I share the same gratitude as the others for Scott and team at Pet Passages. I’ve gone through numerous end-of-life events with pets over the years and have had several experiences with cremation service providers. Pet Passages is by far best-in-class. I knew Raley was treated with the utmost care and respect he deserved.

Thank you, Pet Passages! I cannot express enough gratitude to Scott and his partner for the help they gave me last week. Dealing with a loved one in intensive care, I had returned home momentarily to grab some things and found my Great Pyrenees, Samwise, had passed suddenly. Beside myself with worry and grief, I couldn't get ahold of anyone to help. I didn't have a vehicle big enough to take him anywhere. My vets office wasn't even answering their phone.I called Pet Passages, and after explaining my situation, they were here to help in a couple of hours. I was outside their coverage area and I know 80% of that time was travel time. I don't want to think about how things would have gone had they not been there.Everything about these guys is top notch! I've had to use other cremation services through the years, and of the 3 I've used, Pet Passages is by far the best. Staff, equipment, facilities and even the keepsakes returned with my boy's remains... excellence.Scott even volunteered some of his personal time to return the ashes and met me halfway to save me time and gas.The whole process with Pet Passages left me feeling more like a friend than a customer, and when the time comes that I need their services again, I am so relieved to know that they are there!

I was told about Pet Passages from a friend not too long ago when she had lost her sweet dog. I lost my sweet Milo 3 weeks ago from a freak accident. I immediately called Pet Passages and reached Tony and Scott! They were so amazing and so caring. When my son and I walked in we were immediately greeted and they wanted to know all about Milo. It was such a nice facility and it put some sweet dignity and compassion to the end of Milo’s life. They also have where you can go online and know exactly where your pet’s journey is through their process of cremation. That was such a comfort. I have told so many of my friends and neighbors about Pet Passages and how fortunate we are to have a place like this in Marble Falls! Thank you Scott and Tony for what you are doing!!

More like seven stars…One of our little buddies passed away late on Christmas Eve…needless to say, it wasn’t a joyous Christmas.It was painful to put our dog on ice for over a day, but had to wait until the morning after Christmas to reach out to these folks for help.I got on their website and filled out the Contact section. Within three minutes after hitting Submit, Tony called us.He listened, was very sympathetic, and provided solutions. He worked us in immediately, even outside of his normal hours.We brought our little pup in, said one last goodbye, and Tony took care of the rest.Grady’s ashes were ready when promised and were presented in a really nice and dignified engraved box, complete with cards.I hope it’s a long while before I need Tony’s assistance again, but when the time comes that I do, I will be calling.

Extremely compassionate and stayed open late so I could make it there. I cannot express enough of how much they made me feel welcomed and understanding in my loss of my little dog Joey. The decor is really warming and you know you are at the perfect place upon entering that this is where your pet will be taken care of with respect and love. They have a nice room that was awaiting my little fur baby to lay him down and offered for me to stay as long as I needed.The owner helped with everything and you get to pick out and see the items you’re purchasing. You get an email with a link to follow. I would 100 % recommend this business and I’m so glad I called and didn’t just leave my Joey at the emergency Vet in Cedar Park. Something we don’t ever want to do but I have prior at the vets office with my other dog and this was 1000 times better and the cost was less. I felt a sense of relief and I’m sure you will too. Sorry if your having to read this review I hope it helps you.

Can’t say enough great things about Pet Passages and the amazing staff. After the loss of our daughter’s cat Precious my husband found Pet Passages, we are beyond thankful that we chose this place to carry out our daughter’s wishes. Losing a fur baby is always heartbreaking but Tony and Scott were incredibly helpful supportive and handled Precious with the utmost care respect and dignity that she deserved. They welcomed us with kindness and even though we were grieving our loss they were incredible in explaining their process package options and prices. They let us spend time together with Precious in the Rainbow Room and didn’t rush us with the hard part of saying see you later to our sweet girl❤️. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and affordable and the packages are great. I definitely recommend Tony and Scott of Pet Passages of Marble Falls to anybody that is looking to have their fur baby cremated, you definitely will not be disappointed. We look forward to bringing our fur babies to PPMF since this is the only place I will trust with our fur babies when they cross the Rainbow Bridge. To Tony and Scott, there’s not enough thank you’s we can give you guys for the amazing service you both have provided us. Our daughter is now able to have her baby with her wherever she goes.

Our little Tinkerbell passed and Pet Passages was recommended to me by my veterinarian. Their professionalism was so appreciated. They are a local business. I had her cremated and her ashes were returned in a beautiful embossed box. Thank you for your kindness.

I cannot express enough appreciation for the Pet Passages team and their facility. Despite it being such a hard task to say goodbye to our ten-year-old May, who’d battled diabetes for two years, they turned the experience into something peaceful and welcoming. They handled her with the utmost respect and care and offered so many personalizations to give us a unique experience. They gave us ample privacy and time to say our goodbyes in their Rainbow Room, where our dog laid on an elevated platform so we could love on her one last time. The room itself was so calming, with a bubbling fish tank, beautiful artwork, and ambient lighting. The team was so nurturing and provided endless comfort and care for us as we grieved. They walked us through the process of picking out an urn and keepsakes, which are absolutely beautiful. Everything pictured came from them! We have five more dogs, and when their times unfortunately but inevitably come we know exactly where we’ll be taking them.Saying goodbye is never easy, but Pet Passages turned an unfortunate experience into such a peaceful memory.

My wife and I are incredibly grateful to Tony and Scott from Pet Passages. Our beloved dog, Luka, passed away a week ago, and at first, I had no choice but to use the cremation service offered by the veterinary clinic. They told us we would receive Luka’s ashes in 10 days. However, on Friday—just a day before they were scheduled to collect Luka from the clinic—I went to cancel the cremation service, even though I hadn’t found an alternative yet. They canceled it, and I spent hours online searching for a compassionate pet cremation service. That’s when I found Pet Passages in Marble Falls. Since I live in Cedar Park, I called the next morning and spoke to Tony. Right from the start, I knew they were what I was looking for; he reassured me that they would do whatever I needed, even offering to pick up Luka from Cedar Park.I went to the vet and asked if they would release Luka to me, and they agreed. So I called Tony, and after an hour-long drive to Marble Falls, Tony and Scott were there waiting for us in their offices. They had a candle lit in the room where we would spend time with Luka. My wife and I spent some time with Luka, then returned to Cedar Park that Friday. On Monday morning, we drove back, Luka was ready for cremation in a very clean and professional setting. We said our final goodbye, and they started the cremation process. We spent some time exploring the town while we waited, and by 2 p.m., they gave us Luka’s ashes in a wooden box we had chosen as part of the package. That same day, we were able to bring Luka home to Cedar Park.There are no words that truly express our gratitude for the professionalism and empathy they showed us. Tony and Scott truly understand the pain of losing a pet; they know that the love we feel for our pets is comparable to the love we feel for family and close friends. I truly recommend Pet Passages to anyone in need of their services; their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of service is exceptional, simply the best in the Austin area.Luka will live on in our hearts, and we will always remember his farewell as a service worthy of a dear friend.

When we lost our 8 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback boy suddenly at home a few weeks ago, PetPassages helped me through the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about Tony and how much he assured me that Oli would be taken care of. He had the utmost compassion in a dire situation for my extreme grief. I would reccomend Pet Passages to anyone who has lost their pet and is looking for exceptional pet cremation services. The staff here took excellent care of my adored furry family member, Gracie Lynn. Given how challenging this loss has been, Pet passages made the cremation process so seamless for my family and I. I am so impressed by the care and quality they provided for us every step of the way. I can now process my grief knowing that Gracie Lynn is back home with us.

We have been through this numerous times with our other fur babies at other facilities that have since gone out of business. We are so glad we found you, it is very comforting to know your are there. As difficult as it was too lose our beloved 15 year old pup, we can't say enough good things about this compassionate and helpful service. When Scout passed at home, we had no idea what to do. We were greatly relieved to contact Scott who immediately provided us the information and help we needed. Scout was treated with care and respect as were we. They allowed us ample time to say our goodbyes to her in a lovely and peaceful environment. We were provided many options to memorialize our sweet girl. It was a very difficult and sad time for us but we will be forever grateful for the care and concern given to us. Thank you so much.

This is a great place to take your pet, if you are needing cremation services. The owners were very attentive and sympathetic to the situation. Our pup was in great hands, even with a complimentary delivery of the ashes. I hopefully will not need this service in a long long time, but when the time comes I will be using Pet passages..

This was obviously a unnerving time for me, and I spent a good deal of time vetting cremation services. I spoke with most places in/around Austin and San Antonio. Scott and Tony at Pet Passages won me over. After speaking with them, I was fully convinced that I needed their service and the subsequent service exceeded my already high expectations. They were fantastic and if you are anywhere near Austin, I hope this post saves you the time I spent vetting all the alternatives (and sorry for your loss).

I never wanted to have to use this service, but Scott and Tony were extraordinary people that treated both me and my best friend with dignity, respect, and understanding. We did not get to use Pet Passages but Tony took my call on a Sunday night and was willing to drive to Llano to pick my baby dog up, to help us out! We ended up in Leander to do the euthanize, due to it being the middle of the night! Pet Passages are great, compassionate people!!
