I can’t begin to express my gratitude for the people that work at Brookehill. Cynthia went well ABOVE and BEYOND to work with us and send my father home in a dignified manner. She kept in touch with me every step of the way. The people at the front, Maria, Gilbert, and Annette were kind and comforting and very accommodating during the service we laid out for my dad. And even Brandy Metzger from Mission South came to help and make sure our room had refreshments and everything went off without a hitch. It was perfect and exactly what my father would have wanted. Thank you to ALL of them and especially Cynthia who made all of this possible from the moment we sat down to discuss arrangements. I couldn’t have done this with the help I received from her.

Unfortunately, we lost my brother suddenly and unexpectedly at just 33 years of age. Brookehill Funeral Home was nothing but caring and gentle throughout the whole process. They treated us like family and made sure that they got our approval for everything. My brothers viewing and funeral went smoothly and was very nice.

Very professional, accommodating and compassionate staff . The director answered all of my wife’s questions in regards to her mother’s cremation . The service was conducted well and my wife received the death certificates in a timely manner.

AWFUL! My father has passed and My parents had everything paid for in advance and we were so dissatisfied with everything and I do not even know where to begin. We were told death certificates will be 3-6 weeks and then found out the Director Cynthia lied and never sent it off. The Director made my mother look incompetent because she didn’t fulfill their responsibilities. It makes me sick and left me with such a feeling of disgust. I pray that anyone who has lost a family member and is looking for a funeral home to find this review. Email me and I will be more specific in detail. This is a horrible horrible choice.
