Fond Memories just did a very touching thing to us. The remains of our baby was sent to Fond through vet office. We called Fond if we could come over to say last goodbye before cremation. They gave us a date for cremation. When we were there our baby was carefully put on a tray with black cloth. They even arranged her to hold her favorite football toy. That really comforted us a lot knowing our baby was treated considerately. The cremation was proceeding before we left and we had opportunity to pray for her. Special thanks go to manager Brian and Que. both were so kind and professional.

I was so touched by the care and ease that Fond Memories provided. I had to say goodbye to my sweet dog Bella of 13 years with the assistance of our mobile vet who works seamlessly with Fond Memories. She came home in a beautifully carved box held in blue velvet. Her paw print I will hold dear. It was the home going she deserved.

I really hesitate to leave reviews like this because I work in veterinary medicine, but I am incredibly frustrated with Fond Memories. We had to euthanize one of my dogs at home on January 14, and the (amazing) vet we worked with uses Fond Memories. We were told it would take 7-10 days to receive his remains back. We ordered an urn and two necklaces from the catalog. We also requested to be notified when the cremation was complete (or at least to update the vet so they could tell us). The person my vet spoke to agreed to check every day and call her when it was complete. That did not happen. I understand it’s not standard practice, but don’t agree to something if you aren’t going to do it. Ten days passed, and I reached out to my vet for an update. She said they had everything except one of the necklaces, which was scheduled to be delivered February 5. I agreed to wait so we could get everything at once. On February 7, I reached out to my vet for an update, and she was told by Fond Memories that the necklace still hadn’t come in. I gave approval for them to deliver everything except the necklace to my vet so we could pick it up and that they would mail the necklace when received. We were told it would be delivered February 8 or 9. On February 9 after getting no update that it was at my vets office, I reached out again. This time my vet called me with her own frustration because now Fond Memories is claiming they don’t even have our URN—despite saying WEEKS ago they had everything except the necklace. Now it’s a Saturday and my vet is doing everything in her power to get in touch with someone there, but I have no idea when we will receive an update. At this point, I am not even sure they still have his remains because it feels like they are giving every single excuse they can. At best, there is a serious communication problem happening and at worst, they have lost my pets remains entirely. Either way for a company literally in the business of grief, I am shocked at how poorly handled and distressing this experience has been. I unfortunately no longer feel comfortable recommending them to my veterinary clients.

I lost my pal Jack out of the blue! We were hiking one day and two days later he was sick. The vet couldn't help, he had cancer and I didn't know it. I feel like I let him down.... he was my side kick, my best friend! The Pet Loss Center had Jack back to me within a week. His urn is solid and beautiful, his paw print is like I saw in the mud all the time! I even got a nose print, it is my favorite! Thank you for memories Jack and thank you to the Pet Loss Center for allowing me to have him with me always!

Our dog, Penny passed away on February 20th. The vet was amazing but so was Fond Memories! Less than a week and they called and had her ready for us to pick up! It exceeded my expectations. The bag was beautiful, the paw print was so good (it even had a little of her fur in it 😢), and the box they put her remains in was absolutely beautiful! I am so grateful for the thought and love y’all put into making it special for our grieving family!

We were heartbroken to lose our beloved cat Gibson after 19 wonderful years. Fond Memories did an amazing job with memorializing him with a sweet paw print and a beautiful cedar urn to hold his remains. It gives us so much comfort knowing he was handled with care and dignity. Thanks for making this sad occasion so much easier for us!

Very disappointed in the prints I requested. I was promised four prints, both my rat's front and both back feet. I was told the day his ashes were ready for pickup that "we could only take the front paws because the back ones were too curled". I picked up the prints on the left (or top, because the image didn't rotate) and needless to say I'm upset. This is unacceptable, it's just a blob. I don't know if they waited too long (I took my rat in not even an hour after he passed, so rigor mortis had not set in) or if it has to do with their process, but these prints are worthless. The other set of prints was done by the pet cemetery I used before I moved, and they are very clearly defined and complete. Care should absolutely be taken for animals with articulated feet, like many rodents, to have their paw prints done IMMEDIATELY so they're not stuck with RM. Bean was my first rat, my oldest, and the one I was closest with. I'll never get another chance at this.Worth noting as well that there was no offer made to discount or refund the paw prints which were of extremely low quality and not as advertised. I don't much care for the money, but for them to have offered would have at least shown some amount of care that they made a mistake.I am happy with the cremation in general, and it seems as though this company takes tracking animals and their remains seriously. My request for a small amount of ashes to be reserved on the side was also honored. But these foot prints are totally unacceptable. I beg you please reform your process for small animals. This process may be fine for a dog or cat paw but clearly is not suitable for rats. The prints arguably were the most important part of this for me, as I was planning to get a tattoo using the foot impression as a base. I am extremely happy I took ink prints before handing him off... but they are nowhere near as clear as a foot impression should have been.

I don’t even have the words to express how horrible this place is. We unfortunately lost our beloved Winston 3 weeks ago. It wasn’t something we were prepared for, which made the process much more difficult. We have been waiting 3 weeks for Winston’s remains. We called the emergency clinic who is contracted with The Pet Loss Center in McKinney to demand answers. They informed us they are in the process of trying to relocate all of their deceased pets to another facility but The Pet Loss Center can’t locate Winston. Please do not do business with these people they are unethical and have no heart. Why keep accepting pets if you knew you had an issue. Winston might not matter to you but he meant everything to our family and I’m heartbroken knowing how he was treated after his life.

I just left there from picking up my sweet Pinkie. I didn't catch her name but the girl working there was SO sweet and made it easier on me than it could've been. She showed me everything and explained it all and I successfully left without tears this time. There was a nice man there on Wednesday morning when I dropped my Pinkie off and he was so understanding and helpful giving me my options on everything we could do with her, even though I was very emotional that day. I'm very happy that I found this place and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone. Thank you all so much ❤️

Their attention to detail is excellent. I lost both my dogs within a week of each other and i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of bags, certificates, paw prints and wooden urns and name plates of my babies. Thank you Fond Memories for what you do. 🥰

I'm been unable to post do to my heartbreak... My baby was only 11 months old when he had an untimely, tragic end. The Pet Loss Center made a horrible situation somehow better. I have the most beautiful tribute to little Sebastian that I will forever treasure. Thank you for the wonderful work and helping heal my heart through his sentimental memorial.

Absolutely amazing. I only spoke to one staff member and he was so well spoken and kept the same caring tone the whole time I was on the phone. They went well above what I was expecting. I really appreciate them for taking care of my baby.

Fond Memories helped me through the death of my 17 year old dog. I cannot recommend them higher. They came and picked her up in a nice cart with a blanket cover. Brian was the person and he was the sweetest kindest person. Handled her with dignity and let me say goodbye. Then when the office called their sensitivity and help deciding how I wanted her made me feel I wasn’t alone. Yesterday I got her ashes which were in an urn with dog pats and a bag to put the urn in. It had a beautiful death certificate it was in a bag marked with her name. I cannot thank them enough for helping me through a difficult sad time. Now I have her home with me. We all lose our pets and it’s a devastating thing. Please CC consider using Fond Memories their goal is to make things easier and make sure your loved pet is given the love and respect they deserve.

The staff at Fond Memories is so caring and kind and really made me feel comfortable that my fur baby was handled with that same care and kindness. So much time and attention was put into bundling up Murray’s remains that I was truly awed and amazed. Murray’s footprint was padded and came with a little stand in a beautiful embossed box tied with a ribbon. I received a cremation certificate in a beautiful embossed holder in a beautiful envelope with a beautiful seal. Murray’s remains were sealed in a flawless carved rosewood box in a beautiful velvet bag and included a nameplate to add where I wanted to place it. And everything was carefully packed in a thick beautiful embossed bag. It means more than I can express that so much care was given to Murray’s remains and each detail was such high quality.

I have had 2 pets cremated here. One was back in 2015, and the other one was recently. I have asked staff as to WHY the ashes of both of my pets which were cremated here LOOKED different from one another.I was inexperienced back in 2015 and left Shadow, my smaller rabbit at the Vets to be picked up by this business. This time around I wanted to be there for the entire process to ensure that the ashes that I receive was infact my pet, and to see that he will be cremated ALONE. The ashes from 2015 is much darker grey and finely grounded. The ashes from this year is bone colored, and I know it is my pet because I was there the entire time. STAFF has yet to contact me back as to WHY there is such a difference in color. Both of them were rabbits, but the one in 2015 was a much smaller, skinnier rabbit who was 3 pounds vs 5 pounds. Why do I have more ashes of the smaller rabbit? I don't want to think the worse, but since they are ignoring me now, I have serious doubts. One rabbit was 5 pounds, the other was 3.5 pounds.Thank youPlease see the picture. The left ashes are definitely from my white rabbit, since I was there for the entire process. The right one belongs to the smaller rabbit named Shadow, whom I dropped off at the vets. The dark grey ashes was what I was given when I went to pick bring him home....Update: I was contacted after posting this review. I am just waiting on them to get back to me since I did not receive the cremation certificates. All pets are cremated with a "Tag", so I will be requesting the Tag number that they have in their system for my Rabbit that died in 2015.**** UPDATE ****It is now December. They did not get back to me for over 4 months. It looks like they lost all record of ever cremating my first rabbit back in 2015. They are unable to provide me with his paperwork or his Tag Number.UPDATE 2**************Coleen who is the owner contacted me and was able to finally locate my other rabbits paperwork and the tags matched which makes me feel a little better. Please opt for a private cremation. It does not cost that much more, and you will know without batting an eye that it is your furbaby that you are getting back.

The new ownership of this location is top notch. Even though this is a big corporation, they somehow keep it like a small business feel. The staff is very caring and professional. They understand the importance of being able to get your baby back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to unexpectedly put my dog to sleep almost 2 months ago. I made arrangements with the vet for her private cremation and her ashes to be returned to me. I called the vet to check on the status of the ashes and they told me they would call me back. Fond Memories informed the vet's office that they lost my dog. Not only is it careless and cruel, but now I will never have my baby back. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My friend works for an animal shelter and he said they will NOT be renewing their contract with them because this happens far too much.

We have been very devastated by the passing of our dog, Liberty, but Fond Memories has been completely wonderful and made this process a lot easier on me. Della was absolutely wonderful as well. She explained the process and reassured me they would take care of our family member. She let me know our little girl was ready to be picked up today which was much earlier than expected. I highly recommend this place of business as they will treat you like you’re family! Everything received today was high quality and exactly as described and expected!

Very unhappy Took my dog to Easy Vet in McKinney September 28 to be put down and asked for him to be cremated and was told they work with Fond Memories and would take care of it.. Here it’s November and I still don’t have my dog. I’ve called the Vet 3times and they called me back that the urn we requested was out of stock, we told them to put him in a standard urn then over a week ago and still no dog. Sad and disappointingUpdate: The manager reached out with an apology, and immediately corrected all the issues and misunderstanding. I received my dog and a refund. Thanks

Sadly, we lost 2 cats within 4 weeks, one due to old age and the other due to illness. Fond Memories handled their cremations and their remains. The people there were so caring and supportive, and they were so easy to work with. I absolutely recommend their services.

My 14 year old fur baby had to be put down due to her CHF and she deserved better than this cremation company. It's been an entire month since we had to say goodbye to her and we just got her plaque that goes on her box urn because they messed up the first time even though they had her full name correct on everything else. We had to call the emergency clinic we took her to and found out the reason it took so long is because Fond Memories lost the "re-order" of our plaque a week after they called us directly asking what was wrong the first time and hanging up on us after we said what needed to be fixed. There were many other issues-we had to call them for other inquiries and they were just horrible at getting back to us. Even the clinic doesn't like working with them. My baby deserved so much better than this, never again.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved hound and Fond Memories was the service provider for our vet. They did an AMAZING job and what we received was beyond expectation!!! We have paid for cremation service for a pet in the past and only received a cardboard box with our pet's remains. I was expecting about the same when we picked up from the vet and I was sooo surprised at the quality and care of the services provided! We received them nicely packaged. The remains had been placed in a very lovely quality wooden box with a metal nameplate that looks very nice on it's own but can easily be customized. The paw impression was very neatly and carefully done with the name and display stand , fur clippings were also included and it came with a paw shaped seed paper that can be planted as a memorial. Overall it was beyond expectation, the price was very reasonable for what is provided and I felt blessed my vet had used such a wonderful service provider. Thank you so much to Fond Memories! There is obvious care and consideration for your customers and their loved one. It helped my heart in ways I can't explain to receive what I did. I know my children will appreciate it very much when they get to see how our beloved fur family was memorialized! I would absolutely recommend Fond Memories! Their quality and care speaks for itself!

WOW! What a wonderful and caring job done with our sweet Abby. I was speechless when I received Abby back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I received everything I ordered... Except the correct pet. The ash bag had the wrong name on it. I sent it back. A few days later I received the SAME bag with the sticker taken off. I know it's the same bag because I have before and after pictures. Exactly the same, they just took the name off. So now I have someone else's pet and they have mine. Or the company didn't care and threw my pet away by mistake so they mixed up ashes to give to me as "my pet" almost a thousand dollars for a pet that may not be my Bella.

After reading the reviews on here, I saw where some people got locks of hair from their pet. I didn't receive any. I think my vets office did the paw print becauss it looks a bit different than the one I saw on a post here. The only other problem was that my pets name plate on the top of the box was placed upside down. In other words.....to read her name you had to be looking at the back of the box. I would think it should have been readable from the front , where the lock is at. Other than that the presentation was nice and the reading material was appreciated. Thank you for taking care of my sweet little girl.

My sweet 18 year old dog passed away and our vet used this company for him. When I got everything back, I was blown away on how amazing everything turned out. I have had multiple people tell me after seeing all they did “wow, they did an amazing job. It looks so professional, we wish ours looked like that” so thank you guys for making that special for me and my sweet boy.

I wanted to make sure to write a review to thank you for how compassionate and sweet everybody we encountered was. We lost our baby 2 weeks ago tomorrow and we were/are completely heartbroken. From the phone call, the 2 people that came to pick her up, to the gentleman that was there yesterday late morning when we came to pick her up, you were all beyond kind and compassionate and genuine. I wasn't aware that her paw print would be included and I am so grateful that we have that. Thank you for your kindness.

This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Our 20+ year old chihuahua, Sweety, passed away unexpectedly and it's been difficult for our family to process but The Pet Loss Center has made it as easy as possible. There was lots of communication from their end and we have always been able to reach a person when called, with no wait times or voicemail picking up. They had a beautiful selection of urns and took their time discussing all of the options when my husband drove to their location to get more information. The service was fast, with Sweety being returned to us within a week. The heart and compassion in this company is very apparent. We will never go anywhere else for pet cremation services. Thank you to the Pet Loss Center and especially Maureen.

I was extremely happy with their process and the care. My Simone—Moanie was such a big part but it was time to her to go. I hope that no matter what you stay happy in your memories. Nothing is perfect and nothing will ever replace our furry kids. Fond Memories does a great job and they’re charged with our loved ones remains which they do well. Remember your memories are far more important and may God bless all our little ones and this place for taking care of them.

After losing a pet, we were full of mixed emotions. As you can imagine. Our puppy died suddenly. We were angry and confused to say the least. We are new to the area so we weren’t sure who to contact. We found Pet Loss Center online. They have been wonderful with us! Kano had been very sympathetic through the entire process. He never treated us like a business transaction. I wasn’t sure why they didn’t call to let us know Duke was ready for pickup... but after thinking about it, they never rushed the process. They allow us to process when we were ready to get Duke. I loved that. We all grieve in our own way, and Pet Loss Center understands that.

My experience started out a little rocky in the beginning when it came to communication….or shall I say a lack of communication…my baby passed on the 26th of October and he didn’t get picked up from Banfield Pet Hospital by Fond Memories…until the 2nd of November…..and my baby was only picked up on that day because I had to cut a shine!!! And for those of you that don’t know what “cut a shine” means…..it’s a verb….you can google it if need be….however, the ONLY person at fund memories and I do mean the ONLY PERSON that rectified getting my baby picked up, giving me a sense of ease and calmness was Ms Queshelle!! This lady put ALL my worries to rest and was extremely professional at ALL TIMES!!!! She helped me beyond helping me, she took the freakin frackin time out of her day to walk the internet with me to pick out an urn for my baby, explained the process, and apologized for her incompetent co worker “Andrew”. He had only one job to do and couldn’t do that, not to mention, I called and left at least 2 voicemails with him..and still no call back at all!!! It’s cool though…cause as always, it takes a woman to do a man’s job!! Queshelle, I thank you from the bottom of my heart to the heals of my feet for your level of professionalism and care the packaging of my baby, the memories, and the assurance during my time of loss for my little buddy!!!! 💕 🥹

UPDATE:Nicole O. with The Pet Loss Center reached out to me less than 24 hours after I posted my original review. She was very apologetic to the miscommunication I was given. Immediately she made a correction on their website to inform future families that if they use/purchase The Pet Loss Centers services through their vets that you may or may not receive the same package as if you were to purchase it directly through The Pet Loss Center. Nicole was very sincere in trying to correct a heart breaking situation for me. She responded to me numerous times throughout the day to help me better understand the miscommunication that happened and even offered to gift me a beautiful pendant necklace of my sweet baby. Nicole gave me a sense of relief and peace of mind after talking with her. I would use The Pet Loss Center in the future however, I will stand by saying do not use them through your vet practice. Call Pet Loss Center directly and purchase directly through them.____________________________________________________DO NOT use The Pet Loss Centers service through your vet. Per The Pet Loss Centers website: a “private cremation” comes as a package with fur clippings and a paw print. When I purchased the private cremation through my vet office for The Pet Loss Center to provide the cremation they did not honor what their website says private cremation includes. The front desk at The Pet Loss Center informed me that since they are under contract with my Vet that they offer “different packages”. I believe The Pet Loss Center should not allow this when their website states one thing and they then allow the individual vet offices to change it or not include everything. NO communication was made to me what so ever that purchasing through my vet office I had to “add on” if I wanted fur clippings or a paw print. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing as now it is too late to obtain.Families put trust in their vet and the The Pet Loss Center and both places acted confused and pointed the blame on the other as to why I did not receive what I believed I paid for and thought I would be receiving.

They sent everything back to me in a timely manner and everything was in great shape. The box I got my dogs ashes in was beautiful. They also sent a sweet paw print. I wasn’t expecting it, but they also sent some shavings of my dogs fur, which made me cry and I was very happy to have that.

No words can express the incredible compassion they gave us. The young girl who helped us, handled our baby so graciously and spoke so warm and softly to us. It was about the worst pain one can endure, but to have people work so compassionately with you really helped. We had our baby returned to us so beautifully. Never could imagine how pretty her Journey book was presented and each item so beautifully packaged. Gorgeous presentation. Her urn was beyond beautiful. They returned her little blanket in an attractive purple bag. NO WORDS can express how all this helped us. I can't say enough about this furbaby funeral home. Thanks to all who handled our baby and safely returned her home to us so beautifully.

We just got our doggie back. We where told about 3 weeks and we would get her back. But we got her back in 10 days. Lucy was (is) my moms dog. But we all loved her. Her box was very beautiful and wrapped in beautiful purple paper to keep her box safe. And her paw print and hair was wonderful. But we had no idea that we would get her hair. And the beautiful booklet that told us about what yall do. And the papers that had her name and everything on it. And a heart to plant in her memory. Everything is so nice and perfect. And on that booklet it says about "just a dog". No our animals we rescued and loved them with all our hearts. And they know that they are our babies. And not "just a dog" they are our life no matter what. So thank you for your fast service to get our fur baby back.

My fur baby passed almost 4 weeks ago. We paid over $300 for to have him cremated individually and to have his paw imprinted. We were told it would be a week.We called after a week, they told us they were backed up due to so many dogs all of a sudden passing from allergies, told us to give another week. Fed up, my husband called last Friday and now they are saying they had a gas leak and that we won't have ashes for 3 more weeks.I called them yesterday to find out status if our baby boy and was promised that I would be called by 5 PM. No call was made. Called them this morning, still can't give me any answers...Very annoying that my husband and I are getting the run around after paying and trusting this business with our fur baby.Just seems that the story keeps changing and we keep getting excuses. We are very understanding people but that is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!Think it is time to talk to the BBB!Extremely unstaifsed and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!

We had a sudden loss and I was completely lost when my fur baby passed. They didn’t describe the cremation for my dog but I really don’t think about asking. He came back to me today and the pet loss center did amazing! I was not expecting all of the things they gave me along with him. The pin, his paw print, the little flower to plant, and the pamphlet hit the spot in my heart. It made me cry like a baby but it was a good cry and know he’s in a good place. But I’m very impressed with this place and will be recommending it for the future. Thank you guys again!

Fond Memories did a beautiful job when my pet Libby passed away. I received way more than I expected. I recommend them to everyone going through this difficult time

Alex Morrow

Brought my kitty in June 2017. Was greatly touched from the moment I walked in the door, until I picked up my baby. The person I dealt with was so wonderful. I was given all the time I needed to sit with him & say goodbye. The metal ID tag was placed with him in my presence. Everything was explained in detail. When I picked up my baby, the same person went through everything in bag I received. Was wonderful, sympathetic. So, when my Yorkie passed, I returned. Was disappointed. Never offered any time with my pet. Only thing explained was he'll be ready Monday. I had to ask if I could at least give him him a kiss goodbye. Was brought out to me for brief goodbye. When I called Monday, was told he wasn't "packaged" yet. The first thing I saw when they brought his remains, was a little bag with his hair. Not good.

Jake's last day was made so beautiful and memorable because of The Pet Loss Center. From the first phone call to the moment we walked out, they took great care of Jake, as well as my husband and I. Jake looked so beautiful and peaceful in their thoughtfully designed place. Aaron and Maureen were compassionate and professional. They thought about details I didn't (frankly I dreaded to make any plans). THANK YOU for doing what you can to make Jake's journey "complete" and make our grieving easier. I heard they took over the business a couple of years ago and totally transformed the place. We are grateful.

This is the most caring company and employees I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They are compassionate and concerned. They went out of their way to bring our Casey to us when the Vet's office closed early. You can tell that the employees and manager handle our babies with love and respect. I really can't say enough good things about them. I know that God blesses them for the love that they have in their hearts

I am VERY unhappy with this place. Our dog passed away last night, quite unexpectedly, and I called them to see if they could pick her up and transport for cremation like their website states they do. It was after hours so I left a message on the voice mail that states one of their "on call attendants will return the call within the hour". They did not. I left a 2nd message an hour later. Still no call. I left a 3rd, and final, message an hour after that. Still no call back. And still no call today from the facility even though they are open. We of course were able to take our sweet baby to our vet today so they could take care of the arrangements but we really wanted her taken care of last night so she wouldn't have to be put in our cold garage overnight. I dont appreciate a business that advertises a service that they don't provide. Or a company that is supposed care about your pet when they obviously do not. I was referred to this place by a vet tech friend of mine and I will be letting her know of this situation so she doesn't refer any of her other patients to this uncaring company.

Losing a pet is never easy. The grief can be immense and overwhelming. I’ve loved and lost 4 pets over the last 3 years. I’ve used Pet Loss Center for private cremations for each one. Pet Loss Center is the only facility I would trust with my pets. They are by far the best facility in DFW. They are genuinely caring, supportive, and respectful. In my experience they’ve been very expedient, too. I’ve seen “behind the curtain” of the pet crematoriums in town. Although the other groups are not bad, they pale in comparison.

We lost our beloved Shar Pei, Sadie and letting her go was one of the hardest days for us. Fond Memories brought such comfort to us with the beautiful wooden urn, certificate, flower seeds, footprint, swatch of hair and bookmarks. We are so grateful for their care of our sweet baby's body.

Thank you for laying my dog to rest and returning her ashes to me in a timely manner. There were a few things upon receiving that immediately concerned me. My dog's ashes were put into a loose plastic bag, with her name and an order(?) number on it.....and was secured only with a twisty tie. When I picked up the bag to inspect, some of her ashes spilled onto my hand. It was a small amount, but it was very uncomfortable. There is a nick on the wooden box, which looks like it was from a complacent moment during shipping or improper packaging. The nameplate is slightly crooked. And the ceramic pawprint I ordered looks like her two right-side toes got scrunched together during setting, and the end result looks a little "off." I apologize for nitpicking. I understand that every business does things in their own way. But what matters is that my dog is home again, and I thank you for the helpEDIT: Management was quick to reach out to me and help make me more comfortable with my recent loss. I was hand-delivered a new urn and my dog's ashes placed inside of a secondary, custom bag. Being accommodated so swiftly wasn't what I expected at all. Thank you for reaching back out. And thank you so much for going above and beyond

We were so impressed with the dignity and care they showed for our little Yorkie. Our veterinarian had personally spent a day with them to see how their business operated and he would not be using them if they weren’t top-notch. I loved every memento that they gave us and would highly recommend this group. Thank you for loving our baby too.

The Pet Loss Center in Euless went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you Coleen Ellis, Della and Danny for taking care of our Princess. Our Princess was dressed beautiful and I didn't leave her side until The Pet Loss Center came to get her from Dr. Graham's office. We were told on Monday that Our Princess was in renal failure. We took her home and loved on her for 5 days. I contacted Coleen at the Pet Loss Center and explained the situation. Coleen said, just call when we were ready and they'd be there. With only 2 hours notice The Pet Loss Center was there. Our Princess is having a private cremation and she'll be placed in the beautiful urn I picked out for her. Thank you for all the love and support we've received from The Pet Loss Center❣ThePetLossCenter2215 West Pipeline Road | Euless, TX 76040

I didn't even know a place like this existed until yesterday when we went to pick up my dog's ashes from our vet. The package they put together for us, along with the literature on how to best deal with the loss of a pet was so beautiful and it brought tears to my eyes. It was completely unexpected but I appreciate it so much. I could not recommend this place more when having to deal with losing your beloved pet.

Queshelle is fabulous. She went above and beyond to help me find a beautiful urn,for my angel who went to heaven. She asked me questions, to understand what I waslooking for. Queshelle offered my options and ideas. She’s absolutely delightful, professional & so efficient. The shop itself is warm andthey’re very compassionate. This company is awesome.

Today started off rough. I had to go get my beloved Missy Louise. I can’t say enough in appreciation to the establishment we chose to take her through her final journey. The care, concern and compassion far exceeded any other or going through a vets office. We received hair clippings, her ashes in a fitting locked cedar box with a brass plate etched with her name and her “terms of endearment” phrase, a seed patch that will grow flowers when planted, a lapel pin, her ink paw print and a plaster cast paw print 🐾- our package included information on bereavement groups, the story of the rainbow bridge and so many other things. The Pet Loss Center in Euless is the No. 1 best decision I could’ve made to take my much loved baby. 🐾

Thank you for taking care of our Patty Girl. Our little kitty Patty Girl passed out of the blue. We loved her so much, I loved her so much. She was my companion and my little girl, she tried to sit on my lap every time I sat down, some days I was tired and would shoo her off and those times I regret now not having her here. We picked her up today and it has been a week since her passing, god I still think she is here, I look for her all the time. It is true when they tell you that the pets you truly love takes a piece of your heart with them when they go, I feel a little less whole. Patty Girl we love you and we will always love you, I will meet you at the rainbow bridge as soon as I can girl.

I had to say goodbye to my first dog and I was having a hard time with it! Today I picked up him up from my vet in a beautiful box and sweet surprises! I love the paw print and the thing to plant in the garden! Thank you so much for making a tough time a little easier!

I normally don't post reviews, but when I get service that is so incredible and excellent, then I want people to know. The staff that included a young man named Jarell to the very sweet young lady that helped towards the end. This place is incredible on how empathetic, understanding and how smooth the whole process goes. They handled my Jessie like a princess and for that, I will be forever grateful. If you are considering what options you have after losing your pet/baby, You have to have The Pet Loss Center help.

Just got.our Milo back. Didn't return his collar with his remains. Not sure if he was cremated with it nor not.. Box was nice. Paw print was nicely done.Have unfortunately have had several pets cremated over the years. Overall, was not the best experience. The service in Tyler is much better

Pet Loss Center of Mckinney is the place that gave us the cremains of a cat instead of our Boxer Kruiser, cremated by them on 2/14/19. I will never get over that. It was a horrible experience and was traumatic. We were very lucky they found Kruiser & we got him back. He was at a vet's office in Plano & we drove there and picked him up ourselves. Thank goodness the owners of the cat had not picked him up.Med Vet Dallas is where Tooter passed away on May 24. When they said they had a contract with Pet Loss Center of Mckinney, I burst into tears & told them what they had done with Kruiser. The ER Dr called their contact for the crematorium on our behalf & I also called expressing our reluctance to trust them again. Manager Brandon said he was new and the one we dealt with in Feb had been fired for issues "just like ours." He promised to personally make sure Tooter was taken care of & said he would call me every step of the process. He gave me his cell phone number & said I could call anytime. He sounded sincere. We agreed to give them another chance.I received an update on Saturday May 25 saying Tooter had been picked up and was being taken back to the Center for immediate cremation, then nothing. Monday was a holiday. I called Tuesday and asked for Tooter's status. A male employee said I would need to call back & speak to Brandon because they "did not know where Tooter was". I texted Brandon. He called & said Tooter would be ready late that afternoon & someone would call me. No one called so I texted Brandon that evening asking if something was wrong & he never responded. The receptionist called me late Wed & I picked Tooter up on Thursday May 29.I do recall numerous panel trucks in the parking lot. It seemed odd there were so many. It makes me sick that decomposing animals were inside. They should have stopped accepting new pets until their equipment was repaired and they were caught up on cremations. The fact they let them rot in trucks shows how much they care about the dignity of our pets. It is NOT okay. How were we able to get Tooter back so fast when others who lost their pets around the same time or even before are saying they were told it was a 30 day turn around? Do we "really" have Tooter back? I guess it was because he was at the top of their stack. 😢 They gave me his intake tag number and it matches the tag with the cremains so I hope we do.I wish the original owner Coleen Ellis had not sold out to or merged with this chain. Mrs. Ellis opened the very first stand alone pet funeral home because of a negative experience she had when her beloved dog Mico passed away in 2004. The Mckinney Pet Loss Center said she is on their board of directors. If so, I hope she realizes this company is traumatizing grieving pet owners. She is a wonderful woman and this is the very thing she wanted to avoid. We used the Mckinney TX location for years when it was called Platinum Pets with no issues. They are 10 minutes from our home. It was nice to transport our babies there ourselves after home euthanasia. It is clear we can no longer trust this business with our beloved fur kids. They do NOT handle pets the way they should be. 😢
Jim Hoke
DO NOT USE this company!!! Save yourself the heartache for your lost pet. You will grieve even more with using this company. We paid for the cremation, nose print, paw print, hair clippings of the hair and the clay print. Pet Loss DID NOT took the nose print, paw print, hair clippings or the clay print. We used them last year when we lost our other fur-baby and expected the same results and this company DID NOT come through. Now I question whether we have the right ashes of both our pets. They stole from us a memory that we can never get back and all they can say is they are "Sorry". Words can't take back what they did and I will have a void in my life that can't be filled.Getting a job done have the time is not ok. As a cremation place you must be on top of your profession because there is no second chance. And I can speak truthfully that this place truly doesn't care about your loved ones, they just care about the MONEY.. This is true.We as consumers must be honest and fair to how a company treats us and this company doesn't deserve to be in business because they are not focused on caring for the customers, even at an emotional hard time.

We've had a similar experience as others. Our dog was euthanized at a clinic in Frisco and we were told it would be 8-14 days. We called several times and also got the run around. It's now been 6 weeks. We called and were told she'd already been cremated. Rather than wait for her remains to be sent back to the clinic for pickup, we came directly to the place to get her. It smells like rotten animals in here. We were told it was because during the gas leak they had to leave the doors open. It's disgusting and horrifying! I am so devastated that my sweet girl was sent there. I don't have any faith that she was cared for properly.

I recently lost my dog and best friend Bruce, and the Pet Center returned his remains in a lovely urn, a paw print, and hair clipping. They made the process of grieving and preserving his memory so much easier. They are a blessing. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this company and what they do for owners during a difficult time. I've lost two pets and each time they took care of our babies with love and respect. I love the package that your receive back it's not just ashes and an urn. It's grief counseling, they make a paw print and clip their hair. I will forever use this service.

Steven Guthrie

I came home one day to find that my beloved 15 year old pug Harley had passed away. While trying to find a proper place to take his remains, the first place we called came recommended by our vet. They were so insincere, I was shocked and disappointed. These people I did not know, just wanted to pick my dog up and then deliver him back. All I wanted was for my best friend to have a send of worthy of the time we shared. Then we called The Pet Loss Center, immensely I knew we had fond the right place. The compassion and the empathy in their voices let me know they truly understood what my family was going threw. When I walked in holding Harley, I was terrifed and heartbroken, but when they asked if they could take him, I felt it was ok to let go. They set him up in a room for us, and when we got to go in, I finally felt like he was at peace. They let my husband and stay in the room for as long as we wanted. I cried until it felt like my eyes were bleeding, They offered to let us write letters to send off with him. It was truly an emotional and cleansing moment. That I am truly grateful for.A week later we got the call we could bring Harley home. I was still heartbroken but it was much easier going because I knew the spirit these kind people had. And if I broke down, I knew they would be right there to take that burden off of me.I share my story, because I know that like many others, we grow these extraordinary bonds with our pets, and with they go a part of us goes with them. Although, the loss of Harley is till painful, finding The Pet Loss Center of McKinney helped us cherish is memory and end his story the right way. Thank you all so very much and God bless you.The Maines Family

I work at an animal hospital and we use them, i recently lost my two bottle baby puppies and the pet loss employee came in and was extremely kind to me. I was a blubbering mess and he took care of everything. I got their ashes back today and the same guys that took them brought them back and again i was a blubbering baby and he was again extremely nice. Their ashes came back in a timely manner and with lots of care. I really appreciate it!

Our sweet boy passed away almost two weeks ago. After hearing they were under investigation I began to make phone calls. I informed the facility I would be there to pick up our golden at a certain time and was assured twice he would be ready. Upon my arrival the smell was unspeakable inside and out with flies everywhere.I’m told it would take about an hour to locate him when they had 4 hour notice to have him ready. At this point I’m extremely unhappy and once they found him they told me they would cremate him if I would give them enough time to do his prints, hair clippings and get the crematory ready for him. I agreed as long as I got to verify it was him, that it was an empty chamber and watched him go in. When the time came for me to go back, I was asked if it would be ok for them to gently toss him in because the chamber was extremely hot and they wouldn’t be able to physically reach in. I asked, “Where the table was that helped them roll the pets in and the scoop that basically helps glide the pets in the rest of the way?” The answer I received, “We have pets on the table.” How inhuman, I thought. You take the pets off the table and lay our baby boy in there properly. With that question being asked I knew care was lost for all the pets currently in this facility. Why were pets just laying on the table and not in the coolers to begin with?I was at the facility for almost 4 hours waiting to have our Goldens remains in my hands so I had time for some Q&A. I was being told that the cooled container averaged 29 degrees but the front desk said that when they have the truck doors open searching for a loved ones pet that she had seen it get up to 43 degrees.I was told they had a gas leak and that one of the coolers went out over the weekend which was the reason for the smell because they were not open. That raised a red flag for me since they picked up our sweet boy on a Sunday to drop him off at the facility. Someone would have noticed the smell or just didn’t care.It was stated that management changed a month ago due to this situation and that temps were hired with main office faculty being pulled in to help.I was informed they were cremating all the small animals and communal cremations first because it took less time, UNACCEPTABLE!The lack of communication was the overall fail on their part! They should have quit taking loved ones the day operation shut down due to the gas leak. When I asked about the fail in communication I was told that they had emailed all the facilities but that a lot of the emails were incorrect so they sent out flyers. Another red flag for me because you can pick up a phone to call all the facilities, you can call the pet owners since you had our numbers on the paperwork, you could have quit picking up pets and taking walk-ins. Just another excuse. At the end of the day I walked out with our sweet boys remains. There was a lack of care in the ink prints, clipping of his hair and the clay print. The nose ink print has a smudge of blood, the hair was dirty from him sitting in the bag for almost two weeks, his clay print has green substance in a couple areas that appear to be from decomposing flesh and all the items smell of rot. There is an extreme lack of care, knowledge, organization, communication and cleanliness that I find unsuitable for anyones loved one at this facility.

I lost my best friend of 11years on the 4th of August and my heart still hurts. Pet Loss Center made it somewhat easier to cope with my loss with the items they made for me. I didn't expect the nose print and when I seen it, I broke down yet again. You guys are awesome and I thank you for everything. One day I hope to be reunited with my little buddy, but until then, I have these wonderful mementos that you have gathered together to remind me of him.Thank you again,Gary

Nothing can be done to fix their mistake or take away the additional pain they have caused us. Our cat had 6 toes on each paw. We purchased a paw print and cremation services from The Pet Loss Center. The paw print only has 4 toes on it. It makes me question if they mixed up the paw prints or if they just aren't attentive. Either way, nothing can be done to fix it now. The least they could do is offer a refund for the paw print, since it doesn't resemble the paw print of our 6 toed cat that is forever gone now.

I am appalled...and thankful for that little voice that told me something was wrong. We have used this company before and, when our dog was dying on May 16, we called to set up cremation. The company did not want me to come there to order an urn and told me it would be 4 weeks before they would deliver the cremains. That was not at all what had happened the last time we were there. I realize now they knew darn good and well that they were going to mistreat our dear pet's remains and were still going to take our money. It was all about the money and not telling clients the truth and letting them make an informed decision.HOW DARE YOU take advantage like that! We chose a much more reputable company in Carrollton who ordered our special urn and cried with us when we picked up his remains.Just remember, if they lie and mislead clients once to take your money, they will lie and mislead any time it benefits them!

We took our boy Gus to get a check up as he was having breathing problems and had recently been diagnosed with a heart murmur. Since he was a heart worm survivor I was worried but not prepared for the call I received from South Denton Animal Hospital...they did everything they could to revive Gus but he was just tired and went to sleep. The staff at SDAH recommended y'all and I am very appreciative of the services you provided. Everything you did for us was great!
Peggy Prince
Thank you Pet Loss Center for making the worse day of my life somehow ok. Her little urn is precious and I love having her paw print. I can actually see her fighting to pull her paw away! She was such a little princess. Thank you for the beautiful way you honored her memory! PP

Had a wonderful experience with them. Did have an issue getting my dog name spelled correctly. But that was the pet hospital i went thru fault. When i brought i up they fixed the plaque and paw print. And didn't make me feel crazy for wanting it spelled correctly. They happily fixed it and understood i am very happy. They understand the loose and make it a priority that everything is the way you want it. Thank you.

The Pet Loss Center took very good care of our dear cat Target's cremation. He's back home now and will join all our other pets in their place of repose. The footprint and lock of hair was a pleasant surprise and will go with the other memoirs in the scrapbook. I miss you baby boy. Will see you at the Rainbow Bridge.

2lb chihuahua. 4lbs of ashes! You do the math. To upset to post more. Buyer beware!

Wow, impressive business model! I thought I was just dropping my deceased pet off for cremation but Pet Loss Center is more than that. Staff is Maureen and Della who are not only warm and kind, they have skills beyond just offering pet burial, cremation and memorial products. Told me I could call, or my wife, just to talk if any of us needed grief counseling.I left feeling totally impressed. I think you'll be, too. Highly recommend.

I run Abby Road Rescue Sanctuary, and I exclusively use the pet Loss Center in McKinney now. They have wonderful service, and they care for the seniors that I have rescued that have passed on with gentleness just as if they were still living. Just really nice people, and they do care about your loss.

My son and I lost our 15 year old cat, Dusty Blue. Fond Memories took care of him. When we got his remains back I was truly moved. I didn’t expect to find Dusty’s paw print on a keepsake. I cried when I found it. I’ve been through the loss of a pet so many times and it never gets easier, and I appreciate the care Fond Memories took of my sweet old cat.

Our daughter's chihuahua Clint Eastwood was tragically run over as he become a escape artist from our fence on monday morning. I called just to make sure I could drop off despite not coming from the vets office ,they called back but I was at their door !One the office staff came out to help , it was nice thought ....poor clint was but 15 pounds. The staff was very nice ...we talked over his remains in a private room which was great since I bought my basset mix to say her last respects. Clint and zoey were friends with same age (7)....We called on thursday w my daughter picked up a nice storybook with his ashes and she loved his fur patch with paw clay prints. We had a great experience despite a sad time in our lives....never would i think the 7 year old wawa but more like our 20 year old daschund!😲

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN NOW!!!!!! i can not believe this. my cat Dexter was put down over two weeks ago and i was supposed to have him back Tuesday. i called the vet and they mentioned that this place was having "issues" with their machines and that i will have him back Friday. REALLY?!?!? no one was going to call an tell me this? and so he's been sitting there for two weeks decomposing outside according to the neighbor who says that its smells so bad because our loved ones are decomposing out in the Texas heat! these babies are our children! and this is how you treat them?!?!? i am appalled that someone who would run a business like this would treat animals this way! i have spent my morning crying over this situation and the fact that this has happened. you all should have stopped taking in animals KNOWING that you process was not working. when vets call and say they have pets to be picked up you should have said NO!!! but you didn't, you took them and left them outside. trust that this is not over and i will do everything in my power to have you all shut down.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Our sweet Samson died on May 5th and we took him to Banfield in Alliance. We were told that it would be 2-3 weeks before we receive his remains and have received every excuse under the sun. This morning 6/12/2019 we receive a phone call from the pet loss center that his remains are to be delivered tomorrow and we should be able to pick him up. After about 5pm we receive another phone call from Banfield stating the Pet loss center can’t “seem to locate Samson’s paw print”. No one seems to know what they are doing or what is going on. Am I getting my sweet fur baby back or am I getting someone else’s pets ashes?! This is highly upsetting and I have only received a call back twice out of maybe 30 times that I have called these people. We are deeply heartbroken that we have not gotten a direct answer and it is already hard enough losing a family member. DO NOT USE THEM!
Jayme Smith
Would give negative stars if I could. You think you have been through the absolute worst when you say goodbye to your family pet. I could go on and on about how wonderful our Maggy girl was, and how she did not deserve what happened to her after she was picked up by PLC. Our girl passed away May 28, 2019- she was picked up and placed in storage for 16 days. I was having a hard time on Sunday 6/8 and decided someone else must be feeling the same way-- so I Googled PLC and to my horror found the WFAA article. We were at PLC Monday morning upon their opening. We waited for hours the next 3 days - continuing to be told lie after lie. They did not know where our girl was. They knew where she was but couldn't get to her. Back to we don't know. The animals are stacked inside a semi truck bed- floor to ceiling. Bodies in bags, bodies out of bags, bodies in coolers, freezers, random places throughout the building, Ryder trucks... and assuming inside the other dumpsters and unmarked vehicles behind the property. There are animals who were never tagged, and if they were lucky enough to be tagged, most likely- the tag was lost. Our girl had no tag, was not in the blanket we instructed to stay with her, and had been "re-bagged because bags busted". As a family, we decided that we were fighting for our girl because she would fight for us- we would not give up and not leave without her. We are one of the lucky ones- as our girl was finally retrieved on Wednesday. We identified her, and took her for her 2nd last "bye-bye" trip with us. I cannot begin to express the peace I felt after we got out of that parking lot- that I would never have to return to such a horrific scene and would NEVER put my trust in them again regardless of management turnover, etc.The CEO, Peter A. Gudmundsson, has got to be the worst human on this earth. He is rude, has not one ounce of compassion in his body, and told us we were "wasting our time" fighting for our dog. Mr. Gudmundsson, may you rot as did the 100's of animals the public entrusted you with. Fighting for our Maggy was worth every second we had to spend on your God forsaken property.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Maureen over the phone concerning the passing of our cat, Presley. She was compassionate and answered all of my questions. Once at the facility she explained the process and was very comforting during our visit. I would not hesitate in using their services again Thanks again Maureen!!!

We had to put our beloved Wiley Coyote down last month. We used The Pet Loss Center for their cremation services. They Memorialized our Wiley in the most beautiful way (Paw print, Letter, pin, Ash Box, etc.) We we’re so very happy & comforted by their services. We highly recommend them! 🙂🐾

We just got the cremains of our precious pup today. Their care and compassion blew my wife and I away. Her paw print, lock of her hair and the flower seeds to plant come spring... WOW! Thank you so much for making a terrible time the best it could be.

Owner and staff took a sincere interest in our family. They comforted us during the loss our our dog Gunther. I can tell they run a first rate business, but I can also tell that underlying all their business practices is a passion for pets and helping pet families. I recommend this company without hesitation.

On January 5th, 2017 Hell manifested itself by taking my beloved Ragdoll mix Harley Davidson, I was a wreck thank God for these folks, they made a tragedy easier. Maureen and the rest of the staff were very comforting to me during this time. I can't say how much I appreciate your help with Harley, his urn is absolutely beautiful, I will always remember his trip across the rainbow bridge, I know he is playing with his brother and sister, waiting for Daddy to be with them again. They treated us like family. As far as death care is concerned, this is the only service provider I want to deal with, they ensure that you are well cared for, right down to literature on coping with the tragedy. On to pricing, very reasonable, in Harley's final days I shopped around, The Pet Loss Center was the only option because of the price, they only charged me a fraction of what some others wanted, I paid a third to half of what some competitors would have charged. These people don't make money a concern, they are very understanding that it is the last thing you want to think about. I'm an ordained minister and was strongly encouraged to celebrate Harley's life in accordance with my personal beliefs. Your staff has been a blessing in the midst of tragedy.

I have us d this company for years and have never been treated so poorly. I have left four voicemails about pickup and still have yet to get a call back. Meanwhile my poor dog that passed is sitting here decaying! I don't have a freezer to out him in! You have lost my business and any future business with me and my rescue! I will be going through my vet as that seems to be the only option I have at this point! Horrible service!

Easily the worse time of my life. Everything I do centers around my little one. I interacted with 4 different members of the staff, and it was amazing. I was hysterical. And I admitted I was. But they took my crazy needs into account and helped me do what I needed to do. Wonderful people. Wonderful everything. I drove from Addison at 6 am to be part of the process.

There should be at least a 1000 negative stars option for this place.. Worst place to ever take your dearly love pet to be put to rest.. This place just destroyed my pet. I paid for a Private cremation for my (UKC) Hunting Retriever Champion and (AKC) Master Hunter so that I could honor him and all that he had done for me so he could rest at home with his brothers, sisters, and me. My Boy past suddenly but then to find out this Place cremated him with several other dogs and then spread his ashes over some Pet Cemetery in Mansfield... They showed So much disrespect for my Boy and me, I was just crushed. Still am crushed. If anyone recommends this place TURN THEM DOWN. Your pet will end you somewhere other than your home.

I want to thank the Pet Loss Center of Euless for the delicate care they provided for my sweet boy Bumpas. We had no idea we would get anything more than his ashes...thank you for the irreplaceable gifts that were added. Thank you for helping us heal from this devastating loss.

Sadly we had our Princess Smokie pass this week unexpectedly. All paws was very compassionate toward our loss in this time of need and made sure we were OK and they went above and beyond by giving us a package we didn't even expect. Very reasonable pricing, even though you can't put a price for anything like this and everything was so much quality we appreciate y'all at our time of need.RIP Princess SmokieGarcia Family

Love it here. My family has used their services twice now, and both times have exceeded expectations. It took a bit longer than expected this last time, but it was worth the wait. They had amazing customer service and were sincerely apologetic about the delay. Thank you, Melissa for making this sad time easier for us!!! 10/10

Do not go here. The person we met back in Aug 2017 apparently was more interested in a sales pitch than in practicalities, or truth for that matter. I was told, many times, very emphatically, that they will keep the ashes for no more than 2 years. And that "In fact, I think we have some that have been longer than two years" .they also claim they called and left voicemails after less than a year to tell me they were getting rid of the shaes which is a lie. I agree my mailbox was full because I was out of town, but I check my voicemails because I work in healthcare and have to. Now that the ashes have been dumped somewhere, with only one measly attempt to get in touch knowing they may not get more (even though they were, no later than two years after the initial visit, as they today me), they are very rude and completely different than when they throw their pitch when your pet is dead in your arms and you are vulnerable. Also a silly little girl answered when I called to make a change to the urn nameplate, and this, I later found, was apparently during the process of them getting in touch with me by mail, and she said NOTHING. I made it clear I was trying my best due to financial difficulty. She could have mentioned that if I didn't come that week they were dumping my pet's ashes. You'd think that, had they fervently been trying to get in touch, the phone girl would have said something right? Now they are saying 90 days. No ONE EVER SAID 90 DAYS. ONLY 2 YEARS. AND IF YOU CALLLED WITHOUT LEAVING VOICEMAIL, THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

This company lacks ethics and is very untrustworthy. They lied about the reasoning for their massive delays in returning ashes and did not properly store the animals. They also continued to misplace the wearabouts of a animal and the clay paw prints.

WE HAD TO PUT ONE OF OUR DOGS TO SLEEP IN JUNE THROUGH PARKER ANIMAL AND BIRD CLINIC - YALL WERE WHO THEY USED FOR CREMATION. WE REQUESTED A PRIVATE CREMATION AND TWO PAW PRINTS. I CALLED WITHIN A DAY OF PUTTING RAY TO SLEEP TO REQUEST A NOSE PRINT. THE MAN WHO PICKED UP THE PHONE WAS ABRUPT, UNPLEASANT AND SHORT. I ASKED IF WE COULD HAVE A NOSE PRINT DONE - EVEN ON A SHEET OF PAPER AS ANOTHER SERVICE DID FOR ANOTHER OF OUR DOGS - HE SAID “YEAH WE CAN DO THAT,” TOOK THE INFORMATION THEN HUNG UP. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO PULL OUT THE PAW PRINTS AND AM BEYOND UPSET OUR REQUEST WASN’T DONE. YOU WOULD THINK HANDLING SOMETHING SO SENSITIVE FOR A FAMILY WOULD BE HANDLED WITH MORE SINCERITY.

not pleased with their maintenance of the filters .. when they take care of someones loved pet..i would prefer Not to breathe the ashes and soot that the black clouds bring..i am an asthmatic and it causes me discomfort for days afterwards...called to discuss with them and they on had the answer that they couldnt let it go into the building because it would be bad for Their lungs..Really then filter Better!!

Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for the beautiful way you memoralized our precious little boy, Buddy. It was to hard to lose him, but the memories you gave to us are appreciated more than you will ever know.

i want to thank you for getting Noah back to me so quickly, everything you included was wonderful but getting him to me quickly is what meant the most.

We got our dog's ashes in 4 weeks...Not cool at all.

This place needs to be shut down permanently they have zero dignity For your fur babies they’re only here for the money this place disgusts me !

Used this pet crematorium many times. Work has always been very professional. Their selection of wooden has always been unique. The employees go out of their way to to help with the grieving process with our pets.

What an amazing place these are pet loss professionals at its best. They go the extra mile to ensure comfort and compassion for each and every pet that comes into their care. Professionalism at its best you couldn't ask anything more for your pet baby!!!

Nyla went to be with Jesus and it was sad for our whole family! They made it so comfortable for us and took very good care of our whole family. Nyla was giving respect and I can't wait to finally bring her home Thank you for helping us in this difficult time

Very upset. We lost our soul dog. We were supposed to receive a paw print and did not receive one. A memory we will never have.

I've used them for my Moon in 2004, my Zen in 2014 and my Gemini this year 2017 and they are compassionate and dear to the 'four legged kind and their humans. I appreciate them for being there for us.

Thank you for honoring my pet the way you did. Thank you for the paw print and his hair. Thank you for everything honestly His death was sudden and unexpected and when you lose your best friend of 9.5 years, you are lost. Thank you.... thank you

The staff is so caring here. I have had two beautiful Labs cremated here. They were family members and the staff understand that. That's really all that needs to be said.

I regret selecting this company to handle my bunny. Couldn't even center his paw print, makes me wonder if the ashes I got back are even my baby's. I am baffled and sad by the lack of care, expected more.
