On February 10th 2025 you cremated the remains of my German Shepherd Ares. Before his death I spent countless broken hearted days deciding the right choices from planning his euthanasia to his final disposition. I decided I wanted him to be at home when he went and that I could not bring myself to drive him to the funeral home my family had previously used for beloved pets. So in hopes of an easier process, I chose your partner vet care on wheels for his euthanasia and you, Agape pet services for his final disposition! This was extremely important to me. I scraped 480$ together for this process, He was supposed to be returned to me in a wooden picture frame urn. Instead he was carelessly dumped into a cardboard tube with an OPEN hole at the top and returned to me in a gift bag. While I understand cremation may just be part of a normal every day at work for your business, to me losing him has been one of the toughest heartbreaks of my life.He was my very best friend, my protector, the definition of unconditional love and he deserved more ALOT more! His remains deserved to be respected! I deserve to have been given respect and to have closure.Your website states many empathetic promises that were not fulfilled. I cannot begin to express my disappointment. This is all a nightmare.

In January this year, I lost my sweet little poodle, named Fifi. I didn’t know anything about where my veterinarian was going to send my pet for cremation. But when her ashes were returned to me I was overwhelmed at the care and love that went into the return of the ashes. The detailed care was beyond what I expected.I only wish the 2nd vet I went to could have used Agape. In my grief I didn’t ask. When my second pet’s ashes were returned to me I was so distraught and upset. Nothing like Agape. No footprints or lock of hair, she was returned in a plain urn with just a number. I will regret this every time I remember my sweet Daisy. Agape is the beautiful Blue container with the sympathy card, Daisy is just a number in a box. 😢

I️ lost my beloved soul cat unexpectedly last week. Amongst the devastation and heartbreak it was upsetting me so much to not know where her body was, how she was being handled, etc. The vet sent her to Agape and when we got her and her prints back I️ could immediately tell they had taken great care and were extremely respectful. We had gotten her ashes, nose print, paw print, and a handful of her fur. Everything was so nicely done, so well packaged, and included pamphlets with resources about the grieving process. I️ was so relieved to be able to tell she was in kind pet loving hands and the company overall seemed very sympathetic about how hard this process is for the pet owner. They had also done the deed the same day she passed and had her mailed out 2 days later- she was back with us within 5 days. Thank you guys so much for memorializing my sweet girl<3

I usually bury my pets on our family's land. But this was my first time having a pet cremated since I recently moved to the region. I didn't know what to expect, but I found it to be a smooth and compassionate process. Very sweet people. A private cremation comes with a urn, box, or container to spread the ashes. The last option was perfect for me, because I plan to travel with the ashes back to my hometown. Would definitely recommend Agape Pet Services.
