Funeral Choices was so helpful and reassuring when we called. They came for our loved one within and hour and then Jim met with me and was understanding and efficient, making arrangements and getting Death Certificates in record time. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

My mother died in January 2024, and I used Funeral Choices for her cremation. I cannot say enough good about Benjamin Hinkle. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive to all my questions. I greatly appreciate the calm and caring service I received from Funeral Choices and highly recommend them to anyone needing these services.

We've used this company twice now, when two elderly parents passed away. The fact that we used them twice should tell you something right away.If I could give them six stars, I would. They are all very nice and very efficient. We worked with Thomas, and he was a wealth of information about all our options, including burial at sea for veterans, which is what we opted for. We never would have known had he not mentioned it. He was a pleasure to work with, and indeed he worked very hard to insure that we received the best burial options.

They were so respectful and sensitive. Their vehicle left us with lights flashing driving away slowly. We were asked if we wanted extra time before they departed. We were asked about him and his life. At their facility they prepared a viewing for us with soft lights. This was prior to cremation. Filling out paperwork, everything, was done with the utmost respect, wisdom and knowledge. I can’t say enough good things about them.

We had two deaths within 6 days and worked with both Tom and Chris for both services. They were incredible! They were kinds, patient, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Even though they did not have a lot of time to prepare, they made sure everything was ready for the service. We had an awesome experience with them! Made us feel like they were family and not running a business!

We got their service for our father's funeral and final process. Tom and Donnia are excellent and so are their other staffs. They truly pay condolence and respect the family left behind. Costs are reasonable also. When you call them, someone will answer promptly and do their best to help you out. Seems like they have a lot of experience in what they do. Thank you Tom and Donnia. I would definitely recommend them

My mother passed away 20 months ago at 6am.. I called funeral choices and they sent over Tom Rouse who was at the hospital within an hour to help with funeral arrangements.. everything went smooth to allow our family to grieve and not worry about funeral arrangements for my mother.. Most professional person on earth 🌎 . My family and I want to thank you for your help while coping with our loss 🙏

Spoke with a Thomas Rause, EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason, especially when when calling other places of business. If you want to make sure that you’re spoken to with respect, and that your loved one is treated with the upmost care during the process, DO NOT contract this location. My encounter with this funeral director was in a professional setting, I couldn’t imagine dealing with him while grieving. Disgusting and despicable!

I spoke with Chris. My friend is threatening to take her life. I was trying to help her family by providing the funds for her. He hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
