I cannot say enough about the incredible care and compassion shown by Angel Oaks Pet Crematory during my recent emergency visit. From the moment I walked through their doors, it was clear that their entire team is driven by a genuine love for animals. They didn’t just accommodate me quickly; they went above and beyond to make me feel supported during a stressful situation.The Dr and staff showed incredible gentleness and patience, making sure we were treated with the utmost kindness and comfort. They took the time to explain every step of the process and reassured me with their knowledge and empathy. I truly felt that we were being treated as if they were part of their own family.Their dedication to animal well-being shines through in every action. Thank you for turning a difficult experience into one filled with compassion and care. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a clinic where love for animals comes first.

I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate Angel Oaks. I initially scheduled at-home euthanasia and aftercare for my sweet kitty. It was an incredibly hard decision, and Cindy was so kind and helpful on the phone.Unfortunately, my kitty passed away around 2 a.m., 12 hours before the appointment. In a panic, we called Angel Oaks, and to my surprise, John answered. He was incredibly compassionate and immediately offered to pick him up so I wouldn’t have to wait until morning. Sure enough, he arrived at 2:45 a.m.They refunded me for the euthanasia, and my aftercare package was ready two days later. They even delivered everything to my house at a time that worked for me. Losing my boy was one of the hardest things I’ve faced, but their kindness meant everything. I’m forever grateful and highly recommend their services.

So, we lost our sweet Belle the other day. Broken-hearted, we started to look for cremation services. It amazes me what a lot of these companies are asking for this service. I might add that we are blue-collar and check to check, considering the economy. Angel Oaks offered the services for our Belle at a much better price than most. But what really sold me was when I was calling around. It seemed that a lot of the other places were not very courteous, like they had no compassion. Angel Oaks seemed to genuinely have a heart. They were very pleasant and easy to talk to, even under the circumstances. They offered the services, a plate with Belle's paw prints, and a beautifully finished box for her ashes, and at a reasonable and managable cost. (Unlike the other places)... It was very soothing. When the time comes for our other three, we will be contacting Angle Oaks again. They have earned our business from this point forward. Thank you, Angel Oaks. You have made this so much less painful than it could have been. I only wish we could have afforded to tip.

Tuesday morning, I watched my dog take his last breath. It was more difficult than expected. I contacted Angel Oaks, who helped me through the process. I was greeted by an employee who held the door open as I carried my friend for the last time. The customer service was outstanding. It was a very nice package at a reasonable price. I plan to use them again when my other old friend passes. I highly recommend them.

Angel Oaks is by far the best for care of your loved one once they cross over the rainbow bridge. I have dealt with a lot of pet cremation facilities all over Texas and none of them compare to our experience here. The care they took of our paw child, the facility set up mocks that of a top notch funeral facility for people. You can tell that they clearly LOVE animals. They are caring, compassionate and treat every animal like it was their own. If you love your animal this is where you should take them once they have crossed the rainbow bridge. Oh and The wooden boxes are gorgeous proving how much they care for animals. They truly do answer the phone 24/7 even in Holidays. Absolutely the best customer service and best car for your beloved furry child/friend.

We unexpectedly lost our sweet baby girl Rosie a couple weeks ago. It was the worst thing we ever had to wake up to. We’ve never cremated a dog before, but we knew we always wanted her with us, so we called Angel Oaks that morning and they walked us through the process and were so kind with everything. We dropped her off then came back the next day for our private viewing. They had her ready for us in such a nice way and really made us feel like we could take all the time we needed with her. We were able to watch from start to finish. Once the cremation was finished they packed her up in a perfect little box and gave us her nose and paw prints that we had asked for. Being such a dog lover, I can’t imagine working in pet cremation because losing a pet is so devastating, but I’m very thankful for these people at Angel Oaks and how much we were able to honor Rosie. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby girl while you had her in your facility.

When we lost our beloved Mason, they gently picked him up and treated him with the utmost respect and compassion. A special thanks to Brandon, who personally picked up and brought our boy back home – his compassion truly meant the world to us. Thank you to everyone at Angel Oaks for taking good care of my baby boy, Gizmo. We tragically lost Gizmo to an unexpected accident this week and I found Angel Oaks while searching for the closest pet crematory. They were very professional and answered all my questions with kindness. We dropped Gizmo off Tuesday morning and by Thursday evening I received notification that he was ready. They took their time with me and walked me through the process of caring for my pet and actually came and picked her up and brought her to the pet cemetery for the final process. Everyone we spoke to was very understanding and easy to talk with. Sat Feb 08, 2025, my bestfriend of almost 12 years Raloo January decided to leave me and cross that doggie rainbow. To say I was and still am heartbroken is an understatement. What I love about them was everything is up front. I truly recommend angel Oaks pet cemetery. They love and care about our pets and they treat them as a family member two months ago. I hired Angel Oaks to put down my English bulldog she was 10 years old and had terminal cancer they treated my dog as she was a human. The doctor was very gentle, and we were very, very pleased with their services. I highly recommend this company. They truly care about our furry babies.

We had our cat put to sleep at Angel Oaks this morning. The vets and staff who work there are very professional and also warm and caring. I was very sad and nervous but everyone we interacted with put us at ease. The comfort rooms are very calming and we were allowed to stay with our cat for awhile after the procedure.

I can’t speak highly enough about this establishment. My dog I have had for 15 years just passed a couple days ago, and I have never dealt with an animal cremation before. I was devastated, but a gentleman named John guided me through the process the evening my Daisy passed. He and the other employees made the entire process seamless and showed compassion and understanding, given our current circumstances. Angel Oaks has no idea how appreciative I am of their willingness to help and be patient with me that evening. Their prices are affordable and the keepsake box and clay print you get, if you keep your pets ashes, is just beautiful. They do have many keepsake options to choose from that ranges in prices.Thank you guys for everything. Out of devastation, you blessed me and my family with your help.

This was our first time doing at-home euthanasia. I did not know how to even ask properly or what to ask for because the thought of putting my sweet Kiwi to sleep was too painful. Jon made it easy for me and he guided me through it. Dr. Redden guided us through the process and when she met Kiwi she was very gentle and respectful to her. Dr. Redden made sure Kiwi was a priority and that made the process a lot easier. We miss our Kiwi Girl dearly, having her ashes and paw prints at home brings us comfort. My best friend passed away on Christmas Eve… I was distraught and really in disbelief. I wasn’t sure what to do. I’ve always buried my beloved pets but I couldn’t this time. I was certain no place would be open on this day and with the crazy rainy weather we had I was feeling even worse about the situation. I found Angel Oaks on Google and I desperately sought out options for my pet. I found that their chat and phone call communication was easy, quick to respond, and straight forward. Before I knew it was scheduling for my pet to be taken cared of and cremated.They offer pick up for your pets or to receive them by drop off too. The pick up will cost more. The general price also is based off how much your pet weighs.If you decide to drop off you can do a curbside and or in office. I opted for the drop off curbside.You have the option to receive your pet’s ashes in a wooden Urn or an upgrade one and a complimentary paw print. You can also add on more items to remember your pet if you so choose.Everything was handled smoothly and they offered compassion and sympathy for me and my family.After a few days I received my pet’s ashes and I am happy I have a way to remember him… Granted this gave me the chance one day when I am ready… to spread his ashes.They offer euthanasia options too. We had to make the hardest decision for our 13-year-old Schnoodle. Titan was a huge part of our life and daily routine. Angel Oaks Pet Crematory was so compassionate and understanding. On my first call, I was crying, and the guy who answered patiently waited for me to gain my composure and talk. A few days later, we set the appointment and made our pup's last days the best. When we arrived, we were taken to a nice, quiet room and could sit on the floor or the couch with our Titan. The staff was friendly and genuine; you could see how much they cared. Everything was explained to us as we prepared to say goodbye. Titan was surrounded by our voices, love, and our arms as he reached the rainbow bridge. It was heartbreaking but yet so peaceful. We miss him so much, and we are thankful for the service and staff that helped us.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My little Senegal parrot passed away late at night. Angel Oaks came up as open so we rushed her there. I was in hysterics, hugging her and having a hard time letting her go and leaving. They completely understood and helped to calm me down. The box they put her in is absolutely gorgeous, and they sent some of her feathers and her arm band. I am so grateful and I trust that they treated her with respect. These people are just incredible and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This place is amazing. The staff are professional, caring, and so respectful of what you are going thru as a loving pet owner on one of your worst days in life. We lost our lab in April of this year and her best friend, a pit rescue about four months later. They were close to the same age and best of friends. Angel Oaks is wonderful. My precious Meeko died suddenly on March 16, we called Angel Oaks and they were at my home within an hour to pick him up. They were so kind and sincere when they came.The urn we received is just beautiful and the paw print was unexpected and I love it so much.Thank you for the work you guys do. I had to put my beloved cat down recently and decided to schedule an in home euthanasia service. I was really nervous about the process and a total mess from my grief. The Angel Oaks group was very compassionate and kind. I felt that the service they provided me was very personal. They patiently listened to my plethora of questions and really seemed to want to help me. Even despite my crazy questions, they remained professional, thoughtful, and sincere. They were so wonderful especially John who was very responsive and took time to listen and address my concerns. He was very empathetic and even tried to call other services to get some of the answers to my questions. I really liked that it only took a couple days to get my cats remains instead of weeks like other places. They delivered them to me and Brandon who dropped them off was very nice and professional. I felt immense grief when I took my cats remains but my pain was eased by Brandon’s comforting smile and kind words. My cats remains were returned very tastefully in a nice box which I did not expect. I am actually going to return the urn I bought because I felt that my cat would rest well in the urn Angel oaks provided. I received a lot of hair in a jar and a very nicely done clay paw print that I keep at my desk and touch often. The ink paw prints and nose prints were done nicely too. Thank you all so much for this important work you do and being there during the darkest moments of loss. I am so grateful.

This facility is amazing. Our pup passed away on a Sunday afternoon due to chronic illness. We contacted Angel Oaks, and brought him over the same afternoon for cremation. The staff is empathetic, accommodating, helpful, and kind. The process was extremely easy. We could not have asked for a better experience at this sad time. Highly recommend!

I had to make the horribly difficult decision to let my baby Charlie go. I had put it off long as I could out of guilt and heartbreak. Thank you Angel Oaks for giving us comfort and allowing our little family to say goodbye in one of your rooms, even his brother and sissy were allowed to come inside the ac and be there when he took his last breath. We are heartbroken 💔 but your facility was wonderful and caring and we got our beautiful boys ashes in a very nice urn box w clay pawprint back very fast which was comforting to us. We tragically & very unexpectedly lost Charlie on New Year's Day (evening). Mike showed up that night, respectfully greeted us, gave honest condolences & he drove him off in a luxury chariot we did not anticipate. Charlie was hand delivered to us 2 days later with care and compassion. I found Angel Oaks on Google and I desperately sought out options for my pet. I found that their chat and phone call communication was easy, quick to respond, and straight forward. Before I knew it was scheduling for my pet to be taken cared of and cremated.They offer pick up for your pets or to receive them by drop off too. The pick up will cost more. The general price also is based off how much your pet weighs.If you decide to drop off you can do a curbside and or in office. I opted for the drop off curbside.You have the option to receive your pet’s ashes in a wooden Urn or an upgrade one and a complimentary paw print. You can also add on more items to remember your pet if you so choose.Everything was handled smoothly and they offered compassion and sympathy for me and my family.After a few days I received my pet’s ashes and I am happy I have a way to remember him… Granted this gave me the chance one day when I am ready… to spread his ashes.They offer euthanasia options too. Amazing place. They made such a huge difference for my husband. Petunia was such a sweet dog but she was also my husband’s mothers dog and she passed away so we inherited Petunia. Petunia was at a point where we needed to say goodbye and Angel Oaks truly made the process of saying goodbye very special for him.In addition to making a difference for my husband, it also made a huge difference for one of my colleagues. Last week was a very difficult one for myself and my family. We lost our family pet. She was such a good dog but we had some worry that her time with us was coming to an end. I honestly thought I had more time than we did. I'd done some research to plan ahead and found Angel Oaks. 2 weeks later my baby began having seizures and we found out she had a heart murmur. I struggled with the decision for weeks because I felt like once I made the call it would feel like I was giving up on her. Just by looking at her we could tell she was tired. I didn't want her to be in pain. My biggest fear was that she would go in pain and I wanted to protect her from that. I originally scheduled her for Saturday but overnight her health declined and I called Angel Oaks at 3am on Wednesday and Jon answered. He promised a call back first thing at 8am once he could find me an available doctor for the last minute service. And he called me at 8:03am. I was put in contact with Dr. Reed. She came to our home and although my heart broke when my baby walked toward her in acceptance I knew that she was tired and she was ready. Dr. Reed, a million thank yous for your love and compassion as you helped Pany finally rest. Jon, thank you for answering my plea in the middle of the night and keeping your promise by calling me back. Chelsea, thank you for being so helpful and showing endless compassion as I struggled to voice for the first time that I needed to let go of my bestfriend. And Brandon thank you for bringing her home to me. I am eternally grateful to each and every one of you for helping my baby cross the rainbow bridge and allowing me a space where I can feel safe and supported in my decision. You all do amazing work and I hope you realize that you have helped lift so much sorrow from my heart.

I wish there were accurate words to describe how wonderful this organization is. I highly recommend them. I was so full of pain and sorrow trying to locate a service for my dog. In my first phone call I had no idea what to ask, luckily John helped me by explaining everything. Which was so helpful. I wasn't sure what to ask when I called. Its been 6 months since I had to say good to best friend. I don't necessary like to talk ill about any business. Especially the services business. I understand the demands and standards they have to meet for the customers. Its not easy at all. The experience I had with Angel Oaks really left an impression I don't think any customer should be treated this way. My dog had died in the middle of the night. When my pets have moved on, I taken them to Texas Meadows for a private cremation. They were booked that summer and the next slot would've been a month later. I talked to someone that does pet hospice and they recommended Angel Oaks because of their 24 hr service. I called and talked to a I believe the owner name John. It was 6 am, they could do a service. I asked if I can witness the cremation, he made this comment 'You could but it much to look at"Ive done this 3 times, I watched all my companions. I didn't know would make that comment. Maybe its just a policy some experince he's had with previous customers, but I just brushed it off and made an appointment at 9:30.I cleaned my dog's body and was preparing him for his final journey and my tire blew out. My spare was also flat so I called back to Angel Oaks and said I wouldn't be able to make it 9:30.He seemed agitated, I apologized I didn't wanted to inconvenience anyone. He asked can I come at 11:30and I agreed.I made it to the facility. Ive brought over a wagon to help move my dog. John had came out with 2 of his staff with a cart. They way they loaded him on the cart, they treated like a bag of meat. Immediately, I told them I will carry him I didn't need their assistants. I couldn't believe was I was seeing. But I was already here and I thought I just need to commit to my time. At pet meadows they take you to a private room have your moment with you companion. Here, they took my dog to a separate room and brought right away to the office to billing. When I was greeted there's no "My condolences" any sign of empathy. They immediately asked me how Was going to pay. Maybe its just a policy for the them. Maybe just a poor experience with previous customers. But regardless it was just a very cold interaction. They charged me $550. At pet meadows I never paid anymore than $340 for a private viewing. The charge for pretty much everything. The clippings, the prints, the engraving...I go private room, John is there and he just said "I let you have your moment with your dog and I come grab him later"At this point, Im not feeling very positive with this place. This was my best friend for 18 years. This dog had been with me all over the country. From the fire academy to paramedic school. This dog was my rock in my darkest times and for me to send him off in these conditions. I could never forgive myself. I look at my dog's eyes, I decided Im just gonna leave.I pick him up and take him back to my car. John was behind me "You don't want to go thru the cremation?"I said I didn't need his services. He just smirk and just said "Alright"Im just needed to leave. Just to be courteous I said I didn't go thru the cremation. But Im okay with pay bring him to the bring room."Theres a cleaning fee" I found that hard to believe. My had epistaxis and melena still. I don't know what cleaning they did to his body.I asked could I get a refund for paying for the cremation.John just looked at me "There aint gonna be no refund. I have the machine for 4 hours for you." At that point there was no more reasoning I just left.I had to call the bank, file for claim for a service I didn't receive. I took to my dog to Texas meadows. I couldn't pay right away because I gave my all my money to Angel Oaks. They was flexible and allowed to pay once the cremation was completed.This was just my personal experience and there's a lot satisfied customers that have used Angel Oak's services. I just didn't get that treatment. I don't know why John was like that. I take him for a pet owner himself. He was cremate anyones companion with the respect and dignity he would for his own.

I scheduled my fur baby, Spottie, to be euthanized today, but instead, she passed away in my arms within 20 minutes. We regret not doing this sooner. This was the first time we ever had to plan to euthanize and cremate our fur baby. When I called, Jon answered the phone, and despite my panic, we’re so thankful he allowed us to bring her in right away. Everything went smoothly, and he gave us as much time as we needed with Spottie, which we cannot thank enough.The private cremation with in-person viewing took an hour, and they assured us it would only be her cremation that’ll be returned back to us. We got to bring her back home the same day. She's been my childhood dog since I was 7 years old, and we’ve been together for 15 years. We’ll miss her so much.All questions we had were answered throughout, and we’re glad we chose Angel Oaks Pet Crematory. Thank you so much!

We had to make the hardest decision for our 13-year-old Schnoodle. Titan was a huge part of our life and daily routine. Angel Oaks Pet Crematory was so compassionate and understanding. On my first call, I was crying, and the guy who answered patiently waited for me to gain my composure and talk. A few days later, we set the appointment and made our pup's last days the best. When we arrived, we were taken to a nice, quiet room and could sit on the floor or the couch with our Titan. The staff was friendly and genuine; you could see how much they cared. Everything was explained to us as we prepared to say goodbye. Titan was surrounded by our voices, love, and our arms as he reached the rainbow bridge. It was heartbreaking but yet so peaceful. We miss him so much, and we are thankful for the service and staff that helped us.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My little Senegal parrot passed away late at night. Angel Oaks came up as open so we rushed her there. I was in hysterics, hugging her and having a hard time letting her go and leaving. They completely understood and helped to calm me down. The box they put her in is absolutely gorgeous, and they sent some of her feathers and her arm band. I am so grateful and I trust that they treated her with respect. We lost our lab in April of this year and her best friend, a pit rescue about four months later. They were close to the same age and best of friends. I had to put my beloved cat down recently and decided to schedule an in home euthanasia service. I was really nervous about the process and a total mess from my grief. The Angel Oaks group was very compassionate and kind. I felt that the service they provided me was very personal. They patiently listened to my plethora of questions and really seemed to want to help me. Even despite my crazy questions, they remained professional, thoughtful, and sincere. They were so wonderful especially John who was very responsive and took time to listen and address my concerns. He was very empathetic and even tried to call other services to get some of the answers to my questions. I really liked that it only took a couple days to get my cats remains instead of weeks like other places. They delivered them to me and Brandon who dropped them off was very nice and professional. I felt immense grief when I took my cats remains but my pain was eased by Brandon’s comforting smile and kind words. My cats remains were returned very tastefully in a nice box which I did not expect. I am actually going to return the urn I bought because I felt that my cat would rest well in the urn Angel oaks provided. I received a lot of hair in a jar and a very nicely done clay paw print that I keep at my desk and touch often. The ink paw prints and nose prints were done nicely too. Thank you all so much for this important work you do and being there during the darkest moments of loss. I am so grateful.

This facility is amazing. Our pup passed away on a Sunday afternoon due to chronic illness. We contacted Angel Oaks, and brought him over the same afternoon for cremation. I had to make the horribly difficult decision to let my baby Charlie go. I had put it off long as I could out of guilt and heartbreak. Last Friday we made the hardest decision in our lives. Our 14 year old baby was at his time. He had very aggressive cancer and in a week it had spread completely and he was in pain. He was the heart and soul of our home. I called and called all day Friday to find someone to help. Angel Oaks was there for us. We made an appointment and took him in on Saturday. The comfort room was beautiful and peaceful. The vet was compassionate, understanding and just a beautiful human. She made this time on us and him incredibly peaceful. We were given all the time we wanted. She walked us through the process completely and when it was time she handled it with love and compassion. Our baby came back to us on Monday. The urn is beautiful and fitting for our baby. The foot print is our most prized possession. It's so beautiful and even has some of his hair on it. Angel oaks was exceptional at meeting our needs last minute. Our dog of 15 years woke up one morning with several clusters of seizures that continued on and off for hours and we knew the day was here and we needed someone to help us immediately bc he was suffering. I was desperate and found angel oaks and called, they immediately tried to find a way to help us out. They had one of their veterinarians that happened to be on our side of town call me. She was exceptional, no questions asked she was at our home within 30 mins. She walked us through the process and was so compassionate and sweet to our boy the last minutes of his life. We got to bring her back home the same day. She's been my childhood dog since I was 7 years old, and we’ve been together for 15 years. I’ve always wondered what I would do if one of my dogs dies “after hours”. I’ve had many dogs over the years and most have just died in their sleep and the Vet usually takes care of the rest.This weekend I experienced something we’ve been preparing for a while. The time came to say good bye to our 13 year old girl, Marilyn “Mimi”. She started deteriorating yesterday and this morning we knew it was time.A quick Google search came up with Angel Oaks. The gentleman who answered the phone, John, quickly provided me with the available times he had. He quickly sent a text message with the form I needed to fill out.My husbands’s feedback from the interaction he had at the facility was positive as well. They caught my mistake on not requesting her ashes back and we were able to fix that.Thank you for thinking beyond the normal needs of pet owners and providing a way “outside of business hours” for pet owners to euthanize or cremate our beloved pets.

They are incredibly thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process. We received the grim diagnosis with a timer for my girl a year ago. I did some research and found Angel Oaks, for a year they worked with me to get a special urn ordered, paperwork filled out, and payment plan in place. So when I came in today my only focus had to be on my Ginger. They made her and us comfortable, they walked us through the process, they made sure she was resting easily before going through the process. Last Friday we made the hardest decision in our lives. Our 14 year old baby was at his time. He had very aggressive cancer and in a week it had spread completely and he was in pain. He was the heart and soul of our home. I called and called all day Friday to find someone to help. Angel Oaks was there for us. We made an appointment and took him in on Saturday. The comfort room was beautiful and peaceful. The vet was compassionate, understanding and just a beautiful human. She made this time on us and him incredibly peaceful. We were given all the time we wanted. She walked us through the process completely and when it was time she handled it with love and compassion. Our baby came back to us on Monday. The urn is beautiful and fitting for our baby. The foot print is our most prized possession. It's so beautiful and even has some of his hair on it. Angel oaks was exceptional at meeting our needs last minute. Our dog of 15 years woke up one morning with several clusters of seizures that continued on and off for hours and we knew the day was here and we needed someone to help us immediately bc he was suffering. I was desperate and found angel oaks and called, they immediately tried to find a way to help us out. They had one of their veterinarians that happened to be on our side of town call me. She was exceptional, no questions asked she was at our home within 30 mins. She walked us through the process and was so compassionate and sweet to our boy the last minutes of his life. Our Boochie (Chihuahua Mix) died on June 22, 2024.He was 17 years old. He was my baby. He was family. My daughter called him “Stinky Bunz” and my son called him “PUP”. We had to put our big baby down it was so heartbreaking he was ten years old and had bone cancer. Angel Oaks was so helpful and caring through the whole process. Our dog was 120lbs so we had them come to our house and help put him to sleep. They were very caring with him and gave us time to be with him and help us process everything. It is something that is never easy but I 100% recommend them. The after care was just a special the urn wood box they gave us to the name plate and the paw prints were perfect and beautiful. The little things really make a difference. They also sent a follow up card with a plantable heart that says it will bloom with are going to plant it soon to help remember our baby. They made everything an easy process as well and dropped off the urn and brought our baby home. I would recommend Angel Oaks a million times over if you’re ever faced with the impossible decision of losing your pet. We used their services for in home euthanasia for our dog of 12 years. The whole staff we encountered were kind, compassionate and sincere. The vet who performed the euthanasia was so kind and patient. She took her time to explain everything to us and gave us all the time we needed. She never rushed us. She made our painful decision a little less painful with her professional demeanor. They also hand delivered his ashes in less than 48 hours which really helped our family with closure. Losing a pet is never easy but the staff at Angel Oaks made it a little less painful.

The vet and staff were so friendly and kind and supportive. It was the hardest thing I’ve had to do in a long time and they made it as easy as they could. We got to say goodbye to our beloved doggy of 16 year, Oscar, in a lovely and life honoring way. The staff gave us plenty of time with him, explaining every step and we are grateful he went out so peacefully and not in pain. I imagine him out there somewhere running around in a field sniffing everything and enjoying unlimited treats and all his favorite people foods. God bless you guys for this service to us. My scooby was suffering from multiple seizures and I knew it was time. I found this company with very little time to think. They offered in home euthanization services and pick up for cremation. Dr that came was very patient with us and thoroughly explained everything. Whole service lasted about 30-45 minutes. I got my ashes and paw next day as they hand delivered it to me. I could not express how easy this was to perform especially in a time of distress. This was the best thing a pet owner can experience . Thank you so much for what you do.

I had reached out to Jon to find out more information on scheduling at-home euthanasia. Within a couple days of our conversation, we realized Sage's body wasn't strong enough to fight her cancer any longer. I had to make a quicker decision...We headed towards the emergency vet in Spring. On the way, I emailed Jon back to let him know to disregard our conversation due to the urgency of letting her go. He called immediately to provide the option to bring to their facility located right around the corner - they were able to accommodate us without any issue.It was a much more calm experience for my Sage who was terrified of the vet. She walked right in with us, no fear in sight. They put us in a very nice, private room where we were able to spend as long as we needed prior to letting her go. They provided a soft bed, blanket, water, etc. so that she would be comfortable during her last minutes with us. It was more peaceful than we had hoped. Everyone was so kind and compassionate during the heartbreaking process. I honestly cannot imagine using anyone else.Thank you for offering such a wonderful service during such a difficult time. Where do I even start. After loosing one of our fur babies on May 18th, we were devastated. Finding a place that would accommodate that same day, whose affordable and near was difficult. My first experience with Angel Oaks has been completely satisfactory.I really can’t say enough good things. I called at 6 AM on a Saturday and left a voicemail, and someone called back in an hour even though the office wasn’t open yet! I loved their thoroughness and professionalism right from answering my calls to making the appointment. Jon was very patient and came across as a kind compassionate person. They’re open on weekends which is a huge plus as most places that I googled weren’t.I got my fur baby back within 3 days. They have small furnaces, so if you’re doubtful that even for a private cremation, your pet’s ashes will be compromised with those of another, you can trust Angel Oaks when they say they cremate one pet at a time. I had left a small guardian Angel coin with my pet so he wouldn’t be ‘alone’ until he was cremated, and I was amazed and touched to see that the staff returned it with the remains. Definitely shows their attention to the smallest details.I can truly say that Angel Oaks helped me to find closure.

We had to put our big baby down it was so heartbreaking he was ten years old and had bone cancer. Angel Oaks was so helpful and caring through the whole process. Our dog was 120lbs so we had them come to our house and help put him to sleep. They were very caring with him and gave us time to be with him and help us process everything. It is something that is never easy but I 100% recommend them. The after care was just a special the urn wood box they gave us to the name plate and the paw prints were perfect and beautiful. The little things really make a difference. They also sent a follow up card with a plantable heart that says it will bloom with are going to plant it soon to help remember our baby. They made everything an easy process as well and dropped off the urn and brought our baby home. Thank you guys again and we cannot thank you enough for being so kind, professional and compassionate through everything.

When my cat, Maxwell, passed away, it was an incredibly difficult time, but I knew that I wanted to keep his ashes. A friend of mine referred me to Angel Oaks, and using their services was the best decision I could have made for my beloved cat. We are grateful and thankful for Angel Oaks. On a Sunday morning our beloved kitty passed after being struck by a truck. Our family was grieving and Angel oaks was open to help us prepare him for burial. They handled the process with respect, care and compassion. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend Angel Oaks a million times over if you’re ever faced with the impossible decision of losing your pet. We used their services for in home euthanasia for our dog of 12 years. The whole staff we encountered were kind, compassionate and sincere. The vet who performed the euthanasia was so kind and patient. She took her time to explain everything to us and gave us all the time we needed. She never rushed us. She made our painful decision a little less painful with her professional demeanor. They also hand delivered his ashes in less than 48 hours which really helped our family with closure. Losing a pet is never easy but the staff at Angel Oaks made it a little less painful.

The vet and staff were so friendly and kind and supportive. It was the hardest thing I’ve had to do in a long time and they made it as easy as they could. We got to say goodbye to our beloved doggy of 16 year, Oscar, in a lovely and life honoring way. The staff gave us plenty of time with him, explaining every step and we are grateful he went out so peacefully and not in pain. I imagine him out there somewhere running around in a field sniffing everything and enjoying unlimited treats and all his favorite people foods. God bless you guys for this service to us. My twin sisters Doberman passed away suddenly on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. He was about 90lbs and my sister was extremely distraught and upset. I searched for an emergency pickup from home and cremation services for the greater Houston area. I called 4 different places and left voicemails. No one returned my voicemails that day,or even today the day after my voicemails were left.One of my friends told me about Angel Oaks Pet Crematory and they had come to pickup her dog when he passed away at home. She highly recommended them. I called left a voicemail and within 15 minutes John returned my call and was on his way to my sisters house in New Caney. They were able to pickup her Doberman within an hour and half of returning my call.John was very caring and kind on the phone and I was told they were very professional, kind and very caring to her and picked up her boy and took him away in a very dignified manor.The next day her Dobermans remains were ready to be picked up. The urn is very beautiful and the paw print impression is perfectly done. By far the most caring staff and best customer service. I high recommend Angel Oaks Pet Crematory worth every single penny.

My sweet boy had cancer and quickly went downhill. During the night he started to have difficulties.I called Angel Oaks and explained that I needed to do the kind thing and give him peace. I also wanted him to be cremated the same day so I could bring him back home. Without hesitation and on extreme short notice Angel Oaks made all the arrangements needed and made sure they got me and my boy in quickly. Everything was done with such care and understanding, they explained the whole process and made sure we were ok during and after everything was over. Friday my wife and I had to make the gut wrenching decision to put our 12 golden(Willie Nelson)down. He has literally been the best dog imaginable so I knew he deserved something special. From the moment I looked that this website I knew this was the place. I spoke with Jon on Thursday and he set everything up for the next morning at my request.I will spare you the details of Friday morning at my house just alot of crying and petting and pleanty of good treats.As soon as we pull up to Angel oaks it is so clean and very professional. We walk in and are immediately greeted at the door and shown to our private room that was very comfortable softly lit and smelled wonderful. It was aslo very quite which made our Willie a lot less neverous than a trip to the vet. There was couches and chairs for us and a beautiful huge bed for Willie. The dr that preformed the procedure couldn't have been my friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, but a constant professional. The procedure was completely pain free not even a a moment of uncomfortableness for him. He feel asleep in his mamas arms eating treats... wouldn't be nice if we could all go like that.Anyways I feel like I'm indebted to the whole team at angel oaks and appreciate them so much for the care and compassion they showed my family and I. My scooby was suffering from multiple seizures and I knew it was time. I found this company with very little time to think. They offered in home euthanization services and pick up for cremation. Dr that came was very patient with us and thoroughly explained everything. Whole service lasted about 30-45 minutes. I got my ashes and paw next day as they hand delivered it to me. I could not express how easy this was to perform especially in a time of distress. This was the best thing a pet owner can experience . Thank you so much for what you do.

I had reached out to Jon to find out more information on scheduling at-home euthanasia. Within a couple days of our conversation, we realized Sage's body wasn't strong enough to fight her cancer any longer. I had to make a quicker decision...We headed towards the emergency vet in Spring. On the way, I emailed Jon back to let him know to disregard our conversation due to the urgency of letting her go. He called immediately to provide the option to bring to their facility located right around the corner - they were able to accommodate us without any issue.It was a much more calm experience for my Sage who was terrified of the vet. She walked right in with us, no fear in sight. They put us in a very nice, private room where we were able to spend as long as we needed prior to letting her go. They provided a soft bed, blanket, water, etc. so that she would be comfortable during her last minutes with us. It was more peaceful than we had hoped. Everyone was so kind and compassionate during the heartbreaking process. I honestly cannot imagine using anyone else.Thank you for offering such a wonderful service during such a difficult time. Where do I even start. After loosing one of our fur babies on May 18th, we were devastated. Finding a place that would accommodate that same day, whose affordable and near was difficult. Angel Oaks however, fit our needs perfectly. We were able to schedule a private cremation with a complimentary box engraved with a paw print exceeded our expectations by far. My first experience with Angel Oaks has been completely satisfactory.I really can’t say enough good things. I called at 6 AM on a Saturday and left a voicemail, and someone called back in an hour even though the office wasn’t open yet! I loved their thoroughness and professionalism right from answering my calls to making the appointment. Jon was very patient and came across as a kind compassionate person. They’re open on weekends which is a huge plus as most places that I googled weren’t.I got my fur baby back within 3 days. They have small furnaces, so if you’re doubtful that even for a private cremation, your pet’s ashes will be compromised with those of another, you can trust Angel Oaks when they say they cremate one pet at a time. I had left a small guardian Angel coin with my pet so he wouldn’t be ‘alone’ until he was cremated, and I was amazed and touched to see that the staff returned it with the remains. Definitely shows their attention to the smallest details.I can truly say that Angel Oaks helped me to find closure.

We had to make the hardest decision in our lives, in a matter of minutes, so that our suffering 18+ year-old fur baby could have peace. He was a God-send who came into our lives when he was young, immediately became the center of our hearts and home and blessed us with 14 years of his love.Our vet was considerate and compassionate during this unexpected emergency. However, under the circumstances we weren’t fully coherent when our vet’s office explained that Angel Oaks would cremate and return his ashes to us. Frankly, we were expecting a cardboard box and ordered a special urn for him. Much to our surprise, the urn we received from Angel Oaks is lovely. I contacted Angel Oaks to see if they were able to recreate my beloved dog, Mojitos’ aka Mr. Mo paw prints as the one I had was from 2013 and disintegrating. Jon informed me at that time the vet office did the paw prints and Angel Oaks only did his cremation. He said if I could bring them in then he would see if it was possible to recreate a new cast of his paw prints before they completely disintegrated. When I went to pick up the new cast they were able to make, they did such an incredibly beautiful job that it brought me to tears knowing I would still have my little fur baby’s paw prints. Everyone at Angel Oaks I interacted with is so kind, caring, and compassionate. I highly recommend this company and even though it will be devastating when my next fur baby crosses the rainbow bridge there is no one else I would choose to help me with the process.

I would recommend this facility to anyone that has lost a fur baby and would want a cremation. I gained Chico a little Chihuahua after my step dad passed away 11 years ago and he became a part of my household -he was 16 yrs and was family. After he passed last week I could think of him being buried and so we decided to get him cremated. I called several places and this places seem reasonable and everyone was really nice. They offer pick up service also, so we had him picked up and the gentleman that came to our home was really nice and expressed his condolences. Angel Oaks cared for our precious little girl, Gracie, at the end of her life. Dr. Reed from Heartstrings Pet Care helped our Gracie over the rainbow and she took Gracie to Angel Oaks for private cremation. Angel Oaks has a variety of boxes and urns to choose from. Most everything can be personalized. We choose one of the wooden boxes with 3 lines of personalization. Gracie's box is so beautiful and well crafted. Personalization was exactly as specified. Very easy website to navigate and choose exactly what you want. Her box was lovingly made, placed in a beautiful box with a heartfelt card to us. Her box was delivered the very next day in a nice bag and her remains protected. The young man, Brandon, delivered Gracie personally to our home in less than 24 hours. We unexpectedly lost our Fendi on Monday April 1st and were distraught. The first number I came across was Angel Oaks and I’m glad I did. The process was very easy and straightforward. We were told we would be reunited with our Fendi within 3-4 days but to my surprise she was ready much quicker. Her Urn and paw print are so wonderfully made. Highly recommend Angel Oaks for your fur baby's crossing of the rainbow bridge. We frantically called late afternoon on a holiday weekend, and they handled the call with poise, professionalism, and compassion. We unfortunately lost our fur baby around 1230am on Thanksgiving. I found Angel Oaks Pet Crematory online, and called the number to see if they would be open on Thanksgiving. Jon answered the phone that late at night, even though he was at home and was asleep, and confirmed he would be open, and even though it was late, was very nice and compassionate. When we arrived, again Jon was very nice, professional, and compassionate and said we could take as long as we needed to say goodbye to our fur baby. They made it so easy for us and the level of compassion and respect was incredible. My vet's office also had a service however, I would have had to drop off my baby boy and wait 7-10 business days. At Angel Oaks, I dropped him off - we were given a room where we said our goodbyes and he was back home the next morning. We had to make the hardest decision in our lives, in a matter of minutes, so that our suffering 18+ year-old fur baby could have peace. He was a God-send who came into our lives when he was young, immediately became the center of our hearts and home and blessed us with 14 years of his love.Our vet was considerate and compassionate during this unexpected emergency. However, under the circumstances we weren’t fully coherent when our vet’s office explained that Angel Oaks would cremate and return his ashes to us. Frankly, we were expecting a cardboard box and ordered a special urn for him. Much to our surprise, the urn we received from Angel Oaks is lovely. I contacted Angel Oaks to see if they were able to recreate my beloved dog, Mojitos’ aka Mr. Mo paw prints as the one I had was from 2013 and disintegrating. Jon informed me at that time the vet office did the paw prints and Angel Oaks only did his cremation. He said if I could bring them in then he would see if it was possible to recreate a new cast of his paw prints before they completely disintegrated. When I went to pick up the new cast they were able to make, they did such an incredibly beautiful job that it brought me to tears knowing I would still have my little fur baby’s paw prints. Everyone at Angel Oaks I interacted with is so kind, caring, and compassionate. I highly recommend this company and even though it will be devastating when my next fur baby crosses the rainbow bridge there is no one else I would choose to help me with the process.

This morning my Frenchie was put to sleep. The doctor was very kind and caring. She petted Raylan and made sure he was comfortable and in no pain. I was heart broken when my beloved Old English Bulldog, Emma Buttercup, died. A friend and my daughter who was in Italy at the time recommended Angel Oaks Pet Crematory as a good place to have Buttercup cremated. From the first phone call through picking up my baby's paw print, fur in a small heart shaped bottle, and her ashes that were placed in a beautifully carved box, the employees and the owner were compassionate and understanding and just lovely people. I got to say goodbye to her before I left. I also purchased a small heart shaped pendant and necklace that holds some of Buttercup's ashes. I've also recommended Angel Oaks on the Quora website. My experience with Angel Oaks was comforting when I lost my Buttercup. I highly recommend this company.

I paid for a Private Cremation for my dog. The Vet who came to my home to Euthanize my pet told me Private Cremations are done the same day regardless of the time my pet was picked up. I got my pet back today and the Certificate showed my pet was cremated 3 days after being Euthanized. I DO NOT believe my Pet received a Private Cremation even though that is what I wanted and paid for. When I called about this all I kept getting from Jon is how short staffed they are and how many animals they have to be Euthanized. After you pay your money and they have your Pet Jon's attitude sure changes. I firmly believe my Sweet Baby Girl DID NOT get a Private Cremation

My french bulldog, who I owned for nearly 14 years, recently had to be put to sleep. I had heard good things about Angel Oaks from people in this area, and was easily able to make an appointment to drop off her body.When I got there, I was warmly welcomed and she was carried in for me. Unfortunately I was too distraught at the time to remember the names of the two employees present, but they were very kind and reassured me that they would take good care of her. I appreciated so much that they did not try to upsell me on anything--I fully expected something like that to happen, but not at all.My husband picked up her ashes and paw print the following week, and both were so beautifully packaged. The box her ashes are in is engraved with flowers and has her name in gold. I was so surprised at how gorgeous it is for the price. Her paw print mold was also very well done and is precious to me.It's obvious they're very compassionate people and take so much pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pet loss.

It's been two weeks tomorrow since we had to euthanize our sweet Sami, our 14 yr old rat terrier. She was declining fast from liver issues. Our mobile vet recommended Angel Oaks for the pick up and cremation services and I'm so glad they did. Angel Oaks did such a wonderful job, and they were so compassionate and patient and kind. Jon and Dr. Reddi were very compassionate and understanding of my grief and how difficult it is to let go. I would highly recommend this company. I was however, disappointed with a couple of things. They supposedly had an equipment breakdown and had to order a part, so I wasn't able to stay and view what was going to be several hours wait. Maybe they were just trying to save me from total breakdown. Second, they gave me a ceramic/sandstone coaster with a paw print. I'm pretty sure it's not his paw print, but I accept it's the symbolism that counts. Jon was kind enough to deliver his ashes to my house that evening. Looking back 4 months later, all in all, I would still highly recommend them, as they helped me deal with the most difficult decision of my life. Helper was a 13&1/2 year old service dog, pit-lab mix. May God Bless Angel Oaks.

It was a Sunday, late afternoon & an Artic cold front was moving in the day our Izzy made her trip to Heaven. Our sweet Tobey "Slapchop" cat of over 15 years passed away in his sleep and we were obviously distraught, but Angel Oaks helped us through such a difficult time. Angel oaks pet crematory was amazing. They were kind, sympathetic, calm, compassionate and very considerate. Unfortunately, over the years, I've had to cremate other fur babies. I've always had to wait a minimum of 10-14 days before receiving the ashes back. Not so with Angel Oaks. I got my ashes back in 1 day, delivered to my home. Exceptional service and employees. The best choice you can make for your pet if it is suffering from terminal illness or if it has passed and you wish to retain the ashes in the family. You feel as if you are visiting a friends house and not a store or doctors office like at the large pet store chains. I paid for a Private Cremation for my dog. The Vet who came to my home to Euthanize my pet told me Private Cremations are done the same day regardless of the time my pet was picked up. I got my pet back today and the Certificate showed my pet was cremated 3 days after being Euthanized. I DO NOT believe my Pet received a Private Cremation even though that is what I wanted and paid for. When I called about this all I kept getting from Jon is how short staffed they are and how many animals they have to be Euthanized. After you pay your money and they have your Pet Jon's attitude sure changes. I firmly believe my Sweet Baby Girl DID NOT get a Private Cremation

My french bulldog, who I owned for nearly 14 years, recently had to be put to sleep. I had heard good things about Angel Oaks from people in this area, and was easily able to make an appointment to drop off her body.When I got there, I was warmly welcomed and she was carried in for me. Unfortunately I was too distraught at the time to remember the names of the two employees present, but they were very kind and reassured me that they would take good care of her. I appreciated so much that they did not try to upsell me on anything--I fully expected something like that to happen, but not at all.My husband picked up her ashes and paw print the following week, and both were so beautifully packaged. The box her ashes are in is engraved with flowers and has her name in gold. I was so surprised at how gorgeous it is for the price. Her paw print mold was also very well done and is precious to me.It's obvious they're very compassionate people and take so much pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pet loss.

It's been two weeks tomorrow since we had to euthanize our sweet Sami, our 14 yr old rat terrier. She was declining fast from liver issues. Our mobile vet recommended Angel Oaks for the pick up and cremation services and I'm so glad they did. Angel Oaks did such a wonderful job, and they were so compassionate and patient and kind. When I received Sami's ashes and her little clay paw print, I was overwhelmed with emotions. Her paw print was perfect, and the urn was beautiful with little flowers on the top. I can not recommend this company enough. Our baby had kidney Issues and started to decline quickly over the weekend of 8/26. We decided she needed to be put down on 8/27 Sunday ASAP. I had already spoken during the week to Jon to ask about the services and to inform him that we were going to put our baby down the following week and i wanted to bring her body to the facility to be cremated after being put to sleep at our regular vet.Things took a sudden turn for the worse that night around 8 pm. I deceided to call Jon to see if there was availabliity to put her down the following moring Sunday at 8 am. I was told there was availability and i needed to simply go to the website to reserve the slot and finanlize my package. At approx 8:45pm i completed the easy scheduling process and paid for the euthenasia and cremation.Within 5 minutes our baby started to have seizure and i called Jon back to see if they had a vet on-duty that could help he politely explained they didnt have a vet but the ER would be the best option being so late and a saturday. We took our baby to the vet and attmepted to stop the seizure without success and ended up putting her to sleep.We left the ER with our baby around 10pm and immediately texted Jon that we were on our way and was about 40 mins away. We arrirved around 10:45pm and a very nice lady greeted us at the door and gave us time to be with our baby for as long as we needed. My wife stayed with our baby and i went to the office to talk to the young lady and before i could sit down she told me my account was already credited (without me asking) the amount for the euthensia (that had already been done).On Monday 8/28 at 11:45pm (approx 48 hours later) while we slept Angel Oaks send a email informing us " your baby is ready to be taken home" and that we could schedule the pickup. I opened my email the next moring around 6am and scheduled the pickup for 10am. Again, another personalized email conifirmation directly referencing our baby by name really made a big difference and made us feel that our baby was respected and handled with care.We finally arrived at the facility this monring about 9:50 and again was greeted at the door (them opening the door to welcome us) this time by the owners son Ryan. He gave his condolences and explained how to handle the remains if we needed to make any future changes and went over the contents of the package that was exquisitely put together.I can't say enough about the service we received from Angel Oaks 10 GOLD STAR SERVICE.

Ryan was amazing. He offered excellent, professional and empathetic service. To anyone searching for a pet crematorium to assist you with compassion and respect during an extremely sensitive time, Angel Oaks is my recommendation. We were heartbroken to lose our family companion this past weekend. She was with us for so long. We watched her grow from a feisty little bunny to a clever, sweet, and loving rabbit. We searched online for a place to help us say goodbye in a dignified manner - a manner our Charlie deserved for the joy she brought us. Angel Oaks was the place. Angel Oaks was amazing when we lost our sweet kitty Roxy later one evening after hours. We called them and they came and picked her up within an hour, which gave us time to hold her and say goodbye. They were so great and made the whole process as painless as possible for us. They got our sweet angel baby back to us the very next day in a beautiful urn and even gave us one of her paw prints in clay as a keepsake. My precious dog was diagnosed with prostrate cancer. I made an appointment with oncologist but appointment was 2 weeks away. He declined so quickly and Sunday he was in so much pain. I wanted him to pass at home so I called Angel Oaks looking for a vet to make a house call. A man answered and I believe his name was John. I explained the situation and his reply was "the only nurse that can do it just got off a 12 hour shift and if she does agree to come it’s going to cost you A LOT". I told him money wasn’t an issue we just need help if at all possible. He then said “just take him to a vet ER and that will only cost $500”. I told him I’m NOT concerned with the cost. My dog is suffering and I don’t want to move or transport him. He hemmed and hauled them said “I’ll call her and see what she says and either way I'll call you back; but hey if you do get someone else to do it I’d still be happy to take care of the cremation”. I was appalled at what he said and how he said it. I thanked him. And of course he never even called back as promised. He was only money hungry even after explaining my dog was suffering AT THAT MOMENT. May my precious Joe rest in piece. I hope Karma catches that dude sooner than later. That’s the nicest way I can put it.
