These people are Angels. Our little dog was very old and our vet recommended Bill's if we wanted to have her cremated when the time came. They are there for you 24/7.It was the weekend, in the early morning hours that our girl passed over the rainbow bridge. Not knowing what to do on a Sunday at 3AM, I called the number I was given for Bill's and was greeted by the kindest caring gentleman. He came right over within an hour and talked with us. I cannot even find words to describe the comfort he gave to my husband and I. They took care of everything and delivered our precious furbaby back to us in a beautiful box we will cherish forever.This company and the service they provide was such a blessing during this time. I cant thank them enough.

The service received from the moment I called (on a Sunday) to the moment they returned the cremains to me was exceptional. The driver that came out to pick up our baby girl from me, on Sunday evening, was so caring and compassionate. He took the time needed for me to gather my thoughts and be able to give him the information that he needed. He even offered to go inside and "recover" our baby girl, but I didn't need him to do that as I need those last minutes with her alone. This was about 5:25pm on Sunday evening and I forgot to ask what the turn around time would be. Fast forward to Tuesday morning at 7:54am when the phone rings and it is Brianna calling to say she is on her way with the cremains of our baby girl. She was such a lovely person and so caring and compassionate as she gave me the bag with the tiny box that holds our baby girl. Along with the choice of urn, we also received a certificate of cremation with her name, date of birth, death date, and date of cremation. The price was exceptional considering they do the pickup and delivery. I will definitely use their services again.

Our Samantha girl was a few days shy of her 17th birthday. Bill’s Pet Service and Cremation picked her up from our vet’s office the Friday before Christmas. I got a call from Ericka letting me know that the vet’s office was closed the for the entire week due to the upcoming holiday. She wanted to make sure Samantha was home with us for Christmas. They drove to my home, 45 miles away. I cried and hugged a complete stranger. You don’t see this kind of compassion from people anymore. The box and name plate are absolutely beautiful! I would recommend their services to anyone.

I lost my Katie Kane on October 19, 2023. She was the last of my 5 fur babies. She would have been 15 years old in November. I called Bill's Pet Service to take care of my Katies cremation. I'm glad I did. They are very compassionate and caring, and my Katie was their priority that awful day. My baby was picked up soon after her last breathe and that I am so agrateful for. The next morning, I got a call from the clinic that she was there. My baby was home within 24 hours. Now she is resting next to her brother and sisters and all my dogs are together at home again. So, thank you Bill's for bringing my baby home so quickly. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

During a time of complete sadness, one cannot always handle decision making. We have used Bill's services for well over 10 years. We have a lot of dogs as well as other animals. Our extended family also uses him as well. He has cremated our special dog family members, my daughter's beloved rats, my beautiful umbrella cockatoo and my other daughters large goldfish. He has treated each animal with the greatest amounts of tenderness, compassion, respect and pure professionalism. He secures each pet in his van with the utmost care, just as you would treat your own family member. Personally, I would only trust Bill and his staff with any member of our animal family. I have recommended his services to friends and family alike, and I will continue to do so.

I would love to thank your staff for such loving , caring, gentle ways of handling one of the worse times of my life, starting off with being Christmas Eve, from the gentle calming voice of the wonderful lady who answered the phone, to coming in 15 mins, sitting and listening to me cry about my love of my furbaby, she didn’t rush me, she was gentle with helping me pick out what urn, explaining each step, asking if I had any special requests and she would do her best to fulfill them. , then this morning ( Christmas morning) y’all brought my baby home. A beautiful certificate, a lock of her tail fur, a beautiful foot print clay circle ( very lovely by the way) and the most gorgeous wooden detailed box with her name and date engraved. There are no words I can express on how thankful I am for you and your amazing loving caring staff ! Thank you ❣️

This Company was amazing! I didn't know what to do when my best friend for the past twelve years passed away. I called this service after a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I did. They picked up my pet from the house at approx. 11am on Friday 10/11 by 10am 10/12 Saturday morning I had a knock on my door, and it was the owner of the company. Bill hand presented my my Dogs ashes in a beautiful wooden box, with a pressed clay paw print, and certificate of cremation. I don't normally write reviews but this company deserves one.

We have had four 4-legged family members cremated with Bill and will not hesitate to call him when the next one leaves this world. The care taken with not only the animal, but with coordinating with the vet's office and personally delivering the remains back to us was such a burden lifted from us. HORRIBLE. AWFUL. I originally posted a great review. After it was all said and done, my cat was returned to me in a box with the wrong till dates. We ordered clay paw prints and paid for them. We never received them. After trying to get in contact with Bill we were continuesly being ignored. No refund no apology.I was absolutely livid. Our baby cremated before the order was complete and Bill had absolutely nothing to say for it.Honestly, I'm not even sure it's my cat that was sent back! Of course there is no way to tell since she was cremated. Bill's lack of communication certainly doesn't make us feel any better.I'd red flag this place if I could with NO stars!!!

Spent almost $200 for cremation and paw print. Got everything back and I am most certain the paw print is NOT my cats. My cat was very tiny and the paw print I received was way too big and looked like a dog print. I am very upset and am in tears. Now I'm thinking the ashes aren't even my cats. This company is so careless. But what a good way to take money from ppl. There is no way to prove the ashes are ours so I doubt they care to keep things in order. I regret this decision forever.

HORRIBLE. AWFUL. I originally posted a great review. After it was all said and done, my cat was returned to me in a box with the wrong till dates. We ordered clay paw prints and paid for them. We never received them. After trying to get in contact with Bill we were continuesly being ignored. No refund no apology.I was absolutely livid. Our baby cremated before the order was complete and Bill had absolutely nothing to say for it.Honestly, I'm not even sure it's my cat that was sent back! Of course there is no way to tell since she was cremated. Bill's lack of communication certainly doesn't make us feel any better.I'd red flag this place if I could with NO stars!!!

Spent almost $200 for cremation and paw print. Got everything back and I am most certain the paw print is NOT my cats. My cat was very tiny and the paw print I received was way too big and looked like a dog print. I am very upset and am in tears. Now I'm thinking the ashes aren't even my cats. This company is so careless. But what a good way to take money from ppl. There is no way to prove the ashes are ours so I doubt they care to keep things in order. I regret this decision forever.

Staff were very professional and courteous. We had our dog's cremation remains back within 24hrs and they took care of pick-up and delivery.
