Two years ago I lost my 15 year old daughter to natural causes. My daughter was always about sparkles and glitter. Serendipitously, she and I had watched Shark Tank years before she passed, and saw how loved ones’ ashes could be turned into diamonds. As a young teenager she told anyone that would listen that she would one day wear her mom and dad, and when the day came, she too would be a diamond. We would laugh and figured these were the extravagant musings of a teenager. When faced with tragedy, we didn’t hesitate in contacting Eterneva, and from the very first call, they honored my daughter. They called her by name, and spoke about her interests. Every communication included a picture of her. Throughout her journey to the beautiful diamond she is today, they would send me thoughtfully curated videos, so that I would know where she was and how it was going. Losing my only son was the hardest thing I have ever experienced and still am. He had told his fiancé and me one night at dinner if anything were to ever happen to him he wanted us to have diamonds made from his ashes. As hard as it was, we followed through with this wish. To say we are in love with our final pieces is an understatement. The quality is beyond perfect. They made our entire experience a positive one. My diamond was made in about a year. They save enough Carbon to make up to 4 diamonds, so I don’t have to send any more ashes when I want to make more. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable. They partnered with an insurance copy to insure the diamonds. They have a cool wall of pictures of loved ones. They gave me all kinds of trinkets and their jeweler designed an amazing setting for me my diamond.

I sent my heart dog's ashes to be made into a diamond. I chose a .4-.49c, heart cuts green diamond and had it set in a ring with filigree and two pink sapphires. The whole process was extremely cathartic and beautiful. It took about 13 months from sending to receiving. I ended up documenting my whole journey on my Facebook page and Instagram. I would 100% use this company again. Everyone was so compassionate and lovely to work with. I get compliments on my ring all the time and even other people get teary when they see it. My family and I used Eterneva when my dad passed away and I cannot provide enough praise for them. Their understanding of our grief and desire to give us a little piece of our dad back was truly everything. We worked with them on 4 diamonds in the process one broke but they were able to salvage 2 diamonds from it, and they still created another diamond to meet the original sizing. We also were under a bit of a deadline, as we wanted to give one of my sisters her diamond as a surprise wedding gift - Eterneva and their jewelry designer worked hard to make this happen. Everyone at the Eterneva team was sincere and thoughtful with everything that they did. I loved how they kept me in loop in regards to what was happening with my mom’s ashes. What a treasure! Having a loved one pass is crushing. Somehow in the whirlwind of grief and planning my dad’s funeral, my sister found Eterneva. She suggested we make diamonds from my dad’s ashes. Eterneva helped me to create the trigger that elicits the incredible and amazing memories of the times and love that I shared with my husband John. He had the most amazing blue eyes and it was Eterneva that helped me create the beautiful diamond that is blue like those amazing eyes that I cherish. In July 2017, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my siamese cat Chai. I wanted something more useful and beautiful to remember her by than just an urn sitting on a shelf. I found Eterneva online and I am very glad I did. Adelle called me to discuss the process of making a memorial diamond from her ashes and assured me that they handle the ashes with the utmost care. I decided that I would make her into a blue diamond to represent her beautiful blue eyes. After placing a deposit which went towards the final cost of my diamond, Eterneva shipped me a kit which I used to order the shape and size of the diamond I wanted and to return the ashes. Eterneva and Adelle were a pleasure to work with. They kept me updated on how the diamond-making process was coming along and helped me design a custom necklace setting for Chai's diamond. Eterneva really made me feel like a valued customer and in July 2018 a courier hand delivered Chai's diamond in the necklace to me. The whole process was an amazing experience and really helped me deal with the loss of a beloved pet and family member.

Our journey with Eterneva began when I was looking into options to memorialize our beautiful Havanese, Allie, who we lost after a brave fight with hemangiosarcoma. I was devastated to think that all her energy, light and beauty would be represented by the palm-sized teak box that held her remains. It simply wasn’t enough to honor the amazing creature she was and how deeply she touched our lives.From our first interaction with Adelle, I knew that we had made the right choice in Eterneva. When I heard about my father's cancer it was beyond overwhelming. Over the weeks that followed, I felt a deep desire to find a way to keep his memory close. That’s when, as fate would have it, I stumbled across a Shark Tank episode with Eterneva right there providing my heart the answer it needed. Wow..... what I not say about Eterneva! I lost my husband to COVID-19 and it was the most saddest day of my life. After having to do cremation with no family or friends I started looking in something that I carry him with me every day, after a lot of researching I found this company. I read the reviews and watched the process of making a diamond out of ashes. I contacted them and from that point on they have been like family and also helping me through this grieving process. From the CEO to Ashley and Brooke and I’m sure to many others I haven’t meet, they kept me informed of every process and very kind with send some cookie mix during the holidays because this was something my husband and baby boy did baked cookies. In December of 2017 I had to say goodbye to my beloved Cali. A tortoise shell kitty. We were together for 11 years and very connected. Things were pretty much a blur for me at that time, but I remembered a friend telling me that you can get a diamond made from the ashes of your pet. So, I just googled that and up came Eterneva as the first option of several links to click on. I clicked on it and through the tears ended up navigating an amazing site. Then to my delight, I ended up speaking with an even more amazing contact at the company, co-founder Garrett Ozar. He literally talked me through the whole process and it made things very easy for me during this very difficult time when I had too much on my plate to deal with - it was a God send. I also heard from Adelle Archer the other co-founder on a few occasions, with updates on "Cali's" progress as they formed her ashes into diamonds. It was a very personal thing. Most of all, it helped to have somebody to talk to regarding my grief from the loss of Cali. They both sat on the phone listening to me as I cried and told them our story. My forever Furbaby! Monnani was a rescue but in fact she rescued me in 2005. Everyone I met since then to 2020... she was a memorable furbaby! People who did not like dogs fell in love with her. How can you not? Full of unconditional love, smart and diva! Love her to end of time. My last review was unfair to Eterneva . I think I was speaking more out of emotion than anything. So I’m going to fix that now out of fairness and mostly regret for not giving them a chance to address my concern before writing the review. I want to start off saying that in every aspect of the business world there will sometimes be a small glitch or oversight because we are only human beings and we make mistakes but it takes a true business owner that honestly cares about their clients to reach out personally and to go out of their way to make sure all of your needs and concerns are addressed properly and that’s what Eterneva did and much more. So I’m going to to tell you how I really feel about Eterneva.Words can not express how much Eterneva has changed my life. My husband passed away a year ago January and I wanted so badly to honor him and everything he had done for me during our marriage and for my kids by turning his ashes into a bright and shiny diamond because he definitely was the sparkle in our hearts! Was very excited for Disney journey to become a diamond. I felt like they really cared at first. My videos they called her a him and made me wonder if they got her ashes mixed up. They apologize and told me it wouldn’t happen again. Then I found out her diamond was shipped overseas no one told me this was going to happen or I would have went with that company because they offered pink diamond. I was told they couldn’t do pink but seen after I paid off my diamond they did a TikTok of them doing a pink diamond. I asked for video so I could share her journey and they told me they don’t do videos for everyone. They only do video showing you the next stage. I did a unboxing video and nothing I was ignored. I guess my video wasn’t good enough IDK. I would like all Disney ashes and carbon sent home. I will not order anymore from this company and I hope they treat the next person how they show on social media.

I chose Eterneva to make two diamonds in memory of my dad, one for my mom the other for myself, they are both gorgeous, I can't say enough how much I appreciate it, having them with me finally at home brings me a lot of peace and joy and relief, it means a ton. We were all devistated when my mother-in-law passed away. It was during lockdown and she had contracted covid. We were unable to be with her and it hightened the anxiety of the separation. She was a wonderful person, loved and cherished by everyone she touched. She had a very special relationship with all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I don't often write reviews, and if I do, it's typically to warn the public to stay away from a place. But right now, I want to scream from the rooftops how anyone who is grieving and looking for a beautiful way to memorialize their loved one needs to work with Eterneva! Their customer service, particularly Teresa Mayo, has been indescribable. I feel like I've made a friend - or maybe found a grief therapist ;) She has spent a significant amount of time texting me, enjoying photos with me, and being so amazing - even coordinating an in-person drop off of my love one's remains with my parents who will be in the area on a quick trip. The amount of empathy and compassion is so warming.After a week of looking into other companies, reading the scientific literature, asking a lot of questions, I decided that the cost was definitely worth moving forward with this company - I wholeheartedly trust they will take care of my loved one, giving her such much regard throughout the process.I will update this review in a year or so from now when I get my diamond back - likely to rant and rave about how gorgeous it is.If you are seriously considering this service, this is the company. What a treasure! Having a loved one pass is crushing. Somehow in the whirlwind of grief and planning my dad’s funeral, my sister found Eterneva. She suggested we make diamonds from my dad’s ashes. In July 2017, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my siamese cat Chai. I wanted something more useful and beautiful to remember her by than just an urn sitting on a shelf. I found Eterneva online and I am very glad I did. Adelle called me to discuss the process of making a memorial diamond from her ashes and assured me that they handle the ashes with the utmost care. I decided that I would make her into a blue diamond to represent her beautiful blue eyes. After placing a deposit which went towards the final cost of my diamond, Eterneva shipped me a kit which I used to order the shape and size of the diamond I wanted and to return the ashes. Eterneva and Adelle were a pleasure to work with. They kept me updated on how the diamond-making process was coming along and helped me design a custom necklace setting for Chai's diamond. Eterneva really made me feel like a valued customer and in July 2018 a courier hand delivered Chai's diamond in the necklace to me. The whole process was an amazing experience and really helped me deal with the loss of a beloved pet and family member.

Wow..... what I not say about Eterneva! I lost my husband to COVID-19 and it was the most saddest day of my life. After having to do cremation with no family or friends I started looking in something that I carry him with me every day, after a lot of researching I found this company. I read the reviews and watched the process of making a diamond out of ashes. I contacted them and from that point on they have been like family and also helping me through this grieving process. From the CEO to Ashley and Brooke and I’m sure to many others I haven’t meet, they kept me informed of every process and very kind with send some cookie mix during the holidays because this was something my husband and baby boy did baked cookies. Last year I lost my best friend Earl ....he was the sweetest 15 year old tabby cat. I knew I had to do something special to commemorate his life. I had heard of using ashes to make a diamond in the past and began researching how to make that a possibility. I found several businesses that made cremation diamonds while researching but Eterneva seemed like the best decision for me. The testimonials and videos on the website made the process seem extremely personalized and respectful. From my initial phone call with Dior I knew I had made the right choice. The welcome kit itself is extremely special. Once Earl’s ashes made it to Texas I was sent a video of his ashes being placed in the crucible. Each step of the process was documented by a video, a picture, call, or e-mail. When my children’s father Anthony passed so sudden, I knew I needed and wanted something to commemorate him. But it had to be something greater, bigger than a beautiful tombstone or urn. In December of 2017 I had to say goodbye to my beloved Cali. A tortoise shell kitty. We were together for 11 years and very connected. Things were pretty much a blur for me at that time, but I remembered a friend telling me that you can get a diamond made from the ashes of your pet. So, I just googled that and up came Eterneva as the first option of several links to click on. I clicked on it and through the tears ended up navigating an amazing site. Then to my delight, I ended up speaking with an even more amazing contact at the company, co-founder Garrett Ozar. He literally talked me through the whole process and it made things very easy for me during this very difficult time when I had too much on my plate to deal with - it was a God send. I also heard from Adelle Archer the other co-founder on a few occasions, with updates on "Cali's" progress as they formed her ashes into diamonds. It was a very personal thing. My Eterneva diamond ring of my beloved dog Chloe is one of my most treasured possessions. Working with the team at Eterneva was an absolute pleasure. Losing my golden retriever, Dexter, left me completely heartbroken. When I decided to create a diamond out of some of his ashes, I did a lot of research on different companies. I started with Eterneva in Dec 2021. Things were great at first. Shelley was sweet and helpful. However their update emails need work. I had a couple with my son's name and someone else's name (another customer) in the update email. The last update I got was in Sept 2022 and nothing since. I called two different numbers of people I dealt with and nothing, but a generic message. I am assuming those people quit. I responded to me last email update and got an auto response of staffing and said they'll get back to me at the next update... This process is long and expensive. I worry that my loved may have got lost in the shuffle. Praying he doesn't get lost or mixed up with anyone else with the changes. Hoping to hear back soon. Will update later.. Left two stars for now.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started this process. This is something that our son had said he wanted to be ~ a diamond. So after three years of planning, researching and saving, I talked with Shelly. Shelly was the first person that I had talked with in October of 2019. One of my best friends had just had a stroke at 51. Thankfully, Shelly did not pressure me, but sent me one of the kindest emails ever. I reached out to Shelly April 2020 and she remembered me like it was just the week before that we had talked. April 30, 2020, I ordered the welcome kit. When I received the box on May 1, opened it, I instantly burst into tears. There was Shelly talking to me on a video. I knew at this time, I made the right decision, with the only company for Zachary and me.Shelly introduced me to Ashley W. and Brooke B. both wonderful. Brooke was the one that I’ve worked with from June until March. She has been amazing and I’m proud to call her a friend. She has been there for me during the most stressful , uncertain time of most of our lives, COVID. The first video I received was from Gabe. Even though I only know Gabe from the video, he made me feel like he genuinely cared about our son and me. I will always treasure the memories and process of making my diamond.During my winter breakl, our goal was to visit Eterneva and take delivery of my diamond and meet their amazing staff. My forever Furbaby! Monnani was a rescue but in fact she rescued me in 2005. Everyone I met since then to 2020... she was a memorable furbaby! People who did not like dogs fell in love with her. Was very excited for Disney journey to become a diamond. I felt like they really cared at first. My videos they called her a him and made me wonder if they got her ashes mixed up. They apologize and told me it wouldn’t happen again. Then I found out her diamond was shipped overseas no one told me this was going to happen or I would have went with that company because they offered pink diamond. I was told they couldn’t do pink but seen after I paid off my diamond they did a TikTok of them doing a pink diamond. I asked for video so I could share her journey and they told me they don’t do videos for everyone. They only do video showing you the next stage. I did a unboxing video and nothing I was ignored. I guess my video wasn’t good enough IDK. I would like all Disney ashes and carbon sent home. I will not order anymore from this company and I hope they treat the next person how they show on social media.

I chose Eterneva to make two diamonds in memory of my dad, one for my mom the other for myself, they are both gorgeous, I can't say enough how much I appreciate it, having them with me finally at home brings me a lot of peace and joy and relief, it means a ton. We were all devistated when my mother-in-law passed away. It was during lockdown and she had contracted covid. We were unable to be with her and it hightened the anxiety of the separation. She was a wonderful person, loved and cherished by everyone she touched. She had a very special relationship with all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I don't often write reviews, and if I do, it's typically to warn the public to stay away from a place. But right now, I want to scream from the rooftops how anyone who is grieving and looking for a beautiful way to memorialize their loved one needs to work with Eterneva! Their customer service, particularly Teresa Mayo, has been indescribable. I feel like I've made a friend - or maybe found a grief therapist ;) She has spent a significant amount of time texting me, enjoying photos with me, and being so amazing - even coordinating an in-person drop off of my love one's remains with my parents who will be in the area on a quick trip. The amount of empathy and compassion is so warming.After a week of looking into other companies, reading the scientific literature, asking a lot of questions, I decided that the cost was definitely worth moving forward with this company - I wholeheartedly trust they will take care of my loved one, giving her such much regard throughout the process.I will update this review in a year or so from now when I get my diamond back - likely to rant and rave about how gorgeous it is.If you are seriously considering this service, this is the company. Hands down.

I recommend Eterneva to anyone that has lost someone special in his/her life. Adelle reached out to me immediately. She wanted to know about my loss and how she could be of assistance. I received calls and emails with each process and photos when available on each step, which I have saved and treasured. My dad was very classy guy. I would describe his style as someone from the show “Mad Men”. Since the diamond was going to be created from my father, I wanted to pick the style or cut of diamond that was him. He was a classy gentleman- chose Ascher Cut 1 carrot - his favorite color was Red. I found the setting with the jeweler that knew my style - antique look for the cut, which to me was the Ascher diamond. The Ascher is a deeper setting. Adelle let me know that in order for red to be created that it would be yellow at first and the red would be the next step. I knew I made the right decision for the color and cut when she mentioned the yellow color. Yellow was his mother (my grandmother’s) favorite color. When the diamond was delivered by hand, I have to say an emotional day. Oh, did I mention you can have the diamond engraved. Thank you Adelle for creating the company and being there through the emotional process. I am thankful every day that I made the decision.

Adelle and her team at Eterneva are unmatched in client service. Everything they do speaks to how much they care about what they do. Adelle is very available; she invariably replies to e-mails within 48 hours (usually far less) and she makes it so easy to create this memento mori for your lost loved one.When my daughter died in 2012, life as my wife and I knew it, ended. We now live a different, lesser life. It was even sadder to realize that, when our time came, the last links to my Calista on Earth would be gone and nobody would likely remember her. The diamonds made from her ashes are now going to become family heirlooms, passed to a niece or nephew and then onto future generations. They will never know what they actually wear, but it's enough for us to know. It has to be enough, because that's all we really have.

Last year I lost my best friend Earl ....he was the sweetest 15 year old tabby cat. I knew I had to do something special to commemorate his life. I had heard of using ashes to make a diamond in the past and began researching how to make that a possibility. I found several businesses that made cremation diamonds while researching but Eterneva seemed like the best decision for me. The testimonials and videos on the website made the process seem extremely personalized and respectful. They talked about grief and loss and understand that everyone is at a different stage in grieving process when they are looking for this type of service.From the beginning to the end of the process the Eterneva team was phenomenal. From my initial phone call with Dior I knew I had made the right choice. The welcome kit itself is extremely special. Once Earl’s ashes made it to Texas I was sent a video of his ashes being placed in the crucible. Each step of the process was documented by a video, a picture, call, or e-mail. I found myself realizing that with each stage of the journey I was able to move from the sadness of Earl’s death to being able to celebrate his life. I will forever be thankful to Brooke for all of her kind words and messages. I had heard of Eterneva after my husband was diagnosed with cancer; however, I just pushed it to the back of my kind and focused on the remaining time we had together. When my children’s father Anthony passed so sudden, I knew I needed and wanted something to commemorate him. But it had to be something greater, bigger than a beautiful tombstone or urn. I started this process back in October/November of 2017 several months after my sister passed away in a car accident. My sister had mentioned this process to me when we were much younger but didn't think anything of it at the time. She passed a couple months before her 24th birthday and I thought the best way to give her back was by fulfilling her wishes. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and to make the transition to bald easier, I decided to cut my hair prior to chemo and send it in to have a diamond made. The Eterneva team (shoutout to Brooke B. & Shelly G.) did an amazing job through the entire process. They kept me up to date through the entire process and worked closely with me to come up with the perfect ring. I highly recommend going with Eterneva for their excellent quality and customer service.

We had our cat Cafer's ashes turned into 2 diamonds. The Eterneva team was with us all the way through, helping us through this time. They were incredibly helpful and responsive no matter when we needed something from them. Also very friendly team altogether. I am really really happy that I found them for this procedure. Losing my golden retriever, Dexter, left me completely heartbroken. When I decided to create a diamond out of some of his ashes, I did a lot of research on different companies. I chose Eterneva because of their transparency and they completely blew me away with their customer service. Jacob kept my informed throughout the process and they expressed such empathy. The hand delivery at the end was the cherry on top. They help to make the process more of an experience and it really helped me to channel my grief. Forever grateful for my Dexter diamond!

I started with Eterneva in Dec 2021. Things were great at first. Shelley was sweet and helpful. However their update emails need work. I had a couple with my son's name and someone else's name (another customer) in the update email. The last update I got was in Sept 2022 and nothing since. I called two different numbers of people I dealt with and nothing, but a generic message. I am assuming those people quit. I responded to me last email update and got an auto response of staffing and said they'll get back to me at the next update... This process is long and expensive. I worry that my loved may have got lost in the shuffle. Praying he doesn't get lost or mixed up with anyone else with the changes. Hoping to hear back soon. Will update later.. Left two stars for now.

Great service. I had my Dads ashes turned into a diamond and all I can say is wow. Their staff are friendly, sensitive & responsive. They set proper expectations on timing and delivery and kept in touch through the entire process. I highly recommend them. While thinking of a loved ones passing isn't what we want to face, using a company like this helps with memories & closure.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started this process. This is something that our son had said he wanted to be ~ a diamond. So after three years of planning, researching and saving, I talked with Shelly. Shelly was the first person that I had talked with in October of 2019. One of my best friends had just had a stroke at 51. Thankfully, Shelly did not pressure me, but sent me one of the kindest emails ever. I reached out to Shelly April 2020 and she remembered me like it was just the week before that we had talked. April 30, 2020, I ordered the welcome kit. When I received the box on May 1, opened it, I instantly burst into tears. There was Shelly talking to me on a video. I knew at this time, I made the right decision, with the only company for Zachary and me.Shelly introduced me to Ashley W. and Brooke B. both wonderful. Brooke was the one that I’ve worked with from June until March. She has been amazing and I’m proud to call her a friend. She has been there for me during the most stressful , uncertain time of most of our lives, COVID. The first video I received was from Gabe. Even though I only know Gabe from the video, he made me feel like he genuinely cared about our son and me. I will always treasure the memories and process of making my diamond.During my winter breakl, our goal was to visit Eterneva and take delivery of my diamond and meet their amazing staff. Unfortunately, Austin was slammed with ice. Brooke ensured my diamond was delivered and from start to finish, Eterneva has been nothing but exceptional. I hope to make another diamond, one day, with Eterneva.

It’s never easy loosing a love one and finding the prefect way to cherish them is very difficult. Adelle and her team at Eterneva gave me great comfort knowing that Stephen’s ashes will be handled with love and care, as if it was her own family member. I spent weeks researching different companies and Eterneva’s service was hands down the best! Adelle would keep me update with the process and never forgetting that she is entrusted with a love one.
