Putting down a pet is one of the hardest things to go through. Our vet used All Paws to cremate my old beloved basset Henry and what we received was amazing and made me cry all over. We got a beautiful engraved box with his name, a paw print, and very sweet cards. I can’t thank them enough for giving me such beautiful mementos.

The staff at All Paws were incredibly empathetic and treated my family with utmost respect during a difficult time. After losing my beloved Daisy just two days ago, they took her in and provided us with a beautiful memorial box. She will be deeply missed. Allow me to state that I would recommend All Paws Great & Small. Craig was the one there for our beloved 17 year old dog. He was a rescue and we had him for 15 years. Craig was just so calm, non-judgmental and easy to work with. We had a witness ceremony and I loved that he explained everything through and gave us options of what we want to witness and what we don't. Now, I shaved off a star because we had a kerfuffle with the appointment. My husband called early in the week and we thought we had until Friday to confirm the alloted time. However, when he called on Friday, we were told by a lady that the time has been given to someone who already paid. Now this was never explained to us so he prepaid to make sure we had the next available time the next day. Unfortunately, we had to put our dog's body in the freezer and it was really hard knowing that he's there. Again, I would recommend All Paws but make sure you are clear with them what is considered booked slot. I would recommend working with Craig.

Losing our furbaby Blu of 10 years was so difficult and All Paws Great and Small did an amazing job. As soon as we arrived the staff was empathetic. They took their time to explain everything and even gave us a few minutes to say our final goodbye. We were quoted a 3-5 day turnaround, but Blu was ready to come home the next day. We were extremely touched by everything we received in our package. From the sympathy card, to the adornment that grows wildflowers and our pets name engraved on her paw print, it allowed us to feel that our pet was truly loved. From the bottom of our hearts Thank You!

I cannot recommend All Paws enough. They were professional, very compassionate & affordable. We had to say goodbye to our boy of 15+ years. All Paws treated him with so much reverence & care. I am not much on words but I could say is that I drop my pet off on Monday 9am. and I pick his up on Tuesday 12pm. this is there $225 package plus $15 for the fur clipping. Total $240 no tax..

We lost our cat, Dagon on Wednesday morning. Dr. Phil came to our home and explained the service provided and lovingly transported our precious boy for private cremation. Care and compassion. We lost our senior dog last week. To say I was distraught is an understatement. My husband and I brought him to all paws and the staff was beyond amazing. They were kind, gentle and caring. The staff member assisting us walked through all the packages and didn't try to up sell us at all. We came in on a Thursday and Hans was ready on Saturday.When we came to pick him up it was the same level of care. They put us in a private room so we could take a moment and grieve privately if needed. (And it was needed)I can not recommend this company enough. While I naively hope I never have another pet pass I can say that if that does happen this is the type of place I want to help preserve that pets memory.

My cat, Josie, crossed over the rainbow bridge last week. Our vet recommended All Paws and I'm glad we decided to go with them. I've had several pets cremated and this was by far the easiest, most professional, and compassionate experience I've ever encountered.I arrived 30 minutes before closing on Thursday and I didn't feel rushed by the staff. I was greeted by kind and warm smiles. The facility is very nice, clean, quiet, and calming. We were brought to a private room to discuss cremation options. I decided to go with the $250 package (private cremation, urn with name, paw print, certificate of cremation, and wildflower seeds I can plant in my garden). The woman who assisted us spoke in a calm voice as she explained the packages and process. She made sure to get the correct spelling of Josie's name.Afterwards, we drove around the corner of the building where a very kind and empathic gentleman gave his condolences and asked if we were ready for him to take Josie. Before we could answer, he said there wasn't any rush and if we needed more time with Josie it was okay. I appreciated the way how he held Josie...he was gentle, loving, and treated him with dignity. He wrapped him up in a his blanket and gently held him close to his body as they walked away. When he brought the blanket back to us it was neatly folded up and he gave his condolences again.Before we drove off, I immediately started to cry. Josie was my best friend, therapy cat, and my only companion. He was with me during the most difficult time of my life and all I wanted to do was give him a peaceful goodbye. Josie means the world to me and to see strangers treat him so lovingly was just amazing.When I got home, I realized I forgot do a fur clipping before taking him to All Paws. We called 3-5 minutes prior to closing and they were really nice about getting the clipping. They took credit card payment ($15) over the phone.The women who assisted us let us know it would be 5-7 (?) business days to get Josie back. However, I got a call Saturday morning at 9:30am that he was ready for pick-up. The whole process only took 1 business day. I was so happy to have him home again. I wasn't able to drive, so I asked my friend to go on my behalf. All Paws called me to confirm it was okay to release Josie to my friend. Wow, talk about great customer service.All the items came nicely packaged. The urn and paw print look amazing. Overall, I highly recommend All Paws and will definitely use them again in the future.

All Paws was exceptional when handling my baby Riley’s passing. They were very thoughtful and put my mind at ease with everything I wanted for my fur baby. Alfredo was polite and very nice. Early Sunday morning, November 29, 2020, our precious Nolo, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. She had been a cherished member, of our ohana for 18 years. We are very grateful, to the staff, of All Paws, for their tenderness and compassion. They received Nolo, at 10:00AM Sunday, and had her back, in her loving home, by Wednesday, before noon. I lost my best friend and service dog of 10 years this week. She was a beloved part of my family and All Paws took something heartbreaking and helped to start the healing. Siann was treated with respect, grace, and love and I could not have asked for better service. They handled our grief with care and honored her with a beautiful engraved box and ceramic paw print. They even included a wildflower seed paw print so that flowers can grow in her yard. I hope you never need them, but if you do, you won’t regret making this choice.

My 9 year old bulldog passed away suddenly Friday night. My husband and I don't have human kids, so he's been our only child. It was after hours and they were still able to come and pick him us for us. The gentleman showed him so much respect and dignity. He referred to my baby as " Our Loved One". This level of professionalism and compassion, was greatly needed. We received his ashes in a beautiful keep sake with his paw print. ❤❤❤

We have used All Paws for two of our Mastiffs and I highly recommend them to handle your pets passing. They were very caring and understanding with our loss during this very difficult time.We arranged for the pick up at the vet. They kept us up to date on everything and took care of the cremation. When we got our fur babies back, they handed our pet back to us in the urn of our choice along with a casting of their foot. Our loving Charlie of 13 years passed away and we called All Paws for cremation services and they did an amazing job. They have an amazing and caring staff who went above and beyond our expectations. We received Charlie in a beautiful cherry wood box with his name engraved in gold. Absolutely beautiful. We got a certificate of his cremation, a lovely rainbow bridge poem with his paw print in a very nice leather casing, and paw print with wildflower seeds to plant in memory of our loving German Shepherd. Where do I start. My beloved pug (Sophia) 14 years young passed away 13 Aug 19. I had done research and review on pet crematories. Decided on All paws great and small. Brought her in and talked to Karen (Director). Quite the lovely lady. Brought my Sophia took the back where they reassured me they were giving her the best care. The compassion from them overwhelmed me and my wife. Upon leaving, we knew in our hearts, we knew we picked the right place. 2 days later we were notified she was ready to be picked up. A paw print and a beautiful urn is on the mantle in the living room. Words cannot describe the comfort they administered.

This’s my first review ever and I hope you don’t need this review. But if you do, I highly recommend All Paws Great and Small. I’m so glad that I choose their service. I can’t use a word to express how grateful it is. My 16th year old baby girl crossed the rainbow bridge 3 weeks ago and I can say this’s the most difficult time in my life. Losing a 16 years loved one is devastated. When I walked in All Paws Great and Small, the front desk lady already showed empathic. The package price as listed on the website and no taxes. Brian and Peter super empathic and respect my baby. I had a chance to say final goodbye to my baby girl and they let me write a letter to my baby girl and cremated with her. I was told my baby can go home around 3 to 5 days. But I got a call phone that my baby is ready to go home after 3 hours I say final goodbye to her! This’s amazing and I never expect the service would be that fast! I wish I can give 10 stars to their service and many many thanks to All Paws Great and Small!!

The paw print we received was shallow and looked like a five year old did it. This was highly upsetting to get back and very disappointing. There was also a hole through the paw print as if one claw was pressed too hard. We don't appreciate receiving this after losing a beloved member of our family. Could have done a better job myself with a kit from Amazon.

I cannot thank Craig, Elaine and the Staff at Meadowlawn for making our difficult time a little bit easier. When our beloved dog, Sasha passed away unexpectedly I called All Paws Pet Crematory and they were able to provide us with a private cremation, cremation certificate, website obituary and an urn of our choice with her name plate on top all for a very reasonable price. We made the arrangements with Elaine and she was very sincere and professional. She assured that our baby girl would be in good hands and they handled her with care all up until the time we had to say goodbye. Craig gave me a call as soon as her ashes were ready to be picked up and we were able to get them back pretty fast even considering it was a holiday weekend. When we picked her up they gave us her urn in a beautiful embroidered velvet bag, along with her certificate and a poem that brought us to tears. I know it might sound silly, but Sasha was like a baby to us and we are grateful she was in the care of All Paws Pet Crematory. I would definitely recommend them.

I can not speak highly enough about this place and their ENTIRE staff. We lost our little love Sunday May 31st, they immediately took him in first thing on Monday morning and we got him back Wednesday. From the lady that answered my call being SO patient with me through all my crying to the gentleman that actually came out and got my boy (soooo gentle and kind) to the lady that brought his Urn/Cremains out to us. Every single one of them a complete joy in a horrible time. I say this with the utmost respect, I pray I don’t have to deal with them again anytime soon, however if/when I ever need their services again I won’t hesitate to call them. Edit: my pet passed away last night. I’m calling and still no answer. I have put him in a cooler to preserve him. Someone needs to make this right.Original: I’m starting to wonder if this place is legit. I saw the reviews and felt like a good place, so I purchased their packet about 2 months ago when I found my baby would not have long to live. Since then I’ve tried to call them several times and there’s NEVER an answer. And at times you hear the click that someone picked up and they just hang up! Now that the time is quickly approaching it’s extremely hurtful and stressful that I have to deal with this when I just want to spend all my free time with my pet.

We called 3-5 minutes prior to closing and they were really nice about getting the clipping. They took credit card payment ($15) over the phone.The women who assisted us let us know it would be 5-7 (?) business days to get Josie back. However, I got a call Saturday morning at 9:30am that he was ready for pick-up. The whole process only took 1 business day. I was so happy to have him home again. I wasn't able to drive, so I asked my friend to go on my behalf. All Paws called me to confirm it was okay to release Josie to my friend. Wow, talk about great customer service.All the items came nicely packaged. The urn and paw print look amazing. Overall, I highly recommend All Paws and will definitely use them again in the future.

Every person who I interacted with here was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional (especially Karen). I really appreciated all of her help and for the respect that she showed my sweet Mr. Cream Puff. Some people may think that losing a hamster is not the same as losing a cat or dog, but loss/grieving does not have a size qualification. So I'm thankful that Karen and other associates there understood that and truly represented their name "All Paws Great & Small." They treat everyone with the same level of great care. Karen was thorough in explaining the process, patiently answered all of my questions (I never felt rushed), gave me time alone to say goodbye before my lil' babycakes was cremated, genuinely comforted me when I was upset, and gave me a hug when I left. Karen answered all of my follow up emails promptly and let me know as soon as Mr. Cream Puff was ready to be picked up. He was in a beautiful wooden box with a gold metal plate engraved with his name. She also informed me when his obituary was posted on their online website, as well as the SA News Express yesterday. Called to see on packages and price for my daughter's 2 dwarf rabbits. Thank goodness I called since the woman who answered the phone sounded cold and annoyed. First I was asked if I went to their website, which I didn't, before being quoted $225 for each pet. She said that the package comes with pawprints, which I thought would be hard for such a small breed. The woman didn't clarify, which I can't fault her since I didn't outright ask, but it felt uncomfortable since she sounded like she just wanted to get off the phone. That and the way she immediately went to hang up after all said and done felt like maybe it's not a place to go. It's fine for being a business but I really don't want to chance my little girl being talked to so coldly before being rushed out while in tears.

We discovered our Wayne had passed sometime between the night of Saturday the 2nd and the ear;y morning of Sunday the 3rd. We around to places early Sunday morning and my husband came across All Paws Great and Small Crematory. He spoke with Karen and she told us to bring him on in that morning. Karen is very welcoming , caring, and took great care of us and our Wayne. We were able to bring his ashes home the following day. I just want to say All paws pet cremation/cemetery was awesome. From calling at 130am to them and speaking to Craig, a cremation supervisor, whom was there to personally take our pearl baby from us. While being caring, sympathic and patient at 130am he was just as great at 930am when we arrived to bring her to him. He personally reassured, which in this tender time was wonderful. We had mrs. Elaine Ploucher that handled the details for her and took such great care and patience, without making the process long and harder to deal with. We then had the pleasure of speaking with the general manager, whom was just as wonderful as the others and so very understanding and sensitive to our emotions by expressing his condolences. We learned this is a family owned business and they really show it in their customer service with such a business that is naturally difficult to deal with. We are a military family and worried about the cost as well and they were very affordable, especially for the level of service and care you receive.Our pearl baby, was 14 year old toy pomeranian and a dear fur baby in our family. It was the hardest thing to deal with, but All paws made the hard part a little easier. By the way, the extra options they offer are of great quality.thank you all again so much and please see them should you fall into a place were you need it.

Called 2 times and spoke with a woman both times. My lab passed away at about 530am. I needed to setup pickup and arrange him to be cremated. I was told the Director would be calling me. Well that never happened. I recommend Bluebonnet Crematory. They drove 45 minutes to my house and picked our dog up!! Just an update. Bluebonnet took care of my lab and made such a hard time feel alot easier and handled my lab that passed away as if it was their own!!

Early Sunday morning, November 29, 2020, our precious Nolo, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. She had been a cherished member, of our ohana for 18 years. I lost my best friend and service dog of 10 years this week. She was a beloved part of my family and All Paws took something heartbreaking and helped to start the healing. Siann was treated with respect, grace, and love and I could not have asked for better service. They handled our grief with care and honored her with a beautiful engraved box and ceramic paw print. My 9 year old bulldog passed away suddenly Friday night. My husband and I don't have human kids, so he's been our only child. It was after hours and they were still able to come and pick him us for us. The gentleman showed him so much respect and dignity. He referred to my baby as " Our Loved One". We have used All Paws for two of our Mastiffs and I highly recommend them to handle your pets passing. They were very caring and understanding with our loss during this very difficult time.We arranged for the pick up at the vet. They kept us up to date on everything and took care of the cremation. When we got our fur babies back, they handed our pet back to us in the urn of our choice along with a casting of their foot. Our loving Charlie of 13 years passed away and we called All Paws for cremation services and they did an amazing job. They have an amazing and caring staff who went above and beyond our expectations. We received Charlie in a beautiful cherry wood box with his name engraved in gold. Absolutely beautiful. We got a certificate of his cremation, a lovely rainbow bridge poem with his paw print in a very nice leather casing, and paw print with wildflower seeds to plant in memory of our loving German Shepherd. Amazing service! I used them for my cat(15yrs) who passed in April. I had an issue with finding the exact location as well. It's really Meadowlawn funeral home and that All Paws is the "animal" business name. Still don't quite understand why they have completely different addresses. Either way, the entire experience far exceeded the issue of finding them! I lost my dog this past October, this time I brought my husband with me so I could be more involved with my old girl. I had this saved page on my phone of cremation places when I lost my cat. Wished I was in a better state of mind at the time to remember All Paws. I laid with my dog while hubby drove. As we got there, I knew it wasn't the same place. I was ok with where we went for the most part, but the box, the memorial stuff, did not even compare to what All Paws did!

Sadly I lost my beloved cat Aullir and of course wanted to have her cremated privately as she was a loved one fur and all. I searched the internet and found All Paws and I can say that they were kind and helpful through the painful process. I am so grateful that a place like All Paws exists near me. Where do I start. My beloved pug (Sophia) 14 years young passed away 13 Aug 19. I had done research and review on pet crematories. Decided on All paws great and small. Brought her in and talked to Karen (Director). Quite the lovely lady. Brought my Sophia took the back where they reassured me they were giving her the best care. The compassion from them overwhelmed me and my wife. Upon leaving, we knew in our hearts, we knew we picked the right place. 2 days later we were notified she was ready to be picked up. A paw print and a beautiful urn is on the mantle in the living room. Words cannot describe the comfort they administered.

This’s my first review ever and I hope you don’t need this review. But if you do, I highly recommend All Paws Great and Small. I’m so glad that I choose their service. I can’t use a word to express how grateful it is. My 16th year old baby girl crossed the rainbow bridge 3 weeks ago and I can say this’s the most difficult time in my life. Losing a 16 years loved one is devastated. When I walked in All Paws Great and Small, the front desk lady already showed empathic. The package price as listed on the website and no taxes. Brian and Peter super empathic and respect my baby. I had a chance to say final goodbye to my baby girl and they let me write a letter to my baby girl and cremated with her. I was told my baby can go home around 3 to 5 days. But I got a call phone that my baby is ready to go home after 3 hours I say final goodbye to her! This’s amazing and I never expect the service would be that fast! I wish I can give 10 stars to their service and many many thanks to All Paws Great and Small!!

The paw print we received was shallow and looked like a five year old did it. This was highly upsetting to get back and very disappointing. There was also a hole through the paw print as if one claw was pressed too hard. We don't appreciate receiving this after losing a beloved member of our family. I cannot thank Craig, Elaine and the Staff at Meadowlawn for making our difficult time a little bit easier. When our beloved dog, Sasha passed away unexpectedly I called All Paws Pet Crematory and they were able to provide us with a private cremation, cremation certificate, website obituary and an urn of our choice with her name plate on top all for a very reasonable price. We made the arrangements with Elaine and she was very sincere and professional. She assured that our baby girl would be in good hands and they handled her with care all up until the time we had to say goodbye. Craig gave me a call as soon as her ashes were ready to be picked up and we were able to get them back pretty fast even considering it was a holiday weekend. When we picked her up they gave us her urn in a beautiful embroidered velvet bag, along with her certificate and a poem that brought us to tears. I know it might sound silly, but Sasha was like a baby to us and we are grateful she was in the care of All Paws Pet Crematory. I would definitely recommend them.

I can not speak highly enough about this place and their ENTIRE staff. We lost our little love Sunday May 31st, they immediately took him in first thing on Monday morning and we got him back Wednesday. From the lady that answered my call being SO patient with me through all my crying to the gentleman that actually came out and got my boy (soooo gentle and kind) to the lady that brought his Urn/Cremains out to us. Every single one of them a complete joy in a horrible time. Edit: my pet passed away last night. I’m calling and still no answer. I have put him in a cooler to preserve him. Someone needs to make this right.Original: I’m starting to wonder if this place is legit. I saw the reviews and felt like a good place, so I purchased their packet about 2 months ago when I found my baby would not have long to live. Since then I’ve tried to call them several times and there’s NEVER an answer. And at times you hear the click that someone picked up and they just hang up! Now that the time is quickly approaching it’s extremely hurtful and stressful that I have to deal with this when I just want to spend all my free time with my pet.

I had to have my dog put to sleep on the first and the vet brought him here to be cremated. It is a beautiful place, very peaceful atmosphere and the staff showed nothing but sympathy and kindness when I went to collect his ashes. They went all out to make it as painless as possible. They gave me his ashes and left me in the room for as long as I needed. I am so grateful to each and every one of them. I would highly recommend this place.

My daughter's cat died from a freak accident during the night.We called them about having him cremated.They were all so kind and understanding.My daughter is 9 years old and Midnight was her best friend.We took him to them and they treated him with respect.This broke my heart for my daughter.They had him ready by the time she was home from school,the same day.She went to collect him herself.He was in his urn with his name plate in place.Im so grateful to all the staff for having so much kindness and sympathy for a 9 year old broken hearted little girl..Thank you all so much!

Amazing service! I used them for my cat(15yrs) who passed in April. I had an issue with finding the exact location as well. It's really Meadowlawn funeral home and that All Paws is the "animal" business name. Still don't quite understand why they have completely different addresses. Either way, the entire experience far exceeded the issue of finding them! I lost my dog this past October, this time I brought my husband with me so I could be more involved with my old girl. I had this saved page on my phone of cremation places when I lost my cat. Wished I was in a better state of mind at the time to remember All Paws. I laid with my dog while hubby drove. As we got there, I knew it wasn't the same place. I was ok with where we went for the most part, but the box, the memorial stuff, did not even compare to what All Paws did!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I made all the arrangements online, they called to confirm and picked my dog up within 3 hours plus, held her until I could pick her up. Their little touches on all her keepsakes were very heart warming. Would definitely recommend this company.

Sadly I lost my beloved cat Aullir and of course wanted to have her cremated privately as she was a loved one fur and all. I searched the internet and found All Paws and I can say that they were kind and helpful through the painful process. I am so grateful that a place like All Paws exists near me. The helpful people at All Paws made me feel as though my Aullir was loved and taken care of and unlike the places who would cremate, I had her ashes in an urn back the very next day.As someone who is on a fixed income I am glad that All Paws exists to see to my needs of my fur loved ones as well as my minimal income.Thank you All Paws for everything.

We said goodbye to our guy at the vet and they sent him off for cremation. I was pleasantly surprised at the thoughtfulness of the package they put together. The vet didn’t offer any options but after looking at All Paws’ website, it seems we received a “basic” package, which was more than I would have expected and much appreciated.

I would like to say a big thank you to Mr. Craig Willis. When my big boy past away on a Saturday night, unexpected on a heart attack, we were devastated. Not to mention that we lost his best friend a month before. After I found All Paws and called, Mr. Willis came on a Sunday to pick him up. He was very gentle and respectful with my baby. It was hard to let him go, but I also felt that he will be in good hands, even if I can't be with him. Thank you Mr. Willis

I was going to give them 1 star , because I felt as though my dog was not as important as I felt she should be ..,however ,they have an employee there "JT" ,who went above and beyond to correct everything, he even brought a missing piece to my home on the weekend. Customer service is a must when something happens like passing of your loved 1,but he is more than amazing customer service...he cared...& made it a priority to put my mindat ease...exceptional...

I had to have my dog put to sleep on the first and the vet brought him here to be cremated. It is a beautiful place, very peaceful atmosphere and the staff showed nothing but sympathy and kindness when I went to collect his ashes. They went all out to make it as painless as possible. They gave me his ashes and left me in the room for as long as I needed. I am so grateful to each and every one of them. I would highly recommend this place.

Very prompt and courteous place. Took my loved one on Friday 22nd and the employees were very professional and caring. Keeping me update on things. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, had my pet pass away and my payday was in 7 DAYS i asked if i can pay a deposit up front and the rest at pickup on my payday, they DENIED me and my loved one. They dont care about animals or helping people they just care about the Money.
