Kim was wonderful and made the process of cremating my dog much easier. Her kindness, care, and warm hugs were truly comforting. Thank you, Kim, for everything. I highly recommend Pet Cremation Universal over any other service. I had four other dogs cremated elsewhere before discovering Pet Cremation Universal, and I only wish I had found them sooner. The people here are amazing. They spoke with so much sympathy and were incredibly accommodating, offering comfort during one of my hardest losses. They made sure my pet was well taken care of, and I received a beautifully crafted wooden box with a nameplate and paw print, all wrapped with great care.
