We could not have been in better hands following the passing of my father. My family worked closely with Malcom at the Lynchburg location to plan my Dad's arrangements. Throughout the entire process we were met with empathy and understanding as we navigated this tough path. Malcom and everyone we worked with consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed, our wishes were met, and everything flowed as seamlessly as possible. Everyone was very friendly, thorough and kind.they really went the second mile even the calls long after the funeral to see if we were all ok were something others had never done.Thanks so much for all you did to make this an easier time.We will certainly consider using them again when such a time comes again .
