I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Caroline and the staff at Agape treated our pet like she was family. During this devastating time Caroline was so thoughtful in the details, and keepsakes of our sweet Kona. She even thought about my children and special keepsakes for them. The wooden urn we received is beautiful, and her nose print, and ornament turned out to be so precious. They really did help heal a part of my broken heart. Forever thankful for this staff and this service!

While I didn’t deal with Agape directly for the cremation, we did deal with them when our sweet angel was ready to be brought home. We opted for a nose and paw print and they did an excellent job. They included a sweet little card as well and you can tell the care with the beautiful bag they placed his ashes in. I will definitely use them in the future with my other babies when that unfortunate time comes!

My experience with Agape was excellent. They showed such professionalism. They also showed me that they really do care. Mike Obaugh was so caring and when I called to change the plate on my urn they did not hesitate to help me. I would definitely recommend them in your time of need for compassionate people. While the staff is very kind, the service has really slid downhill in the last couple of years. I’ve had several animals cremated here, and all of them have been returned to me with a paw print, a lock of hair and a consoling card. My last pet that I took here was triple the cost, and I didn’t receive anything but the bag with his ashes in it. For $300. Will not be returning as they seem to have lost a bit of heart.

Caroline was very nice and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure that I received the urn that I wanted for my precious Bellatrix. She was able to exchange the one that I ordered on line for the one that I really wanted. She even put a beautiful inscription on it for me. She also went out of her way to make sure that I was able to pick it up at my convenience. She made a very rough time for me more bearable by her incredible kindness. Caroline is a wonderful asset to Agape and the community. She definitely deserves recognition for her excellent customer service skills. She was very empathetic to my feelings and needs, Thank you Caroline for making a hard time for me a little easier.

Paws & Remember did an exceptional, thoughtful job of helping us in our time of grief after losing our dog of 14 years, Brady. The package and note were so lovely, that while many tears were shed unpacking it, we were all comforted greatly. I wouldn't go to anyone else in the future. Paws & Remember exceptionally exceeded my expectations with the return of my 3 y/o baby cat who tragically left us. It felt as if the note and poems they left were written in her own words. Every single item I received was returned with love, empathy and compassion. I would recommend this to anyone I know.The greatest thing about this company is they understand how much we love our pets. They understand we are grieving over some ONE, not some thing.

I brought my 16 year old Blue Russian cat to Paws and Remember in Verona, and I’m so happy I did. The owner is so understanding and respectful, it makes the grieving process so much easier. I received my cats ashes in less than a week, on top of the fact we had a snowstorm and because of Covid I’m just amazed. The quality of the box her ashes are in, it’s just beautiful. I received a card with her ashes, when I opened it I cried they even put a little bit of her fur in a bag for me. I can’t express how happy I am, how grateful I am and if I ever lose another pet I will definitely be using there services again.

I had to put my 13 year old bully to sleep last week & my vet handled the cremation for me. Paws & Remember are who they go through & when I picked my baby up today, I was more than pleased. Kapone was my child, not just my dog. With tears in my eyes, I smiled while opening every thing that was in that bag. Thank you to Kelly Dean & anyone else at Paws & Remember for taking care of my baby & helping to bring him home. You all did a great job with making a grief stricken owner feel comforted. Our vet (Charlottesville Cat Care) uses Paws and Remember for their cremations and we were incredibly touched at the sensitivity and care they took with the cremation of our kitty Olaf. We have his ashes in a beautiful box engraved with our final message and the additional mementos they gave us (unexpectedly) brought tears to our eyes and were very welcome. We thank Paws and Remember for going above and beyond to honor the memory of our wonderful cat Olaf.

You all did a beautiful job for my family. We had this 110 lb Rottweiler from 6weeks old until he was 12 years old. He was our family member for sure Hannibal. I have spent the past 10 days worried about his remains. We received them back today. I can’t express to you all enough how comforted I feel that he was in your care. I cried when I saw that you included a tuff of his hair.I am a nurse myself so I realize that often we view what we do as a job and it becomes the nature of the beast. I would personal like to thank you all and know that even in death we cry and worry and still hurt for our family members.Thank you so much for the thoughtful return of Hannibal’s remains. The note, tuff of hair. I feel as if you cared for him as my family did. Please continue to be as kind and considerate as you have been with us. It brings me and my family much peace.

We lost our beloved 14 year old dog this week and we took her here to be cremated. Even though we are in the midst of a difficult time everyone was so understanding and helpful. I lost my 8 year old Great Dane, Kristin, unexpectedly February 9th. Caroline was so amazing I don't know what I would have done without her through this entire process! From beginning to end the entire team made one of the worst times in my life a little easier and gave me the time I needed to figure everything out!! I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in VA and if I move, I'll probably ask them to comedy to wherever I am! I plan to have my heart horse done here too when it's her time!
