They did such a wonderful job and the people I spoke with and met were so courteous, professional and patient. My mind was put at ease knowing my fur baby would be remembered after he passed. I was able to pick him up the very next day in a neatly packed bag with his box, fur trimmings and clay paw print. They have a few package options to choose from and are affordable. I would absolutely recommend them, and I am so grateful for the people there and services they provide. There's so much more I can say but I just want to thank you all so much for such a great experience during such a difficult time.

Last week, I went through one of the toughest moments as a pet parent — saying goodbye to my beloved 20-year-old cat, Mandy. 💔🌈End-of-life care for pets isn’t something most of us want to think about, but when the time comes, having compassionate, reliable support can make all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful to have found Heavenly Paws when I needed them most.Even though I reached out in the middle of the night, Heavenly Paws responded first thing in the morning with genuine empathy and professionalism. They offer more than just services; they provide comfort and care when it matters most. Their in-home end-of-life care and options like cremation, memorial packages, and aquamation set them apart in a way I hadn’t expected. From personalized memorial options to handling all the details with grace, Heavenly Paws helped me honor Mandy’s memory in a way that felt dignified and respectful. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner during such a difficult time.To anyone facing a similar situation, I can’t recommend Heavenly Paws enough. They truly embody compassion in care, and for that, I am forever thankful. 🐾❤️🌈

Our black lab, Perseus (Percy for short), passed away last year. I didn't write a review immediately because it was a little painful to think about. I'm writing a review now because I owe it to the amazing staff at Heavenly Paws for how well they took care of both Perseus and me when I had to bring him to them. I was involved in rebuilding their online order system a few years ago so I'd been very familiar with their entire process externally and internally along with their offerings. However, I had not suffered the loss of a pet during that time so I never experienced what it was really like to be a client is theirs. Our dog, Percy, was one of the most loving and playful dogs I've ever been around. He loved his adoptive sister, Athena (chocolate lab), his cat siblings, and all of the foster kittens throughout the years. Heavenly Paws are so loving and understanding of the pain you go through when losing a beloved pet. They do so much more than just "process" your pet. They really care for you as a person and give your pet the respect they deserve. From the day Perseus arrived until the day I picked up his memorial and ashes, the staff were loving, supportive, helpful and empathetic. If you're ever going through the loss of a pet, you shouldn't even consider other crematoriums. Heavenly Paws makes the most painful experience of having a pet so much more bearable through how well they handle the process, the memorial options available, and in how they help YOU through it all. If you're pet just passed, or you're exploring options because their time is coming soon, you need to choose Heavenly Paws. You owe it to your pet and yourself. **If you only do the bare minimum, be sure you at least get a clay paw. I included a photo, without the glass because of the flash, but it comes out so nicely. It's such a simple but beautiful way to memorialize your beloved pet**

It is 0810, on Sunday morning, I get that dreaded telemarketing call (which is violation of the FCC guidelines)). Wanting) to discuss my dogs cremating. Waking everyone in the house up. I'd been researching cremating my dog as the time is drawing near. All about making that sale. I would not even be so rude and tacky to call someone on a Suundy at 0810 to tell me I hadn't completed my payment application. You made it that much easier to choose who would treat my baby with dignity and respect. It's very apparent all y'all in this for the money. Epic fail on reassuring that my baby boy. It's hard enough knowing my companion is soon th cross over the rainbow bridge. To call me shows you babe absolutely no respect in his final path. All I wanted to do was find out pricing theof your services. Shame on y'all l will never use your services while Sydney my dog is Morey to you. He's worth more than that to me.

Heavenly Paws has been amazing and so supportive in the loss of my best friend and 6yr partner from work.My buddy lost his battle to cancer. He was a retired Border Patrol K9. After hearing about his service to our country, Heavenly Paws without skipping a beat provided a beautiful cremation service for my K9 partner. And as an appreciation to his hard and dedicated service, Heavenly Paws provided that service at no charge. After my experience with you, I would have not had a problem paying for these services. But what a way to honor my boy! There just aren't enough words to be able to thank you for all of your help and support during this time of loss. What you have done here is provided me and my daughters closure and a memory that will never be forgotten. During our conversations, Lynette you were so genuine, caring and understanding. When you and your employee David came to the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, that's right folks, they came and picked my baby up all the way in Corpus Christi, Tx, you were very sympathetic to my loss. I knew right away Argo was in good and caring hands.Thank You so very much Lynette.I highly recommend the Heavenly Paws of Texas services.

My 6 1/2 year old Great Dane passed the rainbow bridge on October 1st and was devastated whenever I had to make the hardest decision I have ever made in my life. He was diagnosed with a tumor in his adrenal gland which was inoperable and had no other choice. Heavenly Paws gave me the ease of mind that my puppy would come back to me and he did. They are extremely friendly, considerate, and kind whenever you speak to them and they returned my boy to me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services to a pet parent that is in need of them.

My little Ellis passed away late at night while I held him. Even though I was glad that he was home with me instead of at a vet, the experience was so emotional and I was heartbroken to have him go.I researched places during the night and even though none were open, I messaged Heavenly Paws and they answered me back shortly thereafter. They were very comforting and reassured me they would be at my home to pick Ellis up early in the morning. Not only were they right on time, but the young man, Demetrus, was polite and calm and caring, as well as professional. I was very emotional and he listened to me and was very kind.Ellis was brought back to me sooner than I thought he would and they called me to let me know when he would be brought home. The price was very reasonable for the service provided and It may sound silly to some, but Heavenly Paws will always hold a special little place in my heart because they treated me with kindness at a very sad time when I needed that reassurance very much. I recommend them and will use them again without hesitation when I in need of their services.Thank you, Heavenly Paws 🐾. My pets are my world and you helped me graciously when I needed it most .

I can’t tell you how much this means to me. My great aunt and uncle lost their little Tinker last week. I came to Heavenly Paws for cremation and they went above and beyond from the beginning. Kiz made me feel completely comforted through the entire process. I knew they would take good care of Tinker. I will deliver her remains (and the most precious clay paw-print ever) on Thursday. I have no doubt that my aunt and uncle will be overjoyed to have such beautiful keepsakes. Thank you Kiz and Marty - you guys made a very sad time quite a bit brighter.

Thank you Heavenly Paws for all your love, care, and support. First and foremost I don’t want anyone to ever have to go through this, but if they have to I want them to know Heavenly Paws CARES!!! From the very first phone call I knew this placed cared about my Girl. I called a couple of times to get her name plate just right and they were so willing to work with me because they wanted me to be happy. When I called they remembered me and my Pup’s name. We chose to come to personally pick up her ashes. They had a private room to sit down in so can see your fur baby’s ashes. They then present you with your ashes and explain the process that they take to ensure honoring your pet from pick up at the vet to the absolute private cremation and then returning your ashes. They did such an amazing job on her Box! I got there and was about to tell them I wish I would have asked for a little bit of fur well to my surprise they had some in a bag in her box. After seeing their entire facility while they explained a little more in detail the whole process from pickup at the vet to picking up the ashes I can tell you my heart can rest easier knowing that she was treated with respect through the whole process. With everything being completely private I can say I 100% know that we have my girl back. If anyone ever has to go through this I highly recommend Heavenly Paws because I know that they absolutely care about you and your pet and take great pride in what they do and honoring your pet. The reason for this post is because Heavenly Paws deserves for everyone to know how amazing they are. The second reason is because They know how hard of a process this is because they are animal lovers themselves. Thirdly anyone who has to go through this I just want to help themHave peace of mind after the passing of their beloved pet to know they will be taken care of with the upmost respect. Thank you guys again for taken care of my Malibu girl and we were so glad y’all got to meet Nova her sister and y’all got to see some of what Malibu used to do.

Losing a family pet is hard enough, especially when it's unexpected. I had never had a pet cremated before. I did not know what all to expect. The animal hospital made the arrangements to send our French bulldog, Leila, to Heavenly Paws. From the first moment, when I spoke to Lynette on the phone, I knew Leila was in good hands. I don't think there could possibly be a better, more kind and helpful person to handle the arrangements for Leila, than Lynette. The time she spent with me when I went to pickup Leila was heart-felt and truly expressed the kindness and professionalism representative of the entire team at Heavenly Paws. To transform a sad event into a piece of art takes a lot of care and compassion. I was blown away ! My hat is off to Lynette and the entire team at Heavenly Paws for helping people get through a sad time in their lives. I highly recommend Heavenly Paws of Texas!

We lost our 10 year old cat Neo very sudden. He was a big part of mine and my husbands life. He had such a huge personality and presence it was incredibly hard..so after his passing we made the drive to take our boy to Heavenly Paws to be cremated. We arrived and my husband and I felt ease and peace we knew our Neo was in good hands. David,Summer, and Philip were amazing showed a lot of compassion and sympathy for our loss. Heavenly Paws of Texas went beyond my expectations. Lynette and her staff were a Godsend during the most difficult time of my life. Unfortunately, I realized I would need to find a pet crematorium after given a poor prognosis for my forever dog. I did a quick Google search and made a phone call. Lynette was so compassionate and understood what I was going thru. I opted for the private cremation and planned to be present during the process. The hardest part of my dog’s life transition was trying to find treatment during COVID times. I was struggling to find oncologists and clinics that would see him due to staff shortage and strict COVID protocols. I felt so helpless. Heavenly Paws of Texas restored my faith in humanity. They understood that my Gizmo wasn’t just “another dog”.Lynette and her staff at Heavenly Paws of Texas gave me the ultimate gift. I will always cherish and remember what they gave me that Wednesday morning. I will always remember that day until I’m reunited again with my Gizmo.

We lost our beloved pot bellied pig. We took her to Heavenly Paws. Lynette and her crew are absolutely amazing. Lynette walks you through the process. She made sure to add a little of our Gemma's hair and made an ink snout print along with everything else we got. These people are very compassionate and treat pets with so much love.

This was my first time using Heavenly Paws. I had to make the hardest decision a pet parent would have to make. I had to call over to Heavenly Paws to see if they could do a dog house urn. I didn't see it on there website but when i talked to Lynette, she said that they could order it for me. I was so happy cause all our other dogs that have passed were in a dog house. Lynette was very nice, compassion, sweet and understanding. When i went to pick up Nikki from the vet and got home. I was so shocked on how nice the paw print, stone, and the frame was. I wasn't expecting how wonderful it came out. Nikki was my mother favorite baby and now Nikki is with her. I loved her so much and will miss her but i have my memories of her and stories i could tell. I did a teal print cause that's my favorite color a clear stone cause that was my mother birthday month.

I can not express how unbelievably grateful I am for everyone here. From the first phone call to getting me Bella Bear home, we were both treated with nothing but love and respect. From allowing me to spend as much time as I needed with her both before and after, the tears that the amazing vet shed alongside me for a dog she had only just met, explaining everything, every move that was made, the utmost care my girl was treated with when they finally took her away, allowing her service dog vest to be cremated along with her, the very fast and careful return of her and the keepsakes back home to me. I never ever wanted this to be a service I needed, but I am so glad this was the team to provide it.Thank you, all of you, so very much.Deborah

From the minute i walked in the door I felt a warmth I will never forget. I was welcomed by Dmitri very soothing nice gentleman. I laid my Boots on the table. He was very understanding regarding my situation. He explained in depth what the process would be as follows. I was very impressed with him and Heavenly Paws. When I picked Boots up 2 days later Kiz welcomed me with a beautiful velvet bag with a certificate of cremation in a bigger bag. Everyone gave me a hug. I HIGHLY recommend Heavenly Paws to everyone!!!

At a time that I was completely devastated over the loss of my dog, Casper, the emergency vet clinic had me sign papers to have him cremated. When I received my box back, not only was the box beautiful, but inside the box was the pouch of remains and a lock of Casper's hair. The paw print was also beautiful. And they kept in touch every step of the way with the process. I highly recommend Heavenly Paws of Texas!!

I hired Heavenly pause to take care of my dog Petee. He was my buddy for 10 years. They sent a man to my house to pick up Petee. They took him away in a van, and never returned his remains as I paid for a full service. After numerous attempts to reach them they do not even return my phone calls. Every day I look at the blank spot on the shelf that I prepared for My friend Petee.

We unexpectedly lost our 15-year-old yorkie-poo Roxie, and I wanted to ensure that she was cared for properly in preparation to be returned to us. I had experience with another company, but after management changes and less than stellar reviews, I was hesitant and searched for a company I could be confident would treat Roxie properly. When I contacted Heavenly Paws, I requested to be present when they prepared her, and Lynette and her friendly staff were very accommodating to me and my schedule. When I arrived they were waiting and welcomed me warmly, then visited with me to learn more about Roxie and how I would like to honor her memory. Throughout the experience they were incredibly sympathetic and respectful, and I was able to learn and appreciate more about Lynette's passion for her work and helping people navigate the awful experience of losing their loved ones. Once we made selections for an urn and other special memorials (again, to which they were very accommodating to my requests), they brought me back to where they had Roxie prepared so that I could watch them obtain a paw and nose ink print, clay paw impression, and fur clipping. Throughout this process they were gentle and incredibly respectful with how they handled her and talked me through everything they were doing. Once complete, they allowed me some alone time with her to say my final goodbyes, which in retrospect was very appreciated and healing for me. Once finished, they prepared her to be placed into the individual vault for the cremation to be completed. The entire process took only a few hours, and I was very reassured knowing that I would receive my pet and only my pet when all was completed. I received a beautiful paw impression, framed paw and nose ink prints with plaques, a custom urn, and other memorials I had requested on time and as promised. The entire experience could not have been better, and I truly appreciate Lynette's honesty, kindness, and dedication to her work. It's very comforting knowing her and her staff will take care of my beloved pets properly when the time comes to honor their memories. I would absolutely recommend Heavenly Paws of Texas to take care of yours.

Very special thanks to Marty and the staff at Heavenly Paws for their compassion/professionalism during the entire process and difficult time for our family. I would highly recommend then to anyone. Pepper passed away from old age at home unexpectedly last Friday. He was picked up by HP on a Friday and returned to us within just a few days. We had a minor issue with the dates on the plate, but HP corrected it for us over the phone. HP have a nice selection momentos and services to remember your pet. Thank you again.

I cannot explain how grateful I am for Heavenly Paws. I recently lost my best friend Sugar, 15 years old. I have never had to deal with the loss of a pet and I decided to have her cremated so I could continue to have her with me. After several hours of reading reviews I chose Heavenly Paws. I spoke to Lynette and she is the kindest, most caring person I’ve ever met. She reassured me on everything and the process of what would be happening to my baby. I was given her remains in a cute wooden box, her paw print in clay in a shadow box, and locks of all of her 3 fur colors. I am so glad I found somewhere where some much care and respect was put into the cremation in my pet. I have 2 other senior animals and I will be returning when this tough time comes back around. Thank you so much to Lynette and everyone else at Heavenly Paws. This was such a memorable experience.

Amazing people. Our family dog of 13 years passed away on Sunday and when I got online and paid for the cremation I didn’t get info on when our Zeus would be picked up. But then shortly after heavenly paws contacted me and they came first thing this morning to get him. Truly very genuine people. Thank you Heavenly Paws for everything!

I am very grateful to this place for offering pet parents the opportunity to be as involved in the process of cremation as you want to be. I was treated so respectfully from first phone call and onward . I was able to sage the oven and be present for the entire process. While a little expensive, to be fair they have a person sized repository for single cremations. Well worth the peace of mind for me and the ability to honor my beliefs for the process. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend heavenly paws. Our pet passed away from old age at home unexpectedly. Heavenly paws was so helpful picked up our pet same day, they were professional and so caring from the first phone call to drop off of our memorial package. Our pet was picked up on a Friday and returned to us within just a few days. Was so nice for our kids to be able to have back so quickly. Prices for services were very good compared to other establishments I called that were closer to our home. Also the other company’s I called in austin area felt rushed on the phone and not as compassionate as Heavenly paws.

I could not give enough stars to represent the satisfaction we had with Marty & Heavenly Paws. Marty was wonderful, understanding and very helpful in guiding us through the process of preserving our wonderful dog's memory. He even jumped in and helped me connect with a mobile vet that could help us with our dog's final hours. This dog had worked for me for 13 years and I had a lot of crazy emotions as she deteriorated quickly and Marty was there to answer all my questions, work within my constraints and deliver the best possible customer experience one could have during such a stressful time. Thank you Heavenly Paws!!

I worked with Heavenly Paws earlier this year when my brothers fur baby passed away. Lynette was the most compassionate, warm, kindhearted person I have ever had the pleasure to work with (and that is saying a lot since this is one of the hardest things to deal with). She walked me through the process, answered all of my many many questions, sympathized with the situation and made a difficult time as easy as it could possibly be. They took great care of his fur baby. After going through the process for my brother, I told Lynette I would never go to anyone else to care for my fur babies when it’s that time. Unfortunately, one of my fur babies passed this month. Heavenly Paws was the first call I made and they provided the same amazing service as before and have been overly accommodating. I would not trust my fur babies with anyone more than Heavenly Paws. Thank you.

The compassion and professionalism from this place is truly amazing. Even when I was crying on the phone they have so much patience and compassion. They definitely give me the comfort that my fur baby Roxy is in good hands. Truly truly amazing. Especially the customer service. Thank you so much for helping me through this tough time.

Our family has nothing but praise and gratitude for the way you cared for our beloved Kaiser's remains. The work you do has no price tag. Thank you so much and may God bless you all. Joy & Fao

Our experience with Heavenly Paws was undeniably amazing. We lost our dog very unexpectedly and during this process Heavenly Paws stayed in constant touch with us and keeping us updated. Lynette and her son were so caring, patient, and sincere during our visit to pick up Nova. They took their time and made sure to give us the best possible product without making us feel like a burden or inconvenience. We received a beautifulplaque with Novas picture and clay paw print, clippings is each of Nova’s fur colors, and abeautiful chest with her nickname engraved on it to take home with us. Lynette and her son allowed us time to reminisce about our sweet Nova and shared memories of their lost pup Hook during the pick up of Nova. We really felt like family. They explained each piece we were given and also express their gratitude toward my husbands service. You can tell they look at this business not as a job to get done, but instead a way to return kindness and love to the world. Their support for military, their understanding for pet lovers, and their patience with those grieving is such a blessing and one not taken for granted! I highly em outrage anyone who GS lost a pet to seek out Heavenly Paws!

Our sweet girl Daisy passed away earlier this month and we were absolutely devastated. She was our furry best friend and we didn’t want to give her to strangers to handle her body. However, Heavenly Paws treated her as if she was their own and even made sure to package her hair very nicely in a small, compact bag. We also received a clay molding of her paw with the stone of our choosing and her ashes in a gorgeous, elegant urn. Everything was done so caring and professionally that we knew she was in very good hands. If you choose to have your pet cremated and want your fur baby to be treated with kindness and the upmost respect, Heavenly Paws is the one you should choose. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job with our Daisy. It made us feel so warm knowing she was cared and loved by your people at Heavenly Paws.

Long overdue review. After my husband’s beloved lab mix companion of 10 years, Diesel, passed away suddenly during the night, we were beside ourselves. I called every nearby vet and everyone expected us to pick up our beloved 85lb pet who had been gone for a few hours (rigor morris) and take him to their offices for cremation. I just couldn’t bear my husband or I doing that. I had been making phone calls since 7am that morning. I left a voicemail for several places and heavenly paws got back with me quickly. They were so genuine and caring. They have a pick up service who had already taken off on his scheduled route that day but they managed to squeeze in a stop to my house. I was ever so grateful. It didn’t take long for pick up and cremation. I was promptly helped upon arrival to their offices and they explained every detail when they gave us back sweet Diesel. I highly recommend Heavenly Paws. My sister also went through them for her cherished Shih Tzu. I do appreciate their above and beyond service especially in a time of loss and grief. ❤️ 🙏

My baby girl passed last Saturday. I was devastated. When I went to Heavenly Paws, I was immediately met by Lynette and a gentleman they were very compassionate. Lynette immediately and thoroughly went thru the process of how my baby would be handled during the process and how she would be tracked to ensure she would be returned to me. I was very impressed with how transparent Lynette is about the entire operation. I was offered the opportunity to be part of the process, but declined. When my baby girl was ready for pick up I was given a beautiful red Cherry box with her ashes and a beautiful paw print and a poem as well as educational material. Again, Lynette went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied with the final products. Lynette was very compassionate and made a painful experience better. Thanks to all the staff at Heavenly Paws.I highly recommend Heavenly Paws for anyone that needs this service.Pat C

I lost my little dog of 14 years on 12.21. Heavenly Paws did such a beautiful job at handling my best friend and getting him back safely to me. The paw print is something I am going to have turned into a tattoo. I do recommend if Heavenly Paws is being used by your vet to ask for the ink print as well. I unfortunately wasn't given that option at my dogs vet hospital location but it is something that can be requested. I will never forget this and am so glad yall were there. Thank you

I just want to give a huge and very special thanks to Kiz and the rest of the Heavenly Paws team. The unexpected loss of my sweet Gunner has left my family and I utterly heartbroken, but even through the grief I feel so thankful knowing that he was treated with the utmost care at HP. And an extra thank you to Kiz for being so kind and thoughtful, that meant more to me than you’ll ever know.

Our baby of nearly 17 years passed away (somewhat unexpectedly) just two days before Christmas and I was at a complete loss with grief. A visiting relative suggested I cremate my baby and as we have never cremated a pet before, we turned to google. We found and chose Heavenly Paws because of the great reviews online and now we are adding another glowing review for the business because Lynette and her son provided such an amazing service. It’s everything all the other positive reviewers said and yet they still exceeded our expectations. As another reviewer said, they offer a perfect balance of empathy and efficiency. We highly recommend their professional services should you need it.Saying good bye and letting go of our baby was not easy but they allowed us to observe and be a part of most of the process despite their busy schedule (on Christmas Eve!) and that helped tremendously. We were concerned about mixups and not bringing our baby home but they put us at ease with their due diligence. I have trust in their work.Again thank you Lynette for all you did for us and our baby. Anyone considering this service, I strongly recommend Heavenly Paws.

We highly recommend Heavenly Paws❤️

April Wapniewski

Heavenly Paws helped our family with the painful loss of our cat, Milo this week. They were so professional, so kind, caring and compassionate.D'mitri & Kiz are deserving of our "excellent rating" in their specialty business handled with immediacy. We definitely recommend Heavenly Paws to anyone suffering the loss of their beloved pet & needed caring cremation services.

I will forever be grateful for the respect and compassion Heavenly Paws showed my Gunther. I did not know what to expect when having my baby’s remains returned to me, but it was all so very thoughtful. He was returned in a velvet bag that was placed in a beautiful wooden box with his name engraved on the top. They even included a small bit of his fur! And a touching paw print cast. Every detail was thought of as if they were caring for one of their own.The sad reality of pet ownership is that we will almost always outlive them. I will continue to use Heavenly Paws as long as I am a pet parent. Thank you so much Lynette and team.

I held off a few weeks to write this review due to sadness and anger. We used Heavenly Paws Pet Cremation through Stepping Stones Vet (which I highly recommend). However, I don't think I can say the same for Heavenly Paws. They neglected to take the ink paw print and ink nose print of our beloved family member of 15 years. These items were requested by our childen, it was heart breaking to have to tell them about the mistake. A mistake that could have been avoided with a quick and simple phone call...from what I was told the order request form got wet and those that were cremating our Jack didn't bother to take time to check with Stepping Stone Vet or us for that matter...and went about the process without inquiring of the damaged form. They did offer to make a ink paw print from the paw cast we had requested in the initial order but we were so afraid something would happen to this precious memory in that process we declined out of fear we would lose that as well.

Oh my goodness, there's not enough words to express the most positive experience at such an emotional time!! Lynette went above and beyond to make sure my Callie girl was treated with dignity and respect which was also given to me! She definitely has a heart for our babies and treats them like they are hers as well. Everything I requested was delivered with love. She also takes the time to listen. She is kind and wants to hear about our baby. We opted to pick Callie girl up. We were invited into a private living room type setting, given her paw print in a shadow box. Lynette further explained about how her "number" went with her everywhere throughout the process, where she took her fur, gave us a beautiful keepsake box with her ashes in a beautiful velvet-like "rainbow bridge" bag and more. I wanted to make sure I got my girlfriend back and only my girlfriend.....without a doubt, I know Lynette was the person I could trust!! Genuine, real, loving, caring, honest and sincere!! Thank you Lynette for everything! Give Hook and all your babies an extra hug for me! You're terrific!

First time I lost a pet and wasn't sure what to do. Contacted Heavenly Paws and spoke with Lynette. Instantly I knew she cared and felt my loss when she assisted me thru all stages of the process from picking up my beloved Sasha to the beautiful mementos received with the ashes. I knew my dog was in the best hands and the installed tracking tag was comforting. I will definitely contact them the next time the unfortunate event occurs with another loss of a loved family pet.

I cannot write enough good things about Heavenly Paws and Lynette. Having never used a pet crematorium before I didn’t know what to expect. Lynette answered all my questions and put all my concerns to rest. She explained how the remains were handled and tracked which was very important to me. She was hospitality itself when I went to witness the cremation. I wanted to see my Sharpie one final time. She and Ty were very kind. It was obvious they loved animals and treated my dog with love and respect as if she were their own.

Heavenly Paws did an excellent and beautiful job for our dog, Lucky. Lynette was super sweet/helpful and even helped arrange so that my family from CA can be there in person to watch them get his paw print done and say goodbye to him one last time before getting cremated. I was also able to pick up his ashes later in the afternoon. Highly recommend their beautiful service.

Our family was incredibly blessed by the attention and care given by Heavenly Paws of Texas. We lost our sweet dog, Toby, and they made the process of preserving and honoring his life meaningful and sincere. They went to great lengths to talk to us, show individualized attention, and put us at ease. They understood our grief. Toby was especially dear to my son. When he came with me for the final appointment, Heavenly Paws was unbelievably kind and understanding with my son. They even spent time listening to some of his favorite memories of his best buddy. They go above and beyond what a business should do. They receive our highest recommendation.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Heavenly Paws. Lynette was a pleasure to work with from our very first phone call. I truly felt the compassion she has for her work & helping people memorialize their beloved pets. What I received back was beyond my expectations. I was so impressed by the quality of the box the remains were in, & how well done the plaque on it was. I also wasn't expecting the paw print cast to be framed in a shadow box and it was a very pleasant surprise! while I hope I won't need their services again any time soon, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again & will be recommending them to any of my friends who find themselves saying goodbye to a furry family member. losing a pet is never easy, but the fact my Tinkerbell is home now, and that she can go with me wherever life takes me, definitely eased the pain of her loss. thank you so, so much for what y'all do!!

5 stars isn't enough for Heavenly Paws - they are beyond the best. My sister had to let her precious Matt go yesterday. Matt was my precious kitty-nephew and had been with us 14 years. My sister needed to know that he would be treated with love and respect, and to be sure the ashes she came home with Matt's. Tye and Lynette compassionately explained everything to the level of detail that we asked and accommodated our every need with such patience and love. It hurts so much to lose our fur babies but Tye, Lynnette and the Heavenly Paws made a painful loss more bearable. Thank you so much for what you do. For those of us who love our babies as family, I'm sorry for when the time comes , but don't take your babies any place else.

There's not enough words to describe my experience with Heavenly Paws and Lynette. When I lost my first fur baby (Gracie) 4 months ago, I didn't handle any of the decisions myself (it was my husband and the vet office-both of which did a great job taking care of things for me). When the time started coming around for me to say good bye to my precious little boy (Andy), I knew who to turn to for help. I called Lynette to get the information and start the arrangements. From the moment I spoke with Lynette I knew everything would be handle with utmost care and respect for my baby. Lynette helped me get everything arranged and make the decisions on what I wanted. Lynette gave me her personal number so I could let her know when the time came. She talked me through everything before I had to say good bye to him. And we were in contact from them picking him up at the vet office all the way to me picking him up yesterday. She has been there to answer any questions or concerns I had. When I picked him up, Lynette and I talked for quite a while about both my fur babies, ourselves, the company, and the whole process. Having Lynette to help me through this whole situation has made me feel better about it. She took care of my baby with love and respect. I appreciate all the special things that Heavenly Paws did for both my babies! I can’t express in words how much I appreciate Lynette and Heavenly Paws. You have made a difficult situation more bearable. Thank you for everything! You have been amazing. When the time comes I’ll bring you my other fur babies to take care of for me. I appreciate everything that you have done for my fur babies and myself! Lynette is truly an amazing person!

The staff at Heavenly Paws treated us like family when our beloved boy crossed, and created such a loving, comfortable atmosphere for my kiddos in a very sad time. 20/10 would recommend, they are absolutely wonderful.

When I called Heavenly Paws balling my eyes out Demtri took his time with me and listened to me cry and cry. The compassion he had was unbelievable. They took absolutely AMAZING care of our precious baby. I absolutely recommend them to EVERYONE. Thank you Heavenly Paws for loving our fur baby as much as we did. The quality of your work shows❤️💔🐾🐾

Dr. Gibson, I apologize for forgetting her first name, could not have done a better job. Her tone, demeanor, casual questions to distract us.....shared tears at the end meant the world to me as I lost my Zol Bob. Thank you all for your kind, genuine, and expeditous care of my kitty. I'm too ill educated to write the review she specifically deserves.

My family and I really appreciate the way Heavenly Paws has treated us throughout the loss of our pet. They hold themselves to the highest standard when handling our pup. It really has put us at ease to know our pup is in good hands and really makes the grieving process much easier. The respect that the staff has had toward my family speaks volumes for the company. Thank you again, heavenly paws.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heavenly Paws of Texas. They cremated my fur baby Gretchen 3 years ago when we took her to the vet in 2016. We lost her sweet brother, Danny, yesterday morning at home. I decided to make the drive from San Antonio to New Braunfels to take Danny for his cremation. What an incredible blessing that was on a very sad day for us. The staff at Heavenly Paws, namely Lynette, were warm, welcoming, caring, and very sympathetic. We have been going through a lot with having to place my mom in a long-term care facility due to dementia, my husband being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and now the loss of our sweet boy all within a 6-7 week time frame. Lynette took the time to listen, share some personal experiences, and hug us through the entire process. You can't help but feel the love that these people have for not only our fur babies but for us as grieving "parents". I can't think of a better place to entrust your fur babies with when they leave us to tromp across that Rainbow Bridge. I want to thank them from the very bottom of my heart for the love, care, and respect they have shown us in this dark time in our lives.

When our family lost our precious Molly, it was one of the most devastating days we had to face. With broken hearts, we contacted Heavenly Paws of Texas, after a recommendation from a friend. The staff was absolutely amazing during this difficult time. We were able to take Molly directly from the vet, following her passing, to Heavenly Paws. My husband could hardly let go of her. They handled her with kindness and dignity. When we received her to come home, everything was done so beautifully & professionally. They truly understand the pain a family feels at the loss of their beloved pet, no matter the form. Pets are our family, and our comfort during hard times, and I thank everyone at Heavenly Paws for their kindness and since of Family they showed to me and my husband. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who is experiencing such a loss.
Michael Ray
My wife and I are so thankful for Lynette and the team at Heavenly Paws of Texas. From the second we walked in the door we were treated like family. Nothing about the death of a family pet is easy but they're entire process made things so much easier. We knew that our baby was in good from the time we dropped her off until we got to bring her home. Thank you Lynette and Heavenly Paws for being superheros of the pet world to help us feel better during a difficult time.

My dog was sent to Heavenly Paws after having to euthanize my precious boy. I was very pleased by the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when I called to find out if my boy had been received by them and asking to change some things that had been previously chosen at the vets. The woman I spoke with was very kind and seemed very sincere in her condolences. I felt comfortable that he was in good hands and they would properly care for him and his remains. We received his remains rather quickly as well as a clay paw print of his. It made my day to have him back home and to have that paw print of his. I would definitely use them again if the I ever needed to.

I never wrote a review for this place when we used them last year. We lost 2 dogs in the space of one month, Rudy and Rusty in February and March 2018. My daughter was so attached to Rudy, and was barely able to say goodbye to him properly due to work. Lynette arranged for her to come and see him at the crematorium and put a blanket on him so she could see how much he was cared for. The only reason I'm now writing a review is we lost another dog and my vet doesn't use this crematorium. So now my Phoebe is all the way up in Austin and I wanted to say goodbye to her one last time. I know Lynette would have let me. As I still have 6 other dogs, 3 senior ones, I hope this crematorium is able to get a contract with Fischer vet clinic in New Braunfels. I know it would have made it easier knowing Phoebe was still cared for. Now she's at a place that I've never heard of. And somehow, that makes it worse.

It’s impossible to put into words how much we appreciate Lynette and what Heavenly Paws did for us. We lost my furbaby Finnegan 3 years ago exactly, and at the time we had buried him in our grief-stricken state. Ever since then, I have regretted that decision, but I thought it was a hopeless case. Now we are in the process of possibly moving out of the area, and my heart was torn apart thinking that my baby would be left behind in the Texas dirt. I contacted Lynette desperate, but worried that nothing could be done. She was so kind and willing to take on our case. The hardest part was having to exhuming the body and reliving all those emotions. But Lynette was so kind and reassuring at the office, and we got to share stories about Finny’s life and find a true kindred spirit with her. She did so much for us and our baby, and gave him back to us in such a beautiful way so he can always be with us not just in our hearts, but in our home again. Not only did we receive the customized box to carry him in, she even did a recreation of his paw print. We have so much love and respect for the team who worked so hard to bring our baby back to us. Thank you can never be said enough.

I would like to thank the people at Heavenly Paws, for making it possible from my little Foodie to remain with me just a little bit longer. I was a little worried since she was a bird, they may not take her. They absolutely did and for that I'm grateful. That bird, my bird had a lot of special meaning. She came at a difficult time in my life. Anyways I can tell you right now people. This is the place to take care of your cremation for your fur babies. The crew here is really outstanding and will certainly help you during this time.

I wanted to leave a review and say Heavenly paws has the best team! Hopefully I do not lose anymore of my fur babies but if I do I 100% will be returning. On my way to take my pup I had a blow out and they were generous enough to not only drive me to get a new tire but pay for it. Im extremely grateful to cross their path. They are truly amazing. Thank you Heavenly Paws.

I went to another establishment for these services for many years. I THOUGHT they were the best. You see my pets are family members. After speaking with a veterinarian, I decided to use Heavenly Paws. From the start the person I talked to was sympathetic (in a truly genuine way, the way only someone who truly feels for you can). When I picked up my baby I was taken by the presentation of a paw print. not just the mold in a box but beautifully sealed in a gorgeous frame. A sparkling gemstone in the mold and her mane and the year in the background. Her remains were placed in a beautiful wood box with her name on a brass nameplate on the top (engraved elegantly). Inside her remains are placed in a velvet bag with a saying that could bring tears to your eyes. A small zip-lock with some of her fur at the side.Included a booklet with information on helping the grieving process for all ages and support help lines. This is top quality, These are people taking pride in helping others through a tough time and providing the BEST quality service they can.I appreciate what they have done and will turn to them from here on out in the moment of need.I highly recommend Heavenly Paws to care for your loved pet .Thank You Heavenly Paws

We recently lost our beloved dog unexpectedly and we were in complete shock and completely broken hearted. Heavenly Paws was referred to us by the ER Hospital. From the first phone call we knew this was were we needed to take him. Lynette and her beautiful staff met us at the door and did EVERYTHING they could to make us comfortable during such a horrible situation. The respect and dignity they showed our Boomer was so comforting that leaving him we knew they would take great care of him. They made sure our daughters would always have a very special momento of Boomer to keep with them always. Words can never say Thank you enough to them for helping us during this time. I am so glad there is place like yours that loves and takes care of families they way you all do. God bless you all always ❤️

Most of my experiences losing a pet had an element of disconnection. Either I was away from home or the process was conducted by someone else behind the scenes. When I lost my beagle Molly, I knew this time there had to be a change. She had been sick for a week and when she passed I wasn't able to get to the hospital in time to say goodbye. For closure, I knew I needed to be with her on the last steps of her journey back home.Heavenly Paws provided those last steps for her and for me. They allowed me to be a part of the final act of bringing my girl home. I was able to experience the process first hand and in a judgement free environment so that I could express my grief. Every staff member was kind and respectful to both Molly and myself. We talked and shared stories of our past experiences with animals that were special to us and they were open about the entire process. The animals in my life are more than pets, they're family. When those family members have to make the final journey home I know that these are the people I can trust with that process.Thank you for your empathy, respect, and professionalism.

We lost our baby and even though it was such a horrible day knowing they were going to take care of him with love meant a lot. They were so professional and communicated at each step of the process.

My Tigger was taken directly from the veterinary hospital by Heavenly Paws of Texas Pet Cremations and returned to me in about a week. They guarantee that the pet has been cremated with no contamination from another animal. Also, along with the cremains, they included some of his fur as well as a framed imprint of his paw, both of which are such a thoughtful touch. (The paw print made me cry.) The previous Pet Cremation service i used just returned a nice carved box that couldn't be opened and had a plate on the box with the pets' name and dates of birth and death.

It has taken me much longer than I ever expected to be able to write this review.I have a very special love in my heart for the team at HP, they will always be family to me. I lost three of my dogs within 6 months of each other, and this team of wonderful people took care and loved on them all. When my baby Zena (my best friend) passed, it was after hours, and extremely sudden ( for me at least) but I knew I could trust the entire team to help me through the next steps. After working with them for awhile, and knowing them outside of my grief, I knew how much they loved my girl, and that they mourned her loss with me.Zena may be gone from her physical body, but I'm so thankful I have the piece of her I do.Love these people so much. There is no one else I would trust with respecting, and honoring the love I have for my pets, than them!

Heavenly Paws delivered such a beautiful ashes box and framed paw print. I was very touched that some of my sweet fur baby's hair had been included. I'm so thankful for that gesture. The option of cremation was a hard choice, but I'm relieved that care was taken to provide the best keepsake.

BLESSED is how I would like to start. The staff at Heavenly Paws are AMAZING and my little boy, who is now in Heaven, was treated with great love, compassion, and respect by the Heavenly Paws team!! My father, mother, sisters, brother-in-law, and friends were treated with heartfelt compassion during this difficult time. Knowing I will never hear my Harley’s growl, bark, or his amazing attitude when he spoke to us, is hard, but he is with his brother Hunter, his original family, and his extended family who are in Heaven. Thank you Heavenly Paws and I will always love my little boy named Harley!! Till we see each other again and I hear you talk to me.

We didn’t know what to expect, but Lynette and her staff really made the process special for us. They were compassionate about our loss and treated our baby with the most respect and dignity we believed he deserved. We feel at peace and in addition to his ashes we received beautiful memorabilia paw and nose print that we will Cherish forever. Thank you Heavenly Paws 🐾

I would like to take some time to shed some light on a wonderful company who truly got me through such a terrible day with nothing but patience and kindness. Lynette and her team at Heavenly Paws of Texas we’re more than wonderful to me, they were angels on earth yesterday. They listened to my story with empathy and kindness, she helped me through making arrangements with patience and grace. I could feel their heart and the love and passion they have for their job every step of the way. Her team brought me so much peace yesterday. She gave me the opportunity to lay my baby to rest the way I needed to. She made special clay prints for my children at no cost, just something special she wanted to do for them to help us remember Becka forever. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the recognition they deserve is limitless. They were truly outstanding. A team full of love. If cremation for you pet is ever an option please go there first. You and your pet will be well taken care of. She took such good care of my Becka. I can’t express enough how thankful I am for them. They brought me closure during one of the hardest days of my life. Thank you so much, I am forever grateful. ❤️

Heavenly Paws gave us and our sweet baby the most tender love and care. I spoke with Lynette multiple times on the phone and she was so caring each and every time. When we arrived to pick up our sweet baby girl Lynette sat down with me and my fiancé and ever so gently went through everything and presented our baby to us in the fashion we requested. Everything was handled in such a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and their services to anyone who has lost a precious furbaby.

Our two 17 year old labs went to heaven early this week. We received the ashes today. I cannot thank Heavenly Paws of Texas enough. Thank you for your wonderful and outstanding service. I absolutely love the wooden boxes with Maggie and Cocoa's brass plated names, the velvet bags, the shadow boxes and hair clippings. Outstanding! Thank you again for the extra touches and your compassion.Diane Garza

The angels working at this amazing company turned one of the worst experiences of my entire life into comfort and calm. When I lost my “soul pup” to heaven I was completely at a loss. Lynette and her amazing staff were a true blessing in my time of sorrow. I cannot say thank you enough to these folks and how professional and personal they handled every step of the way from our first introduction to carrying my pups ashes home with me. I can highly recommend this company and staff.

My mother’s house burned down last week and her pets lost there lives. I found out that one of the babies was still there and I called heavenly paws needed help with this pet as it was a big mastiff! They immediately went to the house picked up the pet and called me expressing their sympathy and donating there services. Very kind caring folks. I highly recommend! This was a great blessing to us! Thank you for your kindness!

Heavenly Paws is literally like heaven on Earth. Lynette and her crew are heaven sent for sure. Lynette explained everything so clear and how the process works. I am beyond blessed to have found this company. My son who has special unfortunately lost his therapy dog today. Heavenly Paws was quick to answer and give us a peice of mind when it comes to making a memorial for her. I know our Fiona Belle is in wonderful hands. Lynette I want y'all to know that y'all will always have a place in our hearts and you all made us feel like we were part of y'all's family. Thank you for everything. You all mean a lot to our family. I don't know what we would of done if it wasn't for you. Our Justin is also ready to see our paw prints. I’m not sure I could have asked for a better experience when losing a pet.We were treated like we were family when we dropped off our ferret to be cremated. Even with my red sobbing face I was able to crack a smile with Lynette because of how warm and understanding she was. They were incredibly quick to get him back to us with a beautiful shadow box with his paw prints in it, a clipping of his fur, and a beautiful box that they engraved for me with both Blue, and his sister Mochas name (who passed away a year ago.).Thank you for taking such great care of us and Blue during a difficult time.

I recommend everything about Heavenly Paws of Texas. The Owner, people their business and of course customer service and love shown to your loved Pets. As I am a very skeptic about having my pet shipped or taken back somewhere and never knowing if you actually get your pet back they explain and show their process in detail and give multiple proof of it being your loved one. They Respect your pet to the highest by how they care and deal with the body as well as how everything is arranged during the whole process of Cremation from start to finish and never take them back to start until you are ready. Truly amazing people and a blessing to meet. I thank God for bringing them to me and my Puppy Keltycke as we will always be eternally grateful. God bless Heavenly Paws Of Texas.

I’ve always had my eyes on Heavenly Paws, all the way back a year or so when I was scared my puppy, Piglet, would pass. Having had a day finally come when my little Worm, a chocolate chihuahua, passed away at 2 months old, I searched for a cremation service who I felt I could trust. My biggest worry being dealt a bad deal with mass cremation, mishandling or even damages and neglect. Looking online, I saw a plethora of pet cremation services, but most of them held 3 star ratings at the highest with only 30 reviews from people who complained about mishandling and miscommunication. One of them stood out from the rest, Heavenly Paws, which held a solid 4.9 star rating and over 130 reviews from plenty of vocal, mourning pet parents such as myself. I read a good handful of reviews before making my decision, seeing the end product of their services and even reading the critical ones which at most complained about a misspelled name plate that was updated to be swiftly fixed. Very minimal errors that doesn’t involve the treatment of the deceased pet. I decided to give them a try, only coming out on my end for 299.95 and not taxed, I was very surprised. But then came my biggest worry, the treatment of my Worm.I am a person who has the utmost respect for the dead, in this time, what they have done is in the past. I feel the dead should be remembered and treated with the utmost decency and care. So naturally, I worry if the people who work there would reflect that. The last thing I want is for my poor puppy to be treated like that of another dead animal and not a cherished family member who had a life. That thought haunted me. And if they were careless and just shoved different animals together and just estimate the weight of a 17 oz. chihuahua who was cremated and call it a day. For me to greet her every morning only for it to not be my baby that I lost. Well great news is I was very pleasantly surprised.Instantly, without me expressing my concern, they put my mind at ease.Telling me that they do absolute private cremations so that the ashes I receive with be that of my pet and my pet alone. I had Worm in a bag, previously kept frozen as she had passed in my home and my mother, who was outside saw one of the men take Worm in his arms gently and promised to treat her with care before heading to the back. My mother told me how he was holding her, and that he secured her in his arms was confirmation that she would be treated gently. They were wonderful there, and absolutely understanding that no matter the age or animal, that a connection is a connection between animal and human. She’s even expressed that she’s done cremations of other pets, from farm animals to chickens to goldfish, she does not discriminate on what qualifies as a friend and what you feel deserves to be cremated and simply that is very comforting. She let me ramble about my puppy while she gifted me her remains, along with a hefty chunk of her fur they have shaved off her body. She let me feel comfortable expressing my emotions when she showed me her remains. I had asked to see her pictures and even though she claimed to be rushed and in a hurry, my puppy was beautifully put together with all the care and love I had hoped for when I read all these wonderful reviews. I was planning on giving my own even before she asked me to because I know that these reviews helped guide me to the peace my Worm deserves and I hope they will help those who read these find their peace as well. I have two other Puppies, Badger, Worms brother, and Piglet, Worm and Badgers mother, and I know for a fact that when their time comes to put them at rest, I would choose Heavenly Paws again. They earned and deserve their 5 star reviews. Especially for being in a little office in New Braunfels! I know they go far and beyond to help put those who worry about their pets at ease with their great, caring service, and kind, empathetic words.

Heavenly Paws is the perfect company for a sad time in anyone’s life. They make the passing of one’s beloved creature so sweet and dear. I’ve had multiple dogs preserved with Heavenly Paws, and am so thankful for the ease of the process and the care they take. From the simple box holding the ashes to the clay imprint, showing the shadow of one of God’s most loving beings on earth. A beautiful reminder that he/she is still with us.

Like so many people, I had the opportunity to work with Heavenly Paws (New Braunfels, TX) under difficult circumstances. Our dog had passed away. When we spoke to our local veterinarian about our options, they had only the very finest things to say about Heavenly Paws. We chose to make the drive to New Braunfels from out of town because it sounded like the best option for our dog and we are really glad that we did. Lynette and her staff were so kind and professional throughout the entire process. Everyone on the staff treated us like family and treated out dog with respect throughout the process. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have found Heavenly Paws of New Braunfels. We would highly-recommend working with them to anyone in need. This is a great company with a great team of employees!

My retired K-9 partner Kimy passed away last week. Losing Kimy was so devastating but Heavenly Paws treated my family and I with incredible kindness and empathy for our loss. All the staff showed such honor and respect. The entire process was fully explained and all communication was top notch. Heavenly Paws is always willing to answer and encouraged any questions we might have. When we went to pick up Kimy we were provided such a beautiful wooden urn with engravings on the urn and it also included clippings of her hair. We also received her ink paw and nose print and claypaw print with a stone of our choice. The staff was so kind to answer any questions we had about the cremation process and even took the time to give us a tour of the facilities and explained to us how the entire processed worked. My family and I are so thankful for their kindness, generosity and honor that Lynette and the entire staff of Heavenly Paws gave to Kimy and the amazing service Heavenly Paws provides to the working K-9’s at the end of their journey in our community and the surrounding areas. Thank you, again! Hunde Aus Laufen. Honor first.

My beautiful Pearl Girl passed away due to complications from a broken tooth which revealed other issues. It was a tragic and very unexpected loss. I’m devastated and utterly heart broken. My girl’s cremation was scheduled through Oso Creek emergency room. They only took a couple of days to get her back to me. They made a beautiful paw print with a pink jewel inside a lovely frame. They sent her back to me in a very well made wooden box with her cremation number. Her ashes are in a beautiful blue velvet bag with a heart touching saying embroidered on it in silver. It says “until we meet again at the rainbow bridge” and needless to say it made me start crying all over again. They have her name engraved on a golden plate attached to the top of the wooden box. The entire package is very well done. Their work is of the highest quality. I’m very thankful that they handled my pet with respect and returned her to me in a timely manner. I’m very heartbroken but it will get easier for me. Thank you.

I have to tell you...I cannot tell you how hard it is to lose your pet...son or daughter...They are our children as well! Heavenly Paws did a fantastic service for us...I received my Male Husky's ashes, my 4 legged son yesterday. It came in a great little wooden box and a framed paw print. I opened the box and there was a satchel that read about meeting again at the Rainbow Bridge. A coworker the day after we lost our boy, gave us a story about one day meeting again over the Rainbow bridge.. It was very surprising to see that on the satchel saying the same thing...It was my Husky, my guardian angel reaching out to us again...He will be missed so much..I thank Heavenly Paws a great deal.

We had to evacuate for hurricane laura. We have 8 dogs. All the hotels we checked with either had a no pet policy or a 1-2 dogs per room with a weight limit. We have 2 Great Pyrenees, 2 other outside dogs, 2 chihuahuas, a whippet, and a lab. We brought our livestock trailer and had to keep our outside dogs and Great Pyrenees in it. We did our best to keep them cool, hydrated, and as comfortable as Texas can be in late august. Unfortunately, our male Pyrenees either had a heat stroke or a stress induced seizure and passed away. We called an emergency vet clinic who offered to keep him overnight and put us in contact with Heavenly Paws. The next morning, we called them to male arrangements. We spoke to Mrs. Lynette and she helped us. When I tell you this lady went above and beyond to help us, I mean it. Thor was such a special part of our lives. Because of our unique situation, she had everything done for us in a day (when it usually takes 7-10 days). Along with that, because evacuations put a financial strain on everyone, she also did it at no cost to us. If you ever have to evacuate and find yourself in this area with dogs, please reach out to these people! They will help you find a place for your puppies and keep them safe! Thank you guys so much for what you did for us and for Thor. ❤️❤️

This review is overdue but I'm still trying to come to terms with the loss of my sweet baby Rio. It's important to me to let others know what a beautiful person Lynette is and the wonderful work Heavenly Paws is doing. Our sweet little shih tzu passed away in February at the age of 6 due to an inoperable tumor she developed in the spine of her neck. She was gone within two weeks of the diagnosis. It was all so fast and devasting, I've never cried so much in my life. I instantly knew I didn't want to bury my baby and wanted her cremated. I searched for many places online and read a lot of mixed reviews at other places. It was so important for me to know my baby would be cremated alone and I would get back all her ashes. When we called Heavenly Paws and spoke to Lynette we instantly had a good feeling. We took our baby in the following Monday after she passed and was greeted by Lynette. Lynette is the kindest, most sweetest person. She was so compassionate and talked to us for hours and let us cry. We shared memories of Rio with her and she shared her own experience of the loss of her baby. She explained to us the process from beginning to end and assured us how they keep track of each baby with number tags. I was comforted knowing my baby was not going to be cremated with other dogs and would be cremated alone. She gave us the option to witness the cremation but we declined. I trusted Lynette completely with my baby and knew I would get her back and only her. Lynette takes great pride in what she does and truly loves each baby like her own. We received our baby back within a few days in a beautiful box with her name engraved, shavings of her hair, ID tag, paw print and a special ink print of my pups paws. It meant so much to me that Lynette made me the ink print. I will treasure it forever. If you have any doubts talk to Lynette. She is very upfront explains everything and will even show you how the process is done. There are no secrets here and trust me Lynette will put your mind and heart to ease. Thank you Lynette and Heavenly Paws.

Heavenly Paws did an excellent job taking care of our cat Reggie. When I wanted an update on him, they responded really quickly,. The clay paw picture frame was beautifully done and they even included clippings of his black and white fur with his ashes. Thank you Heavenly Paws for making this hard time for our family a little brighter with your services. God Bless!

I highly recommend Heavenly Paws. I lost my retired K9 partner Elyon and I contacted Heavenly Paws. Lynette quickly returned my call and offered comfort during a difficult time. She did a great job explaining the process. Since I'm not from the area, I took Elyon to Corpus Christi and they picked him up from there. They were able to ship Elyon back to me. Once I received him, my family and I were very pleased. The paw print and the wooden urn were beautiful. Thank you Heavenly Paws for everything and for taking care of my K9 partner.Thank you very much,E. Aguirre

Everything was a highlight at Heavenly Paws except my broken heart. When I called to speak with Lynette for the first time I thought that I was information-seeking only. 2 days later I was sitting in their beautiful office speaking with two very compassionate and empathetic people to make this process much easier than I dreamed it could ever be. I chose Heavenly Paws based on word-of-mouth recommendations as well as social media reviews. Everything that I had been told and read about was spot-on accurate. The process was explained, the options they offered were made clear and then the heart holding throughout the process was delivered. Everything was transparent and Lynette and Seth continually asked if I had any questions along the way. The facility is clean and intended to be completely available to their customers, who by the way feel like family before you leave. I have one more fur baby at home so I know at some point I will be again finding myself in the hands of Heavenly Paws. Mr. Gibson, you are blessed with a phenomenal staff and business model. Lynette and Seth, Gracie and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your knowledge, willingness to accommodate our every question and outstanding care. Jobs well done good and faithful servants....Matt. 25:21

I lost my boy Rex last Friday I had him for 9 years. I got him 2 weeks after my only sister Rita died he was 8 weeks old. I turned to alcohol and drugs and going down a really bad path. My niece brought him to me and from that day he literally saved my life. I took him home with me as he passed. The vet got in contact with Heavenly Paws Of Texas here in New New Brownsville in Texas. I can't thank them enough how respectful, courteous they were. They focused on me and took such good care of Rex. I thank God for them. Please if something should ever happen to your baby as it did mine. Give them a call look them up they take care of everything it was such a comforting experience I didn't know I would be able to experience. They even let me see him and took PAW PRINTS gave me some of his hair and held me during ttbe final phase. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. TRULY

It has taken three weeks to try to put my appreciation to the Heavenly Paws staff into words that I hope will make sense. The unexpected loss of our Chiclet after sixteen full years of her putting us first is a hurt that only a pet lover can imagine. My feelings are rawer than my "tough guy" mind says they should be, but so what. Chiclet was returned to us in two tastefully elegant tributes to her life with us. The extra thought and care shown in the paw plaque shadowbox and the engraved wooden chest, rainbow bridge bag and lock of her hair were examples to us of the final care and respect she received after leaving our care. That was and is very comforting and has considerably assisted our healing process. Thank you Heavenly Paws people for all the extras you do to honor our pets' memories. We can recommend your services to all, without any reservations.

Thank you so much for treating my cat with so much respect. I had him for 13 years and he meant so much to me. I’ve had previous pets whose remains were done very cheaply so to have such a nice set was a relief. It meant so much that you added the fur. I lost him very suddenly and had no time to save anything like that. All I could find in my home afterwards was loose strands that didn’t blend well. You really captured what he looked like without a photo. I will be using your services again. (Hopefully not anytime soon)

I do not live in New Braunfels, but my veterinary in Corpus Christi sent my baby girl to Heavenly Paws for her cremation. I was so upset when my vet was asking me questions that I really didn't know how I would receive my little girl back. I can't express how touched I was. The paw print and the little bag of her fur. It meant so much to me. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my little girl.

Our family recently lost one of our oldest pomeranian, Gorgeous. Before we used to trust our pets to be handled by another service for years; however, it lost its service and we were weary of trying a new place. Luckily we found Heavenly Paws. They were a tremendous help and were sincere about their commitment to respecting our pet’s remains from start to finish. A special thank you to Lynette for all her help. We will keep you all in mind should, god forbid, we require your services again. Sincerely Ernest and Debra Minjares.

On Friday I lost my dog Jasmin. She was 11 years old and had a terrible case of pancreatitis. Her death was sudden. Today I received her ashes. I have never lost a pet like this before and it’s been an emotional few days. I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I got her ashes. What I received exceeded all expectations and is such a beautiful tribute to such an amazing friend. Not only were her ashes put in a beautiful wooden box with her name on the top but they were also in a pouch that said “until we meet again at the rainbow bridge.” To top it all off some of my babies fur were carefully put into a small ziplock underneath her ashes. I am especially grateful for this because since she passed I’ve been regretting not having some of her fur. I was in pieces. Last but not least her little paw print was imprinted in clay with a gemstone and placed in a shadow box with her name inside. From the handwritten calligraphy to the fur, thank you...thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my baby back in such a beautiful way. You’re doing everything right. Keep going.

Last week I lost my best friend of almost 13 years. I always knew saying goodbye to Cannon was going to be terribly difficult for me and of course we all have the fear of the unknown. Do I just drop my baby off, how do I know the remains I’m receiving are my baby, this can be an uneasy feeling? Upon our arrival Lynettes son greeted us with a warm smile and he carried my baby with love and compassion. Next we met Lynette and she was sooo warm and welcoming to us understanding that this wasn’t just a dog but a family member who was valued and held extremely high on a pedestal. Right off of the bat she understood my uneasy feeling and knew I wanted to see my baby through the process and as difficult as the situation was she made it soo comforting. Lynette allowed my entire family to return the next day so we could all say our final goodbyes kisses and hugs, we watched my baby go into his final destination and we knew exactly who what where when and why. She made us the most beautiful paw prints for each of my children , a beautiful nose print and the box received with our baby Cannon was absolutely beautiful and perfect with an engraving of our choice. She went above and beyond to include our children keep them comforted and explain what was going on. I can tell you without a doubt as difficult as it is to lose a loved one Lynette and the Heavenly Paw Family will absolutely exceed anything you could possibly imagine. Although we lost a family member who will absolutely be missed, we without a doubt walked away from this gaining a new friend. Thank you so so so much Lynette and Heavenly Paws the Webster family is 100% grateful for your kind love and care, God bless.

Unfortunately, I had to use them twice. Lost my beloved dog a couple of months ago, then my parrot recently. They go above and beyond. The perfect balance of sympathy and empathy but with a very efficient process where we were confident that the return was really ours. We had a less than desirable experience with another company were they temporarily could not tell us the location of our cat for a period after his remains were picked up for our Vet. We had not such concerns with Heavenly Paws.
Diana Perez
I had you say goodbye to a dog I had for 16 years. Heavenly paws picked her up a vets office on Sept 2nd (a holiday weekend) she was back at my vet office on sept 4th. And I could not believe what a beautiful job they did she was in a beautiful box with her name on it, in that box was a beautiful velvet like bag the read in till we meet again at rainbow bridge some of her hair in the box and her paw print with a colored gem I picked out next to her paw print and was in a shadow box . If you have to say good bye to a pet and plan to them Cremated I highly recommend you find a vet that uses Heavenly paws or call them they are amazing and compassionate! I still can’t believe how beautiful everything turned out!

I was extremely happy with the amazing memorial items this company put together for my beloved pup Gauge. The paw print came in a beautiful shadow box, with an orange gem. I was able to select the color, safety cone orange of course since they were his favorite. They did an amazing job with the box and name plate I requested. The tuft of hair was such a unique thing to have to remember my sweet Gauge by. The only thing that was extremely disheartening was the text messaging service. I received the text “We are so sorry for your loss” with more detailed information on the request for service, while waiting in my car. This was BEFORE I had even said the final goodbye to my pup. Was just sudden and heartbreaking receive that, before we actually let him go. Today I received the message “Your pet has been delivered” to our local vet. The verbiage in my opinion just could have been slightly different. My pet was not being delivered, my pet was gone. I’m not sure what term would be better truthfully. While I think it is great to receive updates on status and confirmation, I do think slight changes could be made. I just thought I would share my experience. I would highly recommend heavenly paws to someone looking for a place to restore you pets memory forever.

I lost my baby girl, Koko, recently after being diagnosed with a very serious lung condition and it was very difficult for her to breathe. I know she is not suffering anymore but I still miss her terribly. She was my security blanket Whenever I felt down I would always just pick her up and we would cuddle for a while and I would always feel better. I miss that terribly. I decided to take her to Heavenly Paws on the recommendation from my granddaughter who recently took her baby, Dory, there. I was not disappointed. From the very beginning I could tell I made the right decision. Lynette was caring and very sympathetic. I could almost feel like Koko was hers. She explained everything that was going to happen. She answered my questions thoroughly. I was very shaken and she made the effort to make sure I was okay. When I went back to pick up Koko, she still took the time to explain all that took place. I know I have made a friend for life. I highly recommend Heavenly Paws to anyone who has to go through this very difficult part of life. Thank you so much, Lynette.

From the bottoms of our heart thank you. -The Martinez Family.

Heavenly Paws goes above and beyond. Lynette and her staff treated me and my fur baby like family. They handled everything with dignity and respect and made the whole process comfortable. I know my sweet kitty was in great hands!

I recently had to give my retired Border Patrol K9 “Kazan” a send off, which hurt immensely, due to the fact of how much time we spent together, working and training. Heavenly Paws of New Braunfels were tremendously sympathetic and caring in this endeavor. Lynette and her staff are great, caring people, and am so, so glad I made this trip to see them. My partner, who served with me is in “doggie heaven” with the greatest of ease…..I can’t thank them enough……..Honor First!!!!!!

We lost our little Izzie on 2/15/19, she was transferred from the vet's office to Heavenly Paws, we had a note that we wanted to be present for the cremation. Lynette called us at 9am on Monday morning, offered condolences and arranged the cremation with us for the following day. They were very respectful of our little girl and kind.*** If you're vet is transferring to heavenly paws make sure they have the right email. Mine was spelled incorrectly by the vet's office so I didn't have access to the tracking. I was nervous that we wouldn't be able to say goodbye one last time but Lynette made sure she called us right when they opened on Monday. ***

What a wonderful company during such a sad time. They came all the way to San Antonio to pick up our sweet Maxies remains and took her to New Braunfels and back. Such a beautiful box with her ashes. And a name plate with her name and death year. Also a clay paw print in a nice frame. Thank you for such professional care. Oh, also some snips of her hair in a envelope. We will use this company for now on with our furbabies when they cross over the rainbow bridge.

Heavenly Paws made an extremely rough time, easier to navigate. They picked up Scrappy from the animal hospital and returned his ashes there, so I didn’t have to travel to retrieve them. They texted me updates every step of the way… and the little clay paw print they gave us is precious. Thank you for helping me through this ❤️

Ok Its taken me quite a while to be in a place were I can give this review any justice, but I'm ready now. Let me just start with saying that My husband gifted me our sweet Frenchie Kobe because we decided we weren't going to have any more children, so this fur baby was my BABY! I spoke this little man into existence. When we set out to find a Frenchie I knew exactly what color coat, color eyes he would have, his structure, his ears, his temperament down to his funny personality. The first time I saw him I knew he was my baby. He came home to us June 2020 and we immediately fell in love with him. Boy was he spoiled, from toys to his own stroller, car seat sleeping right next to us in bed. Kobe brought so much joy into our lives. Unfortunately, our sweet Kobe started to have issues, he wasn't himself. He started throwing up and then his belly became enlarged. The following three weeks was a complete nightmare, 6 visits to the vet and thousands of dollars later we were finally told my Kobe was born with a heart defect that caused right sided heart failure which caused his liver to enlarge. The vet, nonchalantly advised we euthanized him. I was DEVASTATED. We made the appointment, but when the time came I just couldn't let my baby die alone in a room full of strangers (Covid prevented me being able to be there). So I opted to keep my baby home and let him pass in the comfort of his home where he was loved and adored. He died on a Friday morning a few days after his last vet visit. After a few hours of crying, I finally started to make the calls for a place to cremate him.First call I made was to a different crematory. A man answered the phone, seemingly in a hurry, asked what I needed. When I inquired about options he just referred me to his website and told be to call back once I decided from his menu of services. Unbelievable. Then I called Heavenly Paws, and a woman answered (I later learned her name was Lynette) and greeted me in a soothing warm empathetic voice and immediately expressed her condolences for the passing of our baby. She asked me a few questions and when I struggled to decide on the options she invited me to come to her location so I could really feel comfortable with my choices. I came, with our Kobe wrapped in a towel. When I arrived, she immediately could tell I was distraught she asked if she could hug me. She was so kind and I just really felt like she understood my grief. She took her time explaining the process, she asked me questions about my baby, I shared photos of him before he was sick. I cried and cried and she let me have those moments there in her office without rushing me. I can not even put in to words how much Lynette helped me get through the passing of my baby. She offered to preserve Kobe until the following Tuesday so we could be present during his cremation. We came had a few moments of silence, returned after a few hours while they prepared his ashes. Then I received a huge surprise, Lynette and her team framed my favorite photo of our baby along with the imprints of his paws!!!! It was beautiful.I wholeheartedly recommend coming here! I didn't just leave this place with Kobe's ashes (at significantly lower prices than the first place I called was charging) I left with a sense of peace, closure and the gift of final and proper good bye to my sweet boy Kobe.

I will admit. I did call someone before these guys. Something about big and small paws or something. They made me cry even harder. I had my best friend in the world die. Yes. A fur baby. She meant everything to me. We were together for 16 years. The staff at heavenly paws seemed to understand this. From the get go I was treated like they got it. They understood what I was going through. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. It’s hard. But the way they treated me and the level of service I received deserve this post.

I entrusted this organization with my beloved pet dog Opie. I must state first and foremost: IF you have ANY reservations regarding the integrity of these people, I can—and I will personally attest on their behalf that they are caring, compassionate and honest.Heavenly PAWS and Lynette as well as the other workers there broke down every single ounce of concern I had.You WILL get your pet and your pet alone if you choose to do a private service. You will also get the compassion and understanding from Lynette and all of the staff. Period. I was allowed to see the entire process. And I mean the entire process from the paw printing, hair clipping, and all the rest of the service your pet will get here. Me and my adult son were given the opportunity to sit with Opie one more time. We could of sat there all day if we wanted to (within reason). Lynette insisted we engage with this process to help heal our hearts. She was correct.I caressed Opie. I cried. I rubbed her ears. I rubbed her belly—and I told her how well she did by me as my dog. I was embraced with the utmost compassion, empathy, understanding, and honesty. Every single facet of the process was explained.I was there and I did what an owner should do—I saw my most loyal friend off. This was the piece of the puzzle I was missing. I cry as I type this review. I so so loved my pet. She was pure and loyal and this is the essence of my love for this animal. She is ok She was sent off with dignity as well. The people here CARE FOLKS! They sincerely do. I do not know them nor had I ever met them. I now feel as if all the workers there befriended my son and I. I consider them my friends and will entrust them without hesitation moving forward. Moreover, I give them my permission to allow ANY OF YOU WHO need to know more or would like to literally talk to me to validate this clear, concise and matter of fact review to contact me however you choose. I know I had some concerns at first about my pet being cremated because I had little knowledge of the overall protocols and processes. I have zero concerns after my real life up close and personal interaction with this organization.Trust in Heavenly Paws and all who work there. All the staff love animals and will treat your pet with dignity.

If I could give Ms. Lynette and her team a 10-Star review, I would in a heartbeat. We lost our precious 16-year-old Boston Terrier Easy, very suddenly and Ms. Lynette went far and beyond to help us honor the body of our sweet Easy. Ms. Lynette truly understands the overwhelming pain and sorrow one feels when our precious babies pass away to go back to heaven. Ms. Lynette and her team were very respectful in handling Easy's body. Also, Ms. Lynette took the time to walk us through every step and helped us make the right decisions to have one more memory with Easy. The team at Heavenly Paws were truly a blessing for us when we needed them most.

There is something special that takes place between a handler and his working canine and when the expected, but never wanted happens, it truly is a difficult experience to take in. Heavenly Paws has made that difficult time into a more enduring process due to their compassion and dedication to our loved ones. Thank you Lynette and Staff for taking care of my DARA. She will be missed but always remembered thanks to you.

TRULY

On September 24, 2021 we lost our beloved Cheerio. He was always by our side. Lynette and Heavenly Paws of Texas Pet Cremations was by our side through the whole process of losing our Cheerio. They are the most compassionate, loving, and caring organization. I highly recommend them as they have gone above and beyond to take care of our Cheerio until he was returned to us in a memorial tribute. Their services to preserve our dog Cheerio's remains was priceless and they are truly a one of a kind organization second to none.

For the times that are the most difficult, Heavenly Paws of Texas meets you where you are and preserves your beloved pet in a thoughtful and loving way to appreciate forever. Lynette and David there are amazing and I encourage anyone who experiences the loss of a loved pet to seek them out. Thank you Heavenly Paws for turning this heartbreaking experience into something we can cherish.

I had a very poor experience with this company. We paid for cremation with dogs paw print and small wooden case with brass name on top of it with the remains inside.Number one they misspelled our dog's nameThat was on the box with the remains plus the paw print.I was communicating with Junior at Mission veterinary clinic but he seemed cluelessThey said that they hand delivered a new box and nameplate quickly.they did hand deliver it but they hit it behind our potted plants so far back that we could not see it.So I assumed that it was not taken care of as promisedWe found the new box with the correct spelling of our pets' name after a couple of weeks because no one told us where they'd put itMy experience with missionary veterinary clinic and heavenly paws was poor.Very poor communication on behalf of both entities and possibly understaffed which can be scary if you're dealing with a sick part of your family.

Heavenly Paws of Texas did a great wonderful job with the cremation of my baby. The staff is extremely nice and comforting through the process. Everything came out perfect and within a few days. I've had two dogs cremated there and wouldn't recommend anywhere else but them! Thank you guys so much!

Had Old Lady for about 4-5 months. She came to the front door and she looked at me with those big brown eyes and I fell in love with her. I had to put her down cause she was old and very skinny towards the end of her life. I spent the day before and the last day of her life talking to her and God that she has a peaceful life . Never heard about Heavenly Paws till the day they pick her up and they texted me that she was there. Thank you so much for taking care of her and letting me know what was going on. Till I see her again in heaven. God bless the Old Lady. I love you and miss you.

Heavenly paws did a fabulous job taking care of my baby Neeko. They get 3 stars for the following issues: I called and left a couple voicemails asking for someone to call me back to see if it was possible to get some paw prints on some sheets of paper. I totally respect if it was too late in the process, but they need to update their voicemail. It states a call back same day or the next business day. I never received a call back. My second issue is on the website it has three option lines to put your loves ones info. Why have them if your not going to use them?! I put my babies info on the 2nd line an there is nothing but his name ob his box. Again, they did a fantastic job they just need to update a few things...

Heavenly Paws did an amazing job with the remains of our beloved cat, Panther. They texted us with updates so we were informed of every step. It’s very difficult to lose a pet, but thanks to Heavenly Paws, Panther will always have a place in our home.

Bandit was my service dog and best friend of 10 years. He died suddenly due to cancer and Heavenly Paws did everything with a kind soul and so much love. This can’t be an easy job.I forgot to get his collar when I left him with the vet and panicked (sorry!) when I thought I didn’t get his collar back only to find that it was placed gently with his remains. My only complaints (but won’t take off stars because they aren’t something I feel take away from the service I was given) is that the name plate isn’t how I put it to be (what vet put on order but I had called later to have what I wanted. Didn’t get relayed I guess). (UPDATE:)Lynette and her crew heard and will be fixing it!!and the paw print is fairly messed up (I would imagine it’s not easy to get a good print on something no longer alive for many reasons and there’s still four toes and a main pad anyway, it’s quirky just like Bandit was ).I would like to add that when Lynette heard my message about the tags she dropped everything she was doing so she could find out what happened (So sorry again!!) including driving in on her day off, and calling her whole staff to figure out what happened. She called me back and apologized ( me too and still am!!)and we talked for a bit which made me feel even more special.Thank you guys though for everything. You made this a lot easier knowing he was in the hands of fellow animal lovers.Don’t want to think about it, of course, but I will use you guys again when that time once again arises.I Recommend them to everyone that want to have their pet cremated. You won’t find better people.Leah

I wish they had more stars. Lynette, you are a wonderful compassionate person and I can't thank you enough for comforting me during the loss of my baby, Terero. I was a little worried about Terero's after life care, and Lynette made it a point to meet with me face to face when I brought my baby home. She explained to me their entire process of after life care which totally put my heart at ease. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My offer to volunteer to bring those babies home to their owners still stands. I would be honored to be a part of a business that truly and honestly cares.

I had a short time with a wonderful boy, although short I'm new to the area and was trying to figure out how to get him cremated because after all he had been through in his life he deserved that and more so being new to the area I took a recommendation and calling heavenly paws. They were so amazing went over the steps with me and made sure that everything was done in a timely matter. They not only did this but went above and beyond on their work. It is truly amazing and when the time comes and I lose another I will definitely be calling them 💓 I would rate them so much more than a 5 as they are truly amazing

Two weeks ago I had to have my kitty put to sleep. Because of my distress at the time and the lack of information from the ER, I did not get the urn I wanted. I got a wooden box with my kitty’s name spelled wrong. The ER took no responsibility. I called Heavenly Paws who provided the service. The kindness of Lynette at Heavenly Paws healed my heart about the wrongdoing of my kitty’s urn. The next day she sent out a name plate with the correct spelling. She helped me look through catalogs to find the perfect urn. And in the end, she made this little box special. I am going to keep it.Thank you Lynette. ♥️🐾

This place was very pleasant and quick. I lost my dog on a Friday and he was ready to come home on Wednesday (during COVID-19!!!). Thank you so much for making such a painful experience a little easier with your beautiful paw print, wonderful urn, and the presentation of it all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is my first experience losing a pet and now that I have Dillon home, my family feels whole again.

Hands down 5 stars. 10 if they were available. They have done an excellent job providing my Mary Jane the most amazing and most beautiful memorial that I have ever seen. Thank you Lynette Leanox for taking such wonderful care of my baby. She was truly an amazing girl. Gone so young but will never be forgotten. Now because of you and your team, she is with me always. Thank you again. Until we meet again at The Rainbow Bridge my sweet Mary jane, may you Rest in Paradise. I love you! With the most gratefulness,Mrs. & Mrs. Les and Tiffany Williams.

Our deepest appreciation for Lynnette & Heavenly Paws. Our Ret.MWD Fergina was laid to rest and Lynnette took care of all the details, Fergina was returned to us 3 days later in a beautiful cherry wood box engraved with her beautiful paw print. Heavenly Paws and Lynnette were all very professional and compassionate giving us updates on our furbabies journey. Thank You

Thank you to Lynette and all of her staff for always going above and beyond with our babies. We wouldn't ever trust anyone else with our pets, we have moved 5 hours from New Braunfels and no matter the distance she is the only person we will trust with our babies ❤ Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our Joey.Lots of love Linda and Diane Cordova and all of our fur babies

Our kitty, Tyson was with us for 15 years, On Wednesday, 07/17 he passed away suddenly. The start of our positive experience with Heavenly Paws of Texas started at 7 am with Lynette giving us a call. We were going to just head out to New Braunfels just to ‘walk in’ to speak with HPIH to have our Tyson cremated. It was great to know that she answered my wifes email from night before, to come in and get Tyson taken care of. We took the hour drive from San Antonio, enjoying our last car ride with Tyson, and got to the facility in New Braunfels. Lynette greeted us as we entered the building. We both felt the heartwarming welcome she gave my wife and I.She took us in a quiet room, and spoke to us about Tyson. She wanted to know everything about him, and wanted tidbits of Tyson that made him special to us. It was very heartwarming, and the way she kickstarted our grieving process. Lynette is very caring and very consoling. The services are very top notch. The teal colored clay paw print along wth a Crystal stone color of your choice was very well made, and is a very nice keepsake. She also made us a paper paper paw print in a frame. The box is very nice, and mind you, this is just the ‘generic’ box they give you with the cremation. You have choice of ordering another urn if you choose to.We took Tyson in on Thursday morning, and she notified us that he would be ready to be picked up the afternoon. I ended up picking him up on Friday, so Tyson would be home with us. This was a highly positive experience that we had with Heavenly Paws of Texas, Lynette and her staff. Thank you again for your services and heartwarming personality to get us through the hard time we are feeling.

This morning I recieved a call personally from Lynette, I have to say she has a kind animal loving soul. Last week we had to make the tough decision for our 20 year old kitty Maylin, if that isnt hard enough, waking up and her not being here is the worst. But when I spoke to Lynette this morning she put my heart to rest. Knowing that our girl is on her way home from one of the best places in Texas. I'm happy to know Maylin was treated with love. Thanks bunches Lynette and Heavenly PawsWe are fighters to the End

Heavenly Paws was so respectful of our dog Opie. They were very transparent and very nice. They showed us the whole process and were comforting the whole way through. I’m so glad we got to send off Opie with Heavenly Paws they gave my Dad and I the closure that we needed. Thanks again y’all are doing amazing work 💜

Steph E.

We had a wonderful experience. Lynette and Ty go above and beyond to make you feel like family. I’m glad they were there to help our family through this tough emotional process with our baby Leo. Thanks for everything Lynette and even helping my mom with Lola. We are very grateful.

Our dear, four year old Neopolatin Mastiff passed this past Saturday evening. Lynnette and the compassionate team of Heavenly Paws opened their doors and hearts to our precious baby. They took their time, asked about our fur baby, and offered support in our time of grief. The professionalism exhibited really put us at ease. The result is a remembrance and celebration of Neo’s life.

They were excellent picking up my dog. They worked around my schedule. They have a perfect understanding that our pets are not animals but part of our family. They go out of their way to help you through your grieving process. Other than some strange phone issues this is the perfect place!

I was heartbroken when I was forced to euthanize my best friend due to kidney failure. Knowing that I have a little bit of him to keep with me forever has helped ease the pain. Thank you so much, Heavenly Paws. You provide a wonderful service. I know it sounds strange, but having his ashes and little paw print makes me feel like he's still with me. Thank you.

I don’t understand the failure to return calls, and let me pay..I want the ashes mailed via fedex. Please call me back!UPDATE: I received my sweet dogs ashes today. The box is beautiful and all is very well done. Staff was most apologetic about calls and I appreciate having my little box with my dear pups ashes,

I would like to thank lynette and her family for helping me and my family out with our family pets loss. They worked so hard to help us with our baby chico that we lost on Saturday late evening. Chico was part of our family for over 13 years and was going on 14yrs old. I truly appreciate how considerate they were from the time we messaged her til we arrived with chico's body. They didnt hesitate at all to comfort us and to make sure we were okay during the process. They made sure we were okay with everything that was going to happen and reassuredus that we would be highly satisfied. And I have to say I'm very happy enlight of the sad situation we are very happy to have come across heavenly paws they are such a wonderful company and show so much passion to the fur babies and their last moments. Thank you so much lynette and your family and co workers all for helping us and making everything possible for us. They will work with you anyway they can to make your arrangements possible and make your experience the best they can. Thank you all so much

I received an email today that my baby was back. You guys I’m soo happy the way everything came out. To the box of Bakira’s name on it and to the paw print of my baby. No one will ever understand how difficult it is to lose or having to put down a family member. Bakira was given to me when she was about 4 weeks old. Yes I know that’s soo young, but she lived for 11 years. Last Wednesday something unexpected happen and I had no choice to put her to sleep. My baby I loved her soo much. You guys at heavenly paws did an outstanding job. I didn’t expect to have a piece of Bakira’s fur in the box. I absolutely love it. I’m soo glad you guys brought her back to me soo fast. Thank you soo much for making me feel a lot better knowing that she back. But I do believe God and she still lives and is waiting for me. Thank you.#ALLDOGSGOTOHEAVEN

The service was outstanding & we would highly recommend Heavenly Paws to anyone who want the best care for their loved pet. We've had 8 pets cremated at other facilities and none came close to the caring service we received. Lynnette took care of us and our beloved Goldie girl as if we were her own family.

I want to give a huge thanks to Heavenly Paws. I lost my partner and best friend Bux. He was a retired detection canine. Heavenly Paws assisted us in this difficult time without hesitation. They take pride in helping Law Enforcement and Service Canines.

Heavenly Paws of Texas has helped us cope with the loss of our sweet fur baby. Their attention to detail and emotional consideration offers comfort during a very difficult time. We appreciate the love and caring that we received from everyone.

My dogs cremation was delayed because she died at the beginning of quarantine. The people at heavenly paws were really understanding and even convered the cost for an engraving. Really appreciate them.

I am so very pleased with the service from Heavenly Paws. The beautiful cherry wood box (urn) with Bella's name plate, the fur they put in with the ashes was a shocking blessing, the paw prints along with a clay print of the front and back paw and the certificates all are just beautiful. Thank y'all so very much.
Faith Castellanos
When one of our family dogs passed, they made sure all of us grown kids got keepsakes to remember him by. I am so glad I have a beautiful pawprint impression in a frame from the first dog I had as a puppy.
Sarah Banes
I had to have my dog put down unexpectedly and we wanted to have her cremated. The box that you get is beautiful... they also give clay paw print ( I didn’t know ) that was such a special surprise and we just love it.

Thank you.

I cannot seem to get my dogs ashes back. I have called 4 x, had one call returned and was told they could be ready in 15 min. We could not come pick up as we live close to an hour away. I left a message asking to have them mailed and have offered to pay. Stiil NO calls back. This has gone on since befor thanksgiving.
