They took such great care of the three little kittens we have recently acquired.Check up, dewormed, vaccinations, and antibiotics. It’s nice knowing I have a good veterinarian clinic just a block from my house. And they are wonderful!❤️❤️❤️

I can’t recommend this place enough!!!! They are so knowledgeable, and made my Voodoo as comfortable as possible. They saw us early, and brought us into a room that I’m guessing is for cats(?) with a pheromone diffuser plugged into the outlet in there. Very clean, and everyone was so, so nice. We’re bringing Voodoo in again, tomorrow for surgery on his ear, and I’m so happy to know that he will be in good hands!

We adopted a kitten from Quail Pointe after our sweet senior cat passed. Quail Pointe was wonderful and kind in the adoption process. I would recommend them time and again to adopt from. They care about the animals they take in and the families they adopt to. ❤️

All the staff at Quail Point has always been so kind. It’s because of their kindness while working with them on a construction project that I came back to them to adopt our first family pet. Coming back now for our kittens first appointment they were so great to answer all my questions no matter how silly some of them might have seemed. Staff is amazing & very sensitive, however getting a text message & email to review how my experience was basically the day after I had to have my dog put down is a little off putting. Like if you want my “honest feedback” maybe turn off your automated messaging after someone has lost their pet.

We have taken our animals to Quail Pointe for years. They always try to get us in as quickly as possible. This is our only vet. Dr Ford has always been very kind to our animals and Dr Ford is our favorite. The staff always handles our cats and dog with care and respect. The clinic is so close to our house its a short ride which our fur babies all prefer. I would recommend this vet.

This is an advanced clinic regarding knowledgeable & skilled veterinarians! Clean, very well ran and my go to for professional and trustworthy care! I have tried many vets over the years and this is the most consistent & quality care there is! I have stayed with this veterinarian for over 30 years! They have saved my pets lives through skilled surgeries and have given compassionate care at life end! I'm grateful such a high quality & compassionate clinic owner and facility exists!

The facility is completely clean, open, and spacious allowing people to move around without animals bumping into each other leading to aggression. It’s beautifully and simply decorated. The staff is very friendly and efficient from front desk to technicians, to the two lady vets working there. I was very impressed and touched by the caring way each animal was handled. I took three different dogs on three different days. They were each handled in a loving way. That meant a lot to me! The end result was perfect!!!

I wanted to give Quail Pointe a 4-star, because their services are satisfactory - not great, but they have moments of shining, like some of the kindness from the care team. But I was really offended at my last visit, which is why I only gave a 3-star. I had my appointment switched to Dr. Lindstrom, and the doctor never came in to see me, she did my cat's exam in the back, while he was getting blood drawn. I'm sure she's competent, but I don't know her, and I had questions that the tech couldn't answer. I'm sure she had her reasons, but this isn't the kind of care that says they care about their patients or keeping them. I'm here with my 4 fur babies for now, but I'm ambivalent about the overall service and care and will likely keep my eyes open for other vets that might care better.

Got my puppy groomed and both dogs check up. Over the techs, groomer and veterinarian are very friendly and kind.The front desk staff and kind of snippy and hostile. My time is valuable just as yours is. I don’t see why I have to wait (over 20 minutes) for staff to enter charges. Bill me based on estimate so I can be on my way or give me the option to pay later by phone.

Scammed me out of $500. I took my dog in because I was worried about him possibly having worms because he wasn’t eating. They then had my wife do a list of things because they were “extremely worried about his weight loss among some other things” in all it ended up costing $500. They called me back 2 weeks later just saying oh everything is fine.. I said well you just told me you were extremely concerned and now your just not worried about anything what changed and they lady was totally caught of guard told me to hold and went to talk to some people. She then came back and said well let’s have him take this for infections (but she just told me the blood panel said he had no infections) she said well that doesn’t test for all infections. And she said let get him another thing that I can’t remember exactly what it was and have him come back for a check up in a month. I just felt totally scammed at this point it just didn’t add up. So I told her I was okay. I told them later that I felt like I was scammed and they literally said “I hope you have a good day” crazy to me.

If you’re considering having your animal groomed, I would not recommend Kristen or this clinic. The front desk staff make the grooming appointments, but have very little knowledge and aren’t expected to know about the services that the groomers provide. Kristen is unprofessional and rude. We had an issue with my cat not handling the grooming well and instead of calling to let me know of the issue and ask if I want to reschedule, Kristen assumed that I had financial issues and told me to reschedule when it was in my budget all because we had questions on the cost of the service. This situation could have ended much differently if the front desk staff had been trained appropriately to schedule grooming appointments. It’s interesting that Kristen expected me to know more about grooming and how animals behave than the front desk staff.

Had my Golden Doodle pup spayed. They did an awesome job! She never seemed to have any pain and the incision was small and never had any problems! The people there are awesome!!!!Savanah does a great job grooming my pup Josie! She also does her ears, glands, nails and teeth at the same time! I've got a happy dog!

We had a little buddy, cat, that was in pain and the doctor said "the humane thing is to put him down." Of course we don't' want him in pain. The office was so awesome and caring knowing this cat was a very important part of our family. We even received a card within the week, which I was impressed. With that they were great and would recommend them. Of course it was $500+ to have blood work done then to euthanize him, so it was a hard blow to have to pay for it all.

I recently moved up to the area and needed to find a vet clinic close to home. This visit was just a tech appointment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from getting her information transferred, to scheduling, to the appointment itself! My dog usually "talks" super loud, but this time she just whined a bit and not nearly as loud. They treated her so well, I think it'll help alleviate some general stress when she arrives at the vet for future appointments. Another thing I love is how fast they can get us in. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot thank the staff and especially the groomer enough for the loving care they give my darling Sadie. She’s deaf and nearly blind as well as being old and she’s terrified of being without me so it’s a wrench for both of us to be apart. I am so grateful for such loving people.

It is so nice to have peace of mind when I board my dog here. As soon as he sees where we are going, he gets so excited he climbs over me and almost falls out of the car to get out! When I go pick him up, I’m always told what a good boy he was. I can tell he gets good care here.

They are so friendly here, and I think their prices are pretty reasonable. My dog is a very big Weimaraner, and she clipped his nails like a boss!!! He won't let anyone clip his nails but he was very good for the lady at quail.. They are amazing

My Ruby girl had a cyst open up, they got us right in! Very nice staff from the minute we walked in, even when I left her records from our previous vet at home!🤦🏻‍♀️ and had to take the time to call them and had them fax over what we needed. The vet tech and the doctor answered all questions, we felt very well taken care of! Found us our new vet for our fur baby!🐾❤️Thank you!

I am absolutely disgusted by this place, specifically, Dr. Ford. I should have listened to the 1 star reviews.Background on our dog:- Mini goldendoodle, 1yr 3mo old- Fully grown at 8lbs and has the tiniest little teeth- He has never bit anyone. He has been around plenty of children, babies, adults, and dogs. He does not like strangers and will bark at them, and even people he's met before. He eventually stops and gets used to them.- We decided to board and train him to help with this fear barking he has. We had spent the past year researching trainers, and ultimately decided to do a board and train program. While he was away, he injured his leg and got sent home early. We decided to go get it looked at just in case it was broken.He's done perfectly fine at vets before and cooperates, but just shakes out of nervousness. The technician at Quail Pointe greeted us and my dog only barked at her for a couple seconds, and then stopped. She said she'd bring in Dr. Ford to come and take a look at his leg. As soon as Dr. Ford came in, my dog started barking at her so I started scratching his head, calmly saying no, and calming him down (because that usually helps him). She had the technician walk him around so she could observe his leg. When we sat back down to talk about it, she went on to yell and raise her voice at me for everything I am doing wrong with our dog. While all of this is going on, they are dragging my dog by his leash and yanking on it to stop him from barking and he is terrified. He starts peeing and hides behind my leg. *Note, my dog has been to multiple vets and groomers and has never peed, hid behind my leg, or looked THAT scared. I was traumatized to say the least.*See photo for the list of everything she said or did to me or my dog while there.*After what felt like an hour of her yelling at me for how big of a threat he is - I was in tears and disgusted by the way she was treating me and my dog, I told her, "I am here for you to look at my dogs leg. Not to yell at me and tell me everything I am doing wrong." She did not seem to care that I was crying. When she left the room her technician apologized for her.My husband and I are expecting a baby, we are in school, and work, and have been trying our absolute best daily for the past year to train our puppy. (Which he has learned SO much from us! He knows all the basic commands and much more) And when we finally had enough money to board and train him, Dr. Ford just sat there telling me that our dog needs serious help and that the choices we've made with our dog trainer are not good enough at all (because A. we aren't taking it to the trainer she suggests and B. its a board/train program). I still feel like I am missing things on that list of what she said or did, but I was completely disgusted by how Dr. Ford treated me and my dog. Dr. Ford, if you want a customer/pet to return to your practice, you better not be treating them like that.

First time here after just recently moving from CO. We were placed in exam room shortly after arriving. The tech took a thorough report on our dog. The veterinarian answered all our questions after examining him. We’re looking forward to have JJ continued to be followed at Quail Pointe!

They must have gone through and deleted older reviews, or totally reset their reviews a few years ago because mine has been removed, but with this being the one and only vet I’ve ever experienced that I would not recommend ANYONE to there’s no way I’m going to not let them have my review on their page.Dr. Ford and the tech’s there are so rude, argumentative and just want your money, not your pet cared for. My mother and I took my childhood cat there once a few years ago and we had to raise our voice at the Dr and tell her we are not furthering care with them because she just kept taking over us and telling us we had to and couldn’t leave her facility until we agreed to leave our cat with her for a few days so she could give our cat enema’s and that her death will be on our hands if we leave with her (our cat was not in immediate danger, and everything got sorted out with a different vet EASILY and we were able to treat her at home over just a couple of days).They refused to even let us just pay for the office visit and leave and was withholding the bill so that we wouldn’t be able to and leave, so I gathered my cat with my mom and started to walk out the door and that’s when they decided they were going to let us pay and just kept harassing us the entire time because we weren’t going to let them rob us of our money for services our cat did not need.I have been to a multitude of vet offices throughout my life for all different kinds of animals, I have since this interaction worked at an animal ER, and NONE of them that I’ve been involved with recommend this place or practice the way these guys do which has been nice to know that I’m not alone even from people on the inside. I wouldn’t even recommend this place if you found a dog hit by a car right outside of their office.

After 14 years, it was time to put our beloved companion dog to rest. This was not an easy or quick decision for us and everyone at Quail Pointe helped us gently through this process.The staff was caring, calm, and patient. I was so grateful to have both Doctor and Vet Tech focused and intentional on our needs at that moment. We have been going to Quail Pointe for years with our animals. Today was our first experience with losing a pet and they were so amazing and caring. From the second we walked in the doors they were accommodating to my 6 kids, giving us all the time we needed with our pet and paying extra attention to my younger kids and their feelings. The staff and Vet Kathy were so gentle with our fur baby and talked us through everything in such an understanding and empathetic way. I highly recommend QP.

Let me tell you, I called about 8 other vets in my area SCARED TO DEATH because my cat, Moose had a swollen face that happened in the span of the weekend. They got me in same day with an urgent care visit. The last vet I took him to, they were nice but they were very busy and very much wanted me to leave fast. QUAIL POINTE.. when I tell you they were SO NICE to my Moose, I mean that the lady was hugging him, and kissed him and she said how good he was! When she went to the back area you could hear her say, "THE BEST CAT IS IN THERE!!" It truly made me feel good and that they cared about my boy. I was able to get the tooth pulled that was the problem two days later and they even pulled a few more that needed. It was truly a blessing and I recommend that these guys are your new vet. Now Moose is all healed and back to himself!

They were compassionate and kind. I brought my 12 year old cat in he was sick and losing weight. Then did some tests and gave me the results, which were not good. We made the hard decision to let him go. They let us sit with him as long as we wanted and be with him to the end.

I highly highly recommend that people do not bring their animals here. My wife had scheduled an appointment to get our dog fixed. Via text message they told us the price would be $250 per dog and when my wife arrived they told her there must have been some mistake that the price was almost double that and that the total price out the door with blood work was over $900. I called and asked about this and was basically just told it was a human error and that they were busy when they sent the messages and didn't realize they quoted the wrong price and all they did to offer to fix it was to tell us to go somewhere else that they believe is cheaper. Besides the facts that a bait-and-switch is absolutely a violation of the FTC the fact that there was zero effort to remedy the situation while my wife was there with the dogs after we had gone through the prep of making sure they didn't eat or drink water and make sure we were up and ready with cash in hand is completely abhorrent in my opinion. I can understand that mistakes happen but if you make the mistake it is your responsibility to make it right and apparently there was no interest in doing that they would rather just send her somewhere else and claim it was an accident. We had a little buddy, cat, that was in pain and the doctor said "the humane thing is to put him down." Of course we don't' want him in pain. The office was so awesome and caring knowing this cat was a very important part of our family. We even received a card within the week, which I was impressed. With that they were great and would recommend them. Of course it was $500+ to have blood work done then to euthanize him, so it was a hard blow to have to pay for it all.

I recently moved up to the area and needed to find a vet clinic close to home. This visit was just a tech appointment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from getting her information transferred, to scheduling, to the appointment itself! My dog usually "talks" super loud, but this time she just whined a bit and not nearly as loud. They treated her so well, I think it'll help alleviate some general stress when she arrives at the vet for future appointments. Another thing I love is how fast they can get us in. Would definitely recommend.

It is so nice to have peace of mind when I board my dog here. As soon as he sees where we are going, he gets so excited he climbs over me and almost falls out of the car to get out! When I go pick him up, I’m always told what a good boy he was. I can tell he gets good care here.

My Ruby girl had a cyst open up, they got us right in! Very nice staff from the minute we walked in, even when I left her records from our previous vet at home!🤦🏻‍♀️ and had to take the time to call them and had them fax over what we needed. I am absolutely disgusted by this place, specifically, Dr. Ford. I should have listened to the 1 star reviews.Background on our dog:- Mini goldendoodle, 1yr 3mo old- Fully grown at 8lbs and has the tiniest little teeth- He has never bit anyone. He has been around plenty of children, babies, adults, and dogs. He does not like strangers and will bark at them, and even people he's met before. He eventually stops and gets used to them.- We decided to board and train him to help with this fear barking he has. We had spent the past year researching trainers, and ultimately decided to do a board and train program. While he was away, he injured his leg and got sent home early. We decided to go get it looked at just in case it was broken.He's done perfectly fine at vets before and cooperates, but just shakes out of nervousness. The technician at Quail Pointe greeted us and my dog only barked at her for a couple seconds, and then stopped. She said she'd bring in Dr. Ford to come and take a look at his leg. As soon as Dr. Ford came in, my dog started barking at her so I started scratching his head, calmly saying no, and calming him down (because that usually helps him). She had the technician walk him around so she could observe his leg. When we sat back down to talk about it, she went on to yell and raise her voice at me for everything I am doing wrong with our dog. While all of this is going on, they are dragging my dog by his leash and yanking on it to stop him from barking and he is terrified. He starts peeing and hides behind my leg. *Note, my dog has been to multiple vets and groomers and has never peed, hid behind my leg, or looked THAT scared. I was traumatized to say the least.*See photo for the list of everything she said or did to me or my dog while there.*After what felt like an hour of her yelling at me for how big of a threat he is - I was in tears and disgusted by the way she was treating me and my dog, I told her, "I am here for you to look at my dogs leg. Not to yell at me and tell me everything I am doing wrong." She did not seem to care that I was crying. When she left the room her technician apologized for her.My husband and I are expecting a baby, we are in school, and work, and have been trying our absolute best daily for the past year to train our puppy. (Which he has learned SO much from us! He knows all the basic commands and much more) And when we finally had enough money to board and train him, Dr. Ford just sat there telling me that our dog needs serious help and that the choices we've made with our dog trainer are not good enough at all (because A. we aren't taking it to the trainer she suggests and B. its a board/train program). I still feel like I am missing things on that list of what she said or did, but I was completely disgusted by how Dr. Ford treated me and my dog. Dr. Ford, if you want a customer/pet to return to your practice, you better not be treating them like that.

If you want your wife to come home angry and hurt, this is the vet for you...At least if you see Kathleen Ford.(owner).We have taken 3 different dogs to this vet over the last few years. On this visit Ford eluded to the notion that our 15 year old (human years) dog is not being taken care of properly.My answer to that is as follows...On this visit, all of our dogs vaccinations were up to date and new busters given. He last saw the doctor personally, just under a year ago.(annual visit anyone). In-between we have had new scripts written for his heart medication and "prescription only" food, to the tune of $100 a month for a 20 lbs dog. This time she scolded my wife telling her that he had arthritis and that he should have be on medication for it years ago. Funny how Ford didn't perscribe him arthritis medication AT ALL this visit either.(total lack of attention)I could go on but this review is getting too long. We hope you consider this review as it is given with truth and unfortunately, disappointment.I hope your animals find the care they deserve and your family more respect than Katheel Ford showed to my wife.

My 11 year old chihuahua had an abscessed tooth and they were able to get her in promptly to diagnose. After finding out she needed an extraction, they were able to get her in the very next day for the surgery. Not only did they relieve her of the pain I’m sure she was feeling, they trimmed her nails and expressed her glands while she was sedated at no extra charge. I was so nervous about her being sedated as an older pup but they did such an amazing job. I picked her up 4 hours ago and she’s already acting like her normal self. They were so friendly towards her even though she continuously barked at them 😂 Thank you for treating my fur baby with such kindness and amazing care.

I took my cat to Quail Pointe Veterinary for treatment of a urinary tract infection (UTI), and the experience was very upsetting. My cat regularly sees a vet and was only a few months behind on his vaccines, but I already had an appointment scheduled with my regular vet the following week to get him updated. Despite explaining this, they refused to treat my cat for the UTI unless I agreed to have the rabies vaccine administered at their office.What made things worse is that I wasn’t told about this policy until after they had already taken my cat out of my hands and brought him back into the clinic. I felt blindsided and pressured, especially since I was there for an urgent issue and my cat’s vaccine appointment was already set. They also asked if I wanted my cat to have an anti-inflammatory shot for his UTI, and only after it was done did they inform me that they had mixed the rabies vaccine in with the anti-inflammatory injection, forcing me into getting the vaccine on the spot.While I understand the importance of vaccines, I felt this situation was handled poorly. There was no clear communication or respect for my prior plans with my regular vet. I expected my cat to be treated for the UTI, not forced into an unexpected vaccine update.

Everyone here was so good to us! We had to say goodbye to our baby dog of 16 years, Mia, a few days ago. From our first phone call to the time we left they comforted us and made us feel well taken care of. We truly felt the care and love they have for animals and their families. They made our very difficult time a little smoother. We just received a condolence card in the mail as well! They went above and beyond in our time of need! They must have gone through and deleted older reviews, or totally reset their reviews a few years ago because mine has been removed, but with this being the one and only vet I’ve ever experienced that I would not recommend ANYONE to there’s no way I’m going to not let them have my review on their page.Dr. Ford and the tech’s there are so rude, argumentative and just want your money, not your pet cared for. My mother and I took my childhood cat there once a few years ago and we had to raise our voice at the Dr and tell her we are not furthering care with them because she just kept taking over us and telling us we had to and couldn’t leave her facility until we agreed to leave our cat with her for a few days so she could give our cat enema’s and that her death will be on our hands if we leave with her (our cat was not in immediate danger, and everything got sorted out with a different vet EASILY and we were able to treat her at home over just a couple of days).They refused to even let us just pay for the office visit and leave and was withholding the bill so that we wouldn’t be able to and leave, so I gathered my cat with my mom and started to walk out the door and that’s when they decided they were going to let us pay and just kept harassing us the entire time because we weren’t going to let them rob us of our money for services our cat did not need.I have been to a multitude of vet offices throughout my life for all different kinds of animals, I have since this interaction worked at an animal ER, and NONE of them that I’ve been involved with recommend this place or practice the way these guys do which has been nice to know that I’m not alone even from people on the inside. I wouldn’t even recommend this place if you found a dog hit by a car right outside of their office.

Very displeased with services, wife took my dog in for her leg she had a limp for a day, they took X-rays said a specialist needed to take a look at them. It took a full 6 days for them to get back to us telling us what we need to do. We decided to go with another clinic that was able to take care of everything the same day. So we just wasted 300+ for a visit that was no help.

I’m new to Utah and was anxious to find a place where my two cats would be seen with lots of care- one bc I love them of course but also bc one of my cats has kidney disease. The vet tech Sarah was SO knowledgeable and I really appreciated how thoroughly she was able to answer my long list of questions. Dr. Lindstrom was also this way and she even gave me several samples of a hydrating treat for my cat for free. I’m so relieved to have found this place and I feel satisfied that my pets are in good hands here.

I assume it was the tech that took us to the room, didn’t introduce themself. Assuming it was the vet who came in next, didn’t introduce themself. Very little eye contact, spent 2 minutes looking at my pet then gave the diagnosis as they were walking out of the room. Vet tech finished up and gave me the bill. Um, was that it? Shrugging my shoulders. They got my pet in the next day which I appreciated compared to a couple weeks for other vets.

We have been going to Quail Pointe for years with our animals. Today was our first experience with losing a pet and they were so amazing and caring. From the second we walked in the doors they were accommodating to my 6 kids, giving us all the time we needed with our pet and paying extra attention to my younger kids and their feelings. Let me tell you, I called about 8 other vets in my area SCARED TO DEATH because my cat, Moose had a swollen face that happened in the span of the weekend. They got me in same day with an urgent care visit. The last vet I took him to, they were nice but they were very busy and very much wanted me to leave fast. QUAIL POINTE.. when I tell you they were SO NICE to my Moose, I mean that the lady was hugging him, and kissed him and she said how good he was! When she went to the back area you could hear her say, "THE BEST CAT IS IN THERE!!" It truly made me feel good and that they cared about my boy. I was able to get the tooth pulled that was the problem two days later and they even pulled a few more that needed. It was truly a blessing and I recommend that these guys are your new vet. Now Moose is all healed and back to himself!

They were compassionate and kind. I brought my 12 year old cat in he was sick and losing weight. Then did some tests and gave me the results, which were not good. We made the hard decision to let him go. They let us sit with him as long as we wanted and be with him to the end.

I highly highly recommend that people do not bring their animals here. My wife had scheduled an appointment to get our dog fixed. Via text message they told us the price would be $250 per dog and when my wife arrived they told her there must have been some mistake that the price was almost double that and that the total price out the door with blood work was over $900. I called and asked about this and was basically just told it was a human error and that they were busy when they sent the messages and didn't realize they quoted the wrong price and all they did to offer to fix it was to tell us to go somewhere else that they believe is cheaper. Besides the facts that a bait-and-switch is absolutely a violation of the FTC the fact that there was zero effort to remedy the situation while my wife was there with the dogs after we had gone through the prep of making sure they didn't eat or drink water and make sure we were up and ready with cash in hand is completely abhorrent in my opinion. I can understand that mistakes happen but if you make the mistake it is your responsibility to make it right and apparently there was no interest in doing that they would rather just send her somewhere else and claim it was an accident. They never so much as even offered her a coupon for her troubles.I don't know how anyone can trust the procedures at this establishment if you can't even trust the pricing or the staff to fix their own mistake.

I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but after receiving a multitude of emails for me to leave a review, I'm caving. Firstly, the groomer did a FANTASTIC job! It was recommended to me to try this place out for grooming. I called to inquire about availability and divulged all the necessary info: my dogs age, weight, breed and state of grooming needing to be done. I reiterated that she was in bad shape. I was quoted $72. Rather inexpensive but assumed she would need at least two visits to repair the damage. I showed up for the appointment. The groomer came out to collect her and also said it may take a few visits. I totally understood and requested to do what she could. Off they went into the back and I was instructed I would receive a phone call when she was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, the bill was supplied and it was $150.15. More than double what I was quoted. Understandably, I was not enthused. The base charge was $85, not $72. I had also received extra charges for dematting and desheding. At no time were extra charges mentioned nor was I contacted to confirm they would be okay. The receptionist went to speak to the manager and came back stating that's what I would have to pay. The manager couldn't even come out to speak with me. The service performed was worth the money but the practice of more than doubling the quote is inexcusable in my eyes. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this establishment.

I also appreciate that Dr. Ford takes the time to educate you so you can make an informed decision rather than just throwing medication at the problem. I debated writing a review but felt that my experience was so unpleasant I should. I scheduled a visit for my new puppy, they were very nice on the phone and got me in quick so it was off to a good start. Once we actually got in for the appointment it was clear that their goal is to tell you how wrong everything you are doing is and then to sell you on anything they can to make more money. The vet tech spent 15 minutes going over various products, medicines, and trainers that they recommended buying. When vet came in she was overwhelmingly condescending and rude. She only put her hands on my dog long enough to say she had a bad heart murmur and needed a $500 test to confirm. When I asked what the course of treatment would be if so she just said "it's congenital", I gave up at that point. She didn't check her over at all, no ears, eyes, teeth, legs or anything before giving me some half thought training advice, scolding the puppy for trying to get the treat she was holding out and leaving the room. I will be seeing another vet very soon to confirm that diagnosis, but correct or not I would not use them again.

Another great experience at Quail Pointe. Dr Ford is always amazing. My dog has a lump that has been growing. She recommended removing it just to be safe. My other dog also had to have a lump removed about a year ago that ended up being cancerous. Because of Dr Ford's quick assessment, she is fine today and has required no further treatment. She knows the lumps make me anxious. She is good at assessing yours and your dog's needs.

Amazing service! The receptionist was very kind. They were able to get me in last minute for an X-Ray of my dog. Most places I called wanted to do a full exam or make it an urgent care visit and were charging me a ton. All I needed was a puppy count x-ray and they did just that. My 11 year old chihuahua had an abscessed tooth and they were able to get her in promptly to diagnose. After finding out she needed an extraction, they were able to get her in the very next day for the surgery. Not only did they relieve her of the pain I’m sure she was feeling, they trimmed her nails and expressed her glands while she was sedated at no extra charge. I was so nervous about her being sedated as an older pup but they did such an amazing job. I picked her up 4 hours ago and she’s already acting like her normal self. They were so friendly towards her even though she continuously barked at them 😂 Thank you for treating my fur baby with such kindness and amazing care.

Quail Point Veterinary is the best. I just had my dog groomed by Savanna. She had patience with my sweet girl. She was nervous and has anxiety and Savanna took her time with my girl and treated her well. She looks great!!! Thank You Quail Point Veterinary groomers!!! I took my cat to Quail Pointe Veterinary for treatment of a urinary tract infection (UTI), and the experience was very upsetting. My cat regularly sees a vet and was only a few months behind on his vaccines, but I already had an appointment scheduled with my regular vet the following week to get him updated. Despite explaining this, they refused to treat my cat for the UTI unless I agreed to have the rabies vaccine administered at their office.What made things worse is that I wasn’t told about this policy until after they had already taken my cat out of my hands and brought him back into the clinic. I felt blindsided and pressured, especially since I was there for an urgent issue and my cat’s vaccine appointment was already set. They also asked if I wanted my cat to have an anti-inflammatory shot for his UTI, and only after it was done did they inform me that they had mixed the rabies vaccine in with the anti-inflammatory injection, forcing me into getting the vaccine on the spot.While I understand the importance of vaccines, I felt this situation was handled poorly. There was no clear communication or respect for my prior plans with my regular vet. I expected my cat to be treated for the UTI, not forced into an unexpected vaccine update.

Everyone here was so good to us! We had to say goodbye to our baby dog of 16 years, Mia, a few days ago. From our first phone call to the time we left they comforted us and made us feel well taken care of. We truly felt the care and love they have for animals and their families. They made our very difficult time a little smoother. We just received a condolence card in the mail as well! They went above and beyond in our time of need! Thank you so much to everyone at Quail point for treating us and our fur baby so good and making sure our puppy girl wasn't alone. We have you all in our hearts and greatly appreciate you all giving us the best experience possible while we had to say goodbye to our fur baby!

We got our first pet ever (cavalier King Charles Spaniel). Our experience here was amazing. Front desk staff were easy to work with and very kind. The tech was very good at her job and very kind to answer all my questions. Our sweet puppy was loved and taken care of during our visit. The vet was quick but didn’t rush us through the appointment. We had a very good experience here and will continue to use this pet hospital.

The girls at the front are absolutely amazing & so kind. However there’s a couple of vet techs (one being older) and the vet, Dr. Ford, that made it so we’re never coming back here. The vet tech I personally had an issue with scolded me for comforting my dog since she was a little nervous. She came in the room and FIRST THING was like no no no you don’t comfort her, etc. Not a hi, a hello, or a $&@! You, just straight to stop comforting your dog?? Okay, Caesar Milan, I’ve watched that show too and I’m not asking for your damn opinion about how to raise my dog. Then, Dr Ford was not only argumentative and combative but also a little condescending. She seemed lazy, rude and honestly just unhappy in general. I was STEAMING after my appointment and vowed I would never return and told everyone I knew about my experience. I dropped off a small baby chihuahua I found on the actual ground (she was literally just born), and begged them to do what they could to save her and when I tell you they made me feel guilty for bringing her???? Dr. Ford started questioning me like I did something wrong for trying to save a baby that I FOUND??? The baby was 3 years ago, and my last appointment was five months ago and when I tell y’all I still think about that vet and how much better mine is now. RUN, don’t walk to any other place than this one. Your wallet, your pets and your soul will thank you.

Dr. Ford and her staff are excellent. Switched to QP after receiving poor service from another vet in the area. Wish I had switched sooner! She offered our dog exceptional care and saw her through to the end. Dr. Ford is compassionate and was very detailed when describing treatment options. She's also realistic when it comes to outcomes. She gave us her full attention and we never left feeling rushed or talked down to. She breaks everything down and walks you through from start to finish. She extended our dogs life by a few months which I'm grateful for and QP put our dog down when the time came in a very humane way. The staff were so sweet when it came time to say goodbye and offered their support. My dog was my child. Dr. Ford has our full trust.

She had a badly broken nail and she was a new patient and a walk-in and they accepted her with open arms they did exactly what they said they were going to do and when I picked her up I could tell that they were good to her while she was there they were compassionate and understanding and they actually listen to what I had to say I'll recommend them to everybody I know even people I don't know.

Very displeased with services, wife took my dog in for her leg she had a limp for a day, they took X-rays said a specialist needed to take a look at them. It took a full 6 days for them to get back to us telling us what we need to do. We decided to go with another clinic that was able to take care of everything the same day. So we just wasted 300+ for a visit that was no help.

I’m new to Utah and was anxious to find a place where my two cats would be seen with lots of care- one bc I love them of course but also bc one of my cats has kidney disease. The vet tech Sarah was SO knowledgeable and I really appreciated how thoroughly she was able to answer my long list of questions. Dr. Lindstrom was also this way and she even gave me several samples of a hydrating treat for my cat for free. I’m so relieved to have found this place and I feel satisfied that my pets are in good hands here.

I assume it was the tech that took us to the room, didn’t introduce themself. Assuming it was the vet who came in next, didn’t introduce themself. Very little eye contact, spent 2 minutes looking at my pet then gave the diagnosis as they were walking out of the room. Vet tech finished up and gave me the bill. Um, was that it? Shrugging my shoulders. They got my pet in the next day which I appreciated compared to a couple weeks for other vets.

We had to take our extremely sick 1 year old kitten in to get checked out. The staff there were so patient with us, friendly and informative. They tried their very best to bring little Vinny back around.The next morning he took a turn for the worse and we were back in their office as they opened. The staff there did everything they could and ended up being there for us as we had to make the hard decision to put him down. I could have not asked for a better group of people to rely on! This is the only place I will use in the future for any of our vet needs! Thank you for your compassion in the worst of circumstances!

This vet saved my dogs life. We had been to 5 different vets who just kept telling us we were feeding our dog too much and not walking him enough. We didn't know what to do because we were trying everything and his hair started to fall out while I was visiting my parents and took him in. The nurse who took him in took one look at him and said "can I give him a blood test for hypothyroidism and diabetes" we were shocked to find out that all his issues, skin rashes, weight problems, irritability were because he had hypothyroidism and diabetes. That was when he was 5. He is 9 now and he was having some issues again. Went to 3 veterans by me (I live in washington) and was told we would need to spend thousands of dollars for x-rays to diagnos my dog. We had already planned a visit to my parents and decided to come to Qual point to double check. Turns out my dog just needed a special shampoo and some antibiotics for a common skin condition that comes with diabetes in dogs. Cost us 180 bucks and my dog is fine again. I will literally be traveling to Utah for this vet they are so good. Thank you for saving my baby boy again.

I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but after receiving a multitude of emails for me to leave a review, I'm caving. Firstly, the groomer did a FANTASTIC job! It was recommended to me to try this place out for grooming. I called to inquire about availability and divulged all the necessary info: my dogs age, weight, breed and state of grooming needing to be done. I reiterated that she was in bad shape. I was quoted $72. Rather inexpensive but assumed she would need at least two visits to repair the damage. I showed up for the appointment. The groomer came out to collect her and also said it may take a few visits. I totally understood and requested to do what she could. Off they went into the back and I was instructed I would receive a phone call when she was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, the bill was supplied and it was $150.15. More than double what I was quoted. Understandably, I was not enthused. The base charge was $85, not $72. I had also received extra charges for dematting and desheding. At no time were extra charges mentioned nor was I contacted to confirm they would be okay. The receptionist went to speak to the manager and came back stating that's what I would have to pay. The manager couldn't even come out to speak with me. The service performed was worth the money but the practice of more than doubling the quote is inexcusable in my eyes. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this establishment.

I debated writing a review but felt that my experience was so unpleasant I should. I scheduled a visit for my new puppy, they were very nice on the phone and got me in quick so it was off to a good start. Once we actually got in for the appointment it was clear that their goal is to tell you how wrong everything you are doing is and then to sell you on anything they can to make more money. The vet tech spent 15 minutes going over various products, medicines, and trainers that they recommended buying. When vet came in she was overwhelmingly condescending and rude. She only put her hands on my dog long enough to say she had a bad heart murmur and needed a $500 test to confirm. When I asked what the course of treatment would be if so she just said "it's congenital", I gave up at that point. She didn't check her over at all, no ears, eyes, teeth, legs or anything before giving me some half thought training advice, scolding the puppy for trying to get the treat she was holding out and leaving the room. I will be seeing another vet very soon to confirm that diagnosis, but correct or not I would not use them again.

Another great experience at Quail Pointe. Dr Ford is always amazing. My dog has a lump that has been growing. She recommended removing it just to be safe. My other dog also had to have a lump removed about a year ago that ended up being cancerous. Because of Dr Ford's quick assessment, she is fine today and has required no further treatment. She knows the lumps make me anxious. She is good at assessing yours and your dog's needs.

Amazing service! The receptionist was very kind. They were able to get me in last minute for an X-Ray of my dog. Most places I called wanted to do a full exam or make it an urgent care visit and were charging me a ton. All I needed was a puppy count x-ray and they did just that. Their kindness to my pregnant girl will not be forgotten. Highly recommend this place for all pets needs!

The staff at Quail Point was very helpful and compassionate when we found out that our dog had internal issues which we later found was cancer. They gave us plenty of time with him before he was euthanized. Also a condolence card was sent to us. We are very pleased with Quail Point and will continue with them with our other 2 dogs.

I brought my fur baby to quail point after an awful experience with our normal vet of 10 years. I was sent home and told my girl had bone cancer and would only be here about 6 months. After a year she is still here, no mass but still sick. So I called quail point. They got us in fast ran blood work and found out she has thyroid problems. They took really good care of us. Yes they are a little more expensive than previous vet, but worth it.

At first this place was great made us comfortable, let us know what was going on with a quick diagnostic on our old pup. Unfortunately we had to make the decision to put her down and that's when this place showed their true colors. Once we returned with our kids to say goodbye to our baby, they were quick to make sure they got paid. They went thru the process and told us what to expect, and then called us to the desk to fill out some memorial information. While we were at the desk the tech ran up to us and said she had just injected our baby, without us even in the room! As we rushed back to be with her for her final moments the receptionist came barging in demanding payment right then and there. So heartless and cruel to barge in during those crucial moments we should have been saying goodbye to our pup but I had to stop in the moment to make sure they got their payment. Something that could have waited another 15 minutes and completely ruined the whole experience for us. Even after talking to the doctor about these issues they did not seem to care. Absolutely terrible experience while it was supposed to be comforting. Will not recommend to ANYONE.

We called as soon as they opened to see if they would accept us as a new client. Our 15 year old cat had a bladder infection. She had been in a lot of pain and urinating inappropriately. we has an emergency with our little yorkie. she had a vulval prolapse. took her to an emergency vet who told me it was because she was 14 and hadnt been spayed recommended i take her to my family vet as they would charge around $2500-3500. this was on wed first avail appointment was tues next. took her in dropped her off and two hrs later they called and said they couldn't do anything as the vet wasn't comfortable with the prolapse. not wanting to put her thru two procedures i picked her up and started making calls. eventually i called the er vet back and was told nothing needed done to the prolapse just spray her and it will resolve itself. called my vet back and now they wouldn't even do the spay. after many calls i found quail point and they were happy to help and got her in right away. turned out she had some other issues and had to have major surgery. they took wonderful care of her and she's doing great now. they have called and texted me following up in between visits. wonderful crew working there. give them a try if ya don't have s vet or would like to try a diff vet.

We brought in our little ellie here when she was hit by a car... We were very devastated, but the vets were so compassionate, and one of the vets got a rag and wiped the blood off my face, and they were very quick to help us and grabbed ellie immidiatly, and didnt hesitate, even when I wasnt sure how I was gonna pay for it because i just had 80 dollars, and wasnt sure how I'd cover the bill... The guy vet that helped us said that they tried to bring ellie back, but they werent able to, because of her severe injuries, and he was very compassionate as well, and when he came back to talk with us he had tears in his eyes and it was comforting to have such a kind vet. They didnt charge us for trying to bring her back and not being able to, and that meant a lot. Thank you quail point veterinarians for being so kind and compassionate to us on such a tragic day.

Horrible customer service!! We have gone multiple times thinking they might be having just a bad day. Nope, very rude. Does not show they care. While we were waiting they talk about hunting instead of checking on our pup. No description of what they did to hour pup. And they forgot to give us any medication which we paid for. They cut our dogs nails too short and now he requires to have sedation to get any nails trimmed. He does not handle anyone going near his feet. He was absolutely traumatized. Talked to the manager who simply said, “sorry, there is nothing we can do about it, but we will sedate him and charge you every time he comes in for nail trims”. I’m just saying horrible customer service and a lack of care about traumatizing out pup!!!

Probably a great vet. My dog had June grass/fox tails in his ears. 500 dollars later I'm out of there. Would only recommend this place if your pets are insured or you're a billionaire. They seem to think everyone is.

We had to take our extremely sick 1 year old kitten in to get checked out. The staff there were so patient with us, friendly and informative. They tried their very best to bring little Vinny back around.The next morning he took a turn for the worse and we were back in their office as they opened. The staff there did everything they could and ended up being there for us as we had to make the hard decision to put him down. I could have not asked for a better group of people to rely on! This is the only place I will use in the future for any of our vet needs! Thank you for your compassion in the worst of circumstances!

This vet saved my dogs life. We had been to 5 different vets who just kept telling us we were feeding our dog too much and not walking him enough. We didn't know what to do because we were trying everything and his hair started to fall out while I was visiting my parents and took him in. The nurse who took him in took one look at him and said "can I give him a blood test for hypothyroidism and diabetes" we were shocked to find out that all his issues, skin rashes, weight problems, irritability were because he had hypothyroidism and diabetes. That was when he was 5. He is 9 now and he was having some issues again. Went to 3 veterans by me (I live in washington) and was told we would need to spend thousands of dollars for x-rays to diagnos my dog. We had already planned a visit to my parents and decided to come to Qual point to double check. Turns out my dog just needed a special shampoo and some antibiotics for a common skin condition that comes with diabetes in dogs. Cost us 180 bucks and my dog is fine again. I will literally be traveling to Utah for this vet they are so good. Thank you for saving my baby boy again.

I’ve yet to have a bad experience at this clinic. The staff has always been nice and affectionate, loving on my cats. Dr. Lindstrum is great and has never been anything but patient with my questions. My cats and I are never just another number to them. They are genuine and my favorite clinic I’ve been to over the years.

The staff at Quail Point was very helpful and compassionate when we found out that our dog had internal issues which we later found was cancer. They gave us plenty of time with him before he was euthanized. Also a condolence card was sent to us. We are very pleased with Quail Point and will continue with them with our other 2 dogs.

I brought my fur baby to quail point after an awful experience with our normal vet of 10 years. I was sent home and told my girl had bone cancer and would only be here about 6 months. After a year she is still here, no mass but still sick. So I called quail point. They got us in fast ran blood work and found out she has thyroid problems. They took really good care of us. Yes they are a little more expensive than previous vet, but worth it.

At first this place was great made us comfortable, let us know what was going on with a quick diagnostic on our old pup. Unfortunately we had to make the decision to put her down and that's when this place showed their true colors. Once we returned with our kids to say goodbye to our baby, they were quick to make sure they got paid. They went thru the process and told us what to expect, and then called us to the desk to fill out some memorial information. While we were at the desk the tech ran up to us and said she had just injected our baby, without us even in the room! As we rushed back to be with her for her final moments the receptionist came barging in demanding payment right then and there. So heartless and cruel to barge in during those crucial moments we should have been saying goodbye to our pup but I had to stop in the moment to make sure they got their payment. Something that could have waited another 15 minutes and completely ruined the whole experience for us. Even after talking to the doctor about these issues they did not seem to care. Absolutely terrible experience while it was supposed to be comforting. Will not recommend to ANYONE.

We called as soon as they opened to see if they would accept us as a new client. Our 15 year old cat had a bladder infection. She had been in a lot of pain and urinating inappropriately. They welcomed us and we were able to get her seen. Very kind and professional people. We really appreciated getting us in. They are our Vet of choice.

I really love the people and the place. But the last time I brought my cat in for Vaccinations, they touched her stomach for 2 seconds. Told me they think she might be pregnant and that they couldn't do it. I knew she wasn't pregnant and she is not pregnant. And now I don't have the money to get the vaccinations because they charged me eighty dollars for that visit.

Recently been taking my dog to Quail Pointe for grooming. Going to a different local grooming service was getting ridiculous on price for the service. Dog started having gland issues. Had the vet check and found out the groomers had not been doing the anal gland expression. This was the last straw. I use our. Vets groomer and the vet helps with the expression so it gets done right gor about half the cost.Stephanie the groomer is great!

My aussie had a large ear hematoma. Took her in to be looked at since I didn't know what it was. They took care of it immediately. They are the best . we has an emergency with our little yorkie. she had a vulval prolapse. took her to an emergency vet who told me it was because she was 14 and hadnt been spayed recommended i take her to my family vet as they would charge around $2500-3500. this was on wed first avail appointment was tues next. took her in dropped her off and two hrs later they called and said they couldn't do anything as the vet wasn't comfortable with the prolapse. not wanting to put her thru two procedures i picked her up and started making calls. eventually i called the er vet back and was told nothing needed done to the prolapse just spray her and it will resolve itself. called my vet back and now they wouldn't even do the spay. after many calls i found quail point and they were happy to help and got her in right away. turned out she had some other issues and had to have major surgery. they took wonderful care of her and she's doing great now. they have called and texted me following up in between visits. wonderful crew working there. give them a try if ya don't have s vet or would like to try a diff vet.

We brought in our little ellie here when she was hit by a car... We were very devastated, but the vets were so compassionate, and one of the vets got a rag and wiped the blood off my face, and they were very quick to help us and grabbed ellie immidiatly, and didnt hesitate, even when I wasnt sure how I was gonna pay for it because i just had 80 dollars, and wasnt sure how I'd cover the bill... The guy vet that helped us said that they tried to bring ellie back, but they werent able to, because of her severe injuries, and he was very compassionate as well, and when he came back to talk with us he had tears in his eyes and it was comforting to have such a kind vet. They didnt charge us for trying to bring her back and not being able to, and that meant a lot. Thank you quail point veterinarians for being so kind and compassionate to us on such a tragic day.

Horrible customer service!! We have gone multiple times thinking they might be having just a bad day. Nope, very rude. Does not show they care. While we were waiting they talk about hunting instead of checking on our pup. No description of what they did to hour pup. And they forgot to give us any medication which we paid for. They cut our dogs nails too short and now he requires to have sedation to get any nails trimmed. He does not handle anyone going near his feet. He was absolutely traumatized. Talked to the manager who simply said, “sorry, there is nothing we can do about it, but we will sedate him and charge you every time he comes in for nail trims”. I’m just saying horrible customer service and a lack of care about traumatizing out pup!!!

I called last week to discuss putting one of our senior dogs down. Amber was the one that answered the phone, and she was an absolute angel. she let me cry and was incredibly patient with me. we brought our dog into the clinic today. it had taken us a little longer than it should have to let her go, just because we weren't ready for the pain of losing her, and they weren't judgmental at all. they took amazing care of her, and us, making sure that we were okay every step of the way, talking incredibly sweetly to our puppy, and were very patient. I wish I could give more stars, because this is the exact way that you should treat a family and a pet in such an awful time. I will definitely be bringing my younger dog here for her checkups.

Very rude front desk staff and tech. Our dog seemed very anxious for hours after pick up and he is usually very calm during and after vet visits. We brought our Aussie in to have his teeth cleaned and the woman at the front desk looked at him, scoffed and said "He's got creepy eyes" with a disgusted tone. Our dog has beautiful blue eyes and gets compliments everywhere we take him. The vet tech also had an attitude with us the whole time. We were told when we picked him up the staff would go over his instructions and tell us how it went. We were taken into a room with chunks of dog hair all over the floor and the same tech from the morning brought our dog out and said "here he is" and basically showed us the door. I had a great experience with the vet last time I brought our dog here for a check up but after this experience I would not bring him here again.

***Edit: I once left an amazing review for Quail point. After today I will be revoking that review. I have witnessed some amazing Vets and Techs but the receptionist KAYLA is an absolute tyrant. If you read through these reviews it's not a one time thing and I'm absolutely amazed that she still has a job here. A bad day is one thing but it seems to be a continuous issue that has not been addressed. The disrespect my husband was shown today was absolutely unacceptable. If it's acceptable to treat us this way, how are they treating our beloved pets? I am a paid in full costumer who at one point enjoyed my experience but will be moving on. I do not recommend this facility.I couldn't be happier with my experience here. We are new to the area and had an emergency. These guys got us in and taken care of as quickly as possible. Staff is friendly and listened to all of our concerns. Will definitely be keeping these guys as our regular vet.

Dr. Ford and her staff have cared for our pets for quite a few years. Excellent care, she knows and loves animals and it shows, always available for help, always has time to answer questions, the staff has always been excellent, they have been there through the difficult times of having to put a pet to sleep to the fun and joy of a new puppy. We totally trust them, and would not go anywhere else. Loyalty and trust are not easy to gain in this day and age but she certainly has ours.

Every time I call the office to schedule an appointment, I get immediately placed on hold. This would be fine if they’d pick the phone back up. I’ve waited around 10 minutes each time then call back and get put on hold again. When I finally got an appointment for my new puppy, I showed up 10 minutes early to make sure we were on time. The brunette front desk lady was rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience. I then waited 30 minutes before being put in a room and then another 30 minutes in the room before I just walked out. The front desk didn’t say anything to me and no one called.A few months back I brought my older dog in. Explained my concerns about anxiety and how she has been behaving. The vet disregarding my concerns and said her behavior was because I baby her. I explained that cannot be the reason because I do not baby her, I don’t tell her I’m leaving or hang around trying to ease her anxiety, she doesn’t sleep with us, etc. Still not helpful feedback provided from the vet and several medications alter.After several bad experiences, we will be moving on to someone else.

absolutely fantastic. our sweet olive (dog) just came home today from emergency surgery that she got done there two days ago. the entire staff can not be thanked enough for the incredible job they did with our girl. they were polite, friendly, and informative every time we called to check on her, they were patient as we said our goodbyes when we dropped her off, and they were excellent while caring for her, and answered all one million and one questions we had before we took her home. we were expecting it to cost double what it actually did, so thats a plus, too! but not enough good things can be said. they will be our lifelong vet clinic from here on out.

Someone I trust. We met Dr. Ford for the first time just over 10 years ago. She is one awesome veterinarian! She takes the time to really get to know your pet. She loves them as if they were her own animals. She has taken great care of our beloved dog Jackson over the last 10 years. We recently had to say goodbye to Jackson and she helped us understand how he was feeling and helped us navigate some very hard decisions. We knew it was time to say goodbye early on a Sunday morning. We called her office and the on call attendant came in on her day off to help us say goodbye. I am so grateful that we didn't have to wait till Monday. Jackson was in so much pain. Dr. Ford's office and service is built on honesty and kindness. She is someone that I trust very much and our lives are forever changed by the service she provided.

We took our dog here to have an infected back dew claw removed, and there was a miscommunication between the staff and surgeon and they took all of her dewclaws off. That was the most frustrating upsetting news I have received in a long time, being I will not put my dog through unnecessary pain. I went mom mode, and they ended up refunding the whole procedure. I will say I am very frustrated with this vet, however their vet tech Brooke has been incredible to work with. She understood how upsetting this was and she was so genuine, and very careful with our baby. She has been the only one to help with the medication and bandages after the whole fiasco happened. I will only take my baby to her if I have to go there again, she is the best vet tech they have and she knows how to handle bad situations and help the best she can. We are upset with the vet itself, but she is incredible and she can help with a lot.

1-star is not low enough. We had pre-arranged Quail Point to watch our dog while we were going on vacation, months in advance. We let them know that our dog would have puppies. They asked how old the puppies were going to be and we told them on 2 different occasions. The Friday before our vacation (we left that weekend), at 3pm (1 hour before they close) they called and said they can't dogsit because the puppies aren't old enough. Now, I understand that unvaccinated puppies shouldn't be around other dogs. But they NEVER told us this. We had called to confirm everything 2-3 times and they never once said this isn't allowed. They did say that they have larger kennels to accommodate the mom with 3 puppies. They did say they can't give them de-wormer as they are too young (proving they knew the age). I asked to speak to the manager and was assured that they would have her call me. That call never came. Waiting until the 11th hour to cancel is absolute garbage. Quail Point is completely MIS-MANAGED. Their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They said that it's widely known and standard that young puppies aren't allowed, but that contradicts their own staff as NO ONE told us until it was too late for us to make any other backup plans. I wouldn't trust them to look after a goldfish.

I’m so grateful I found this vet! We adopted a cat 3 weeks ago and noticed he had a bad odor. Took him to a different vet and they weren’t sure and said he was fine. After realizing the odor came from his ears I took him in today and they quickly found out he had a horrible ear infection and gave him an injection and drops. I’m so glad someone finally listened to me about him having an ear infection. Everyone was so sweet! This will now be our primary vet. ❤️

We had to take our little senior beagle today for an exam due to her back legs not working correctly. Not only did Kelly and Dr. Madsen explain things with honesty, they did a thorough exam, but helped me understand that she can be treated and let me ask all the questions I could think of. They genuinely cared and didn't mind my tears and anxiety. Ryan was just as welcoming. When I went to pay, he asked what the verdict was and let me tell him all and was so kind about it.What I really liked was they gave me options, great options. Told me what would happen worst case scenario and what we want to hope for. I was able to get her medication and nails clipped and examined for a fair rate. I recommend them for their honesty, communication, and helpfulness. They have your pets interests and health at heart.

I’ve only been to Quail Point a couple of times so far, but I’ve had great experiences both times. The vet and techs are so calm, kind, and patient. I can tell they truly care about the animals.

I don't have a need for a Vet unless I have my grand dog. When I've gone to Quail Point she gets queen treatment there. Fits us in for emergencies and the staff are all very friendly.

My senior cat had a Bad UTI. Chris Cuddled my cat who is Not friendly but to me. I was getting jealous. Chris took such Great Care of my Cat. Chris is Amazing. When u have a sick cat who is Elderly it is Amazing How Great Quail Vet is with the Care of My Babies. Thank You

Staff got me in on short notice. Dropped kitty off as I had to get to work. Vet tech was great about staying in touch with me to give status updates. Will absolutely use this vet again!
