They were so wonderful helping us create a very nice memory of our little bird, Mango. The cedar box and engraving were done so beautifully. Lots of options for fonts and 2 different style boxes to pick from. Both were beautiful. They were also so comforting and offered so many ways to help honor Mango without any pressure. Very professional and compassionate. Thank you so much.

The staff here is wonderful beyond words. They were kind and compassionate as we were dealing with the loss of our beloved Riley. They were also generous enough to hang onto him an extra couple days before cremation so some other family could come and say goodbye. They offer so many options for memorializing your pets and they were prompt and communicated with us effectively. If you are dealing with the loss of a pet, this is the place to go. Thank you all so much for helping us.

Such an incredible experience with Wasatch Family Pet Services! Extremely personalized pet cremation for our daughter’s pet. And we even chose a necklace to have the ashes put in that’s discrete and adorable…a mermaid tail! It’s so nice to feel kindness and compassion from a business with the loss of a pet, and they did just that. I highly recommend their services - they are wonderful!

The process was very quick. I was allowed to pick up from their location, which put me at ease as I was outside of their hand delivery area. They were very kind and the results were beautiful. Thank you for what you do.

Loosing a beloved family pet is always hard.I lost my cat unexpectedly and when I called Wasatch family pet Jess was so nice and caring and was able to get me in the same day that I called to drop off my beautiful cat indee. During my time at Wasatch Jess was very kind, caring and very patient with me and let me spend as much time as I needed saying my goodbyes to my girl. When I called or text with questions he was quick to answer and help me with all the questions I had and the changes I wanted to make to the box and adding the ink paw prints for my girl.Thank you to Jess and his amazing team.I will definitely use them again when the time is needed.

When we lost our "Old Man Stiz", we had a hole in our heart that couldn't be filled. After 12 years of his deep throaty purr and goofy sense of humor along with his attachment to his best friends the dogs, our home just wasn't going to be the same. We couldn't bury him because if we ever moved, at retirement we couldn't leave him behind for someone else to find and who knows what they'd do with him.We called our old vet to see who they recommended and without missing a beat they gave me Wasatch Family Pet Services' number. It sounded very familiar since I had my Chopper cremated years before but didn't know who had done it. Immediately upon calling, I was treated very compassionately and professionally. Both Jess and Dave Robinson have such a calming, caring and compassionate way of letting you know your fur-baby is in loving and kind hands as they do what must be done so you can bring them home for good. They made me feel like I met another professional and went through the various options available along with suggesting which type of paw print would be the most durable so I could touch the imprint of my Stiz when I really missed him. Being an old Trauma Nurse, I have dealt with loss of others for decades along with loss of my own as well as my fur babies, but I have never been treated as well and kindly as I was by the Robinson's at Wasatch Family Pet Services.Very Reasonably Priced, Very Respectful, Very Calming, Very Professional. I can honestly say they are better than some of the human funeral homes I have had experienced in my 35 year career in the medical field. As much as I don't want to think about our future needs, I know I will go nowhere else. Thank you guys...Lynnette Shimmin, BSN RN CLNCUpdate - We've unfortunate had to return to use the services of the Robinson's and Wasatch Family Pet Services for the loss of my Little Mr. Biscuit. His leaving us was very unexpected and tragic. Both Dave and Jess once again eased the pain that my heart was feeling with their compassion and kindness. Now my Little Mr. Biscuit is beside his buddies Chopper and Stiz where I can visit and talk to them anytime I feel that loneliness inching its way back into my heart. They are the BEST funeral/cremation service in Utah for all I'm concerned. Sadly we have another furbaby who is pushing her way toward the Rainbow Bridge and they'll be seeing us again very soon. 😢Another Update - We had thought we'd beaten the Cancer with Barnie (our "Puppie-Cat") but she took a turn for the worst. When she saw Stiz and Biscuit go, she really didn't have much fight left and decided it was time to go as well. She quickly withered away and despite our best efforts, she crossed the Rainbow Bridge meeting her Best Friend Chopper and her Buddies Biscuit and Stiz. The poor Robinson's have gotten to know my voice. It's the "Same Bat Time, Same Bat Channel" and we've decided we're getting to know each other all too well.Once again, the Most Perfect Tribute cedar box with her ashes placed in a sealed plastic bag, then in a beautiful satin satchel. Her paw print is perfectly set and the inscription on the Box couldn't have been done any nicer. Classy work and the most compassionate men I've ever met. It may sound almost macabre, but I almost look forward to seeing them again when the time comes...BUT NOT TOO SOON PLEASE! Thanks Gentlemen. Michael and Lynnette Shimmin & the rest of the Fur Family.

For what started as such a hard and sad day losing our wonderful perfect boy Odin. Wasatch family pet services helped comfort me and my kids. Megan (I believe is her name she was amazing and we were so distraught) helped us out tremendously she’s so caring and kind to people mourning their fur babies. My boys and I are so thankful we found you guys as you made the process easier. It’s nice to know your loved ones are in good hands after they pass on and Wasatch makes sure you know they are well taken care of. We got Odin’s ashes back in 5 days and are so glad he’s back home with us again in his favorite spot of the house. Thank you so much for being so good to my family. Words can’t express the amount of comfort you provided to us.

They made what an awful experience losing my beloved dog into something beautiful. I was so devastated losing my Zoey and was so excited and happy to be bringing her home again where she belonged. They did it in less than a week and the cedar chest was engraved beautifully and her little paw print was the cutest and I love the necklace where I can carry her with me forever Very reasonably priced and super friendly and compassionate people. I highly recommend this place if you ever need them. Thank you!

Such an unexpected turn for our Frankie but everyone at Wasatch Family Pet Services were Very kind and helpful in adding more remembrance items and giving him the best care. I can’t thank Jess and his team enough for the compassion they gave. It’s a beautiful place they have that exists for fur babies end of life on this side.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided! They went above and beyond for us. It was such an emotional time in our lives, but Wasatch Family Pet Services were so caring and respectful! They listened to what we wanted for our pet and made sure we had his remains back to our family sooner than later.I hope we won’t need their services again anytime soon, for obvious reasons, but when the time comes and we need another pet cremation services, we will use Wasatch Family Pet Services again. Jess helped us through an unbearable situation. Losing our amazing black lab, Mattie was a terrible day. His caring manner at the end of that day let us know that she was in good hands. Her remains were returned a beautiful wooden box in ten days. Thank you.

Went here to cremate my dog. When I called I stated that I wanted to stay for the whole cremation. Was told different times for the process: at first that it would be x amount of hours for the burning, then x amount of hours before employees can stand in front of the equipment. Was also quoted a price one day that was forty dollars different the next day. When I arrived I think there had been some miscommunication, and they thought I would be coming back later for his ashes. I reminded them I was staying there during the process. He said it would take around three and a half hours. I watched him put my dog into the crematorium and he pushed a button. I assume that this turned it on. An hour or so later, I was told another family was coming and I had to leave as they needed privacy. I stated that I was walking and I was supposed to stay there, but Adam said I needed to leave for 45 minutes. When I returned, the family was leaving. Shortly afterwards, the employee mentioned that my dog was finished. I asked why it had gone from taking three and a half hours to two hours and he said sometimes small dogs are like that. They swept him into a box and that was it.I’m glad the service exists but there was some weird stuff.

Great experience! We were about 5-10 minutes after closing to drop off our deceased pet, the gentleman that was there was patient and waited for us to get there from another appt. Down the road. I really appreciated it! They were quick on taking care of the cremation. They did an excellent job on the box and engraving! Thank you again!

They made this horrible heartbreaking moment absolutely amazing for me! They were kind and gently and patient as I bawled and tried to form sentences. My baby loved to burrow in blankets and when I asked he could be cremated with his blanket they said of course we want to keep and him comfortable. When it was time for my final goodbye they grabbed him from me so that he wouldn’t spend a moment alone! Pick up was amazing where they gave me a hug and a tissue as I cried at how perfect everything was and the sadness in my heart. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart!
Melissa Brown
They were very patient and understanding at a very difficult time. I chose to get the walnut box & Twizzler's paw print in polymer. The box and engravings are absolutely beautiful. I can see & feel the texture of his paw pad in the polymer, which I did not expect. I am so grateful to have these. The business is set up nicely. It was peaceful with no foot traffic nor distractions while discussing the services we wanted.

This facility was wonderful to work with at such a difficult time. I felt that they cared and showed respect of our loss. They also got our baby girl back to us in a matter of days. We miss her more than anything and our hearts are broken to pieces, but I think having her back home and at rest will bring us some closure. Thank you.

I have been meaning to write a review regarding the passing of my dog Benny. He was 15 years old, and he was so loved!! Meagan, Jesse and Adam were so great to us at a time when we were not prepared for him to pass. Thank you!! God bless you!!

Jess was nothing but accommodating, compassionate, and kind during one of the worst days of my life. We unexpectedly lost our fur best friend. He was able to get us in on short notice, listen through the tears, and somehow offer comfort in such a traumatic experience. I have since picked up my fur babies ashes and the box is stunning, and will last a lifetime. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family knowing they will be well taken care of.

I was very impressed with the service we received. Every employee we talked to - both over the phone and in person - was calm, kind, compassionate, and very helpful. They have a good selection of boxes and paw prints, the prices were good, we didn't feel pressured into anything, and we got our boy back in less than a week. We appreciate everything they did for us.

Wonderful service. It was so hard to say goodbye to our sweet pup, but so glad we had the opportunity to have him brought back home to us. Jess was very responsive and kind throughout the entire process. He came to our house on a Sunday to pick up our boy, and then even dropped him back off to us after the cremation was finished. The cedar box that the ashes are in is very solid and beautiful and even came with a custom engraving. It’s terrible to have to say goodbye to our fur babies but Wasatch Family Pet Services made it possible to not really have to say goodbye after all. Thanks again Jess!

We were beyond devastated when we lost our sweet boy. After finding Wasatch Family Pet Services online, I called and spoke to Jess. Jess was so nice and understanding. When I brought Diesel in he was sympathetic and very helpful with making the decisions that needed to be made. The process was smooth and I can rest assure that my baby boy was treated with the utmost respect. Thanks for all you did!

I took my loyal and great friend of 11 + years to Dave and Jess at Wasatch Pet Services. They were very caring and compassionate. They took the time to explain the process of cremation and answer all my questions. We shared stories of our dogs and how much these fluff balls effect our lives. Jess, asked about my family and seemed genuinely concerned about our loss. Everyone I talked to was very professional and caring. Wasatch Pet Services will always have my business.

We are very grateful to Jess and Wasatch Family Pet services for taking care of our beloved dog Marley after he passed away. He was kind and responsive and met with us last minute on a Sunday afternoon. We were very worried about finding somewhere open on a weekend for cremating Marley. He took care of us and was extremely kind, genuine and professional. Very reasonably priced and he met us halfway to pick up Marleys ashes since we live in Salt Lake at no extra cost to us. Thank you again❤️

My Aunt and Uncles shih tzu (Randi❤️) passed away. It was after hours but I was still able to get ahold of Wasatch Family Pet Service and they went above and beyond to work with us to help make the grieving process a little easier. They let us take all the time we needed and someone was still there to meet us when the time came even though it was late at night. Randi❤️ had her favorite bed and toy and she was even wrapped in her 1st pink blanket she ever had. We ask if there was anyway she could be kept exactly like she was to be cremated and they were more then happy to do that for us. This business is absolutely amazing and I very highly recommend you choose there very nice facility when the time comes. Thank you so much Wasatch Family Pet for helping us and mostly thank you for all your wonderful compassion.

When my furbaby passed away, I was completely devastated. I knew I wanted to have my pup cremated since Utah is not home, but I was unsure of where to go. My coworkers recommended Wasatch Pet Services and I am so glad that I chose them. Jess was compassionate, sincere, and professional from the second he answered the phone. He answered all my questions and even allowed my pup to be cremated with his blanket. While Wasatch Family Pet Services offers many options for pet remains, I chose a beautiful cedar box for my pet's ashes, which means world to me! Jess and the folks at Wasatch Family Pet Services are the absolute best! If you're looking for cremation services for your beloved pet, this is the place to go.

My cat passed away very suddenly this morning. I contacted Wasatch to see about getting him cremated. The man I contacted was sick, but got his dad down as soon as possible to meet with my family and I. The price was very affordable and included an engraving. I was met with alot of compassion and kindness. They did not up sale anything, but made me aware of my options. I highly recommend this place. Once I receive my Mr. Magoo's ashes I will update ❤️ thank you

The staff at Wasatch Family Pet Services are truly some of the most amazing people I have ever met. My cat, Bitty Boy, died very unexpectedly on February 6th, and I didn’t really know where I could to take him to be cremated because when my other cat died last year, I had to have him put down by a vet and they made the arrangements for the cremation. I found Wasatch Family Pet Services online, and they were not only the closest place, but they are the only place that didn’t charge extra because of his weight (25 lbs). I primarily spoke with Jess, and he was very kind and understanding. He went through all the options with me and recommended the most durable paw print. The wood box they engraved looks so beautiful. They did an amazing job on the paw print as well. I am also having them do the engraving on another wood box for my cat that passed last year. At the time I wasn’t able to afford the engraving wh n Reno died because I had to pay over $800 in vet bills. They made losing my beloved kitty a little less painful. I highly recommend their services because of the amazing job they did.

I feel very lucky to have found Wasatch family pet. My experience with them was as pleasant as possible, considering the circumstance. The staff was very kind and easy to talk to, answered all questions. I feel that they sincerely care about people and their pets. All was taken care of timely & the engraving is beautiful. Thank you So much for your kindness and the service you provide. I highly recommend Wasatch Family Pet Services. ☆☆☆☆☆

My pup passed away unexpectedly on a Sunday night. I knew I wanted him cremated so I googled it and these guys were one of the top results. I called that night since they had a 24 hour phone line. They told me I could bring him that night (for an expected fee of course), I declined but was able to take him in the following morning. I spoke with Jess and with Ryan and they were both sympathetic, compassionate, and caring. I didn’t feel up-sold, but all the options were presented to me. Additionally, they have plenty of different options. I highly recommend these guys, they are good at what they do. The prices are very reasonable.

Wasatch Family Pet Services went above and beyond to take care of things for our dog Wrey when we were out of town. We were out of town when our little buddy passed on. From working with my sister to coordinate a drop off of the remains to meeting me on the weekend to pick up the ashes, the affordability and customer service couldn't be matched. The quality, affordability and customer service were more than what I expected and what I could have asked for. Thanks again, Jess!

If you are a pet lover then you know how it feels to lose a member of your pet family.I,under unfortunate circumstances have lost too many of my "fur babies" in the last year and I wanted to have them cremated. I feel so lucky to have found Wasatch Family Pet services. It is a pet cremation service run by a gentleman named Jess and his father Dave I have been impressed each time I have had to go there with their kindness and understanding of what it is like to lose a pet. Their customer service has been impeccable, affordable, as well as being prompt in returning my pets cremains in a very nice cedar box with my pets name engraved on it. The thing that has been the most profound for me in using this business is that my pets were tiny little gerbils and in no way did they diminish my grief or want of cremation for such a small animal that I consider very precious. I don't usually write such in depth reviews but I hope others read this and support this local family business. They are wonderful. Thank you Jess, Dave and Wasatch Family Pet Services

Amazing and compassionate we have had a few losses in a matter of weeks and they have been great. We will continue to go here as they are just amazing. We have been using them for years and it's always the same great service.

Losing a pet is never an easy part of life but unfortunately it is inevitable. I lost my 17 year old cat and made the decision to cremate him so I could keep him with me forever. My family had recently lost one of our goats and my mom took her to Wasatch Family Pet Services-she suggested I take my sweet cat to them because she loved the experience she had with Jess. He is so kind, makes the process so easy, offers to step out of the room so you can say your final goodbyes, he met with me on a Sunday-took time out of his weekend to take my cat to get him ready for cremation and for that I am forever in debt to him. The cedar box is absolutely beautiful! The engraving is so cute and the font options to choose from are perfect. I will never forget the kindness of Jess’ heart and the way he extended his regards. I will forever miss my baby boy, but now I have such an amazing gift to treasure for the rest of my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

After searching for a place that could accommodate my pet cremation needs it was such a relief to find Wasatch Pet Services. David & Jess were considerate, helpful and very professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were transparent in their practices. When dealing with the tender situation of losing my Boobah I honestly felt as if they did care and wanted to assist in making the transition as smooth as possible. I support that they are a family run business and that they have the utmost integrity! I am pleased with the results and will be recommending their services!

Jess took wonderful care of us when my Bailey died unexpectedly mother's day evening. It shattered us more than we ever expected. He taught probably 15 people I know who "weren't reptile people" that reptiles can be interesting, expressive, beautiful, and interactive. The products that Jess helped us choose were just what our hearts needed and Bailey deserved. And the quality doesn't get better for wooden pet urns and prints (check their website, I'm sure it has photos). Thank you SO MUCH Wasatch Family Pet Services!

At Wasatch, they had everything that was needed and expected. Very cognizant of the emotions involved with our family pets.

Jess and Dave were so amazing. Dave was so helpful even helped us after hours when we lost our buddy after 13 amazing years. Jess made a gorgeous paw print so we could remember him and even worked with me on my crazy work schedule. I will recommend them to anyone and they were very reasonable priced! Thank you!!!

Dave and Jess are the best. We hadn’t considered using pet services until we spoke with Dave and immediately felt comfortable and at ease with the process. They are both very compassionate men. Thank you so much for taking care of our Rico.

We recently lost our beloved dog, Jack. Wasatch helped to ease the process significantly by arranging to pick up our dog and drop off his urn and cast paw print back off at our vet's office. The process took a little over a week but it's something that I'll have forever. Thank you Wasatch Family Pet for making an extremely difficult process a bit easier.

My service dog passed away. I am still grieving Koda's loss. Jess & Dave were incredible to work with while preparing during Koda's illness. I am So beyond grateful that Koda seemed to be of good puppy cheer and health til the end. It came very quickly. Jess was there to help, compassionately dealing with my tears & the time even for the simple things I needed.I now have a Beautiful memorial in memory to my beloved Koda.I have Wasatch Family Pet Services to thank for that. I am pleased, out of the 5 calls and interviews I conducted I went with Wasatch Family Pet Services.

Melissa
I was very impressed with the service we received. Every employee we talked to - both over the phone and in person - was calm, kind, compassionate, and very helpful. They have a good selection of boxes and paw prints, the prices were good, we didn't feel pressured into anything, and we got our boy back in less than a week. We appreciate everything they did for us.
Keisha Chantalle

Everything for our little sweetheart was done perfectly. The personalized box for his ashes was beautiful and the paw print will always be cherished. I highly recommend these folks.

When we had to put our dog down we were devastated. Jess was kind and caring when we took her to him. I like that they offer paw prints of our pets to help us remember them. A few years later we had to put our 14 year old cat down and we knew that we could trust Jess again.

Jess was so kind and comforting even though this was a very stressful overwhelming time for me. He made me feel calm easying my concerns he explained thoroughly what was going to take place before my baby was cremated. He allowed me to stay there as long as I needed before taking my baby to be cremated. So respectful of my wishes of what IwI wanted on his little box. Jess even allowing me to add a few things to mybmy special little box with lock and key! The little box tjey put him in was absolutely beautiful,i and perfect in every way!!! After the sudden loss of our beloved puppy of 12 years, Scamp, we were at a loss as to what to do next. We knew we wanted him creamated, but we couldn't stomach being the ones to carry him out of the house and drive him to the vet. Jess came to the house that very evening and picked Scamp up (with his wife waiting in the car, having left a wedding reception early to accommodate us). Jess was compassionate and understanding and treated Scamp like the member of our family that he was. And Scamp was ready for us to pick him back up not even a week later. The cedar boxes are simply gorgeous! Much better than the plastic bag inside a plastic box that our first dog, Indy, was placed into years ago in Phoenix. In fact, Jess was willing to transfer Indy into a matching box while I waited for free. I also loved the polymer pawprint disk that they created for us. Something I wished we had for Indy as well. Prices were reasonable and Jess took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all of our questions. All in all, Jess at Wasatch Family Pet took a horrible time in our lives and made it bearable. I hope to not to have to use them again anytime soon, but when that time comes again, this is the only place that I will go.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!- Alianne SipesHooper, UT

They take care of you very quickly and they give you all the time that you need with your pet before they take them. It only took a couple days before I got my dog back. And they have SO MANY options of different things you can do!

I was overwhelmed with the tenderness and compassion displayed by the staff here. During such a stressful time that you are going through with the passing of your furry friend, it was comforting to know my Tinkerbell’s tired, worn out body would be loving prepared and her remains would be respectfully placed in a personalized receptacle which I can fondly display as I see fit. I have referred others to this amazing place of business and will continue to use their services when my other pets time comes.

We have used WFPS since 2016. They are the best! Our latest loss was a cat in a house fire. I couldn't afford to pay for a separate cremation wanted a few ashes. Jess saved all her ashes for us anyway. My family is grateful!
Stephanie Shull
Jess was super kind & compassionate when our sweet old girl died while we were all (hoomans and bow-wows) on a family road trip. He made a really hard day a little easier for us. We are forever grateful.

Dave and Jess at Wasatch Family Pet are awesome. We were headed from WY to NM for Christmas and had a stopover at Salt Lake to drop off my Dad at the airport. Unfortunately, just before our trip began, we had to have our Doty put down. Dave worked with us adjusting his schedule to meet ours. They are very friendly and sensitive to our needs. We now have new friends, although I dont want to see them under these circumstances for a while. Thanks Wasatch.

I cannot thank these gentlemen enough. I brought Maynard in on short notice last Saturday afternoon as he passed very suddenly...and from the first phone call I was treated with compassion, respect, understanding, and patience. I got Maynard's remains and paw print keepsakes back today...and they are beautiful. They really went above and beyond! 🐕🐾❤

I almost cried getting my baby back in the box and the little lock with keys is absolutely perfect. They were super compassionate, and made me aware of other products without trying to sell. We somewhat unexpectedly lost our beloved Daisy, who grew up with our kids, over the weekend. She had been sick- extra old for her breed, (a 12 year old English Bulldog) and we knew her time was drawing near.. but, not quite like this- and definitely not this quickly. We’d scheduled a peaceful farewell on Monday evening- the vet was scheduled to come to our house, euthanize her, and then take her body to be handled for us, and picked up within a few days. (We are currently between homes- renting, and didn’t want to leave Daisy behind when we decide to settle permanently.) That didn’t work out quite as planned tho, as Daisy, the bullheaded bulldog had her OWN plans (leave it to her to do it HER way!)! She passed on her own Sunday afternoon leaving us in a panic as to with what to do with her. We called several places Sunday, including one pet crematorium that advertises itself as 24/7 services in the Ogden area- but who wanted an extra $100 just to unlock the door on Sunday- (tho they advertise 24/7 service- what?!). That felt a *little* (read: A LOT) like “kick a person while they’re down”! So, after much frustration, and absolutely NO HELP from anyone, we just decided we’d deal with her body on our own for the remainder of the weekend, and started making calls Monday morning. Chaos ensued, until we found these guys. Seriously, people can be so heartless and unhelpful. So thankful that we found Wasatch. They were the FIRST people of all the vets and pet services businesses we called (many, including the vet we’d made prior plans with) that actually offered us condolences. Everyone else was all about the business end- $- if you know what I mean. They also handled things quickly, arranging to meet us there directly (no middle man vet- $, and their apparently packed- and clearly disinterested- schedules) within the hour. (Our AC also happens to be broken, so along with chaos and grief over Daisy- grieving kids on summer break, work schedules, etc.- we also had HVAC people here, workmen running amok- to replace the AC and furnace while all this MAYHEM is going on- which if you haven’t put two and two together means the house is 89+ degrees.. with a deceased pet- (we had that under control, in the most macabre way- ice and a fishing cooler- but SERIOUSLY!!!??? Sorry to be graphic- but OMG... CHAOS and PANIC!! NOT a good weekend!!) We dealt with Dave on the phone, and his brother who met us at the actual business (and whose name I didn’t catch), and his darling little girl I would estimate to be around 11-12. Very kind people, very professional, and a godsend for anyone who finds themselves in a chaotic situation, grieving, plans gone awry, mayhem ensuing, and not knowing exactly what to do. They were just so... easy. Easy means A LOT, people!! Price was exactly as quoted on the phone, which I might add was more affordable than anyone else we called- and the handling of sweet Daisy once we got there was very professional, and more importantly, empathetic. Our 15 year old daughter and her 14 year old cousin had made Daisy a nosegay, a small bunch of hand-cut neighborhood flowers (sorry neighbors) when she died, and they- Wasatch- promised me as we were leaving our girl behind- that they’d keep the flowers with her, as I had briefly stated prior, in the middle of the chaos, that it was important to me. I was amazed that they’d picked that up- and reiterated it as we were leaving. Very kind, and we are forever grateful to them for the kindness, ease, and professionalism they showed for us. I would certainly make these people part of your “plan”, for your beloved pet (seems people forget that there are FEELINGS involved in this kind of thing- in our almost empty nesters state, just another end of an “era”) and most definitely keep them in mind for those unplanned, chaotic, grief filled times. They just made it so much easier. Done and done within an hours time. Thanks guys- a little kindness, ease, and compassion goes a LONG way, and that’s the part that will be remembered. We’ll most certainly be referring anyone that we can.

I was very pleased that jess was available to pick up my dozer as quickly as he did. I didnt want him to be man handled by a bunch of different people and get tossed around. The engraving on his box was perfect and the ink prits are good enough to get a great tattoo from them. He was kind understanding and profeessional. I sincerely appreciate you being there during this time and giving me the oppurtunity to have my dozer back home with me. .Thank you so much.
