Sorry it took so long to write this review. It's been a rough month since my little sunshine's passing.When Ruby was showing signs of her last 9 lives coming to an end I did so much research to make sure when the time came I would be able to know for a fact she will be treated with the best respects. I found you guys on Youtube explaining the prosses and will give my baby girl the best.I am forever grateful to you guys. Knowing she was treated with the best care and cremated with her favorite onesie I would wear to snuggle with her on cold nights, has helped me with the grieving and healing.You guys are awesome. Please keep up the good work and never stop helping us pet parents with the hardest part of our beloved pets.

We are so grateful for Family Animal Service's kind and dignified service. We had to put our dog Libby down after 13 years in our family. We mourned her loss so deeply. It was comforting to receive her ashes in the nice wood box urn with the engraved plaque, and her paw print in plaster. We treasure them. I was surprised at the level of tenderness and professionalism they showed us. They truly care. I had a wonderful experience with Family Animal Services, and I am so grateful for their help following the passing of my guinea pig, Wendy Sue. I wasn’t sure what to do after Wendy Sue’s sudden passing on a Friday night, and after some research I came across Family Animal Services. I was able to get an appointment with them the very next morning. We met with a very kind and compassionate lady Saturday morning (if I’m remembering correctly, I believe her name was Shawna), and she walked us through the cremation process, showed us all our options in regards to memorial items, and answered all of our questions. She directed us to videos that the owners have made about the cremation process, and watching those videos put my mind to ease as they helped me better understand the process. She was so patient with us, and I could tell she really cared about making sure our Wendy Sue received the very best treatment. In a time of such intense grief, it was a blessing to be able to feel like I was leaving Wendy Sue in good, caring hands. I was able to leave her body there knowing that she would be treated with great dignity and respect. I picked Wendy Sue up this afternoon, and I am so pleased and impressed with the quality of the memorial items that were returned to me. The engravings on her urn are beautiful. I had a clay paw print made, along with ink impressions of her paw and nose. The clay print and ink impressions are great quality. I also requested some locks of her fur, and I am very pleased with the amount of fur that they returned to me. Wendy Sue was tri-colored, and they returned locks of all 3 of her fur colors. When I went to pick up her urn and memorial items, they were neatly and carefully packaged in a bag. I met Danny when I got there, and he went through all of the items in the bag with me to make sure they were what I was expecting. Everyone I’ve come in contact with at Family Animal Services has been so kind, compassionate, caring, and professional. I had such a positive experience, and I will definitely be using Family Animal Services again in the future when the time comes for my other guinea pigs. Thanks to Family Animal Services, I now have several special keepsakes to keep the memory of Wendy Sue alive forever.

I am so happy with the care I received from Family Animal Services. Danny and his team were amazing to work with! They treated me with a level of kindness and professionalism that I truly am grateful for. If you have the time, I recommend scheduling an appointment to take a tour of the site. I learned a lot about the cremation process which helped alleviate so much stress of what I was overthinking. They have included an option for everyone out there. I chose option #2 (Private) of the cremation services which included a velvet bag for the ashes and engraved wood box urn. They were both beautifully made!

I was so fortunate to work with Family Animal Services of Utah for the final arrangements for my beloved cat, Tommy. In my very emotional and distressed state, Karma was so kind and compassionate to work with. Tommy's ashes were returned to me in a beautiful wooden urn with an engraved nameplate, in addition to a pawprint impression. Great company. I would absolutely recommend their services.

We have lost 4 of our wonderful dogs over the past few years, and family animal services treated us and the pets with great respect, compassion and dignity. I'm so appreciative of Family Animal Services for the care and consideration they put into this end-of-life service. My daughter's little Pomeranian passed away quite suddenly, leaving us grief stricken and with no idea of what to do next. Thankfully, I was able to find Family Animal Services.The information on their website guided me through the process, set expectations about what was to come, and instruction on how to move forward. The passing happened very early in the morning at a time when getting someone on the phone wasn't an option. I was able to easily schedule an appointment right on the website, though, and put that stressor out of my mind.We were treated with compassion and kindness during our appointment. There was almost no paperwork to fill out and they had an excellent selection of beautiful ways to honor our departed loved one. We were even allowed some alone time to say our final goodbyes. The whole process was very smooth and our girl's urn and remains were ready for us ahead of schedule.I can't properly express how grateful I am for these fine folks and the excellent service they provide. They are wonderful and took care of us in a very kind and compassionate way. The only problems I had were first, I paid for an ink paw print, it cost $24 and it's done on thin paper, not cardstock, and not even labeled. I don't know if it's all 4 paws or just 1, or even my dog?? And, shouldn't they have labeled what paw they are printing? For $24 I just thought it would look more professional. The second, and most important, issue I had is that I ordered a clay paw print and although it's done really nice, I can tell that the claw indents did NOT come from my pup. Especially since Lap of Love did a clay print as well and it shows what I know my dogs claws looked like... so that just felt weird and disappointing to see...Other than those things regarding the memorabilia we purchased, they did a really nice job with our boy and we felt our needs were taken care of.

When my dog Finnegan was starting to get sick I started looking at my options and what I wanted to do. I was browsing on the web and saw Family Animal Services. I decided to make an appointment, after meeting with them I felt so much weight lifted off my shoulders. A week after my Finnegan passed and I made another appointment and they were so sweet and made sure my family and I understood the whole process. I felt so comfortable leaving him with them and they too such good care of him! I was so eager to have him back I called to see if he was all ready to be picked up and sure enough he was!!! When I arrived to pick him up they made sure I had everything I ordered and was so kind to my dad and I while leaving. I am so thankful and I appreciate them so much!!! I love everything I have to remember him!!

Our Rusty was prepard Family Animal Services and the service was outstanding. We picked him up and the owner explained every thing to use in detail. There was one slight miscommunication (on our end) and that care of on the spot to our satisfaction.

Loosing my beloved companion and service animal was one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through. The care in which they took ,the detail, respect and love they showed him was above and beyond. I was an absolute mess and couldn't think about anything. The urn plaque and paw print they made are perfect. I highly recommend using their services in your time of grieving. Thank you guys. You did me the biggest service, and I know you guys do it everyday for every client you serve!

The staff was so compassionate and helpful, they were very transparent with the process of how cremation works, and it made the process so much easier to handle. They were able to pick up our family cat from my residence and that took so much stress off of me. I highly recommend them. They’ll take good care of your pet.

Me and my family recently lost our oldest fur baby and after looking at reviews on line we decided to use Family Animal Services. When me and my wife brought our dog in we both were emotional wrecks and the staff was very compassionate and understanding. They explained everything to us and gave us all the time we wanted to say our final good byes. They treated our dog with respect, dignity, and love. In very hard and emotional time in our lives they were amazing.

We lost our sweet 15 year old dog on 3/7/23. Lap of Love came to our home to do a lovely home euthanasia. I was then given the info from them to where our Luna’s remains were going to be taken. After about 5-6 days, and sweet phone calls from the crematorium staff to keep us updated on the process, I was able to go and pick up our precious baby.Upon meeting the very nice lady who works in the office, and realizing I had SO many options for her ashes to be placed into ( surely wasn’t thinking anything about those when the traumatic day of 3/7 occurred, I started pondering options of what other box ( they have urns, jewelry, small decorative pieces etc,) I wanted to put Luna’s remains in( other than the standard cedar box,) I was able to talk with the owner, Danny, about a more suiting hand carved rosewood box with 4 lines of engraving. He nicely allowed me to trade the old box with the new, fancier version for a very small fee and completed the entire conversion with engraving in 15 minutes and he was just so great with listening to my story and just had gently calming vibes in such a rough emotional journey I was embarking on.This is family owned and the best aspect for me is that through their process of cremation, ( see below more on their website) I KNEW that the remains I got back were only Luna’s and no other animals.Another remarkable aspect about this loving business is that all of the cremated remains that are not picked up nor wanted after a lengthy time of waiting, all get to their final resting spot through much love, safe handling and with love, get a well deserved “ final spot.”Just knowing this about this company set my heart ablaze with comfort and genuine respect! I was referred to Family Animal Services by my boss. I didn’t really know this place existed. I really like that they offer the semi private cremation. Unlike other places your options are private or communal. I chose the semi private, it’s really no different than the premier private option. Karen was very kind and understanding. I was expecting to walk in and be pushed around, and have to say no 100 times. But Karen was not pushy one bit. I love that included in the package was the beautiful wood Urn, and includes the engraving. They also have various other Urn options as well if you like something different. They really do care about doing what’s right, and not trying to up-sale you on stuff. I also purchased a beautiful glass piece with my dogs paw print. I also appreciate how fast the process was. It took maybe 20 minutes when I was expecting to be in there an hour. That is the last place I wanted to be, so I’m thankful for the fast process. Thank you Karen for all that you do !

I can not thank Karma at Family Animal Services enough! I lost my sweet kitty Doris to cancer and Karma was extremely kind and did not try to upsell at all, while still educating me on the process and products offered. I really appreciated that, because many companies try to take advantage of people in vulnerable positions like this, but Family Animal Services did not. Doris was returned to me within a week as well as the keepsake pawprint and necklace containing her ashes. I hope that no one I know needs this service, but if they do I will absolutely recommend Family Animal Services. They really do understand that it's not just your "pet", but also a family member. ♥️

I can't say enough good things about this place. They were so respectful & kind to both my husband & I. They laid out all the options and never pressured me one way or another, no upselling whatsoever. I felt completely at peace, leaving my cat in their care. He was ready to be picked up exactly when they said he would and I'm very pleased with the services rendered. You guys have earned my lifelong business and I can't thank you enough.Update: We lost our other cat several months later and again, we had the best possible experience here. They go above & beyond and even came in outside their usual business hours to receive our pet. They give you space to grieve and let you take as much time as you need in the end to say goodbye. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needing these services, this is the place to go, hands down. These guys are angels.

We have been going to Family Animal Services for about 10 years. From emergencies to pre-planning they have been there for everyone of our pets that have passed. They are wonderful to work with. They are very understanding and compassionate. It's nice to have so many choices when it comes to cremation of a pet. The vet offices are limited in what they offer. But planning ahead and working directly with Karma and her team makes the transition so much easier. Thank you!

We very suddenly lost our beloved Calypso and were unsure of what we should do, as we had no warning and no time to prepare for it. After searching online, we found Family Animal Services and reached out to them. We were pleasantly surprised that their costs were reasonable, particularly in comparison to other places offering cremation services.To our happiness, the staff was extremely kind and empathetic. Nothing felt pushy, different options for holding the remains and keepsakes were presented fairly briefly, but we were reminded that the cremation package we chose came with a box and nameplate. The one that comes with the private cremation package is very, very tasteful.All in all, I can't thank them enough for being so kind and prompt. I know it's a business but it was nice not to feel sold to while in the midst of sudden grieving. I highly recommend.

Best experience I could have ever had in this type of scenario! Danny and Karen were so amazing and kind hearted. They were so gentle with my little girl’s passing and were beyond accommodating. I toured multiple places and this was by far the best. The respect and dignity they showed my girl blew me away. I will never use another place. Nothing but kind words to say about them! Karma, at Family Animal Services was wonderful! She was so empathetic. This is still so raw for us.. our 20 year baby died July 13th. I called less than a week before she passed to ask about what we needed to do. She guided us and was so comforting. If ever you need their services; we highly recommend them. Website 'guarantees' return of ashes 5 days after receiving the body. Family Animal Services did not deliver our pet's ashes for 16 calendar days, or 10-11 business days depending on how we count the Thanksgiving weekend. I called 13 calendar days (8-9 business days) after they received his body, and they said his ashes had supposedly been delivered to the vet on day 5... oops! no they've been sitting on a shelf, sorry. Probably would have sat there for another year if I hadn't called to find out why they were so delinquent.I regret trusting this company. No way I will ever use them again or recommend them to others. I should have just buried the dog in the backyard. Never should have let him out of my sight. For all I know they're grinding up charcoal briquettes.

Karma went above and beyond to ensure I had a custom name plate that I could put on the urn if I wished to. It was necessary but it was so necessary and that is how the whole company is. It was a very sad time for our family to lose our beloved Harley. We were treated like he was a loved family member. The staff was so caring and understood our grief. Harley was cremated. He came back to in a lovely box with engraving with words of our choice. I recommend Family Animal Service. They really helped us with our grieving and getting through his death. The prices were good and we did not feel at all, at anytime, we weren't getting our money's worth.

After our wonderful Dingo passed away, we were directed by our hospice vet to receive services from Family Animal Services. They were kind, caring, and understanding and made a difficult process as easy as it could be. The handled our pup's remains with dignity and gave us some wonderful things to help us remember her.

I have had to cremate two of my wonderful pets in the last year and a half. Its been really horrible and hard to lose both of them so close to each other but this facility made a terrible time a little easier. Their pricing is competitive to others in the area and even with similar facilities I have used in other states. The box is lovely and they send you a special note. I had a paw print made for my dog and a glass print made for my cat. It will be something I will treasure forever. Thank you.

I always recommend Family Animal Services to anyone who loses a beloved pet. To date, these wonderful people have taken care of 4 of my family's most beloved pets. Three of them since May 1st this year. The first and third had lived good long lives, and they had to be humanely euthanized. The second and fourth were the most important to me. The ones I was most bonded with. They died young and unexpectedly.Jamie is spectacular. She has handled every one with great care and compassion. There''s no rush in the grieving room. She offers the basics, and has not once tried to push the sale of an expensive urn or keepsake. These are things that you really must ask for. They're not trying to make a sale, or profit off your grief. So if you want a specialty urn or keepsake, take a look around and see what you like. What suits you and the amazing companion that you're forced to say goodbye to.

Update to previous review:Changed rating to 4 starsI spoke with Sean regarding our concerns. He explained their processes and the difficulties in having the Hospitals show all offerings to clients. We have decided to return the urn and bags. He was very kind and understood the depth of the loss and unmet expectations.I will leave a review with Sunset Animal ER to inform others of the miscommunication and lack of options they allow to be offered.Rated 1 starVery frustrated and disappointed! We ordered a cedar urn and paw print for our sweet Lola. The ribbon was Brown, not PINK. Her name was misspelled on the metal plate! We asked for the engraving to be on the box itself, but were told it was not possible. Worst of all.... her ashes were in a white plastic bag in a see through bag! Really?? Most others offer a velvet bag, not see through! I was not prepared to see my sweet Lola's remains in such a tactless, disrespectful, and uncaring, way!! I hoped that the pain of losing her would lessen upon receiving her remains, but their treatment of her memorials increased it!

My dear sweet Lucy was my best friend and hiking buddy. One thing that was unusual about Lucy is she was a miniature dachshund. She loved the mountains and hiking. Sadly on July26, 2020 I said goodbye to her after 15 years. The Family Animal Services of Utah was fantastic and very gentle in handling the cremation and related services. They took a day and a half to return my call. I called on a weekend, so I expected they wouldn't return my call until the next weekday morning, but that's not what happened, they didn't return my call until the afternoon. Luckily there are several places that run their services after hours. Had this been my only option, my poor pets body would have been in horrible shape by the time I received a call back. I probably wouldn't have been able to have a cremation, and would have had to bury him in the yard. Maybe their service is good once you've hired them, but there is a need for swiftness when dealing with these things. I will likely not contact them for future needs, I can't risk waiting that long for a return call after a pets death. Those extra 6-7 hours make a massive difference in the condition of a body.

When my dog Finnegan was starting to get sick I started looking at my options and what I wanted to do. I was browsing on the web and saw Family Animal Services. I decided to make an appointment, after meeting with them I felt so much weight lifted off my shoulders. A week after my Finnegan passed and I made another appointment and they were so sweet and made sure my family and I understood the whole process. I felt so comfortable leaving him with them and they too such good care of him! I was so eager to have him back I called to see if he was all ready to be picked up and sure enough he was!!! When I arrived to pick him up they made sure I had everything I ordered and was so kind to my dad and I while leaving. I am so thankful and I appreciate them so much!!! I love everything I have to remember him!!

Loosing my beloved companion and service animal was one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through. The care in which they took ,the detail, respect and love they showed him was above and beyond. I was an absolute mess and couldn't think about anything. Me and my family recently lost our oldest fur baby and after looking at reviews on line we decided to use Family Animal Services. When me and my wife brought our dog in we both were emotional wrecks and the staff was very compassionate and understanding. They explained everything to us and gave us all the time we wanted to say our final good byes. They treated our dog with respect, dignity, and love. In very hard and emotional time in our lives they were amazing.

If I could give zero stars I would! They have made the 2 nd mistake with our pets. We always order the full package including the paw print. Even though it is clear on the invoice from our vet that we wanted the paw print and paid for it, it didn’t come with my beloved Boe’s ashes. My vet called and this awful business said “they never received the order” even though it was in the invoice.Two years ago they said the same thing about our other dog , only when we called then they said “ they forgot to deliver it. Two days later we received a print with his name on it, but is it really his?I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FUNERAL SERVICE TO ANYONE!!BEWARE!!!Our memorial is gone forever , DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!

For anyone who actually wants a real paw print this place is NOT the place to go. The print on the left was of my Mandan who passed in January and was done by Major Street. This smudge on the right is of my Molly who unfortunately passed on November 5th. Major Street sent me a lovely letter along with the well done print and was kind enough to post my memorial and picture on their facebook page. All I got my Family Services was a cold reception room, a business transaction, and a smudge on a blank piece of paper. Not even sure it is my Molly's print! If the first print doesn't look good do another one instead of charging me $15.00 for a smudge. You folks should be embarrassed!!! This was the last piece of my little gal and you totally screwed it up!!!! Her sudden death was difficult and you just made the whole experience that much worse.

We lost our sweet 15 year old dog on 3/7/23. Lap of Love came to our home to do a lovely home euthanasia. I was then given the info from them to where our Luna’s remains were going to be taken. After about 5-6 days, and sweet phone calls from the crematorium staff to keep us updated on the process, I was able to go and pick up our precious baby.Upon meeting the very nice lady who works in the office, and realizing I had SO many options for her ashes to be placed into ( surely wasn’t thinking anything about those when the traumatic day of 3/7 occurred, I started pondering options of what other box ( they have urns, jewelry, small decorative pieces etc,) I wanted to put Luna’s remains in( other than the standard cedar box,) I was able to talk with the owner, Danny, about a more suiting hand carved rosewood box with 4 lines of engraving. He nicely allowed me to trade the old box with the new, fancier version for a very small fee and completed the entire conversion with engraving in 15 minutes and he was just so great with listening to my story and just had gently calming vibes in such a rough emotional journey I was embarking on.This is family owned and the best aspect for me is that through their process of cremation, ( see below more on their website) I KNEW that the remains I got back were only Luna’s and no other animals.Another remarkable aspect about this loving business is that all of the cremated remains that are not picked up nor wanted after a lengthy time of waiting, all get to their final resting spot through much love, safe handling and with love, get a well deserved “ final spot.”Just knowing this about this company set my heart ablaze with comfort and genuine respect! I was referred to Family Animal Services by my boss. I didn’t really know this place existed. I really like that they offer the semi private cremation. Unlike other places your options are private or communal. I chose the semi private, it’s really no different than the premier private option. Karen was very kind and understanding. I was expecting to walk in and be pushed around, and have to say no 100 times. But Karen was not pushy one bit. I love that included in the package was the beautiful wood Urn, and includes the engraving. They also have various other Urn options as well if you like something different. They really do care about doing what’s right, and not trying to up-sale you on stuff. I also purchased a beautiful glass piece with my dogs paw print. I also appreciate how fast the process was. It took maybe 20 minutes when I was expecting to be in there an hour. That is the last place I wanted to be, so I’m thankful for the fast process. Thank you Karen for all that you do !

I can not thank Karma at Family Animal Services enough! I lost my sweet kitty Doris to cancer and Karma was extremely kind and did not try to upsell at all, while still educating me on the process and products offered. I really appreciated that, because many companies try to take advantage of people in vulnerable positions like this, but Family Animal Services did not. Doris was returned to me within a week as well as the keepsake pawprint and necklace containing her ashes. I hope that no one I know needs this service, but if they do I will absolutely recommend Family Animal Services. They really do understand that it's not just your "pet", but also a family member. ♥️

I can't say enough good things about this place. They were so respectful & kind to both my husband & I. They laid out all the options and never pressured me one way or another, no upselling whatsoever. I felt completely at peace, leaving my cat in their care. He was ready to be picked up exactly when they said he would and I'm very pleased with the services rendered. You guys have earned my lifelong business and I can't thank you enough.Update: We lost our other cat several months later and again, we had the best possible experience here. They go above & beyond and even came in outside their usual business hours to receive our pet. They give you space to grieve and let you take as much time as you need in the end to say goodbye. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needing these services, this is the place to go, hands down. These guys are angels.

We have been going to Family Animal Services for about 10 years. From emergencies to pre-planning they have been there for everyone of our pets that have passed. They are wonderful to work with. They are very understanding and compassionate. It's nice to have so many choices when it comes to cremation of a pet. The vet offices are limited in what they offer. But planning ahead and working directly with Karma and her team makes the transition so much easier. Thank you!

We very suddenly lost our beloved Calypso and were unsure of what we should do, as we had no warning and no time to prepare for it. After searching online, we found Family Animal Services and reached out to them. We were pleasantly surprised that their costs were reasonable, particularly in comparison to other places offering cremation services.To our happiness, the staff was extremely kind and empathetic. Nothing felt pushy, different options for holding the remains and keepsakes were presented fairly briefly, but we were reminded that the cremation package we chose came with a box and nameplate. The one that comes with the private cremation package is very, very tasteful.All in all, I can't thank them enough for being so kind and prompt. I know it's a business but it was nice not to feel sold to while in the midst of sudden grieving. I highly recommend.

Best experience I could have ever had in this type of scenario! Danny and Karen were so amazing and kind hearted. They were so gentle with my little girl’s passing and were beyond accommodating. I toured multiple places and this was by far the best. The respect and dignity they showed my girl blew me away. I will never use another place. Nothing but kind words to say about them! Website 'guarantees' return of ashes 5 days after receiving the body. Family Animal Services did not deliver our pet's ashes for 16 calendar days, or 10-11 business days depending on how we count the Thanksgiving weekend. I called 13 calendar days (8-9 business days) after they received his body, and they said his ashes had supposedly been delivered to the vet on day 5... oops! no they've been sitting on a shelf, sorry. Probably would have sat there for another year if I hadn't called to find out why they were so delinquent.I regret trusting this company. No way I will ever use them again or recommend them to others. I should have just buried the dog in the backyard. Never should have let him out of my sight. For all I know they're grinding up charcoal briquettes.

It was a very sad time for our family to lose our beloved Harley. We were treated like he was a loved family member. The staff was so caring and understood our grief. Harley was cremated. He came back to in a lovely box with engraving with words of our choice. I recommend Family Animal Service. They really helped us with our grieving and getting through his death. The prices were good and we did not feel at all, at anytime, we weren't getting our money's worth.

I have had to cremate two of my wonderful pets in the last year and a half. Its been really horrible and hard to lose both of them so close to each other but this facility made a terrible time a little easier. Their pricing is competitive to others in the area and even with similar facilities I have used in other states. The box is lovely and they send you a special note. I had a paw print made for my dog and a glass print made for my cat. It will be something I will treasure forever. Thank you.

I always recommend Family Animal Services to anyone who loses a beloved pet. To date, these wonderful people have taken care of 4 of my family's most beloved pets. Three of them since May 1st this year. The first and third had lived good long lives, and they had to be humanely euthanized. The second and fourth were the most important to me. The ones I was most bonded with. They died young and unexpectedly.Jamie is spectacular. She has handled every one with great care and compassion. There''s no rush in the grieving room. She offers the basics, and has not once tried to push the sale of an expensive urn or keepsake. These are things that you really must ask for. They're not trying to make a sale, or profit off your grief. So if you want a specialty urn or keepsake, take a look around and see what you like. What suits you and the amazing companion that you're forced to say goodbye to.

Update to previous review:Changed rating to 4 starsI spoke with Sean regarding our concerns. He explained their processes and the difficulties in having the Hospitals show all offerings to clients. We have decided to return the urn and bags. He was very kind and understood the depth of the loss and unmet expectations.I will leave a review with Sunset Animal ER to inform others of the miscommunication and lack of options they allow to be offered.Rated 1 starVery frustrated and disappointed! We ordered a cedar urn and paw print for our sweet Lola. The ribbon was Brown, not PINK. Her name was misspelled on the metal plate! We asked for the engraving to be on the box itself, but were told it was not possible. Worst of all.... her ashes were in a white plastic bag in a see through bag! Really?? Most others offer a velvet bag, not see through! I was not prepared to see my sweet Lola's remains in such a tactless, disrespectful, and uncaring, way!! I hoped that the pain of losing her would lessen upon receiving her remains, but their treatment of her memorials increased it!

My dear sweet Lucy was my best friend and hiking buddy. One thing that was unusual about Lucy is she was a miniature dachshund. She loved the mountains and hiking.
