Our parents had the foresight to purchase plans for their burial/funerals in advance. Having done so, made the entire process much more streamlined, and compassionate for my sisters and I. The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, and quick to answer any questions that we had. We are grateful for the kind and compassionate care both of our parents received from Legacy.

Dave and team at Legacy funerals was simply amazing. The service was beyond compare. When they arrived, they paid attention to the little details, even bringing a quilt to wrap our family member in. That little touch made it a little easier to say goodbye. Dave was lovely to work with providing levity when needed with impeccable timing to ensure it was appropriate. He provided calmness when needed with a comforting touch. The team was easy to work with, and they delivered on every single promise in a timely manner. Would definitely love to work with them again.

David and Linda have been amazing to work with. When my father passed we went with Legacy and am glad we did. Never once did feel any pressure, in fact instead of trying to upsell, they offered a lot of good suggestions to not only give my dad a good service but also saved a lot of money. They stayed in communication throughout the process and never once made me feel like they were there for any other purpose than to help people in a difficult chapter of life. While I hope not to need their services in the near future I would not hesitate to go to David and Linda if the need were to arise.

My brother and I made it in to Legacy Funerals and Cremations just three days prior to the funeral scheduled for our sister. Linda and David were attentive and responsive to our requests and needs every step of the way. Our families preparation's and the preparations and guidance received from Legacy Funerals went smooth. For the program and services we received personal attention and continued assistance. This was my first time having this much responsibility in planning a funeral. We were encouraged and assisted in making our efforts a success. I am totally pleased and feel blessed with how well we, and our departed was cared for. A month after my father’s death I continued to visit his grave every day in finding peace with his passing. While at work I received a call that my son’s body had been found in his car in his parking lot. I called Legacy Funeral Home after hours to leave a message and spoke to David McNeal, the Funeral Director. David spoke to me for an hour. I pulled off the road and was comforted by a professional who radiates compassion and comfort. Although I was a stranger to him, David is no stranger to grief and loss.No one is every prepared for the “dreaded call” about a child, but with my father’s death and my wife with early onset dementia I was totally overwhelmed. My son’s life is a complicated story as is his death and funeral and estate arrangements. I really needed a lot of help beyond care of body and casket. David and Linda have been and continue to be extremely helpful in coaching me through the web of decisions and difficulties and helping to keep family members happy and content with all that must be done as this time. Linda and Rhett attended the funeral. I truly felt that I was with family, caring for my family with a sad event connecting all of us. I give my heartfelt gratitude for true service given at my time of great need.

LEGACY FUNERALS AND CREMATIONS...WOW....What an incredible experience working with Lance at Legacy Funerals. He was amazing, the care, the compassion and quality of services was unbelievable. He allowed my wife and I the opportunity to dress and help with the preparation of our son. He is a very talented Funeral Director and he really cares about the families that he serves. There was no high pressure or up selling and he let us make the decisions that magnified the life of our son. Everything was perfect, Lance and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty. We had an inspiring experience with Lance and Legacy Funerals during a very trying time. We lost our son unexpectedly and the trauma of that event, along with the stress of planning his funeral quickly overwhelmed us. Thankfully, we found Lance, and immediately experienced the difference an empathetic, capable professional could make as he gently lead us through the planning of our son's funeral. Lance worked closely with us to bring about the celebration of our son's life that we envisioned and seemed to become a part of our family as he he helped us grieve with dignity and grace. Throughout the viewings, the funeral and the graveside services, Lance and his staff were attentive, flexible and professional. As challenging as all of this was, Lance helped us feel some measure of peace through the process. I highly recommend Lance and Legacy Funerals. He very literally held my son, and our hearts in his hands and treated both with the utmost kindness and respect.

Legacy Funeral Homes provided compassionate and efficient service during a very difficult time. The funeral arrangements were slightly overwhelming because of the details involved, but Lance (the owner) made everything go smoothly and took the worry out of the proceedings. The cost of everything was comparatively reasonable and the selection was outstanding. My dad unexpectedly passed away. He had a funeral plan he was paying on with another mortuary, however they would not honor his plan and we were treated poorly. We decided to move our dad to Legacy, they were so kind and accommodating. They picked my dad up from the other mortuary the same day. I was really impressed with Legacy and highly recommend them!

Linda and Nanette were wonderful to work with! They were very accommodating despite the challenges posed by the holidays that fell right in the middle of our planning. They were very compassionate and we never felt like we were dealing with a business, rather it felt more like they were an extension of the family. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I was very pleased with our experience in working with Lance at Legacy Funerals. As Director he demonstrated the value of long experience in his field. He was professional and supportive in helping my family plan our father's funeral while being conscientiousness of the costs. From the beginning of our experience he carefully walked my family through the many details in a time when we felt emotionally overwhelmed. I appreciated his competence in carrying out those details so we could grieve as a family without the extra anxiety of managing funeral arrangements as well as all the legal documents associated with the death of a loved one.

Legacy Funerals provided a very professional and seamless service after my father-in-law passed away. Every step of the process was organized and very well done. The staff were very thoughtful and considerate to all of our needs. We shopped around and they were the most economical, but you would never know by the superior service they provided. I would definitely use Legacy Funerals in the future.

Writing this review for me is very easy. The compassion and love that Lance has shown me I can't put into words. I love Lance and legacy funeral I buried my dad a few years ago and I'm burying my grandmother this week there was never been any high pressure cells only love when it came to this whole process you can really tell that Lance is in the business because he loves what he does and he loves to help families and that's exactly what he does I'm so grateful for legacy funeral I will continue to use this service whenever I have to it's unfortunate to have to bury anyone but when you're working with someone that makes the process so easy and does such a great job it makes it that much easier on you. I really feel like God put Lance in my life because these burials have been very hard on on me and my family thank you Lance for what you do thank you for being so compassionate and empathetic towards my situation thank you for always answering the phone when I call and thank you for always being there I love you guys.

We loved working with Linda and Steve at Legacy. They were real people--genuine in their care and in their actions. At the services, things just seemed to happen as they should without any of us even truly being aware of their presence; they just did quietly all that needed to be done. We would strongly recommend Legacy Funerals. (We started with another funeral home--a big one in Springville--and were very disappointed with and saddened by their unprofessional approach.)

Comforting, tasteful, flexible, reliable--Lance at Legacy Funeral Home was all these and more. Lance created a beautiful program for the memorial service and was helpful at all times. And this year, on the anniversary of my mother's death, he sent flowers. Excellent, modern choice for funeral care.

Legacy was amazing! My mom passed away unexpectedly and it was very tragic for our family. We didn't have a ton of money for a funeral and searched everywhere. Legacy was not only affordable but amazing with us. We chose to get my mom ready for the viewing and he let us. We weren't bothered at all white getting ready we had our own private room but when we asked for help we got it. My moms face was bruised and we had no idea how to cover it but he got out covered up for us so well showed us a few techniques and let us continue. Also after the viewing I was a wreck and forgot to put in the blanket that was from my daughter ( her granddaughter ) the man there pulled the casket out of the herse and opened it for me to put the blanket in and say goodbye one last time. I will anyways recommend legacy funeral homes they treated us like royalty and were so affordable!

I would not recommend using this company they have lost the remains of my mother and it’s been ongoing since 2015 lance nelson was the owner at the time who now owns Nelson mortuary in Provo so he now cares less to even get this handled 8 years later. Poor communication, terrible record keeping. Guess it’s gonna take a lawyer to get things handled. Shouldn’t have to be told by Linda we need to dig up her grave and confirm why it’s an empty casket.
