thoughtful and helpful. We were able to take Wally back home with us after a couple of days, which we really appreciated how quick and caring they were.

This service is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, my wife and I have had to use their services twice in the past year for 2 different service dogs. The staff here were very sensitive to our needs and were very supportive in a hard time for us. Their prices on everything have been the best we have been able to find in the area. I would highly recommend them and greatly appreciate the professional, but personal experiences we have had here.

When my dog passed away, they were at my house within an hour...I cannot tell you how much that eased my anxiety about how to handle this new situation at a time I was in shock. The remains were ready the next day in a wooden box with her name on it. Highly recommend.
