Great service from a talented designer, and speedy too! I can do simple photo editing but knew I wanted better than I could do for my Mom’s memorial program, so I purchased Carole’s Design Services to enhance Mom’s main photo. I was so delighted that I hired Carole for 2 more photo enhancements for slideshow images that were significantly improved and are now special family photos. She even met the 3-hr turnaround time on a Saturday (!) and was willing to do a couple of additional tweaks until I was delighted with the final images.

Fortunately for them, unfortunately for me, I have used Funeral Program Site services on 3 occasions in the past 2 years. Each time, the service was stellar and the product was professional. The funeral directors were very impressed with the programs. Carole is very responsive and helpful. She works with me to make sure everything is on point. And she works diligently to make sure the deadline is met. Hopefully, I won't have to but if I must, I would definitely use the Funeral Program Site again and most certainly would recommend it.

I'd like to say thank you for people like Carole. She made a difficult situation easier.As you know, anyone planning a funeral is in ‘high gear’ making phone calls to family and friends, scheduling the church, ordering flowers, purchasing a casket...and assembling a funeral program. Needless to say, the information that needs to go into the funeral program comes from many sources and having someone like Carole putting it all together made a huge difference. She was very receptive and involved with the process. She helped me choose a program template and guided me on how to best lay out the program. I forwarded her the information (obituary and tribute verbiage, .jpg photos, etc.) and she used her creative skills to make it fit beautifully. As I kept receiving information from my family to add or delete, we ended up with multiple revisions of the program. Carole was able to turn around my updates within an hour or so which made the editing process easy. When the final revision was complete (a week later), we had the Funeral Program company print and next-day deliver the programs (delivery wasn’t cheap, however, when on a tight schedule, you don’t want to depend on ‘snail mail’). We received the programs on time and they were excellent. We received many nice comments on the program and of course I showed the website address on the back of the program.In summary, I give Carole and her company lots of kudos and thank them for being a part of what could have been a gut wrenching process. Unbelievably rewarding experience. I looked at many bulletin sites for my father's memorial bulletin but was drawn to the Funeral Program Site. It was easy to choose and place my order. I was grateful to find a bulletin that allowed me to add an unlimited number of pages at a reasonable price. But the truly amazing part was Carol. First of all, the assistance that she provided exceeded my expectations. She was patient, knowledgeable, informative, descriptive, and helpful with the most pleasant demeanor; a consummate professional. Funeral program site was truly a God sent. Carole was very supportive in the most difficult time in my life. I contacted her the day before my mother's Memorial Service with a draft of the program. She helped me to select the right template and offered to complete the program for me due to the time restraints I had going on. She stayed with me until the final program was done at 10pm EST. I was able to send it to the printer the next morning and have it printed by 10am for an 11am Memorial Service. Everyone loved the program and believed we celebrated my mother life in a beautiful fashion that represented her life and love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This site was a God-send. I needed to create a program for my mother's memorial service and had no idea how to go about it. Carole was extremely helpful in pointing me toward to best format for my content and in helping solve a couple of problems I ran into while working on the template. I hasten to add that these issues were mainly due to my lack of technical skills! Once I had completed the template, she reviewed it for me just to assure me that it was in good shape for printing. I elected to let the Funeral Program-Site handle printing as well because they have so much experience with similar jobs and their price was competitive. Overall, the wide assortment of formats and templates ensures you can find what you want and their customer service is terrific.

Due to the unexpected death of my Mom-in-law this week, my husband and I were launched into a long 10 hour drive to take care of all the planning and preparations for her memorial. I was elected to take care of the programs for the memorial and found myself frustrated with trying to create something on my own. That is when I found this great Funeral Program site. I found the exact program design my husband wanted, but found myself to be a bit challenged with the program I was using to edit the information. This review is a little over due as my dad passed away last year. His passing was sudden and we had to plan his memorial rather quickly. We found The Funeral Program Site and we were thrilled with the choices and the beauty of their products. Their customer service was excellent, they were patient and extremely helpful. We chose to get a laminated bookmark as our remembrance gift to those attending the memorial. We uploaded a picture of my Dad and chose what we wanted printed. They have great personalization choices. We had the printing and laminating done by The Funeral Program Site and they did an amazing job. Even with short notice, the bookmarks were created and shipped extremely fast.I highly recommend this website. They do quality work and care about their customers. You need to take a look at their products. They offer a self printing option or they can do it for you!

I have only positive things to say about the Funeral Program Site. Firstly, for those who aren't exactly tech savvy, the site is easy to navigate. I found the product I wanted without issue, and when I needed help customizing it to my liking, the staff was there to help. They were very accessible, as well as friendly, and I was able to get all my questions answered. Secondly, the variety of programs and different products offered allowed me to truly commemorate the memory of my loved one. I am happy there is such an astounding resource to help plan for what really can be so unexpected. We placed an order for a sign-in book for my grandmother's memorial service. We were able to customize the sign-in book and provided our own background and a photo of grandma. The book arrived timely; however we noticed a crease on the front of the book from top to bottom across my grandmother's face. I contacted Carole on a Friday and received a response the following day, Saturday. I was really impressed and relieved that Carole contacted me so quickly. In addition to the email response, one of the staff contacted me that Saturday morning to confirm shipment information - due to our short turn around time frame. Before I could request to make adjustment to the 'new' book, it had already been completed and ready to ship. AMAZING!!! Anyhow, I placed another order for the same book, adding 100 more pages. Everything was done perfectly! I received the two new books today and can rest assure that everything is going to be perfect for my grandma's day. Thankfully, I found this great website and company that created my funeral programs for me and I was very relieved! My experience has been wonderful from the time I called to the finish product. OK so I have searched online for various sites that offer template downloads but The Funeral Program Site struck me as the absolute best. All the others appear to be a cheap imitation of this website. Wonder why that is? Anyways, I purchased a template for download and also a memorial guest book and scarf and was not disappointed!!! Wow, the quality is what I expected to see and was grateful that it met my expectations. I had to write a review to share it with y'all in case your wondering too, like me. You don't know what kind of people run a website these days so I can't speak about the others I saw, but I can only share my experience with this site and it did not disappoint! I wanted to be technologically forward by placing an announcement on Social Media. After doing an online search, I discovered FuneralProgramSite.I selected 'customization', called the toll-free number for assistance, and Carole answered. She walked me through the process and completed, with expertise, my announcement! Since I was so pleased with her work, I decided , at the last moment, to order a one-page 2-sided flyer-styled obituary. Magnificent!! I'm a repeat customer and so incredibly impressed with the quality of design and the consistent helpful customer service.My Grandmother passed away in February of this year (2016) and I was able to find the most perfect template already made, Plumeria 151. Initially I had some trouble figuring out how to insert a picture and when reaching out to The Funeral Program Site, they responded right away with helpful information. The program turned out beautiful and I got so many compliments from friends, family, and even the Pastor and service director.Then just one month later, my Grandfather passed away, and being a man from Hawaii who loved the local birds I wasn't able to find a perfect template for him anywhere on the internet. Since I was familiar with the design quality of The Funeral Site, I contacted them with some ideas and pictures of birds Grampa used to catch. Just a couple days later they sent me my personalized template that was just perfect, so perfect it brought me to tears. I have only positive things to say about the Funeral Program Site. Firstly, for those who aren't exactly tech savvy, the site is easy to navigate. I found the product I wanted without issue, and when I needed help customizing it to my liking, the staff was there to help. They were very accessible, as well as friendly, and I was able to get all my questions answered. Secondly, the variety of programs and different products offered allowed me to truly commemorate the memory of my loved one. I am happy there is such an astounding resource to help plan for what really can be so unexpected. Finally, on a more personal note, I am grateful for just how understanding and empathetic the staff was when I called. The willingness to listen, patience when answering my questions, and overall competence when helping me find the product I wanted are all reasons to support this great site. So based on my experience, I highly recommend the Funeral Program Site, and plan on using them again.

We placed an order for a sign-in book for my grandmother's memorial service. We were able to customize the sign-in book and provided our own background and a photo of grandma. The book arrived timely; however we noticed a crease on the front of the book from top to bottom across my grandmother's face. I contacted Carole on a Friday and received a response the following day, Saturday. I was really impressed and relieved that Carole contacted me so quickly. In addition to the email response, one of the staff contacted me that Saturday morning to confirm shipment information - due to our short turn around time frame. Before I could request to make adjustment to the 'new' book, it had already been completed and ready to ship. AMAZING!!! Anyhow, I placed another order for the same book, adding 100 more pages. Everything was done perfectly! I received the two new books today and can rest assure that everything is going to be perfect for my grandma's day. Hi. I recently lost my dear grandmother and was at a loss on how to get a decent memorial done. Thankfully, I found this great website and company that created my funeral programs for me and I was very relieved! My experience has been wonderful from the time I called to the finish product. I saw immediately that they genuinely care about people which was comforting to me during this hard time.Not only are their products (templates) top notch but I received the help and assistance I needed. I cannot describe what an amazing job Carole did for my family. My sister unexpectedly passed away September 9th. Several family members who loved her had a say in how we honored her with a memorial. OK so I have searched online for various sites that offer template downloads but The Funeral Program Site struck me as the absolute best. All the others appear to be a cheap imitation of this website. Wonder why that is? Anyways, I purchased a template for download and also a memorial guest book and scarf and was not disappointed!!! Wow, the quality is what I expected to see and was grateful that it met my expectations. I had to write a review to share it with y'all in case your wondering too, like me. You don't know what kind of people run a website these days so I can't speak about the others I saw, but I can only share my experience with this site and it did not disappoint! Easy to use although my experience was complicated by the fact that I was using a Mac which does not love Word. I wanted to be technologically forward by placing an announcement on Social Media. After doing an online search, I discovered FuneralProgramSite.I selected 'customization', called the toll-free number for assistance, and Carole answered. She walked me through the process and completed, with expertise, my announcement! Since I was so pleased with her work, I decided , at the last moment, to order a one-page 2-sided flyer-styled obituary. Magnificent!! I'm a repeat customer and so incredibly impressed with the quality of design and the consistent helpful customer service.My Grandmother passed away in February of this year (2016) and I was able to find the most perfect template already made, Plumeria 151. Initially I had some trouble figuring out how to insert a picture and when reaching out to The Funeral Program Site, they responded right away with helpful information. The program turned out beautiful and I got so many compliments from friends, family, and even the Pastor and service director.Then just one month later, my Grandfather passed away, and being a man from Hawaii who loved the local birds I wasn't able to find a perfect template for him anywhere on the internet. Since I was familiar with the design quality of The Funeral Site, I contacted them with some ideas and pictures of birds Grampa used to catch. Just a couple days later they sent me my personalized template that was just perfect, so perfect it brought me to tears. They helped me with the last reworking of the template and I can't even believe how PERFECT it is for Grampa.At the end of a loved-ones life, all we want to do is honor their memory.
