I lost my boy on Saturday 2-8-2025. I was recommended to them by a friend. I called and they told me to come in, in just a few hours. Maggie was absolutely amazing. She comforted me, let me say goodbye to my boy and was just absolutely incredible. She even brought his ashes to me and his paw print. I felt so at home and comforted in this hard time.

I was undecided whether to bury my 16 year old feline friend or have her body cremated. Cremation felt like the right thing, so I called River Country Pet Loss & Cremation Center at the recommendation of a friend. I can't say enough good about these ladies. They handled this very difficult time with compassion, dignity and grace. They are both pet lovers and pet owners, so they definitely understand. Thank you both so very much. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Losing a pet is difficult and heartbreaking. River Country Pet Loss & Cremation assisted my family with exceptional professionalism and compassion.We’ve had to use their services twice this year. In both instances, we were treated with kindness and understanding from everyone we encountered.I cannot recommend them highly enough. I’m so thankful River Country Pet Loss & Cremation these services to pet owners who have suffered a loss.

We cannot express easily the gratitude we feel for River Country Pet Loss and Cremation. Their professional and caring services were a great comfort to my wife and me as we said goodbye today to our 21 year old kitty Sophia. We are extremely fortunate to have this service available in Middlesex.

We lost of Kasey this morning. The empathy and compassion shown us by Greg was unbelievable. Kasey was respected in death by River Country as she was in life by us. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

After dropping my kids off at school, I came home to find my beautiful kittyboy deceased. I was in shock and a total mess but the compassion these people showed (for me and my fat boy) was phenomenal. I picked him up today and it came with various brochures and a certificate. I'm grateful for everything you did for us. Thank you❤️

The ABSOLUTE BEST. I will bring all my animals here when they cross rainbow bridge. Maggie is phenomenal! The care and compassion is unmatched.
