I don’t do reviews often but I had to share my experience about Meadowlawn Mortuary with viewers. It all started in 2007, I lost my father and Meadowlawn was our choice. The service was great! My brother passed in 2021, without hesitation we called Meadowlawn. Again the service was great. A this point, I knew that my family would use no other funeral home. I lost my mother one week ago and from the moment that I contacted Meadowlawn until my mom’s burial, the service was absolutely perfect. Rachel and Brian took great care of me and my family during this difficult time. MY MOM LOOKED BEAUTIFUL! In my opinion, their work is unmatched. The service, the support, and the compassion shown was amazing. The staff was professional at all times and went beyond our comprehension. We were amazed. It was too good to be true. It was perfection. Meadowlawn once again exceeded our expectations. Rachel’s calm demeanor was comforting , soothing and helpful when I was falling apart. She was on top of it, from the smallest to the most important details. Meadowlawn is the best.Thanks Meadowlawn!❤️

On 12 /08/2024 my husband passed away. This was the worst time of my life and I was distraught and had never planned a funeral. We called MeadowLawn just to go in and get some information and quotes and we met with Whitney Watson. When I tell you this young woman was truly God sent to meet with us. She treated us with so much care and tenderness. I didn't want to go any further and went with MeadowLawn. I buried my child here and I visit very often. Unfortunately, unknowing I broke a few cemetery rules and and on both incidents I was approached by 2 separate groundskeepers who where the most polite, empathetic and helpful employees I have ever had the opportunity to experience. They speak volume for the ownership and how they care for the people who do business with them. It makes all the difference in the world when you are heart broken 💔

We have worked with All Paws Great and Small twice, in about 3 years. Both times we were met with compassion and genuine sympathy of the passing of our fur-babies. With our most recent experience we had the pleasure of working with Craig! He is such a wonderful person! We had a hiccup and without hesitation, he had gone well above and beyond to make up for it! There are not enough kind words to describe him, and I am very blessed to have worked with him during this difficult time!!

I would like to thank Kassi Q. for the wonderful service she provided for myself and my family. We experienced two unexpected deaths just a few weeks apart. Each one had its unique needs. Kassi was patient and professional showing sincere concern for each of us in our different stages of grief. I want to thank her immensely, she has a gift for what she does.I also want to mention that everyone I met during my interactions was very kind. The mortuary is beautiful inside, church service was being held one morning and it was a nice distraction to hear the singing. The lawns of the cemetery are also beautifully kept.

In my original review, I criticized Meadowlawn staff for misspelling my name in the family record in the guestbook and for what I thought was the omission of three deceased family members' names in the record. Ms. Watson went above and beyond to correct the spelling mistake and deliver the corrected page in person. She also explained the reason why the other three names were not included. (Basically, only surviving immediate family are included.) She also offered to include those names if I wanted. She was very professional about the situation. I am happy that I can pass along the guestbook to one of the younger generations with the correct information and hope that the guestbook will be handed down to future generations.One more thing: I forgot to mention in the compliments in the original review that Meadowlawn did an outstanding job making my father -- who had been very sick for over 3 years -- look as if he was a healthy person who only was sleeping. That is the way I want to remember him, and I am grateful they were able to give the whole family a wonderful final memory.

My father had the good sense to prepay for his cremation, death certificates, urn, etc. This has helped our family when he recently passed away. Elizabeth J. was amazing. Helped us with each step, gave us a clear understanding what was going to happen, and made the process as easy as it could be. I recommend Meadowlawn and encourage people to prepare for their passing by helping the loved ones who are grieving by pre-arranging their end of life choices.

I just had a very spiritual and enlightening experience with funeral director. (Ms R Garcia) She is very competent and professional. She worked with me since early morning hours. I am so grateful for every minute I spent with her She was very quick at resolving several issues we had and she was very fast at getting things done. Not only is she very professional, she is also very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about the business. She answered our many questions very thoroughly and was most helpful in helping us resolve a family issue. We appreciate her hard work and would have liked to compensate her for going over and above the call of duty. But of course, I was not allowed to do that.She was very personable and caring. Perhaps, her boss will reward her for us. We are most appreciative of her ability to deal with people in difficult situations. We appreciate her patience and her talent to be so comforting. I come from a big family and hope to do business with her again.

I would never use this business again in the future. They won't release the body of my grandfather to another funeral home until we pay their transportation fee of nearly $500 upfront.They also want to add $325 for every additional day it takes us to pay it for refridgeration fees. This is taking advantage of anyone that passes on in hospice within their own home.

We were devastated by my sister's passing then my father's passing 10 days later. Meadowlawn was so kind and understanding about how overwhelmed we were. We asked if could have a double memorial service, they were so accommodating and made the planning process so organized, to ensure we didn't forget anything. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SURROUNDINGS OUT HERE! Easter Sunday was such a nice day to be out there and all of a sudden a gang of people showed up and started harassing a family near us. This was the last thing I expected and I've never seen anything like it! There were adults beating on kids! Other mourners came to help this poor woman and her little girl who were out-numbered. Thank God someone stepped in! It was bad... I got the hell outta there before the guns came out. You could tell they were that type. YOU REALLY CANT GO ANYWHERE! NOT EVEN THE CEMETERY IS SAFE ON EASTER SUNDAY! THERES NO RESPECT FOR THE DEPARTED! I DID NOT SEE A SECURITY GAURD.

I recently lost my puppy Chiquis and went to Meadowlawn to have her cremated. They were very sympathetic & comforting while I was inconsolable. It has been several months since we obtained Meadowlawns services, but we didn't have a chance to post before. Our beloved poodle passed in December and due to the veterinarian changing his story several times and general lack of concern, she was not cremated for another month. When the staff of Meadowlawn finally received her, I am pretty sure she wasn't in the best of shape. She was taken care of right away with the care that our 15 yr old baby so richly deserved and didn't get at her vet. We want to thank everyone here that was involved with our Honey Jo. Thank you for giving her dignity back in the care that you gave her and us. Talking on the phone and understanding that she was more than a dog, she was part of our family. God Bless You.

During this difficult time, it was a blessing to know her life would be celebrated and honored with family and friends. We had the pleasure of meeting Elaine Edwards-Ploucher when we were doing our pre needs planning at Meadowlawn. The staff is very friendly but I have to give kudos to Elaine on the care and concern she displayed in assisting us. She is professional, compassionate, courteous, patient, and an overall friendly person. She explained everything in detail. Unfortunately my dad passed and she remembered us talking about him during our appointment with her and she then assisted with his burial at Meadowlawn and was with us throughout the process and was there to support us at his burial. Elaine is not only a great staff member at Meadowlawn but is now considered part of our extended family. If anyone is thinking about Meadowlawn services please ask for Elaine.

My husband's cremation and burial details were coordinated by Meadowlawn. Elizabeth Jimenez was the Director assigned to me. Her professionalism, caring, and efficiency were appreciated more than she can know. She dealt with me a month after the burial -- pleasantly and quickly--providing a document I needed and had lost. Words can't describe how amazing this place has been. I have used them for both of my dear grandparents, and I'm so happy I did. The level of compassion and professionalism shown by Eusebio and his staff was overwhelming! Every interaction with every staff member was pleasant, and I was always treated well. My brother and father are buried there. We had my dads headstone made else where thinking we could save a couple hundreds of dollars. Well that was a nightmare. After months of my dads stone being paid off and a lot of back and forth, it finally got done. I just want to thank Amber that works there For helping me and going out of her way for this. When I lost hope in thinking my dads plot was never going to get his headstone approved and what not, Amber was there to the rescue making sure she would get to the bottom of it. Please everyone the people that work here care about us and our loved ones that are no longer here. Meadow lawn is a great and wonderful place. Put your trust in them and they will take care of you and your loved one.

MeadowLawn funeral home is beyond amazing, The ENTIRE staff is beyond compassionate. Every single person I interacted with from our director Eusebio, to Al, to Sherry and Mr. Clay- they all have one thing in common- they are truly GENUINE. Everything promised was delivered. This was the first funeral I ever planned and attended and Eusebio was there for our family during this time every step of the way. If I was running late, he did not hesitate to stay after hours to accommodate our family. We needed things done in a crunch he graciously MADE IT HAPPEN. Eusebio and Al worked with us and gave us the fairest pricing they could. NOBODY knew what I was going through during this time, having to bury a sister who was like a mother to me. I am not the easiest person to please as it is and I wanted everything perfect because this was my sisters day. Meadow lawn did their thing, my sister looked PHENOMENAL. The services were exactly what our family wanted and Reverend Huff turned non believers into believers that day! The people at MeadowLawn give out hugs not just handshakes; that makes it personal. My father had the good sense to prepay for his cremation, death certificates, urn, etc. This has helped our family when he recently passed away. Elizabeth J. was amazing. Helped us with each step, gave us a clear understanding what was going to happen, and made the process as easy as it could be. I just had a very spiritual and enlightening experience with funeral director. (Ms R Garcia) She is very competent and professional. She worked with me since early morning hours. I am so grateful for every minute I spent with her She was very quick at resolving several issues we had and she was very fast at getting things done. Not only is she very professional, she is also very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about the business. She answered our many questions very thoroughly and was most helpful in helping us resolve a family issue. We appreciate her hard work and would have liked to compensate her for going over and above the call of duty. But of course, I was not allowed to do that.She was very personable and caring. Perhaps, her boss will reward her for us. We are most appreciative of her ability to deal with people in difficult situations. We appreciate her patience and her talent to be so comforting. I come from a big family and hope to do business with her again.

I would never use this business again in the future. They won't release the body of my grandfather to another funeral home until we pay their transportation fee of nearly $500 upfront.They also want to add $325 for every additional day it takes us to pay it for refridgeration fees. This is taking advantage of anyone that passes on in hospice within their own home.

They had a Old White Man to embalmed my mother and, he messed up her body. He tried to correct the damage that was already done. I would not let them embalmed a FLY, that old White Man did not know what he was doing. After the damaged was done and could not be correct, I met the Black Female who I found out later that she is a Licensed Mortician and Embalming Professional.

KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SURROUNDINGS OUT HERE! Easter Sunday was such a nice day to be out there and all of a sudden a gang of people showed up and started harassing a family near us. This was the last thing I expected and I've never seen anything like it! There were adults beating on kids! Other mourners came to help this poor woman and her little girl who were out-numbered. Thank God someone stepped in! It was bad... I got the hell outta there before the guns came out. You could tell they were that type. YOU REALLY CANT GO ANYWHERE! NOT EVEN THE CEMETERY IS SAFE ON EASTER SUNDAY! THERES NO RESPECT FOR THE DEPARTED! I DID NOT SEE A SECURITY GAURD.

I recently lost my puppy Chiquis and went to Meadowlawn to have her cremated. They were very sympathetic & comforting while I was inconsolable. It has been several months since we obtained Meadowlawns services, but we didn't have a chance to post before. Our beloved poodle passed in December and due to the veterinarian changing his story several times and general lack of concern, she was not cremated for another month. When the staff of Meadowlawn finally received her, I am pretty sure she wasn't in the best of shape. She was taken care of right away with the care that our 15 yr old baby so richly deserved and didn't get at her vet. We want to thank everyone here that was involved with our Honey Jo. Thank you for giving her dignity back in the care that you gave her and us. Talking on the phone and understanding that she was more than a dog, she was part of our family. God Bless You.

We had the pleasure of meeting Elaine Edwards-Ploucher when we were doing our pre needs planning at Meadowlawn. The staff is very friendly but I have to give kudos to Elaine on the care and concern she displayed in assisting us. She is professional, compassionate, courteous, patient, and an overall friendly person. She explained everything in detail. Unfortunately my dad passed and she remembered us talking about him during our appointment with her and she then assisted with his burial at Meadowlawn and was with us throughout the process and was there to support us at his burial. Elaine is not only a great staff member at Meadowlawn but is now considered part of our extended family. If anyone is thinking about Meadowlawn services please ask for Elaine.

Parking is REDICULOUS here. You are forced to park in a procession line. Even after I told the addendant I couldn’t stay the whole service, he said this was the ONLY parking and ONLY way. It is impossible to get out and leave.

Was there on Easter visiting my grandmother and saw a lady being assaulted by a group of women. I felt unsafe and had to rush my children out of there. I don't recommend this place.

Parking is REDICULOUS here. You are forced to park in a procession line. Even after I told the addendant I couldn’t stay the whole service, he said this was the ONLY parking and ONLY way. It is impossible to get out and leave.
