I lost my dear, sweet little cat, Panther Friday after Thanksgiving. I choose to have her cremated with All Paws as my veterinarian recommended this company. Her urn I chose wasn’t available right away, however they let me take her home in a silk bag until it was to come. I was so relieved to have her home with me and Mirabelle was great at updating me of the urn’s eta. I brought her back to All Paws crematorium, and they placed her ashes in the urn I had ordered, and it was well worth the wait. They were very understanding and caring during this very emotional time. I am extremely grateful for their sympathy. They also provided great resources for dealing with the grief of losing one of our dear little angels.

This place is horrible, to add insult to injury... I get a text about my dead pet's remains being at the post office. I call avc where he was euthanasized... I gotta go to the post office.... in between work. Never allow them access to your animal.. I knew Steve at pet reflections and he would have never treated a pet this way. I work from home, I was absolutely available whenever they came demanding a signature. They just didn't want to deliver.Shame on you for taking advantage of people. His death was horrific enough, after I choose to have him delivered.... don't need you forcing me to go to the post office.Shame on you for polluting my dogs death further, for making the innocent postal worker deal with my sobbing. You're a disgusting company. I hope no one trusts their pet to you

We lost our 5 year old English Mastiff Palmer to cancer on 9/15/23. Our vet uses All Paws for cremation services which is what we chose to do with our boy. They provided us with information on how the process works and by the time we left the vet we already had the email link to make our decisions on Palmers after care. It was very simple which was nice because it was the worst day of my life. Because of his size, the only urn option that he would fit in was a basic cedar box. We planned on purchasing a larger metal urn separately and transferring him when we got his ashes. We received his ashes today (9/28/23) and I am so incredibly pleased. The box was absolutely beautiful and I don't think we are going to transfer him now after all. He was delivered to us very carefully packaged. We also purchased a paw print and it is also beautiful in a nice frame with his name engraved on it. There was a lovely card enclosed with the date of his cremation on it along with a scented candle and information on grief support. This has been the hardest thing I have gone through. Palmer was my soul dog and my very best friend. His life was cut so short and it is so unfair. I appreciate the cremation part being handled so easily and the care they took of my precious boy.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

All Paws treated my boy Ferret Bueller with the upmost respect and care. In under a week from his passing, they had him ready to be picked up. The staff was unbelievably kind when I picked him up and made sure I was okay and to let them know if I had any questions. While I will say it is a little pricier than other places, you will 100% get good care for your animals.

I wish I could give a good review because my dog, Zero, was my everything. Instead, I have become emotionally scarred by the outcome of cremating my fur baby. Upon receiving the package, her remains were not properly sealed or stored correctly, leading her ashes to filling up the shipping package and spilling out of the URN.She was my best friend, my snuggle bug, puppy-face, stinker pup, and the rock that held me together during all the difficult times in my life. She was my everything and I never imagined a life without her. Unfortunately, after 2 painful weeks with her in and out of intensive surgery, that led to septic pneumonia, I had no choice but to let her go. Putting her down, and holding her in my arms during this process was the most painful experience of my life. This dog was my world, so I hoped that her body would have been cared for with respect. But that was not the case.About 3 weeks after she passed away, her remains and paw print copies were delivered. I was hoping having these pieces of her back in my arms would help me through my grieving process. When I opened the package, I unwrapped the 3 paw prints memorials (frame, clay, photocopy) and I was grateful to see her paw again. I then opened the URN, dusted it off and set it on my dresser. At this point it occurred to me, “why would this URN be so dusty? It should have been dusted when her remains were added”. I then picked up the URN from the table where more “dust” was left on the table. It was at this point I realized it was her ashes falling out of the bottom. I quickly removed the rubber bottom from the URN and found a ziplock bag that was completely open! Resulting in more of her remains falling on the floor.I am truly mortified for how she was cared for. This “standard of quality” has only led me to more grief and heartache. Now the constant questions ringing in my head are; “Was her body respected or cared for at all?”, “How much of her body had been spilled out?”, “Are these even her remains?”, “Could this be someone else’s dog?”!It’s been 36 days since she passed away and I am still a complete mess. And the services provided by All Paws did not provide closure. I am only more grief stricken and filled with concern.

All Paws did a great job on our girl. They have a great attention to detail in all they do, and I’m really happy with the finished product. After euthanizing at Holladay vet, I called early on and talked to Chris (I think) about the process. He put my mind at ease and shared his own feelings of grief over his beloved golden retriever. I would recommend All Paws to anyone near SLC looking for pet cremation services. The cedar box and ceramic paw print turned out beautifully. Thanks for taking care of our old lady.

The loss of my most beloved fur baby was, and still is, completely heart breaking. Making the decision to be merciful and say goodbye to her was the most difficult decision I ever made. Courtney helped me with plans for my sweet girls' urn and I appreciate how she handled everything with me. Kind, compassionate and sympathetic. I'd give her 5 stars. When it was time to pick up my beloveds' urn, there were several other people doing the same thing. There were two employees taking care of getting the parting bags to everyone: a guy and a girl. When it was my turn, the guy - Branden - "helped" me. It looked like he had dust all over his baseball hat and hoodie. I could have been picking up my dry cleaning. He behaved like he couldn't have cared less. He went in the back for my bag. Then, his parting words, after asking me for ID and a signature was "now you're ready to rock and roll". This interaction is why I am giving this review and why there are so few stars.

Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic. They reserved some time for my husband and I along with my parents (whom live in Europe) to visit with our baby before the cremation. I was able to pick up my baby directly from them in a very fast time frame. The Urn and Urn Necklace we chose was a special order which took some time to make but we had his Urn and the Urn Necklace with in a week of picking up his ashes.Thank you Chris and Team for being so kind, understanding and passionate about what you do it is not an easy job but you guys are amazing and my family are so grateful for your service.- The Toiaivao Family and Riley Family

I am so grateful for the care shown in handling my dear Bella’s remains.I was so impressed with the urn selection and engraving options, as well as the home delivery of the remains. Driving out there to pick up her remains then attempting to drive her home was not something I felt I could do given the emotionally charged situation. She arrived today in a lovely engraved box, with a beautifully scented candle, card, and grief resources.Thank you, All Paws, for your blend of professionalism, tenderness, and care.

I was so impressed with Chris at All Paws. He was extremely patient, compassionate, and helpful through this difficult process. He spent a lot of time helping show me different options for urns, fonts, and their custom made ceramic paw prints. I am so grateful that this is the company our veterinarian works with. I feel like our pet was in the best hands possible. Chris made this difficult time a little easier and truly aimed to make us happy. Our dog's urn and paw print turned out beautiful! Thank you so much!

I had my sweet dog cremated by Lasting Paws. They were so kind. They waited 15 minutes past closing time for me, as I was caught in I 15 traffic. Awesome people, doing meaningful service.

Thank you, Chris, and the team at All Paws for treating my baby boy with the utmost dignity and respect that he deserved. My dog was my world, and at All Paws, was treated as such. I was really blown away at the compassion the staff extended to us. I got to bring my boy home today, all thanks to All Paws. i highly recommend them.

My sweet Baby died on July 2nd and her remains, as well as a ceramic paw print and an ink paw print, were returned to me on August 2nd. I took her body to Advanced Veterinary Care and they sent her here for cremation, so I was expecting for there to be a longer delay before I received her remains. Being able to see my babies paw prints again made me more emotional than I was expecting and I am so glad I was able to get them. Losing a pet is extremely difficult and having items to remember her by has made it more bearable. Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet Baby!

A complete mess. My beloved dog passed on a Friday, and I called All Paws for a cremation appointment. Since they “didn’t have any until Monday”, they advised me to “keep her in a cool place” until I could bring her in on Monday. What? They apparently don’t have a morgue, and I don’t have a hunting freezer / fridge.I went to Major Street Pet Services instead. They treated my beloved with the respect she deserves.Unbelievable money grab this place is. No compassion, and you somehow need to accommodate their schedule, bizarrely.

We recently lost our dog Freckles. My 12 year old son and I went in and talked to Jon. He was very good with my son, compassionate and understanding to our feelings. He listed our options and pricing which I felt it was reasonable. He kept things light but respectable. The quality of his work and the materials used was very high. The engraved box was beautiful. My son was very happy with his paw print too. It sits on his dresser right next to Freckles picture. Thank you Jon, for everything you did for us.

Rough couple of weeks after Losing our sweet Annie. The vet told us it would be 4-6 weeks before we got her ashes. They came in 2. We ordered the cedar Box and we’re pretty upset when they came in just a velvet bag. I called our vet and they pushed the blame on all paws which wasn’t the case. I called Chris and he was extremely helpful in getting everything squared away. A week later we have the box and are very pleased with the craftsmanship and process.

This is from Joy Lindsay's mother. I had to comment. Chris was the best. As soon as we walked in he was so compassionate and helpful. Sherman our dog was family. He treated our family with respect and kindness through out the whole process. Whenever we called him , Chris was quick to respond. We had our special family member home within a week. We had a special urn that took time to engrave and a sweet paw print made. I would recommend anyone to All Paws. It is the cleanest place. They are the best.

We had to unexpectedly put our 4 year old Golden Retriever Dash down. He was taken to All Paws by the hospital that we put him down at. We just received our loved Dashy back and I couldn’t be happier. The box is beautiful and the blue paw print is perfect. I was also very pleased that we got him back less than two weeks after putting him down. Even though we no longer have him with us to cuddle at night, we have him in a beautiful box overlooking our bed. Thank you guys.

My sweet Kitty was taken here by the vet who performed in home euthanasia. We got the call to come pick her up less than a week later. She was in a beautiful little cedar box and we got the sweetest little paw print. I’m so thankful to them for how quick they returned her to us. I feel like they really did treat her with respect and dignity.

They returned our dog’s ashes in 1 week. The box and engraving is lovely. The velvet bag she is in is beautiful. They sent two scented candles, a certificate card, and 2 grief support pamphlets.Thank you for your work.

My precious little Pippie was laid to rest due to an untreatable brain tumor. As painful as it was to make the difficult decision to put her down, I was comforted knowing she was well taken care of at All Paws until she was returned home. The staff was so understanding when I called to check on my precious baby. I picked her up in a beautiful little cedar box and I was so grateful my baby was in good hands until she was home again. She was treated with love and respect at All Paws. Words cannot express my gratitude.

Christopher, the owner was very empathetic and helpful in our time of grief. He allowed our surviving family pet time to view her deceased brother which greatly helped her in not having to look for her brother around every corner of the house, she knew that he had passed, and that created a lot less anxiety for her wondering where her brother went and why he wasn't coming home. All Paws has a nice variety of urns to choose from. Our choice of urn has our fur baby beautifully memorialized. Thank you so much for your professional and caring services during our time of grief. 💜

I worked in the veterinary business for 20 years and have worked with multiple pet cremation services. I can honestly say from a business standpoint, they are the best. From an even deeper part of my heart... they are the only cremation service I will ever use for my own babies. They did a cremation for me 13 years ago for my beloved Half-Pint and again yesterday for my angel Rhubarb.I trust their kindest, compassion and integrity from the beginning process until the end of getting my Rhubarb back to me.A very heartfelt thank you and appreciation for Chris. He made the experience as painless as possible and made a very active effort in getting me information and assistance whenever I needed it.From the bottom of my heart...Thank you All Paws.

I took my guinea pig Coco to a nearby pet hospital to get cremated, the staff told me to give these guys 4-6 weeks, but I got a phone call less than a week later, very fast, the box is beautiful, they even gave me a complimentary candle. I feel more comfortable knowing my Coco was in good hands and could return safely to me. I’m forever grateful and touched. Thank you guys🥺😭

They did a wonderful job with our 11 year old pitbull we had lost to lung cancer. The presentation was so beautiful, they provided us a wooden box engraved a paw print plaque with a photo placement. But what was amazing to me is they went above and beyond with including a poem and a heart felt letter as well as info for cremation. You guys did a wonderful job and absolutely wonderful thank you for easing our burden. We will be using you in the future.

All paws was very good with my Cairn Terrier Molly. Chris went through the whole procedure from start to end.His Irish Setter Cooper made my visit more relaxed. Took away the sadness for awhile. My Molly had a private cremation, paw print and a nice cedar box for Molly's remains.Very reasonable price for Molly's remains.I highly recommend All Paws.

I really appreciate the sympathy shown by All Paws. I went today to pick up my sweet girl and everything was a absolutely perfect. Her box was very nice and her name was carved beautifully, along with her paw print and the rose necklace with her ashes inside, they also included a candle and sweet poem. He was very sincer and friendly! Thank you guys again!

I wish the option was given to pick up rather than have remains sent in the mail. If I hadn't insisted on picking her up our sweet pit bull would have been sent to us via USPS and she didn't deserve that. We didn't get a phone call or anything, just tracking information sent in an email that didn't even specify sender, I had to Google to figure out what the package even was. That being said, the box and paw print were beautiful.

I know this is long, but if you have just lost your pet, or might in the future, I promise it is worth reading.I want to preface this with the fact that my mother died in March of 2016. The first place I went to for her cremation tried to scam me. The second sent me the wrong person after her cremation (luckily I was not home when the post woman came and we caught the mistake). She came with no note, just a usps box. She was my mother. With that said, I had to take my baby Bailey to AVC animal hospital (highly recommended as well). She was 14 years old and should have only lived until she was seven. We had to make a very difficult decision. It took me a while to open my box from All Paws. They took better care of my Bailey than anyone did for my own mom, whom was a human. My box for Bailey was beautifully etched into the wood, her paw print in a frame, three notes, a poem, and a candle. I was so worried she would be taken care of like my mother was after her passing. She was taken care of like she were my child. When you have to make this difficult decision please go with All Paws, they know your pet isn't just a pet, but a family member. I am truly touched.

DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE.The very first 3 times I would have given these guys 5 stars. I wish I could give them no stars. They used to offer great service with transparency. There should always be a metal tag placed on your pet before they are cremated. They claim they no longer offer this service. If they offer it it has to be asked for and they do not send the tag home with you. This is sketchy because you have no ID number to match against the paperwork to ensure you are getting your pet back. They claim to use an electronic tracking service. This is great but the barcode gets taken off your pet and burned. Also you as the owner cant track the details and, the vet has to do it. The disc should be in there as an added layer of protection. When I called to ask about this the manager/receptionist were rude and argued with me and continued to state that I knew nothing about cremation and, thats how its done. Even human remains get a similar tag. I called around and, this is not the case. Family Animal Services and Major street all use a tag, put it on in front of you, match it to the paperwork and, give it to you when you pick up their ashes. This is standard across the board. Even with electronic systems you should never rely on those entirely. Will not recommend these guys ever again. I ended up picking my pet back up and, taking her to Family Animal Services.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone here for days no one returns any calls. I was told by Dr. Packer with at home veterinary care, that I would receive my cats ashes within two weeks. That has come and gone. I'm beside myself with what to do, I hope this review saves someone the grief I'm going through.***** Update*******I did get a return call after I left a strong message. They gave accurate information on the arrival of my cats ashes, she arrived home today with a beautiful letter and and candle with a ceramic paw print (which I did pay for). My cat was family to me, its important to have communication during this process, which was lacking. I'm glad she's home. I did change from one star to 3 based of the communication I received once I left a stronger message.

Our dog was cremated by All Paws Pet Cremation. Unfortunately, they spelled her name wrong on the engraved box that her ashes came in. It was spelled correctly on the other paperwork. I called and talked to a gentleman who said he would have a new box made for me, but it never happened. I call every few weeks and leave messages, but none of my calls have ever been returned. Losing a pet is a very painful experience, I would recommend working with a company that takes this a little more seriously than All Paws. I am very disappointed with their customer service, and now my pet's final remains are engraved with a name that is not hers.

Don't use! They gave my best friends dogs remains to her father in law against her wishes split the ashes into 2 boxes and canceled the paw prints we ordered. We called them and all they could say is we assumed he was the owner. The order for says my best friends name and mine as well as our numbers if anything was attempted. So we are fighting to get the other half of the remains and they destroyed my paw prints I paid for and they dont want to own up to the screw up or pay us back. I will never be able to get the paw prints I paid over 100$ for. They aren't bothered by any of this! All they can say is its not their fault. $500 and a bunch of screw ups!

I cannot express how the staff, Chris helped attend to my needs in a time of ultimate grief. Losing two 17 year old "sisters" in 4 months put me on my knees. All Paws brought my girls together. I will be forever grateful. In a couple of hours my girls & I were all together.I was shown the facility, spotless clean.Ultimate respect for me and my Chihuahua's.I can finally stand..

This company went above and beyond. They will always have my gratitude. They weren’t like other company’s they didn’t just rush a job. I believe they treated the situation as if it were their own. Thankyou ❤️❤️

I brought my dog there to have him cremated, and I was very impressed at how they sympathized with the lost of my dog. They helped me to decide what to places his ashes in, showed me the different boxes to write his name and also helped me choose the little plaque with his paw print and name on it. Now the bad part, I took my dog that we had for 15 years and my whole family was just a mess of emotions. We were told they would call us the following week because our Toby’s ashes should be ready to pick up. We took his little body to them June 23rd and I waited to call them after 10 days when they said he should be ready in 7 days. Well, we still don’t have our sweet Toby’s ashes yet, and I have called and left messages for them but they have yet to return my calls. I went there and nobody answers the door. I’ve been thinking about the fact I signed papers for everything I ordered and I did not receive a copy of what I signed. Please, please if you see this review call me, we want our Toby’s remains here with us when they belong. If I don’t hear something soon I am going to call Gephardt nd see what he can find out for me. At this time I would never tell my family or friends to take their beloved pets to them!

Kelsey Clark

Addysen Ramos
Thank you for treating my Honey girl with the upmost respect. I received her ashes in a timely manner alongside her paw print perfectly placed in a frame with her name. This process is hard enough so thank you for taking care of this part.
Shaun
Really obvious they didn’t take my dogs paw print until weeks after he was passed. There’s absolutely NO TEXTURE on the ceramic paw print. Under the clear finish you can see a bunch of white swirls and there’s a big brown swirl right through his paw print. ZERO CRAFTSMANSHIP. The box is pathetic! I made better wooden boxes when I was in highschool wood shop. There’s dollops of adhesive on the corners and the edges are unsanded with wood splinters sticking out. All paws is THE WORST company to deal with, don’t ever let them lay a finger on your loved ones!

My wife was very distraught when her pet died. Chris treated her with respect, patience, and kindness. Not an easy time for us but he helped make it less stressful. The paw print he created was unbelievably detailed and is now a cherished remembrance of hers. Thanks.

I am grateful for the care All Paws showed my dog Dakota. He was with our family for 17 years, and he deserved the best. The package they put together was beautiful and his paw print was perfect. Thank you!

My puppy passed away on May 14th at Advanced Veterinary Care from Parvo. I ordered a plaque that was supposed to have his paw print and a place to put a photo of him. I paid for it and was told that I should receive it in 2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and I have not received it yet. I have left 3 messages without any call back or any type of response. This is making me relive that horrible day over and over again!

My little girl got sick in October and I had to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge. I was devastated! But All Paws took gentle care of her. I have her back in a beautiful box with her name sitting by the bed. It was a relief to know they took such good care and she's back with me! Thank you.
Bri Terrizzle
They never answer their phone, haven’t returned any calls. Considering they have business hours mentioned in the voicemail and visits by appointment only, I’m thinking ever contacting them is virtually impossible. How do you create an appointment with someone who doesn’t answer the phone or return your call? It’s been three weeks, have they shipped my dog’s ashes to me yet? Did it get sent to the wrong address? Or are they still in the process? I guess it will be a waiting game...Update -I finally recieved my dogs ashes and the paw print I ordered, paw print looks great and everything was packed well. So I am going from a one-star review to 3. They still have absolutely terrible customer service in the fact that they don’t respond to calls or emails, but everything ended up looking good.
becky tucker
They did a great job. Very professional and helped us feel comfortable and at ease. The urn is beautiful and we will recommend All Paws to friends who need cremation services done for their pets. Affordable.
Cathy Norton
I called to let them know that my pets name was put on crooked. The paw print was also very smudged. They want me to come in to straighten it out. The defensive, insulting and mocking attitude of the manager made me further sad and frustrated. Needless to say I am not driving all that way for them to fix my pets memory. FYI ~ other merchandise was very cheaply done with the lowest quality hardware and materials. I hope you can find a different place to help you with memories of your loved pet. This place does not deserve your business.

I can't even express how greatful I am to you guys for the care of my boy Drax. We had the hardest unexpected day, and had to put him down because my sweet boy couldn't walk anymore. It didn't take long at all for them to ship the ashes and paw print. Nothing was damaged, everything was placed so well and wrapped with dignity. Thank you so much for helping us through this grieving process (and the pamphlets and candle) (:
Lindsay Hansen

Shaley Smart
My sweet Kitty was taken here by the vet who performed in home euthanasia. We got the call to come pick her up less than a week later. She was in a beautiful little cedar box and we got the sweetest little paw print. I’m so thankful to them for how quick they returned her to us. I feel like they really did treat her with respect and dignity.
R Anderson

Kathryn Bateman
I took my guinea pig Coco to a nearby pet hospital to get cremated, the staff told me to give these guys 4-6 weeks, but I got a phone call less than a week later, very fast, the box is beautiful, they even gave me a complimentary candle. I feel more comfortable knowing my Coco was in good hands and could return safely to me. I’m forever grateful and touched. Thank you guys🥺😭
Larissa Lee
They did a wonderful job with our 11 year old pitbull we had lost to lung cancer. The presentation was so beautiful, they provided us a wooden box engraved a paw print plaque with a photo placement. But what was amazing to me is they went above and beyond with including a poem and a heart felt letter as well as info for cremation. You guys did a wonderful job and absolutely wonderful thank you for easing our burden. We will be using you in the future.
Sue Nibley
All paws was very good with my Cairn Terrier Molly. Chris went through the whole procedure from start to end.His Irish Setter Cooper made my visit more relaxed. Took away the sadness for awhile. My Molly had a private cremation, paw print and a nice cedar box for Molly's remains.Very reasonable price for Molly's remains.I highly recommend All Paws.

. if i could put 0 stars i would. we had our dog cremated at this place. but before then, since we were in such grief and never had to do this before with a pet, we didnt quite understand how the cremation things work. we called several times and lefts voicemails and texts to get ahold of them before our little baby was cremated in hopes of getting her ashes and a stamp of her paw print. they cremated her without any responses to anything we left for them. we didnt get the things we wanted from our baby girl. a paw print stamp and her ashes. no response to very detailed messages about the way she looked and our info. nothing. now we are left with nothing of our baby. this place has such bad customer service with no responses for days. be aware of what you are doing. as we never did this before and were so upset. and as we found out what kind of cremation she would have, we immediately called many times and left many messages to try to get ahold of them to ty to get what we wanted. would bot recomend. horrible service, especially since she was/is such a loved part of our family. not just a “pet”....

My best friend passed away at the start of December. We took him in to all paws the second week of December. It is now February and he is still not home. We have called several times, leaving messages each time. Our calls go unanswered, and the messages have never been returned. This was a very difficult time for us, and the lack of communication and professionalism has only made things that much harder. I will NEVER recommend this cremation service to anyone.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order memory glass from All Paws.... You'll never get your pet back. If I could give a negative rating I would. My cat died unexpectedly in March. She was my desk mate while working from home so I wanted a globe made from her ashes to put on my desk. To this day I still do not have it. When I ordered it I was told 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks had passed I started calling... I've received the run around ever since. I've been told "Oh, I expect it to be here next week" or "I'm not really sure what's going on with the manufacturer". I received a text message on July 20th saying I'd receive the memory glass on the 27th and, you guessed it, I still do not have it. I sent a text to the person that text me and I didn't get a reply. My vets office has tried, I have tried and, after almost 5 months, I've given up any hope of ever getting my pets remains back.I'm heartbroken

I’ve been in dogs for over 39 years and without a doubt, these guys treated my Gelsey beautifully. And she was returned to me in a beautiful manner. Thank you.

i have now brought three of my sweet babies here the past 4 years and have had an incredible experience with the staff! such caring individuals truly!

All Paws has always gone above and beyond when I needed them most. Their cremation services are beautiful, personal, and compete. Chris is attentive, remembers his clients and our pets.

My vet explained to me that cremations from All Paws were scattered "in a beautiful garden. It's a colorful, beautiful park you can go visit and have peace". After some time to grieve I called All Paws inquiring for the address of the garden:"Oh, it's private. It's someone's private land, they just let us scatter the ashes there.""I was told they were scattered at a public garden I could visit, is this not true?""No, it's just someone's land. It's private land, but they let us scatter them there."I'm not sure who to shame, my vet or All Paws.RIP buddy, I sure hope you're enjoying being "on just someone's land" :(

Will not take payments in advance to save you having to deal with the financial burden and the anxiety of paperwork and big decisions at the time of your loss despite being a previous prepay customer .... It's almost like they don't want your money.... Paws in heaven however was more than happy to set up an appointment with me to go over the paperwork and accept my payment in advance

I called for my elderly neighbor who's small dog died after 18yrs. She doesn't drive is on a fixed income and on a new apt. Chris offered to pick up her dog for free and they handled it for her as she was so distraught. Thank you All Paws

My Boozer passed suddenly on New Years Eve. I knew he needed to come home. All Paws did an amazing job for Boozer. I want to thank them for taking good care of my baby!
Lexi Montes
I really appreciate the sympathy shown by All Paws. I went today to pick up my sweet girl and everything was a absolutely perfect. Her box was very nice and her name was carved beautifully, along with her paw print and the rose necklace with her ashes inside, they also included a candle and sweet poem. He was very sincer and friendly! Thank you guys again!
Cori Chapman

Chris, the manager of this location is awesome. He is friendly, and always willing to help in any way he can. I definitely recommend Chris and the business for any of their services.

Ever wonder what a burning dog or cat smells like? Neither have I. Unfortunately now I know, after moving to the area. Now I'm reminded of this indescribable smell most weekdays. I really love pets, so everytime I get a whiff I feel gross. Almost anything would be better to smell while relaxing in your backyard then melted fur.

Our beloved Pugsley passed away and when we received his ashes in the beautiful box, candle and lovely letter/certificate, it was very much appreciated. I feel like you really cared and for that we thank you.

The ceramic is beautiful. they did a good job. but Chris told me MULTIPLE times that it would be ready "tomorrow" after telling me it would take a week. 20 days after.. it was finally ready. I'm just frustrated that they couldn't be honest with me. I would have understood.

They did a great job. Very professional and helped us feel comfortable and at ease. The urn is beautiful and we will recommend All Paws to friends who need cremation services done for their pets. Affordable.

This is the cleanest place I have ever been in. They are so compassionate, empathetic and kind. I wouldn't take a pet any where else. They were wonderful on every level

Doesn't return emails or phone calls..I can't tell if the positive comments are real, especially when you read other "no return calls / emails" comments on here.

. if i could put 0 stars i would. we had our dog cremated at this place. but before then, since we were in such grief and never had to do this before with a pet, we didnt quite understand how the cremation things work. we called several times and lefts voicemails and texts to get ahold of them before our little baby was cremated in hopes of getting her ashes and a stamp of her paw print. they cremated her without any responses to anything we left for them. we didnt get the things we wanted from our baby girl. a paw print stamp and her ashes. no response to very detailed messages about the way she looked and our info. nothing. now we are left with nothing of our baby. this place has such bad customer service with no responses for days. be aware of what you are doing. as we never did this before and were so upset. and as we found out what kind of cremation she would have, we immediately called many times and left many messages to try to get ahold of them to ty to get what we wanted. would bot recomend. horrible service, especially since she was/is such a loved part of our family. not just a “pet”....

Thank you.
