I lost my best friend of 15 years on Halloween just 2 months ago and I thought they were great then. Sadly we lost another friend of 14 years this Sunday early morning. Me and my wife to say the least we're very distraught. So we called Faithful when we're composed enough. The gentlemen that called "sorry don't remember your name" was SOOOO kind and helpful word can't explain. Not only did he meet us on a Sunday but was very caring and understanding. He was VERY professional. He stayed as long as we needed to say our goodbyes. He treated our friend with such a respect I can't give him enough praise. This all after I find out he too just days before had to let his own friend of 8 years cross the rainbow bridge. I can not give enough thanks to both Faithful Companions, and Especially to the gentlemen in the white ford.

We are waiting to get our lil girls ashes back home. Her name is Angel and hopefully we can get her soon. We had to put her to sleep because she had CHF. She is out of pain and it was so hard to let her go. It's been a week and we can't wait to have her back. She is so missed. 😔

Thank you so much for this wonderful service you provide. Our Belle was special and held a place in so many hearts for almost 14 years! My family was super impressed with the box and my son keeps it on his mantle.

Thank you for taking care of our last wish we had for our senior cat Calliope. She was with us for 16 years and is missed so much. I was looking forward to receive her ashes so that she could be back where she belongs. You sent a sympathy letter that was so sweet and gave me a lot of comfort. Than you so much!
