I've had two cat's cremated here over the years, they have always been kind to us in our time of need. They are always professional in answering our questions and I trust them in how they treat my kitty family. Thank you guys for all you do. My Uru and Saucey were well taken care of with you.

We were in Utah skiing from out of state and our little dog child passed away with us on the trip. Based on these reviews, I called Major Street and Tyler came and got our furbaby off the ski mountain and arranged everything so we could get our doggy ashes shipped back to us back home. He was so compassionate and professional. This was a truly gut-wrenching time and Major Street made it a little bit less complicated. Thank you.

We have used Major Street twice. Once for a chinchilla and most recently for our goat. They have been wonderful to work with both times. They make each experience personalized and offer affordable prices for all services. I recommend them for anyone looking for cremation/ memorial services.

Tyler helped my dad with the passing of his Alaskan Malamute a decade ago and I saved his number in my phone in case I needed him in the future. That’s how amazing he is. My 7 year old boxer mix, Axel, went downhill fast due to pancreatic cancer. The decision to put him down about did me in. I messaged their Facebook a couple of days before to just verify everything. Then the morning of I called and let them know the timing. Tyler came to my house, was so kind to us and showed so much empathy. He let us lay with our boy and cry it out. He showed us all of our memorial options and made sure we had everything he could offer. He had a perfect stretcher and carried our pup to his van, then yet again gave us time to love him and grieve for a final time. We opted to get his ashes returned to us and everything went so smoothly. We got a paw imprint and they even made sure to get his nails in the print. I could not have asked for a better experience in this terrible time. I could not recommend them any stronger! Tyler, thank you!

Our dog became ill suddenly with an aggressive cancer and passed away last week. It was unexpected, and we had no time to prepare. We showed up without an appointment and they fit us in. They were so compassionate, understanding, sympathetic, and patient with us. Thank you so much for taking care of my best friend. I appreciate you so much.

Major Street Pet Services is the place to go. This year, my 17 year old dog had passed away and then unexpectedly my poor sweet kitty Fishsticks was hit by a car.We took my dog to another place for a private cremation a few months before Fishsticks had passed. Then we found Major Street Pet Services for Fishsticks. The treatment from here was far better. When I came to pick her up, they greeted me upon arrival and showed me everything they had done. They took such great care and really made it special.When I went home, we noticed that my kitty’s box was much heavier than my dog (who was medium sized). We don’t think the place we took my dog to did a private cremation because there wouldn’t be as big of a weight difference. Here at Major they seem extremely honest and caring. We wish we did my dog here too!

We were very happy with their services. Tyler and Jamie are very compassionate in all they do to help people when they are grieving for a lost fur baby. They provide many services. We had our sweet Woody in a private cremation so we could have him with us. They provided a cremation certificate with an ink paw print. We also had a clay paw print made. We are very happy to have him home again. The whole process took 4 days.

I’ve had my dog, Kenzii, for almost 13-years. She has been thru so much with me and never faltered! We loved each-other unconditionally and no matter what. When our baby fur daughter Casey passed away our family was heartbroken and devastated. Choosing a provider to handle her passing was one of the hardest things for us to do. You only get one chance to make final arrangements for the dearly departed so we wanted to do it right.Our priority was to maximize our baby girls memory and honor her as much as we could, while handling her to a place that would treat her with the utmost respect and not treat her like a cold business transaction.We have had to go through this unbearable loss before as we've had many fur babies over the years, and so we've used other pet service providers and this time we wanted to do better.Paw prints, impressions, memorial accessories the perfect urn etc. Major Street has a wide selection of memorial products and we wanted the best for our sweet daughter.After much deliberation we decided to choose Major Street and it was the best decision we could have made. We met with the owner Tyler and he took the time to go through all of the options available and was patient with us as we needed time to customize and perfect our order. Memorial products, customization work on the urn, and provided a memorial viewing for us to see our baby one last time before the cremation. The setting was beautiful as well as the respect of wrapping our baby with blankets and placing her on a soft ottoman. The care that was put into into the viewing was heartwarming.The online memorial service is also incredible. It never gets easier when you lose a love one, but it did help us grieve reading the condolences from kindhearted individuals on social media. To feel the love and support from others even though they have never met our baby girl.When we received our baby girl's remains back we were very satisfied. We were meticulous in our requests of what we wanted to be done for her and Tyler and his wife did an incredible job of fulfilling all of our wishes. The urn was stunning and the paw impressions reminded us so much of our baby girl that it brought tears to our eyes. With other pet providers there are complaints from customers about how the impression does not resemble their fur baby. But with Major Street I could tell the paw impressions were our baby's. We know our daughter.We want to personally thank Major Street and the incredible owners Tyler and his wife for the compassion, hard work and kindness that they showed our family during this difficult time.We don't wish anyone to experience the pain that our family has gone through, but if the worst happens I would highly recommend Major Street.

Major Street Pet Services has been there for us in every way during these terrible times. Within the last 3 years we've lost 3 members of our family to old age. MSPS has been compassionate and helpful when we were at some of our worst moments. They run a business that thinks about the people they serve first and foremost and it shows. They've made special accommodations every time we've needed something. They have a quick turn around to get you your loved one's remains back to you as soon as possible. They have tremendous respect for your loss. Their compassion and love of animals shows in every aspect of their business. I would not go anywhere else for a service this important during a time of mourning.

We recently had the unfortunate task of having to put our 14 year old dog down. A friend had used Major Street Pet Services 6 months before and recommended them. They were wonderful to deal with in what is obviously a really difficult time for us. The company our vet contracts with said 4-6 weeks to have our dog back and was $50 more expensive. Major street told us 4 days and had him back in 3 even with 1 day being a holiday.The box was beautiful. Everything was handled with so much respect and care. The card with pawprint was so nice. Cant say enough good things about this company.

Due to old age and health complications I had to have my beautiful Golden Retriever Luna put to sleep. Major Street Pet Services helped make Luna's cremation a good experience and a peaceful memory. The process was completed quickly (it took about 5 days). Luna's ashes were placed in a black velvet bag inside a beautiful red colored wooden box. When I went to pick her up from Major Street Pet Services, I took her out of the box and held her in my arms and close to my heart. I also got a clay paw imprint and a paw print with a certificate of cremation. I will defenently have my other pets cremated here when the time comes.

I wanted things a bit out of the ordinary and Jamie worked with me to honor Samantha (Sammeeee) exactly as I visioned. I had to put my fur baby down this last week. The hardest choice I had to make. She was 14 years old and was starting to experience seizure. Something she never had before. After one really bad one it was time. We made the ultimate decision to let her go. When we called to get pricing if cremationMajor Pets where incredible sympathetic/empathetic to mine and my husband's needs. They let us know with bring her ashes home. We would be guaranteed that we where only getting her ashes. They also went and picked up our sweet girl from the Vet. So that our children wouldn't have to see their friend gone. They also sent out grief support information to help make this process easier for us. I am truly grateful for the kindness we've received.

We lost our beloved almost 17 year old maltipoo on November 15, 2023. I knew I wanted to have him cremated. We were in a state of shock and confusion over him passing early that morning and I found Major Street Pet Services in an online search and just decided that we would deliver our dog to them after we had a chance to cuddle him awhile and make some DIY paw print ornaments. They were great about receiving our dog, even though we hadn't called and scheduled it. There was no pressure about buying a particular package. The historical home where they run their business was charming, warm and immaculately clean. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will use them over the years with future pets.

We have been here twice now, and sent my family member there with their dog as well. Every time has been a good experience (considering the circumstances of course.) The kindness and empathy of the employees is far beyond what I expected. I can only imagine how emotionally draining a job like that would be but every time they seem to genuinely care. The level of care and concern when they are handling your pet speaks volumes about the people who work here. We have had two additional pets go to other places years ago before we found Major Street and both other businesses had zero compassion and we even had a heartbreaking situation with our pets ashes potentially being mixed up with another person's pet. We don't have to worry about that with Major Street. The whole experience is kept private and personal. Additionally, even with the level of personalization, they have returned ashes to us quickly. When you are grieving so much, it is very comforting to know they are treating your cherished pet with kindness and respect. I am truly grateful for Major Street Pet Services and the wonderful people working there.Edit 2 yrs later: we unfortunately lost a beloved cat very suddenly and took her to Major Street due to our previous good experiences. This loss has been exceptionally difficult for us. The employees here were just as wonderful as the previous visits. I appreciate that they make the effort to pick up on cues we are giving, and react accordingly. Last time they listened to us talk about our pet and how much we would miss her. This time we were not able to talk about our cat. We are still in shock, and appreciate very much that they were very compassionate without trying to force a conversation. Additionally, they are very kind about working with non-traditional requests. I brought a container for her ashes with me, as well as a necklace urn. I chose it before our visit so I wouldn't have to have a meltdown in their funeral home while trying to make those decisions today. I wanted to be sure I had enough time to make a decision I would be happy with. Many other businesses would have said no, it's against policy, and then tried to sell us something instead. Major Street was kind and didn't hesitate to agree to use the items I brought. It may seem like a small thing, but it helped us get through that portion of this process, and was a really big deal to us. One last thing I'd like to mention. The fact that they take the time to open and close the gate for each appointment, so that it's entirely private and you don't have to be around other families in their worst moment while you are in yours, is very thoughtful and really makes you feel like your pet is important to them. Nothing I can say in a review will ever truly express my gratitude for Major Street Pet Services, but if you are in need of pet funeral services, you can trust that they are the best choice in the area.

I brought my beautiful fur baby into Major Street pet services. It was the second time I have needed their services in less than 4 years. Tyler treated both my girls (years apart) like were their very own, with love, dignity and respect. He also treated me with sincere compassion and kindness during the early stages of intense grief. Both my sweet kitties ashes were ready to return home very quickly along with their cherished paw prints. I will recommend them with confidence to anyone in need of their services. Words cannot articulate the gratitude I feel towards Major Street Pet Services for taking great care of my sweet girls.

Our family hamster passed away from old age, and burying her wasn't an option as we live in an apartment. I felt kind of silly bringing in a hamster to a crematory, but the staff was very friendly and respectful. The man helping me handled her delicately when tagging, expressed sympathy, and helped me pick out a nice box to engrave. On my way out a family was bringing in a much larger, much older pet and I noticed the man who helped me gave them the same care and respect he gave me for my little old hamster. If you're worried about a smell, there's nothing to smell, and the place is so beautifully decorated that I would say it's fine to bring children here, granted they can handle being quiet and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody, and would go here again, should I need to.

If I could give more stars I would. Our sweet little guy passed away suddenly and tragically, and I was a mess. I was recommended Major Street. I called and they got me in within the hour and showed so much compassion and care. Tyler was so warm and welcoming and I felt comfort leaving my pet with him. Melissa returned my sweet boy to us and was again so warm and compassionate. I couldn’t have left him in better hands through this process. I worked with Major Street in November 2017, when we lost our elderly kitty to brain cancer. They were very patient and understanding with us while we grieved. Most importantly, they treated Lily with dignity and respect. I got to pick out the perfect urn for her, and we were able to pick it up very quickly. The care and attention to detail was amazing and it made a sad period of time a little easier to bear. I'll definitely be going back to these guys the next time a pet crosses the rainbow bridge.

I don't leave reviews for ANYTHING. But after receiving the MOST AMAZING and kind service, I can't not... My Sasha was my life! For 13 years she and I were one. From walking to laying around, then her tricks for treats, ever so sweet she was. Losing her so quickly was emotional enough, but needing something on the weekend when I didn't want to/couldn't wait til the following Monday, was necessary. I called and initially got voicemail, but within 60 seconds Tyler called me back and was able to walk me through some basics. He then set up a time, for soon after we spoke. When we got there, the place is BEAUTIFUL and has everything you need. Tyler then walked us through some choices, all the while being super caring and sensitive to our loss. Tyler is amazing! Our Sami passed away on Sunday. Tyler met us the same day and lovingly took care of Sami. We got him back three days later in a beautiful box, sweet paw print, paw print card along with the story of the rainbow bridge. I could not have asked for anything better. The service went above and beyond our expectations. It brings me so much comfort knowing when my furbabies pass, they will be cared for and back home quickly. Thank you for everything. We’ve had two pets require humane euthanasia and both times we contacted Major Street Pet Services. Both times it was short notice and near closing time, yet Tyler stayed so we could put our pets into his care shortly after they passed. Professional, compassionate and patient are words I think of when I think of MSPS. We had ample time to say goodbye, we were allowed to leave favorite toys and treats to be cremated with our fur babies, and they pay close attention to making sure the urn, paw print and any other items we ordered were exactly as we wanted. This was our first experience with the passing of one of our sweet dogs. The vet clinic used the Major Street Pet Services and said that they were really good. I was so pleased with their service. When our baby fur daughter Casey passed away our family was heartbroken and devastated. Choosing a provider to handle her passing was one of the hardest things for us to do. You only get one chance to make final arrangements for the dearly departed so we wanted to do it right.Our priority was to maximize our baby girls memory and honor her as much as we could, while handling her to a place that would treat her with the utmost respect and not treat her like a cold business transaction.We have had to go through this unbearable loss before as we've had many fur babies over the years, and so we've used other pet service providers and this time we wanted to do better.Paw prints, impressions, memorial accessories the perfect urn etc. Major Street has a wide selection of memorial products and we wanted the best for our sweet daughter.After much deliberation we decided to choose Major Street and it was the best decision we could have made. We met with the owner Tyler and he took the time to go through all of the options available and was patient with us as we needed time to customize and perfect our order. Memorial products, customization work on the urn, and provided a memorial viewing for us to see our baby one last time before the cremation. The setting was beautiful as well as the respect of wrapping our baby with blankets and placing her on a soft ottoman. The care that was put into into the viewing was heartwarming.The online memorial service is also incredible. It never gets easier when you lose a love one, but it did help us grieve reading the condolences from kindhearted individuals on social media. To feel the love and support from others even though they have never met our baby girl.When we received our baby girl's remains back we were very satisfied. We were meticulous in our requests of what we wanted to be done for her and Tyler and his wife did an incredible job of fulfilling all of our wishes. The urn was stunning and the paw impressions reminded us so much of our baby girl that it brought tears to our eyes. With other pet providers there are complaints from customers about how the impression does not resemble their fur baby. But with Major Street I could tell the paw impressions were our baby's. We know our daughter.We want to personally thank Major Street and the incredible owners Tyler and his wife for the compassion, hard work and kindness that they showed our family during this difficult time.We don't wish anyone to experience the pain that our family has gone through, but if the worst happens I would highly recommend Major Street.

Major Street Pet Services has been there for us in every way during these terrible times. Within the last 3 years we've lost 3 members of our family to old age. MSPS has been compassionate and helpful when we were at some of our worst moments. They run a business that thinks about the people they serve first and foremost and it shows. They've made special accommodations every time we've needed something. They have a quick turn around to get you your loved one's remains back to you as soon as possible. We recently had the unfortunate task of having to put our 14 year old dog down. A friend had used Major Street Pet Services 6 months before and recommended them. They were wonderful to deal with in what is obviously a really difficult time for us. The company our vet contracts with said 4-6 weeks to have our dog back and was $50 more expensive. Major street told us 4 days and had him back in 3 even with 1 day being a holiday.The box was beautiful. Everything was handled with so much respect and care. The card with pawprint was so nice. Cant say enough good things about this company.

Due to old age and health complications I had to have my beautiful Golden Retriever Luna put to sleep. Major Street Pet Services helped make Luna's cremation a good experience and a peaceful memory. The process was completed quickly (it took about 5 days). Luna's ashes were placed in a black velvet bag inside a beautiful red colored wooden box. When I went to pick her up from Major Street Pet Services, I took her out of the box and held her in my arms and close to my heart. I also got a clay paw imprint and a paw print with a certificate of cremation. I will defenently have my other pets cremated here when the time comes.

They returned my call on a Sunday, and met me at the business the same day. They were very kind, and did not pressure us to buy any extra services, or even to pick out out a memorial that day, they told us to take our time, and just call them once we decide. It took about 4 days to get our pet back. He was placed in a velvet pouch, inside a very pretty wooden box, the certificate of cremation was on a beautiful card stock. They provide a paw print of your pet and no additional charge, which is a really great thing. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a beloved pet, they make is less stressful. The prices are very competitive, in fact, they had the lowest price of all the companies that offer weekend and after hours service. We purchased our urn and locket from the internet, and the people at Major Street were completely understanding, and fine with us not purchasing the extras through them, and even offered to help transfer the ashes, if we needed.

My father in law lost a kitten and we had her cremated here through the Humane Society of Utah. It was over Christmas so it took a little while but I am astonished at how caring and thorough their process was. They sent me a letter in the mail, the box she’s in is absolutely stunning and they paw printed her as well on a little card. I wasn’t super attached to the cat so it doesn’t mean as much to me but when I have my own pets, I will absolutely be using this service again. From the original phone call inquiring about their services to picking up our pet for the final time, Tyler made us feel so comfortable. He made the decision for us to use their services a much needed relief.We were quite devastated when we found out our precious pet Bud was dying. I myself have never had to have a pet put to sleep before, and he was like a child to us. Everything seemed to happen so fast. My husband found Major Street Pet Services online and I called and spoke with Tyler. He said he would meet us at the business since it was on Saturday. He treated us with respect and made us feel it would be ok to leave Bud with him.He didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. A beautiful paw print and poem were included, which are very soothing. We recently lost a family member. She was our only cat for 14 years. We lost her on a Wednesday morning. I called other places and I was told it could take up to 7 days to get her ashes back. I decided to bring her here and I’m glad I did. Not only did we get her ashes back on that same Friday morning but the service they provided from beginning to end was more than expected. I know I know that will get my pet remains back if I get the private cremation..What I ordered turned out perfect everything was timely and very professional. Also reasonably prices for the services. Way Above and beyond and will always recommend and use these guys for the unexpected. It already sucks really bad losing your best friend and they made that little “easier”, for a small Fee, they even picked him up for us. Beautifully older victorian mansion and maintain the grounds..You can tell that they are really passionate about there services. You can even have little funeral if you want too. For us pet lovers it is nice to have services like this.

We recently made the gut wrenching decision to have our cat, Oldie put to rest. We took him to the humane society and they gave us some options, we chose cremation with a box and tile with his paw print on it to honor his memory. When we returned to pick up Oldie we were so touched, not only by the beautiful box and tile with our special guys paw print, but there was also a touching poem and a thank you card included. We also received something in the mail with directions on accessing their website to assist in the grieving process as well. I want to thank Major Street Pet Services, you certainly made this process a little easier and I appreciate you helping us honor our Oldie.

Their facility is beautiful, they have a sweet dog Chewy who brightens your spirits and the people are so kind and sincere. I couldn't be more appreciative or happy than I am. I have had one pet cremated before, in green river Wyoming... They did a fine job, I was happy with their work and their demeanor as well. It gave me an idea of what to expect and how things worked, and how much it hurts...This might be a longer review, it will be heartfelt I am sure.. These wonderfull people at Major Street took that idea of how things worked and made me totally reimagine it. The considerably great work the other place did quite honestly didn't hold a candle to everything start to finish at Major Street. They were very patient with me, it took me some time to choose what to have inscribed... And they even went one more extra mile, the day that I was able to pick up Ziggy's urn.. traffic and life in general added up to me showing up very late. At least 10 or 15 minutes after they closed. They both had appointments shortly after closing. I could tell that I had made myself quite the inconvenience... I was expecting to end up coming another day, which I had no issues with and even sort of planned on while sitting there stuck in traffic. But the door was opened for me, not closed. I would have understood and they had every right to say I'm sorry we're closed for the day, and I have an appointment I can't be late for as well. They did everything in their power to help make it so I left with my best friend that day. Sincerely thankful I walked out to my truck with a bag in hand... Opening it after putting my seat belt on, and I just had to take a deep breath, and cry. It was beautiful. The urn, the paw print.. and the poem I had written engraved on top. It all just made me smile through the tears.Thank you, everyone at Major Street Pet Services.I don't think I could have asked for anything better, something so worthy was completely worth every cent. You are beautiful people, what you do is commendable and makes the difference for many I am sure. I apologize for being an inconvenience that day, thank you sincerely for your welcome, along with your business as well. I still have one best friend on this side of the rainbow bridge... I had to put my fur baby down this last week. The hardest choice I had to make. She was 14 years old and was starting to experience seizure. Something she never had before. After one really bad one it was time. We made the ultimate decision to let her go. When we called to get pricing if cremationMajor Pets where incredible sympathetic/empathetic to mine and my husband's needs. They let us know with bring her ashes home. We would be guaranteed that we where only getting her ashes. They also went and picked up our sweet girl from the Vet. So that our children wouldn't have to see their friend gone. They also sent out grief support information to help make this process easier for us. I am truly grateful for the kindness we've received.

We lost our beloved almost 17 year old maltipoo on November 15, 2023. I knew I wanted to have him cremated. We were in a state of shock and confusion over him passing early that morning and I found Major Street Pet Services in an online search and just decided that we would deliver our dog to them after we had a chance to cuddle him awhile and make some DIY paw print ornaments. They were great about receiving our dog, even though we hadn't called and scheduled it. There was no pressure about buying a particular package. We have been here twice now, and sent my family member there with their dog as well. Every time has been a good experience (considering the circumstances of course.) The kindness and empathy of the employees is far beyond what I expected. I can only imagine how emotionally draining a job like that would be but every time they seem to genuinely care. The level of care and concern when they are handling your pet speaks volumes about the people who work here. We have had two additional pets go to other places years ago before we found Major Street and both other businesses had zero compassion and we even had a heartbreaking situation with our pets ashes potentially being mixed up with another person's pet. We don't have to worry about that with Major Street. The whole experience is kept private and personal. Additionally, even with the level of personalization, they have returned ashes to us quickly. When you are grieving so much, it is very comforting to know they are treating your cherished pet with kindness and respect. I am truly grateful for Major Street Pet Services and the wonderful people working there.Edit 2 yrs later: we unfortunately lost a beloved cat very suddenly and took her to Major Street due to our previous good experiences. This loss has been exceptionally difficult for us. The employees here were just as wonderful as the previous visits. I appreciate that they make the effort to pick up on cues we are giving, and react accordingly. Last time they listened to us talk about our pet and how much we would miss her. This time we were not able to talk about our cat. We are still in shock, and appreciate very much that they were very compassionate without trying to force a conversation. Additionally, they are very kind about working with non-traditional requests. I brought a container for her ashes with me, as well as a necklace urn. I chose it before our visit so I wouldn't have to have a meltdown in their funeral home while trying to make those decisions today. I wanted to be sure I had enough time to make a decision I would be happy with. Many other businesses would have said no, it's against policy, and then tried to sell us something instead. Major Street was kind and didn't hesitate to agree to use the items I brought. It may seem like a small thing, but it helped us get through that portion of this process, and was a really big deal to us. One last thing I'd like to mention. The fact that they take the time to open and close the gate for each appointment, so that it's entirely private and you don't have to be around other families in their worst moment while you are in yours, is very thoughtful and really makes you feel like your pet is important to them. Nothing I can say in a review will ever truly express my gratitude for Major Street Pet Services, but if you are in need of pet funeral services, you can trust that they are the best choice in the area.

I brought my beautiful fur baby into Major Street pet services. It was the second time I have needed their services in less than 4 years. Tyler treated both my girls (years apart) like were their very own, with love, dignity and respect. He also treated me with sincere compassion and kindness during the early stages of intense grief. Both my sweet kitties ashes were ready to return home very quickly along with their cherished paw prints. I will recommend them with confidence to anyone in need of their services. Our family hamster passed away from old age, and burying her wasn't an option as we live in an apartment. I felt kind of silly bringing in a hamster to a crematory, but the staff was very friendly and respectful. The man helping me handled her delicately when tagging, expressed sympathy, and helped me pick out a nice box to engrave. On my way out a family was bringing in a much larger, much older pet and I noticed the man who helped me gave them the same care and respect he gave me for my little old hamster. If you're worried about a smell, there's nothing to smell, and the place is so beautifully decorated that I would say it's fine to bring children here, granted they can handle being quiet and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody, and would go here again, should I need to.

We lost our cat who'd lived with us for 15 years and we wanted a simple, respectful send off for her. Tyler was really nice and helped us through the forms and choices of product before allowing us as much time as we wanted to say goodbye to our beloved cat. We opted for a private cremation, with a simple wooden box, engraved with her name, a paw print and a little keychain urn. About 4 days later we got the call to collect her and the little wooden box was simple and beautiful.They use a simple system to guarantee you get the correct remains if you opt for a private service. The prices were extremely reasonable and the location is in a quiet side street. It was the best choice for us and I'd really recommend them if you lose your pet. They make the final goodbye a little easier to deal with and you will have a lovely reminder of your pet forever.

Tyler is great. Knowing they aren't open on Saturday I left a vm to schedule my pup's cremation on Monday. Tyler called me back on Saturday and met me the same day. Compassionate, efficient, professional pet cremation services. The best I have ever worked with. They handle each patient with care and respect. They have excellent procedures in place to ensure proper identification of reach pet. They truly care. They even answered my call late night on a Saturday eve to see how they could help make the process easier for a grieving owner. When we lose one of our little beloved animal friends holes are created in our life. It's not just the loss of our "loved one" that is so painful. It's all the other losses that occur because of THIS one. The way we do things from here is tipped and tilted just a bit and we so miss our "unconditional" sweet partners. Tyler & Jamie have created and offer a "sensitive" compassionate and sincerely HONEST atmosphere we can turn to at that hour of sorrowful need. A solitude we can lean on to comfort us. We have trusted them with several of our "losses" after having horrific outcomes at previous different businesses. The comparison is quite astoundingly contrasting. The gentle and patient guidance in supporting our specific desires, needs and wants during this "dark passage" is very reassuring and minimizes the trauma of it all. What they offer towards our personal memorial is quite precious in saving, restoring and capturing our "memories" always. Tyler & Jamie hold our most grateful warmest respect and confidence. Never have I not got an immediate answer to my phone calls, inquiries or messages. Without hesitation, they are extremely "ethical and professional" as a service to our valley.

Several years ago I lost my 8 year old Iguana, Gus. I was completely devastated. They treated Gus with the same care and respect that I'd expect to be given to a dog or cat, which really meant the world to me. When I came to pick up his ashes they presented two paw print casts they had made, (Gus was missing 4 fingers on one of his paws due to a freak accident when he was a hatchling) they did one of each paw because they weren't sure which paw I would want a cast of. These people are very kind, empathetic and thoughtful. They provide high quality service and they go the extra mile. My experience with them was better than I could have hoped for. Although I hope I will not be needing their services again anytime soon, I know who to call should the time come. I highly recommend Major Street to anyone who's just lost a beloved pet.

Despite the Truly tragic passing of our beloved Angel, a Lab/Rottweiler mix, Major Street Pet Services did an amazing job at giving us some more closure. The folks there are very friendly and Extremely empathetic and caring. It seems like they have dedicated their lives to helping people who have lost their best friends feel better, which in my mind, makes them Angels.To many this may sound strange; but losing my Angel has been one've the hardest things in my life up there with losing my Mother to cancer and being her primary caretaker.The people at Major Street Pet Services gave us much more closure and helped us feel a lot better. The minute we pulled up to their door, we were greeted kindly and met with great compassion. Helping our friend and companion of 16 years pass was the toughest thing I could imagine and the final act of cremation was made so much easier with Tyler's kindness and patience. If I could give more stars I would. Our sweet little guy passed away suddenly and tragically, and I was a mess. I was recommended Major Street. I worked with Major Street in November 2017, when we lost our elderly kitty to brain cancer. They were very patient and understanding with us while we grieved. Most importantly, they treated Lily with dignity and respect. I got to pick out the perfect urn for her, and we were able to pick it up very quickly. The care and attention to detail was amazing and it made a sad period of time a little easier to bear. I'll definitely be going back to these guys the next time a pet crosses the rainbow bridge.

I don't leave reviews for ANYTHING. But after receiving the MOST AMAZING and kind service, I can't not... My Sasha was my life! For 13 years she and I were one. From walking to laying around, then her tricks for treats, ever so sweet she was. Losing her so quickly was emotional enough, but needing something on the weekend when I didn't want to/couldn't wait til the following Monday, was necessary. I called and initially got voicemail, but within 60 seconds Tyler called me back and was able to walk me through some basics. He then set up a time, for soon after we spoke. When we got there, the place is BEAUTIFUL and has everything you need. Tyler then walked us through some choices, all the while being super caring and sensitive to our loss. Tyler is amazing! Our Sami passed away on Sunday. Tyler met us the same day and lovingly took care of Sami. We got him back three days later in a beautiful box, sweet paw print, paw print card along with the story of the rainbow bridge. I could not have asked for anything better. We’ve had two pets require humane euthanasia and both times we contacted Major Street Pet Services. Both times it was short notice and near closing time, yet Tyler stayed so we could put our pets into his care shortly after they passed. Professional, compassionate and patient are words I think of when I think of MSPS. We had ample time to say goodbye, we were allowed to leave favorite toys and treats to be cremated with our fur babies, and they pay close attention to making sure the urn, paw print and any other items we ordered were exactly as we wanted. My father in law lost a kitten and we had her cremated here through the Humane Society of Utah. It was over Christmas so it took a little while but I am astonished at how caring and thorough their process was. They sent me a letter in the mail, the box she’s in is absolutely stunning and they paw printed her as well on a little card. I wasn’t super attached to the cat so it doesn’t mean as much to me but when I have my own pets, I will absolutely be using this service again. From the original phone call inquiring about their services to picking up our pet for the final time, Tyler made us feel so comfortable. He made the decision for us to use their services a much needed relief.We were quite devastated when we found out our precious pet Bud was dying. I myself have never had to have a pet put to sleep before, and he was like a child to us. Everything seemed to happen so fast. My husband found Major Street Pet Services online and I called and spoke with Tyler. He said he would meet us at the business since it was on Saturday. He treated us with respect and made us feel it would be ok to leave Bud with him.He didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. A beautiful paw print and poem were included, which are very soothing. We recently lost a family member. She was our only cat for 14 years. We lost her on a Wednesday morning. I called other places and I was told it could take up to 7 days to get her ashes back. I decided to bring her here and I’m glad I did. Not only did we get her ashes back on that same Friday morning but the service they provided from beginning to end was more than expected. I know I know that will get my pet remains back if I get the private cremation..What I ordered turned out perfect everything was timely and very professional. Also reasonably prices for the services. Way Above and beyond and will always recommend and use these guys for the unexpected. It already sucks really bad losing your best friend and they made that little “easier”, for a small Fee, they even picked him up for us. Beautifully older victorian mansion and maintain the grounds..You can tell that they are really passionate about there services. You can even have little funeral if you want too. We recently made the gut wrenching decision to have our cat, Oldie put to rest. We took him to the humane society and they gave us some options, we chose cremation with a box and tile with his paw print on it to honor his memory. When we returned to pick up Oldie we were so touched, not only by the beautiful box and tile with our special guys paw print, but there was also a touching poem and a thank you card included. We also received something in the mail with directions on accessing their website to assist in the grieving process as well. I can not say enough about this place! They make an extremely difficult time into a peaceful one. Their facility is beautiful, they have a sweet dog Chewy who brightens your spirits and the people are so kind and sincere. They returned my call on a Sunday, and met me at the business the same day. They were very kind, and did not pressure us to buy any extra services, or even to pick out out a memorial that day, they told us to take our time, and just call them once we decide. It took about 4 days to get our pet back. He was placed in a velvet pouch, inside a very pretty wooden box, the certificate of cremation was on a beautiful card stock. They provide a paw print of your pet and no additional charge, which is a really great thing. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a beloved pet, they make is less stressful. The prices are very competitive, in fact, they had the lowest price of all the companies that offer weekend and after hours service. We purchased our urn and locket from the internet, and the people at Major Street were completely understanding, and fine with us not purchasing the extras through them, and even offered to help transfer the ashes, if we needed.

My dog passed away suddenly as I was on my way out of town and I didn't know what to do. I googled and found this place. What drew me to it was picture of the place. I talked to Jamie and she was very caring and compassionate. She helped me do what needed to be done without any pressure. When I went to pick up Maxx, Tyler was was also very caring. They gave me my remains in a beautiful box. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need.

I lost my seady lady recently and major street was not only accompanying but also very respectful. They have pets that wander around the building and even the 2 dogs were very understanding of boundaries and respectful. I was very pleased with not only the business side but also the personal side that major street held. I received my dearly beloved in a timely manner and I feel as she was taken care of in the same manor I would have done. With as hard as this has been I'm glad the caretaker (Tyson or Tyler) helped. He made it as painless as possible despite I was sobbing and hard to understand.

Wow! Tyler and Jamie at Major Street Pet Services are ABSOLUTEY AMAZING!!! I will NEVER go anywhere slse to have my 'dog humans' cremated! 100% recommended to everyone!!!! Very personalized and compassionate towards your feelings and needs.They do not waste any time picking up your pet that has passed, or getting her remains returned to you! 3 Days start to finish for mine, and I had a lot of extra custom engraving on the urn too. SO Much more comforting to have your 'baby' back to you in just returned 3 days, typically it takes 14 days to get the remains returned to you. I have had 2 other dogs cremated and used other companies that could not compare..These guys are basically a full service pet mortuary and they do everything!!! They will even spare you, by coming to pick up your pet from your location at about any time of day. They treat your pet like they are human... its wonderful.Their prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE and only TOP quality service is provided.I owe Tyler and Jamie a HUGE THANK YOU for all of their help and extra efforts for services to make my very difficult time more comfortable. Major Street Pet Services are the best in the business, hands down. My girlfriend and I have experienced our own respective family pets deaths growing up and it was never ever handled with such care, kindness, and understanding in the way that Major Street handled the situation. This pet was our first ever pet to pass that was our own pet so it was a very painful loss for us, and Major Street truly feels for you and cares about respecting your pet as if it were their own pet. They have many options to choose from and even though we were an hour and a half late because of work we didn't feel rushed at all, and they didn't seem irritated about us being late and still treated us like we were family. They really took the time to make sure everything was handled the way we wanted it to be. We couldn't decide on an engraving on the spot, so they even gave us their cell phone number so we could text it to them when we thought of what we wanted to be engraved. We were able to pick up Humby's remains 3 days later and bring him home. The whole experience was extremely sensitive to our loss and extremely respectful to our pet. Words can't thank you enough, we greatly appreciate how well you took care of us and our Humby.

We lost our two little kitties in the same day, Cece and Lily. They were like our children and they were our best friends. It was the worst day of my life. I had no clue what to do or where to take them. I called Major Street and immediately I was at ease. They were so understanding and genuine about our loss. I couldn't be more appreciative or happy than I am. I have had one pet cremated before, in green river Wyoming... They did a fine job, I was happy with their work and their demeanor as well. It gave me an idea of what to expect and how things worked, and how much it hurts...This might be a longer review, it will be heartfelt I am sure.. These wonderfull people at Major Street took that idea of how things worked and made me totally reimagine it. The considerably great work the other place did quite honestly didn't hold a candle to everything start to finish at Major Street. They were very patient with me, it took me some time to choose what to have inscribed... And they even went one more extra mile, the day that I was able to pick up Ziggy's urn.. traffic and life in general added up to me showing up very late. At least 10 or 15 minutes after they closed. They both had appointments shortly after closing. I could tell that I had made myself quite the inconvenience... I was expecting to end up coming another day, which I had no issues with and even sort of planned on while sitting there stuck in traffic. But the door was opened for me, not closed. I would have understood and they had every right to say I'm sorry we're closed for the day, and I have an appointment I can't be late for as well. They did everything in their power to help make it so I left with my best friend that day. Sincerely thankful I walked out to my truck with a bag in hand... Opening it after putting my seat belt on, and I just had to take a deep breath, and cry. It was beautiful. The urn, the paw print.. and the poem I had written engraved on top. It all just made me smile through the tears.Thank you, everyone at Major Street Pet Services.I don't think I could have asked for anything better, something so worthy was completely worth every cent. You are beautiful people, what you do is commendable and makes the difference for many I am sure. We lost our cat who'd lived with us for 15 years and we wanted a simple, respectful send off for her. Tyler was really nice and helped us through the forms and choices of product before allowing us as much time as we wanted to say goodbye to our beloved cat. We opted for a private cremation, with a simple wooden box, engraved with her name, a paw print and a little keychain urn. About 4 days later we got the call to collect her and the little wooden box was simple and beautiful.They use a simple system to guarantee you get the correct remains if you opt for a private service. The prices were extremely reasonable and the location is in a quiet side street. It was the best choice for us and I'd really recommend them if you lose your pet. They make the final goodbye a little easier to deal with and you will have a lovely reminder of your pet forever.

Tyler is great. Knowing they aren't open on Saturday I left a vm to schedule my pup's cremation on Monday. Tyler called me back on Saturday and met me the same day. When we lose one of our little beloved animal friends holes are created in our life. It's not just the loss of our "loved one" that is so painful. It's all the other losses that occur because of THIS one. The way we do things from here is tipped and tilted just a bit and we so miss our "unconditional" sweet partners. Tyler & Jamie have created and offer a "sensitive" compassionate and sincerely HONEST atmosphere we can turn to at that hour of sorrowful need. A solitude we can lean on to comfort us. We have trusted them with several of our "losses" after having horrific outcomes at previous different businesses. The comparison is quite astoundingly contrasting. The gentle and patient guidance in supporting our specific desires, needs and wants during this "dark passage" is very reassuring and minimizes the trauma of it all. What they offer towards our personal memorial is quite precious in saving, restoring and capturing our "memories" always. Tyler & Jamie hold our most grateful warmest respect and confidence. Never have I not got an immediate answer to my phone calls, inquiries or messages. Without hesitation, they are extremely "ethical and professional" as a service to our valley.

Several years ago I lost my 8 year old Iguana, Gus. I was completely devastated. They treated Gus with the same care and respect that I'd expect to be given to a dog or cat, which really meant the world to me. When I came to pick up his ashes they presented two paw print casts they had made, (Gus was missing 4 fingers on one of his paws due to a freak accident when he was a hatchling) they did one of each paw because they weren't sure which paw I would want a cast of. These people are very kind, empathetic and thoughtful. They provide high quality service and they go the extra mile. My experience with them was better than I could have hoped for. Although I hope I will not be needing their services again anytime soon, I know who to call should the time come. I highly recommend Major Street to anyone who's just lost a beloved pet.

Despite the Truly tragic passing of our beloved Angel, a Lab/Rottweiler mix, Major Street Pet Services did an amazing job at giving us some more closure. The folks there are very friendly and Extremely empathetic and caring. They are excellent and professional yet caring and compassionate, super helpful they returned my call promptly and arranged the service easy and fast they even went above and beyond since we did make changes to the arrangements they were able to meet us late at night for us to dop of our Koko whene we were in the middle of such a stressful time and took the time to explain the process and options available even tho they were all ready closed, which was incredible on their part. I would recomend them to anyone their prices are really reasonable and they returned the remains in a few days.

I'm so grateful to have found this place. I lost my beloved fur baby and they were so kind and carring to my situation/loss. They are by far the most affordable place for pet cremation that I've found. For the base package it included a memorial/time 2 say good bye, oak urn, ink paw print, cremation and certificate of cremation... And for very affordable cost I received a clay paw print n the oak urn engraved with Harley my sweet smiling boy. They even filled my necklace urn (not purchased thru them). Very beautiful property with people who care. Made a really hard process easy for me... Highly recommend this place. Also only 3 business days n i had my babies remains back. Thank you so much. I lost my seady lady recently and major street was not only accompanying but also very respectful. They have pets that wander around the building and even the 2 dogs were very understanding of boundaries and respectful. I was very pleased with not only the business side but also the personal side that major street held. I received my dearly beloved in a timely manner and I feel as she was taken care of in the same manor I would have done. With as hard as this has been I'm glad the caretaker (Tyson or Tyler) helped. He made it as painless as possible despite I was sobbing and hard to understand.

I just wanted to take time out of our morning to say THANK YOU so much! if ever the unfortunate time comes that you need to arrange some type of after life services for a furry family member i HIGHLY recommend Tyler! Our sweet girl passed suddenly and unexpectedly, we thought about laying her to rest in the back yard of our home, and the thought of putting her in a hole and putting a shovel full of dirt just DID NOT sit right in our hearts, PLUS La Gata HATED being outside! we called and messaged with Tyler on Sunday late afternoon (7:30pm) and Tyler was here by 8:15! he was so understanding and empathetic with our loss. Wow! Tyler and Jamie at Major Street Pet Services are ABSOLUTEY AMAZING!!! I will NEVER go anywhere slse to have my 'dog humans' cremated! 100% recommended to everyone!!!! Very personalized and compassionate towards your feelings and needs.They do not waste any time picking up your pet that has passed, or getting her remains returned to you! 3 Days start to finish for mine, and I had a lot of extra custom engraving on the urn too. SO Much more comforting to have your 'baby' back to you in just returned 3 days, typically it takes 14 days to get the remains returned to you. I have had 2 other dogs cremated and used other companies that could not compare..These guys are basically a full service pet mortuary and they do everything!!! They will even spare you, by coming to pick up your pet from your location at about any time of day. They treat your pet like they are human... its wonderful.Their prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE and only TOP quality service is provided.I owe Tyler and Jamie a HUGE THANK YOU for all of their help and extra efforts for services to make my very difficult time more comfortable. Thank you so very much for taking such excellent care of my English Bulldog Human Gracey! She was my baby.

Major Street Pet Services are the best in the business, hands down. My girlfriend and I have experienced our own respective family pets deaths growing up and it was never ever handled with such care, kindness, and understanding in the way that Major Street handled the situation. This pet was our first ever pet to pass that was our own pet so it was a very painful loss for us, and Major Street truly feels for you and cares about respecting your pet as if it were their own pet. They have many options to choose from and even though we were an hour and a half late because of work we didn't feel rushed at all, and they didn't seem irritated about us being late and still treated us like we were family. They really took the time to make sure everything was handled the way we wanted it to be. We couldn't decide on an engraving on the spot, so they even gave us their cell phone number so we could text it to them when we thought of what we wanted to be engraved. We were able to pick up Humby's remains 3 days later and bring him home. The whole experience was extremely sensitive to our loss and extremely respectful to our pet. Words can't thank you enough, we greatly appreciate how well you took care of us and our Humby.

We lost our two little kitties in the same day, Cece and Lily. They were like our children and they were our best friends. It was the worst day of my life. I had no clue what to do or where to take them. I called Major Street and immediately I was at ease. They were so understanding and genuine about our loss. They understood that they were our family members and that was so important to us.Their facility is beautiful and calming and they are not pushy what so ever. I can't explain it but they made this horrible experience better and my mother couldn't even do that. Thank you so much Major Street. They are excellent and professional yet caring and compassionate, super helpful they returned my call promptly and arranged the service easy and fast they even went above and beyond since we did make changes to the arrangements they were able to meet us late at night for us to dop of our Koko whene we were in the middle of such a stressful time and took the time to explain the process and options available even tho they were all ready closed, which was incredible on their part. I would recomend them to anyone their prices are really reasonable and they returned the remains in a few days.

I'm so grateful to have found this place. I lost my beloved fur baby and they were so kind and carring to my situation/loss. They are by far the most affordable place for pet cremation that I've found. For the base package it included a memorial/time 2 say good bye, oak urn, ink paw print, cremation and certificate of cremation... And for very affordable cost I received a clay paw print n the oak urn engraved with Harley my sweet smiling boy. They even filled my necklace urn (not purchased thru them). Very beautiful property with people who care. Made a really hard process easy for me... Highly recommend this place. Also only 3 business days n i had my babies remains back. Thank you so much. We still are wondering what happened, but that sad sunday morning, 9/06/15, our beloved Papi,the smallest member of this family never woke up. In the middle of our grief,we found the webpage 'MAJOR STREET PET SERVICES'. They allowed us to be present before and after Papi's cremation. I know it sounds strange but to accompany Papi in this process has brought us peace and tranquility.
