About 3 years ago I had to say goodbye to my great dane of 8½ years. I called Lyle's and set up a time to bring my baby to him after our vet visit. 2 days ago was no different when I had to take my chihuahua of 17½ years to the vet. I called and Lisa and Gordan were so nice, just like before. I was able to take my baby to them the same day and have him back in 2 days. They were so sweet and really seemed like they cared. They took really good care of both of my babies and I would recommend their services to anyone I know. Thank you so much for being so amazing and treating my babies with care in such a sad time for me.

I had my best kitty friend cremated here as it is who Cherrystone vet uses. I had NO IDEA the service would be so incredibly beyond my expectations!! The box is absolutely beautiful and the other touches really went well above and beyond. I can't remember ever being this pleased with a business of any sort.Thank you SO VERY MUCH Lyle's, your work is very much appreciated!

A review I should have written over a year ago. They did excellent job with my sweet Buddy that passed suddenly one morning. They were kind and caring at this very difficult time. Took him in on short notice and even got his ashes back to me in a few days and allowed me to pick up even on their closed day due to a delay in receiving the message and snow we got that after noon.Lyle's has cremated all my dogs I have lost 4 in total This was the first one I brought to them instead of having the vet handleThanks again for being very helpful and caring

I recently had to make a hard decision and let my fur baby cross over the rainbow bridge. My vet office took care of everything so I didn't deal with anyone directly.But when I got her home, I could tell they took care of her and cared. She came home in a beautiful wooden box and her ashes while in a bag, were wrapped up with care.Thank you so much for caring for my girl.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. A couple weeks ago our beloved dog passed away and we couldn't bear to think about burying him. We called Lyle's and they gave us a price to come pick him up at home. Then they called us back and told us we could take him to a veterinarian office closer to us and they would pick up and return ashes to the office at a lower price. To me they went above and beyond to help us. As others say in here we received his ashes in a nice wooden box and a paw print. It has helped my girlfriend get some closure having his ashes here with us. I would highly recommend Lyle's to anyone having to go through the heartbreaking loss of a pet.

After our beloved bearded dragon Sunshine passed away, we decided to get her cremated. I'm really glad we chose Lyle's. Every staff person we talked to was so warm and reassuring, and we were able to get our Sunny a beautiful urn, which he even delivered to our house since he was in the area and we live a ways away from the crematory. They also gave us a certificate of individual cremation and a nice pamphlet about coping with pet loss and grief. Honestly the whole experience was very comforting and gave me a sense of control over the situation. Thank you.

They went beyond my expectations. My mom and I were expecting a little cardboard box with her ashes in it but the wooden box was just beautiful. I feel like they truly cared about how they handled her ashes. The way they handled everything was just beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone that has lost a pet and would want them cremated.

There are not enough positive words for Lisa and Gordon. They have been so caring and helpful with the six dogs and cats I have trusted them with and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Today I picked up my beloved Cooper's ashes from our vet. I cannot express how happy I was with the care and comfort provided by Lyle's Cremations. Like another reviewer said, the clay imprint of my sweet boy's paw brought me to tears but at the same time offered me such a wonderful memory and way to cherish him. I cannot express my gratitude enough to this establishment for the care they provided and the exceptional service. Thank you!

When my little Bitsy passed away I couldn't have asked for better people (Gordon and Lisa) to have taken care of my sweet girl. She was 17 and a part of my life since she was 7 weeks old. They are loving and caring people. Now Bitsy sits on my dresser in her pretty little box. Great place, great people!

Our precious girl Molly was cremated here through Bedford Animal Hospital. Being my first experience I didn't know what to expect. We were very pleased with their service and the way her ashes were secured and placed in the cute tin. We will be contacting Lyle's soon to purchase a more permanent and decorative container for our girl's ashes. Additionally, I would like to note that the cost of euthanasia plus cremation was perfectly reasonable and not a burden at all. I highly recommend Lyle's and appreciate their partnership with Bedford Animal Hospital. We would not have known what to do or where to go at such a stressful and heartbreaking time without this valuable connection.

Our family uses Riner Animal Hospital and when we recently had to put our elderly Great Dane to sleep they were amazing. However, more amazing was the care that Lyle's gave to our family by preserving his paw print with his name and enclosing his ashes in an exquisite box for display. Thank you Lyle's for everything!

Handled the cremation of my mom's dog through Cherrystone Vet. We were surprised at the amount of care put into it. The ashes were placed in a beautiful box and a pawprint keepsake was made with the name stamped on it. She will treasure the keepsake and was so thankful because it was something she had wished she thought to do. Thank you!

We had as best an experience here as I guess you can have considering the circumstances that you will be here for.From our vets office we drove our pet here to be cremated and while here we picked out an urn and I must say they have a beautiful selection of memorial urns!The owner Gordon met us at the office there and he explained the whole process which made us feel better.In the past when a beloved pet of ours died it was usually from old age or cancer complications and it was at the vet's office who then took the body away and you really never know what goes on until you get the ashes from cremation back. 💔This place is not like that at all, it is family-run business that's been there many years and they have pets also, and they have lost pets too, so they know exactly what you're going through.When we picked up our furbaby ashes from the vet's office the urn was in a beautiful bag with a certificate of the private cremation and a beautiful paw print and also a pamphlet on how to deal with the loss of your pet.Whether you choose to bring the body to them or you let them pick up the body at the vet either way just know that you're loved furbaby is in warm welcoming hands that will treat your baby with respect. 💕Nothing but praise for this place and the people who run it!A very much needed service to our community!I really wish Google maps would not have this listed under a pet store!

I would give them a million stars.They went above and beyond my expectations.My sweet furbaby Emma passed away over night called them early the next morning,and they were wonderful.Emma was more than a pet she was my child.They were so caring and took great care of her.
