The vet where my sweet boy passed at handled everything with his cremation and memorial items, I just had to choose what I wanted for him. Everything came out great except for his ink paw print. His paw wasn’t fully on the paper which was super disheartening to see but I know nothing can be done about it now. I really enjoyed how his clay print and fur clipping bottle came together

They did the most wonderful job taking care of my sweet dog after she passed. They are patient and loving with family members, and treat the animals with the upmost love and respect. We had to help our boy Leo cross the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago. We knew we wanted him cremated. Naturally we were a bit nervous but we put our faith in The Bridge.I think our vet has been working with these guys for years when I was a tech, just now they have a new name.Absolutely beautiful presentation. These guys take pride in their work. I’m so glad Leo was taken care of by the crew at Bridge.Thank yall. Very nice place. It's super quiet and relaxing and a place that I'm glad I came to for my baby, Hershey. They had given me the wrong design for the box, but I think this one suits Hershey better anyway. The bag, certification, and note card are very touching. Thank you.

I dropped off my Fur baby today was the hardest thing to do😭."Charlie"(Irish wolf hound/yellow Lab Mix 80lbs).I highly recommend The Bridge to anyone who is needing cremation services for their beloved pet. They have a lot of compassion the staff is very sweet & kind. They do provide affordable options to preserve your Fur baby's remains.All Dog Go to Heaven 🐶❤️🌈***Please be advised Google Maps***is not accurate including street view. My Best advice is to call the location & speak to someone who can direct you to avoid confusion or added stress to the loss of your pet.

We just picked up the ashes of our beloved dog. The rosewood urn is beautiful and the paw print made me cry all over again. The service provided was exceptional. I believe they truly care. Amazing. I lost my pet of 10 years and they treated my doggy very respectful and caring and showed so much sympathy when I dropped her off. They were very patient and understanding with financial situations and boxed her with care and packaged everything so well. It made it easier knowing that she was handled with care. Just WOW! I’m so glad my vet pointed me in the direction of The Bridge for my baby Sunday. I didn’t know what to expect being my first experience dealing with afterlife care but they laid out timelines and different options for keepsakes. Which I opted to have an extra paw print but only (4 days after) reading the pamphlet I noticed they offered hair clippings. So hoping and praying they still had her I called to see if it was too late and a man named Donovan explained he wasn’t in the office (Sunday) but he would definitely make note if possible. Monday I called back and spoke to a lady who said she had seen the notes. Thank god! Fast forward and I have my baby! Everything is beautiful! I appreciate you guys for the care you’ve shown my Sunny girl!

These are the most tender and caring people that you can imagine to entrust your beloved family member and fur baby.Cost may not be your first consideration, but their prices are so very reasonable above other places.They will come to your veterinarian's office to pick up your little loved one so that you don't have to worry, and the beautiful memorial box that comes with the cremation is just gorgeous.They send home a beautiful hand written note with their sympathy when you go to pick up the ashes from your veterinarian, and it is beautifully done all the way around.Your precious family member will be treated with such respect and high regard, and the beautiful wood box that is included with brass accents and the inscription of your choice is absolutely gorgeous.I highly recommend them.

My almost 12 years old furbaby Fox passed on the way to the Westbury Animal Hospital. I opted to get him cremated with ashes returned. It was very affordable and even included a clay paw print. (My dog was like 12lbs) They cremated him in 4days. When the vet called me to collect his ashes. I was very pleased. The wooden urn was beautiful. The certificate and the rainbow bridge card was heartwarming. The packaging was so nice. I really felt like my dog was treated with dignity and respect. I felt like the business cared for my loss. That's priceless. I would gladly recommend this company. They have a customer for life with me.

They put advertisement stickers all over the box, which caused the box to peel when removed.I was not offered the paw print option from the vet who sent my furs remains to The Bridge.I have had better creations elsewhere. The box was not engraved & there were inexpensive stickers & a cheap looking gold plate used for the nameplate.Fond Memories does a MUCH better job, they don't use cheap stickers , they use a better quality box & they plant a tree to memorialize.

I just received my beloved pet's remains today. This was handled through my Vet's office, but my Boy's remains were returned to me in a beautiful box along with a beautiful card of sympathy, a note of how and when my Boy was cremated and handled with dignity and a certificate of authenticity. It is hard to put into words how highly I recommend this company. They were absolutely fantastic!!! Losing a pet who is part of your family is extremely hard to deal with. Greg came out to our house on a Sunday to help with our loss. He was extremely professional and sympathetic. We lost another dog a year before and he even brought us an extra urn so they would have matching resting places. The urn is a very nice rosewood urn with a brass name plate. The company that took care of our other dog brought him back in a velvet bag. This company went beyond our expatiation to try and make sure this unfortunate time was as pleasant as possible and to make sure both of our dogs were in proper resting places. We arrived at the vet to put down our cat of 16 years old and a Bridge Pet Memorial member was already there waiting for us earlier than expected. Watching the vet put my baby to sleep was the hardest thing for me as i held him as he went. The Bridge Pet Memorial member waited patiently for us to say our goodbyes which took about an hour. We didn’t mean for it to be that long but that’s what happened. He waited patiently for us to finish and he gave us his condolences when we went out to meet him. He was very kind and understanding.He promised us he would take care of my cat and return him back to us with great care. They kept their promise completely. I just received his urn and clay paw print today and, although i am riddled with sadness, I am relieved and happy that they took amazing care of my cat and his ashes.I know I will be looking for the bridge for future services.Thank you bridge for bringing my cat back home. I missed him.

I had to put my 14-year-old companion to sleep a few weeks ago. I called The Bridge and explained that Harley had a pin in his leg from a surgery seven years ago. She explained that it might not survive the incineration but would let me after. I got a call back and was reassured that the pin did survive and was placed in the box with his ashes. It was comforting to know that I got my Harley’s ashes and the pin. Very competent and compassionate staff. His box is also very beautiful with detail of a message I had written and brass accents and foot prints on top!

Our almost 12 yr old miniature schnauzer passed away on May 20, 2021. We called our vet at Bay Area Medical about cremation and they said they used The Bridge. We took him to Bay Area and they made the arrangements. In less than a week we had him back! His remains are in a beautiful wooden box embellished with paw prints, his name, his birth and death date. They also included a cremation certificate and a lovely sympathy card. I didn’t actually meet anyone from the Bridge but their promptness and compassion is very much appreciated. I will gladly recommend The Bridge to anyone that needs pet services.

I live all the way near Katy and the Bridge Pet Memorial was able to make the last minute accommodations to pick my boy up. The owner was very compassionate and made the process pretty easy. I lost my baby, Gabby on the 26th, and this company brought her ashes back to me safely and respectfully. They were so amazing to work with.. I was so anxious because I have never done this before and didn’t know what to expect, I just missed my girl.. We lost our precious cat, KiKi after 16 1/2 years last month. Letting her go was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. I miss her everyday, but having her cremated and being able to bring her home one last time gave me such a feeling of peace. Watching the vet put my baby to sleep was the hardest thing for me as i held him as he went. The Bridge Pet Memorial member waited patiently for us to say our goodbyes which took about an hour. We didn’t mean for it to be that long but that’s what happened. He waited patiently for us to finish and he gave us his condolences when we went out to meet him. He was very kind and understanding.He promised us he would take care of my cat and return him back to us with great care. They kept their promise completely. I just received his urn and clay paw print today and, although i am riddled with sadness, I am relieved and happy that they took amazing care of my cat and his ashes.I know I will be looking for the bridge for future services.Thank you bridge for bringing my cat back home. I missed him.

I had to put my 14-year-old companion to sleep a few weeks ago. I called The Bridge and explained that Harley had a pin in his leg from a surgery seven years ago. She explained that it might not survive the incineration but would let me after. I got a call back and was reassured that the pin did survive and was placed in the box with his ashes. It was comforting to know that I got my Harley’s ashes and the pin. Very competent and compassionate staff. His box is also very beautiful with detail of a message I had written and brass accents and foot prints on top!

Our almost 12 yr old miniature schnauzer passed away on May 20, 2021. We called our vet at Bay Area Medical about cremation and they said they used The Bridge. We took him to Bay Area and they made the arrangements. In less than a week we had him back! His remains are in a beautiful wooden box embellished with paw prints, his name, his birth and death date. They also included a cremation certificate and a lovely sympathy card. I didn’t actually meet anyone from the Bridge but their promptness and compassion is very much appreciated. I will gladly recommend The Bridge to anyone that needs pet services.

I just received my dog’s ashes back and I felt so honored by the contents. I never met the people who cared for my dog, but every detail was beyond beautiful. The card and bag contents were so kind I appreciate The Bridge more than they could know, for such an awful time we got back such great memorials.

I live all the way near Katy and the Bridge Pet Memorial was able to make the last minute accommodations to pick my boy up. The owner was very compassionate and made the process pretty easy. I received me baby promptly and although it was a tough moment, they made it very smooth and easy. I have never met a company so compassionate and caring. Thank you Bridge Pet memorial.

I lost my baby, Gabby on the 26th, and this company brought her ashes back to me safely and respectfully. They were so amazing to work with.. I was so anxious because I have never done this before and didn’t know what to expect, I just missed my girl.. I want to say thank you SO much to the amazing people who work here.. especially Donovan, who answered my phone calls, all of my questions, and assured me that he would get her to the vets office by 11 today, and he did! I would highly recommend The Bridge Pet Memorial for anyone who has lost a beloved pet. They were kind, efficient and very timely in getting our sweet girls ashes ready to come home! We received a beautiful wooden box with her ashes and an engraved plate with her name. Also included was a certificate if the cremation and a very sweet card! A very positive experience!

It is truly hard to lose a loved one no matter if it’s a person or a beautiful Animal. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss my beautiful baby Boo!!! But the bridge pet memorial made me feel comfortable, confident, and safe to leave my baby in their hands. I went to pick her up today and they packaged everything so beautifully, and they added cards with beautiful words to help you feel better about losing someone important in your life!!! We lost our precious cat, KiKi after 16 1/2 years last month. Letting her go was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. I miss her everyday, but having her cremated and being able to bring her home one last time gave me such a feeling of peace. If it is two words I could use to describe The Bridge Pet Memorial and their employees, I would say Satisfaction Guaranteed. Brandee the receptionist has gone above and beyond times infinite to ensure that my dog Max’s cremation and urn personalization be up to par to exactly how I wanted it for my baby boy max. Losing my first pet was hard but Brandee was there the whole way during this hard process of cremating and urn choices to help me get through this as easily as possible.
