Majority of my family has passed through Alamo Funeral Home. This past week it was my mom's turn. I was very comfortable with Mel and Yolanda. They all were serviceable. Any question I had they were able to guide me. My mom made these arrangements years ago. I was very pleased with everyone. They were professional and calming. I know it isn't one of the most luxurious places on the outside but the chapel where people gather is well kept. The white limos were beautiful. I can't say enough about how I felt they helped us through this part of life's journey.BTW, Yolanda made my mom look so beautiful.

Called to inquire about a stand-alone funeral service. Spoke with the director, Yolanda who was one of the coldest, most unprofessional people I’ve spoken with while going thru the process of making arrangements for my brother. There weren’t any offers of condolence or the faintest hint of costumer service. If you’re looking for someone who lacks empathy during your time of grief, this may be the place for you. Everyone has bad days, but you should strive to do your job with Grace and humility.
